Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

On a dirt road between old hedgerows.

"Twyla you're with me," said Purple, "The rest of you stay here"

Purple and Twyla moved on; they walked about several hundred feet and entered a field and went behind a little dirt mount and they saw some raiders in a field walking around.

Twyla got out a pair of binoculars and saw some more raiders on a cobblestone road. Purple then trotted back and said, "Raiders. Saw about thirty or forty. Sapphire, Midnight, Rocky, Starry, and Opal you're with me. Shining, and Critical Shot, Pearly you're with Twyla. We'll do a pincer maneuver."

"I'm getting really tired and sick of hearing military lingo." mumbled Rocky Road, "I'm going to remove Purple's vocal cords one-day hearing military lingo will end."

They moved on and behind a cobblestone wall where there was a shot. The raiders ran to it and fired at Shining, Critical, Pearly, and Twyla where they fired at the raiders, and Purple, Rocky, Sapphire, Starry & Midnight fired at the raiders. But they didn't expect to be flanked but the raiders are usually doing drugs or high on every drug there is.

The raiders were killed but Purple, Rocky, Midnight, Sapphire, Opal, and Starry were busy fighting but Shining, Critical, Pearly, and Twyla joined them in combat.

"Are you kidding me." said Midnight, "Purple, some Alicorns have joined the party and by the looks of it they're not friendly."

They all saw a raider fall down and place a hoof on his chest. They all saw Purple dash ahead trotting as fast as he could. Purple just used his magic to fire the rifle he has where he made it over to the raider. Purple then used his hooves to drag the raider behind the cobblestone wall and did his best to help the raider from not having a heart attack.

They don't know why Purple is helping a raider who's having a heart attack. But they ain't going to complain about it because Purple does what Purple wants to do.

"Purple!" yelled Twyla, "Why did you help a raider? They're drug-abusing psychopaths! Just let them suffer."

Purple replied kindly, "Because I'm kind-hearted. Also, my role as a medic is to help ponies in trouble if they're friendly or not. Also, it's my moral choices. I chose to help the Raider not let him suffer."

Purple then rejoined them and fought the three Alicorns with the raiders which was almost impossible but they got it done. After the Alicorns were killed the Raiders went into the buildings for better cover.

"They're retreating into the buildings." said Rocky Road, "We can fight them on their own turf."

At the door of the old post office Midnight Twister, Rocky Road, and Twyla went in. The raiders didn't survive a chance thanks due to Midnight Twister's Hunting Shotgun, Rocky Road's unique 10mm Pistol, and Twyla's .30 Caliber Carbine rifle. They could clear the post office and the raiders were high.

Over at the barn was Purple, Opal, and Starry with the rest doing what they're doing of fighting raiders in house to house combat.

Starry ran over and picked up an IF-9 Shotgun battle saddles and was able to join in on the fight. She wants to fight them for the past week she was gang-raped for hours up to eighteen hours a day and she really wants to get payback on them. Starry even thinks she could be pregnant to a lot of foals from different raiders.

They all then heard a loud booming sound. It scared Purple half to death then it started to rain. Purple's Pipbuck Geiger counter clicked where he just used it and for once in a few days he went back over to the radio and selected "Empire City Radio"

While they waited for the rain to stop because the water and the rain droplets are contaminated by Balefire Radiation. But Purple did roam around and found a rare modification for his 7.62mm Battle Rifle which he took off the rear and upper hoof guard and attacked the modification.

The modification has a lower wooden hoof guard, a grip, and a heat shield where it also makes it automatic. But Purple is a smart cookie and won't fire the ammo like nothing.

They then heard a loud thud so Midnight went up to where Purple was and saw him where he fell down but Midnight found a dart stuck in the side of his neck. So Midnight called Critical Shot up to there location.

"Sniper reporting for duty Midnight." said Critical Shot.

"No need for that." said Midnight, "Enemy sniper out there somewhere. You're our best shot."

Critical Shot lit up his horn and walked over to the barn window. The wind blew the shutters but he looked through his scope for the enemy.

"Like hunting back home on the farm." said Critical Shot. "Like hunting Hedgehogs, and Radhogs like a colt and teen with my ma."

"What happened to your mother?" asked Midnight Twister, "If you don't mind me asking."

"I killed her." said Critical Shot, "At first she started to date a Raider. A Raider Psycho. I didn't mind because he didn't hurt her and he was like a father figure to me. He was getting tired of being a raider and wanted a normal wasteland life. Well one day when I came back from huntin some raiders well they didn't like him leavin the gang. They were going to take my mother and do Luna knows what. I only had one had one bullet left. Just me and my .30-06 bolt-action sniper rifle. I aimed down my sight and shot my mother in the head killing her."

"What happened to your father?" asked Midnight Twister, "If you don't mind me asking."

"He died." said Critical Shot, "Died before I was born. He was apart of a mercenary group that did what we were doing. Well from what I heard was that they pissed off a group of pegasi in black armor and in those Omni-Environmental suits. I heard he was a nice guy who's like us. They wanted to make a word a better place... for a price"

"Were you married or ever had a special somepony?" asked Midnight Twister, "If you don't mind me asking."

"I dated and was with a mare named Requiem Monody." said Critical Shot, "She was pregnant with our first foal." Critical Shot gulped then continued suddenly, "While walking back home we were jumped by a group that calls themselves "Foals of Radiation". Either way I was laid up in a clinic somewhere for two months and couldn't do a damn thing about it. Well I was able to find her but their "zealots" brainwashed her and the Balefire radiation made her have a miscarriage and she told me that it was "Radiation's will" for it to happen. No more fucking questions."

There was a gunshot where Midnight looked at Critical Shot where he cycled the bolt with his right hoof and said, "Enemy sniper down."

"I wonder how Purple's doing," said Midnight Twister

Paladin Sapphire and Twyla came up to inspect the gunshot where they only seen Critical Shot looking out the window. They also saw Midnight Twister walking over to Critical Shot to be a spotter and they saw Purple on the ground with a dart on his neck. Paladin Sapphire removed her helmet, and used her magic to remove the dart and got a closer look at it.

"Oh no. Not these Rangers." said Paladin Sapphire, "Not the Onyx Rangers!"

"Onyx Rangers?" asked both Critical Shot and Midnight Twister

"The force that I came with." said Paladin Sapphire Heart, "We have thirty Steel Rangers in a subcontinent called "The Onyx Rangers" their not like me I'm a Paladin. The Onyx Rangers. They're bad news they're well besides arrogant and very aggressive if there's a price out on some pony's head they're going to go and collect it. They are a one-of-a-kind enemy and they are arguably the most dangerous foes in the Wasteland. I've been intimidated by looking at one. But I can tell you is that their identity and motives are a mystery but they show extreme brutality on whoever gets in their way or if you're their target. They will aggressively assault their target. Getting close to one? It's extremely dangerous and ill-advised they'll knock you down instantly and they'll execute you and off with your head with some kind of combat ax. You'll be wanting to get away from them faster than every single one of you in a room if we have wasteland chili."

"Well we have to move." said Twyla, "The dart it could be poisonous."

"It's not." said Paladin Sapphire, "They kill with lead or with energy weapons mostly with lead. They can't cash in on targets that have been disintegrated. With darts, they want to knock out their target so their target can't escape or try to fight back. Let's move and not jerk off for them to catch up to us."

"I can't." said Midnight Twister, "I'm castrated."

Paladin Sapphire lit up her horn and put Purple on the back of her power armor. They were about to leave until they heard thudding sounds of a group of Onyx Rangers so they snuck out the back and did a tactical withdraw before the Onyx Rangers discovered them.

"We can't go back to the town of Crimson." said Rocky Road, "If need to keep moving."

"It's one of the safest places." said Midnight Twister, "Purple will be protected there."

"Let's see Midnight. Just regular ponies trying to survive day in and day out armed with double-barrel shotguns, IF-9 Combat Shotguns, Sniper Rifle's, Revolver's, Assault Rifle's, Rifle's, Submachine gun's, Brush Gun's, Assault Carbines, Scoped Assault Carbines, Automatic Rifles, .30-06 Bolt-Action rifles, .30-06 semi-automatic rifles, 10mm Submachine Guns, 9mm Submachine Guns, 9mm Pistols, 10mm Pistols, .357 Magnum revolvers and .45 Auto Pistols." said Rocky Road, "Against ponies in power armor armed with miniguns, grenade machineguns, missile launchers, rocket launchers, sniper rifles, Magical Energy rifles, Magical Energy Shotguns, and Magical Energy pistols. Who will win? I don't know-how about an enemy in power armor with more deadly weapons than us!"

They just wandered around for a bit until it started to get dark where Paladin Sapphire asked Critical Shot to go hunt some kind of animal like a Radhog which he did where he killed two and bought them back where Paladin Sapphire went to another town that's run downtown and looked some of the general store for some old cans of beans which she made some wasteland chili.

Paladin Sapphire Heart got out of her power armor and removed her Steel Ranger uniform which it was designed from the ground up to work with the Steel Ranger power armor and to make the user comfy and reduces chafing. Paladin Sapphire's Steel Ranger uniform is orange which is used by her contingents Knights, Knight Sergeants, Knight Captains, Initiates, and Recon/Scouts forces. She didn't get a chance to get a black and gray one.

Paladin Sapphire's belly then grumbled and she said, "After I get done eating I'm going to go sleep somewhere else. Chilli and anything related to beans make me un mare like."

They all looked at her confusedly and Twyla told Sapphire to explain.

"Last time I cooked." said Paladin Sapphire, "I made chili. Well everypony in my Paladin group and everyone in the barracks I'd live in well I made them all gallop out like nothing."

All of them still didn't know what she meant until she pointed out that chili and beans make her fart so that's why she's going to go and sleep somewhere else.

In the morning.

Critical Strike left where he saw some raiders harassing a caravan.

"Heart or head, either way, fucker's dead!" said Critical Shot, "Trick or Treat motherfuckers!"

There was a loud bang where the echoing gunshot awaken them all but Purple.

"One shot, one kill." said Critical Shot, "He won't see this one coming!"

There was another gunshot echo and Critical Shot was picking them off one by one until all of the raiders were dead.

Critical Shot then heard hoof steps approaching so he hid only to see his new companions.

"Luna damn it!" exclaimed Critical Shot, "Are all of you trying to get shot?"

All of them besides Paladin Sapphire ran around the corner where she heard a loud thud where Purple fell off. The effects of the dart finally wore out and he tiredly got up and asked what happened.

They filled him in what happened where they did what he calls a "tactical withdrawal" and brought up the Onyx Rangers in conversations. They just retreated to the city of Empire where since when the big battle between the Grand Pegasus Enclave forces under Base and a platoon of Wasteland Guardians under the command of Midnight which it became hell on Equestria with packs of Raiders, packs of Slavers, raiders from the "The Conflagration" raiders pack, a group of mercenaries, and some Steel Rangers.

The city became a free for fall more or less but they think it might buy them some time to rest up and all that. Purple protested because that's where Sunrise Storm died and he still blames himself.

While they were walking Purple asked why and who names a small city and a town the same and the city and town of Empire and none of them could give him a answer.
