Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

In a Grand Pegasus Enclave prison.

Apprentice Lieutenant Arsen "Base" was placed under arrest by the Grand Pegasus Enclave council due to the number of letters and letters from terminals from what Base did to them and they want to see him be punished. Some of the mares want to see Base Flyer branded as a Dashite and have the hot rod used for marking Dashite's to be placed on his crotch. Some other mares want to see Base Flyer be publicly castrated and have him eat his stallion area. Some of them want Base to become a mare so a stallion can rape him and some want him to be locked in a cell and not to be let out.

"Psst," said Base, "Hey. Emerald Specter. Let me out of here and I'll give you something in return? I'll put you in charge of a Verti-Assault team. Or what about being a Squad leader?"

"Shut up inmate!" said GPE Corrections Officer Emerald Specter, "I won't be afraid to shove my shock baton up your ass! I'll even shove my "shock baton" up your ass as well!"

Base just sat there and thought about what he could say to convince Emerald Specter. Base told him that he can have anypony he wants in his version of the Grand Pegasus Enclave which got his attention. Emerald Specter told him that he wants a mare and a stallion because he's bisexual.

Emerald Specter bought what Base told him. He told Base that he wants to be a Grand Pegasus Enclave assassin but his parents despise him for being a CO over a soldier.

Emerald Specter then went to lunch where he talked with his friends who are also CO's and they are Platinum Haze, Yellow Shine, Lucky Beat, and Star Wing. Emerald Shield told them what Base will do to them and they agreed even though Platinum Haze and Yellow Shine are mares knowing what he's in for.

At night.

Emerald Specter unlocked Base's cell door and awakened him telling him to follow him where Emerald Specter snuck Base out and they went down to the surface only for Base to have his forces to rendevous with him. His remaining forces from the Forward Operating Base's he had before they were destroyed or captured from the Wasteland Guardians.

Base had a force of 2,830 with him not adding other forces in the city that Sunrise Storm was killed in when she sacrificed herself. The city is owned by both sides where they're under a cease-fire with the Wasteland Guardians in the city where both sides split the city 50/50.

In the mountains, they saw something on the mountains so they went and got closer where they saw some old Equestrian flag in an old Equestrian fort and they entered it

Base then checked his Pipbuck and looked at his skills which are

Base then decided to raise up his energy weapons up to fifty percent and used his remaining points for survival. He even chose the Expert Sapper perk where he can disarm mines and explosive bouquets without killing himself. Doesn't help he has two perks already which are "Jailbird" which says "You broke out of a Grand Pegasus Enclave prison. You spent some time in prison not adding getting raped by two gay stallions hope that put you in your place of being raped", and "Exile" which says "You are prohibited from reentering Stable 190. Hope being a sexist, misogynistic, and patriarchal was worth now the horrors of the wasteland will kill you for looking at somepony wrongly by accident"

Base then entered the old fort officer's room where he sat down. He just thought of his next moves. He may have a lot of pegasi under his command but they don't have the element of advantage of the technology of power armor nor energy weapons.

A charcoal-colored mare with green eyes and violet purple hair came it and asked Base if he needed anything from her or her squad to do anything on;y for Base to ask who she is Sergeant Saccharose Sprinkle of Soaring squad.

Base still couldn't think about what to do. He couldn't believe that two gay stallions raped him but he hasn't slept within three days for what happened to him.

There was a knock on the door so he answered it. It's another Grand Pegasus Enclave soldier and he asked Base for orders and told him to have "The Pyre" cleared out where its name is actually called "Fort Celestia" but base renamed it "The Pyre" even though he doesn't know what a Pyre is.

Base then read a book or the remains of a book on why it was chosen and the book said "The forest is vast, gloomy, and budding. Its canopy is overshadowed by beech, Buxus, and asp which provided just enough openings for light to pass down into the colorful shrubs to dominate the rich ground below" even though this was written during the war. Also, the Fort only has one way to get up to it is one way.

Base then walked around the fort which has fifteen skinny, round towers surrounding the fort and reaches twice the size of the walls. The walls are forty feet tall and are connected by a giant thin wall made of white marble. Wide windows are scattered along the walls in seeming perfect symmetry along with asymmetric crenelation for old demi-cannons, 12-iber foot artillery, 18-iber foot artillery, 6-iber cannons, snipers, machine guns, and archers. There's also a sizable gate with a tall metal door and there are several buildings which are the command building, barracks, medical center, armory, radio room, and there's a few ways in and out but the only ponies who knew are long dead.

Base then ordered his forces to go out into the wasteland and continue their harassment and war with the Wasteland Guardians. Then Base had the radio room up and running where he then contacted the Grand Pegasus Enclave and did two things which he did his best to convince others to join him and he seceded from the Grand Pegasus Enclave. He even called them out saying that they're against ponies wanting families for more soldiers and he didn't think about the limited of farmlands and strictly regulate how many foals a certain family can have so they don't overpopulated.

When nighttime fell Base went to bed and get could actually sleep. When he got up for the next day he was shocked to see more members in "The Pyre" which only a quarter of them was from the city of "Empire" was able to sneak out without the Wasteland Guardians catching on and well they'll have nowhere for their future airships to be put without being spotted.

When one of his soldiers called him "Apprentice Lieutenant" he said publicly over "The Pyre" old PA system where he said "I'm no longer Apprentice Lieutenant Base Flyer. It's Dictator or Emperor Base Flyer. Emperor Base Flyer sounds nice. The wasteland will see the true power of us!"

Base then had to hold back his sexist and misogynistic views because they won't be getting any more pegasi or supplies from the Grand Pegasus Enclave. So he started to use his forces as nothing more than militaristic raiders to take what they want and kill who they please which are Wasteland Guardians, Raiders, Slavers, and Alicorns.

The mares he raped and got pregnant weren't under his command anymore where they're back up in the clouds but some of them decide to go to do different things were a lot of them went to go and get abortions. Only a few decide to keep the foal where they want to have Base punished not the foals. The few even convinced a few others to keep the foal and give them the foals.

When Base then decided to inspect his soldiers. He had them slightly modify their armor with color so they can be told the difference between the Grand Pegasus Enclave and his forces.

He would even go out but noticed that some of them have fire burn marks on their armor and asked what happened to them. They told Base that there's a gang of raiders with flamethrowers. The gang of raiders their base of operations or something like that is in an old wartime steel mill.

When night fell again Base went to the town of Crimson and went into Purple's house which he had a lot of nerves walking into his baby brother's house and he tried to be stealthy of using Purple's Pipbuck and saw Purple's skills are

Base even saw Purple's Perks of Grunt, Covert Ops, Tough Stallion, Commando, Better Criticals, Friend or Foe, Sharpshooter, Mare Killer, Ranger, and Pathfinder. Purple got the Ranger perk from the Wasteland Defenders Twyla and them, and Sharpshooter from Rocky Road.

Base even woke Purple up. Purple had a wonderful dream of having a wife, a few foals, and living on a farm but his dream is different each night where one night he's back in the stable and other is that he's still out in the wasteland. But his wife in the wasteland is either Paladin Sapphire Heart, Lieutenant Honey Cake, or Rocky Road but he did have one where Sunrise Storm was his wife but she's dead.

Purple asked what he wants even he used his magic to get his .45 Auto Pistol and Base asked him for help.

"Get the fuck out of my house," said Purple, "I would kill you but somepony else who might be worse will replace you. You have five seconds to explain yourself why you're here."

Base explained of a new group of raiders had been terrorizing the wasteland so they want Purple and the Wasteland Guardians to help and when Purple asked what's in it for them besides of making the wasteland a bit safer.

Base replied, "If you help us, baby brother. We'll go bang another hostile group and give you some breathing room for three months."

"Permanently," said Purple, "You'll stop attacking us permanently and we'll do a prisoner exchange as well."

Base replied, "Five months. We can do five months. If you decline I'll go talk to some raider bosses and have them attack you and let them pick you clean."

They agreed but the first thing first was Purple told Base to release his captured Wasteland Guardians. In return, Purple will release captured Grand Pegasus Enclave members under his command back to him.

In the morning somewhere in between Fort Celestia/ The Pyre and the town of Crimson Base actually for once kept his word. A squad of his soldiers given captured Wasteland Guardians back over to Purple and Purple kept his word and gave Base back his captured soldiers.

"Ok Purple I kept my word. Say who you want my forces to bang to give you a little breathing room for a bit?"

Purple replied after thinking, "The Hawkeye, Deadeye, and Bullseye raider gangs.".

Base nodded and he went back to "The Pyre" and told his forces to go hammer the Hawkeye, Deadeye, and Bullseye Raider gangs.

Base even walked around with his head high and walked around as if he was a rich pony back during the pre-war and wartime days. He even gave compliments and was friendly to his soldiers to keep their morale high. He even did it to mares without saying something sexual to them which was a shock for the ones who are friends or related to the ones he raped and knocked up. They even think it might be a ruse.

Base also wonders why his PipBuck has a "level" with a number where Purple wonders the same but he and Purple can't do anything about it. Unknown to them they got a slightly modify PipBucks and it comes with a slightly modified E.F.S which says levels.
