Unfortunately for Forget-me-not she's inherited sickle cell disease. However she can always count on her friend Ebony to keep her happy when her blood decides to throw a fit. she feels guilty about it feeling like she's a burden, but he insists.

Note I do not have this disease so its probably not a good interpretation of it. But at least I did research first.
