Bursting Your Bubble
Epilogue
Previous ChapterShe's all yours now. Her mother passed away years ago, leaving behind this filly to deal with the harsh realities of life. You took her in, and no one assumed anything.
"Oh, who? Him? He's just a doll, he wouldn't hurt a fly. It's a good thing he adopted her before anypony with sinister motives could come along." So, with the townspeople lulled into a false sense of complacency, you were free to do with her as you pleased. You would fill her up with your seed, and then parade her around town afterwards, everyone commenting about what a kind soul you were. They knew nothing of the horrors this filly experienced nightly, as they lay in their beds.
So here you are, a few more years down the road. Your daughter has grown, but she's still as loyal to you as she ever has been. It is the anniversary of her mother's death, and she is eager to visit the grave. You consent, and soon she's trotting off with you in tow. You arrive, after a short walk, at an unmarked grave in the back of the local cemetery. A look of sadness fills her eyes.
She asks you, "Dad, why did you do that to me? After all the times I cried, you still did it. Why?"
You ponder this for some moments until you come upon an answer. You look her in the eye and say, "It's what your mother would have wanted."
