The Demon's Story Begins Anew
"There's something I wish to tell you about, Sunset. Something I think will be of vital importance to you in the future." These words came from a tall light gray alicorn with a flowing mane and matching tail in light cerulean, light turquoise, very light cobalt blue, and pale heliotrope colors, light magenta eyes, and a glowing sun Cutie Mark smiled down at her young student.
An amber colored unicorn with a bacon colored mane and tail, cyan eyes, and a yin-yang styled sun for a Cutie Mark looked up at her mentor in interest, pondering, "What is it, Princess Celestia?"
The Princess walked over to a door and with a golden aura of magic, she stuck her horn inside a small hole and unlocked the door as it slowly opened to reveal an antique looking box that she levitated to the unicorn, aptly named Sunset Shimmer.
Sunset curiously took the box in her own cyan aura and opened it in confusion, revealing a red colored book with an illustrated dragon on the front, entitled Brave Dragon on the front.
The young unicorn's eyes widened in amazement as she looked at Celestia and asked, "What is this?"
"It is an artifact of utmost importance that I received a long time ago from a young unicorn not unlike yourself," Celestia serenely smiled at her as she spoke, "He requested that I keep this book sealed and only activate it when it's truly needed. But he also told me that the Sword of Flames shall reveal itself to the new bearer of the Brave Dragon when dire times are upon the holder of this book." She rested a hoof on Sunset's shoulder, her expression now serious as she requested, "Sunset Shimmer, I need you to keep this artifact safe and only use it when it awakens to fight off any new threats that arise."
Sunset levitated the Wonder Ride Book into her hoof and looked at it, almost hearing a dragon like roar in her mind, before she looked up at her mentor with a proud expression and responded, "I will, Princess. I'll guard it with my life."
"I will... Princess..." Muttering slightly in her sleep, Sunset Shimmer woke up in her bed from reliving her memory as a dream and blinked slightly as she remembered where she was with a sigh as she groaned, "Oh, right." Frowning a bit, she opened her bedside table drawer and pulled the Wonder Ride Book out, looking at it with a curious expression as always as she couldn't help but mutter to herself as she had many times before, "Why would Celestia give me something important? And... what is this thing anyway?"
Suddenly, she heard her alarm go off and turned it off, sighing as she muttered, "Eh, I'm sure I'll figure it out later. Better get ready for school anyway." She frowned as she remembered everything she had done to Canterlot High in her spite: Trying to discredit a new Princess of Equestria who was getting used to the human world, tearing apart friendships and ruining other people's lives before then, almost killing Princess Twilight and the Human Mane 5. Everyone was still cautious of her since then, and she didn't blame them. Heck, she only blamed herself for the issue. But there was no way she could know that she was gonna be able to change everyone's views on her in a significant way, specifically through Brave Dragon itself.

(Flashes of Sunset's past are seen, along with her present before the title of the series appears, Brave Dragon flying behind with Sunset on its back and approaching the screen as it roars and blows fire into the screen.)
Dare ni mo mirarezu saku hana wa mushou no ai
(The fire disperses as Sunset is shown to be writing before being joined by Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy, all of whom tackle her in a group hug and make her smile happily as she laughs before we transition to Wonder World and the mysterious young woman protecting it, transitioning afterwards to shots of the Megid generals and Kamen Rider Calibur.)

(Transition to shots of Sunset hiding from the students and a shot of Demon Sunset overlapping her before her face becomes serious as an overlap of Kamen Rider Saber shows, followed by her friends and their respective Rider forms within split screens; Rarity as Blades, Pinkie Pie as Espada, Applejack as Buster, Rainbow Dash as Kenzan, Flash Sentry as Saikou, and Fluttershy as Sabela.)

(Transition to Sunset shown in both her pony form and human form shown through reflections in a lake as she sees Princess Celestia watching over her with a smile on her face before fading to Princess Twilight's pony and human form smiling at her student, the scene transitioning to Sunset as she transforms into Saber, Flash becomes Saikou, and the rest of the HuMane Five transform respectively.)

(Cut to scenes of the HuMane Six and Flash battling the Megids and Shimi with their various powers and forms like Dragon/Jakkun, Dragon/Peter, Dragon/Hedgehog, Lion/Peter, Alangina/Hedgehog and more, destroying the Megids and taking some of their battles to Wonder World, a mysterious figure watching over them all.)
ALMIGHTY shinjita hou e ugokaserusa mirai
(Rarity/Blades is shown to be riding her Ride Gatriker around and slashing some Shimi away before Sunset/Saber jumps a ramp over her on DiagoSpeedy before the scene transitions to the seven Swordsmen standing on a hill and smiling as they enjoy the view of Wonder World.)

Meanwhile, in an undisclosed location, three mysterious figures were meeting to discuss some plans as the first asked his comrades, "Is everything prepared?"
"Indeed it is, Legeiel. Our first victim has already received their Alter Ride Book." A second figure reported to him.
"Excellent, then we can continue what we started several years ago," The first voice spoke again.
"And when we gather the remnants of the Almighty Book, we can rewrite the world into our own image," a third voice joined in, seeming to relish the idea.
Soon at Canterlot High, Sunset pulled up on her bike, which was a Honda CRF45OL designed to look like a dragon. This ride was called DiagoSpeedy, and it would be useful for Sunset's future endeavours.
She got off her bike, returning it to its Ride Book form as it spoke "Engine Kyuukan!" and headed into the school, holding her Wonder Ride Book in her hand tightly as she dodged the students who glared at her and whispered some mean things about her behind her back, sighing sadly as she remembered her past once again.
Arriving at the band room, she came face to face with her friends and waved shyly, "Uh, hey guys."
"SUNSET!!!" A light pink skinned girl with fluffy darker pink hair and light blue eyes tackled the bacon-haired girl in a tight hug as a squeaky toy sound emitted while she grinned.
Sunset chuckled and smiled as she looked at the girl with one eye open. "Nice to see you too, Pinkie," she spoke as she got the girl off her.
"Honestly, Pinkie Pie! You really need to find a better outlet for all of that energy!" A white skinned girl with curly purple hair and sapphire blue eyes scolded the pink party girl.
"Ah, let her get her hugs in, Rares." A light orange skinned cowgirl with blonde hair and green eyes spoke as she smiled at her fashionista friend, "You know Pinkie ain't happy until she's got her morning routine done."
"Well, let's just hope our routines go back to semi-normalcy after this," A light pink haired, light yellowed skinned girl with aquamarine eyes said quietly as she hugged a bunny in her arms, "We don't really need another crazy event happening so quickly afterwards." Her eyes suddenly dilated as she realized what she was talking about and she looked at Sunset quickly and told her, "Uh, no offense."
"None taken," Sunset sighed softly, looking away sadly.
"Still upset about how rough you were, huh?" A rainbow haired girl with light cerulean skin and raspberry red eyes asked out of concern.
Sunset sighed and responded, "You have no idea. I just keep wishing I can change it somehow, make amends for what I did in the past and all."
Pinkie smiled as she spoke quickly while moving animatically to illustrate her crazy idea, "Ooh, maybe you'll become a superhero with the power of stories from a world beyond our wildest imaginations and save all three worlds - the unknown world, our world, and Equestria - from being recreated by a trio of crazy monsters and their creations who use darker versions of those stories!"
The rest of them looked at Pinkie in absolute confusion; in all their lives, they had never heard anything so... so out there.
"Pinkie," Applejack finally spoke up, "in all the years I've known ya, I've heard you say some crazy things before, but that absolutely takes the cake."
"What? It's not my fault the author knows what she's doing when assigning Sunset her new destiny," Pinkie responded with another squeak as she grinned.
Sunset shook her head as she turned away and ran into a boy with electric blue hair, matching blue eyes, and light orange-yellow skin, hitting the ground as her Ride Books fell from her bag.
"Whoops! Sorry about that, Sunset," Flash Sentry smiled and helped gather her stuff, taking notice of the Brave Dragon Ride Book with his eyes widening as he spoke, "I've seen this before... in one of my dreams..."
Sunset looked at him in surprise, gasping a bit before she asked, "What were your dreams about?"
He looked at her and the others, noting their interest in his story, before he nodded slightly and got up, handing Sunset her Ride Books and ushering them all inside before he closed the door behind himself, turning and sighing softly as he spoke, "What I'm about to tell you guys is super confidential, only told to others who have Ride Books like Sunset. Pinkie Promise that none of you will tell anyone not privy to this information."
The girls all spoke in unison as they recited the Pinkie Promise: "Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye."
Flash nodded, satisfied with the unified promise before he pulled out a Ride Book of his own, this one being a light turquoise in color and bearing gold decals, the cover having the image of a man holding two swords and the title being Kin no Buki, Gin no Buki.
Sunset's jaw nearly dropped as she saw the book, looking at Flash in shock as she stuttered, "H... wh... how did you...?"
"That's where things get interesting, actually," Flash smiled a bit before explaining his tale.
("Last night, I woke up in this vast land that was surrounded by greenery and had bubbles floating around that didn't pop, like it was a fantasy world or something,") Flash explained.
He opened his eyes to see a green landscape with several buildings and a monolith far away, getting up and looking around in amazement before he saw a bubble floating by him and poked it curiously, surprised to see it not pop and instead float away. "This is unreal."
("Suddenly, I heard this voice speaking to me from behind.")
"It's an amazing place though, isn't it?" A voice casually asked him.
Flash nearly jumped out of his skin as he whipped around to see a young man about his age standing there with a smile on his light tan face, brown eyes holding a knowledgeable expression behind his black hair, his pose relaxed underneath a casual business suit.
Flash blinked in confusion before he asked, "Who are you?"
The man stepped forward and answered, "I'm Touma Kamiyama, the newly designated guardian of Wonder World. I need your help."
("I had no idea what he needed from me, but I wasn't gonna pass up an opportunity to help.") Flash nodded as he spoke determinedly, "What do you need me to do?"
Touma handed Flash the Kin no Buki, Gin no Buki Ride Book. "Some old enemies of mine have resurfaced and have captured one of my dearest friends. The Ten Swordsman are needed to save Earth and Wonder World once again."
("I was willing to fight for everyone here, so it was a no-brainer on my end.") Flash nodded and accepted the Ride Book, looking at Touma as he asked, "How will I know who is chosen by you?" ("I wasn't prepared for what he told me next though.")
Touma smiled once again and responded, "The Book and Seiken will appear to their chosen wielders, but Saber has already been chosen. A certain ex-girlfriend of yours received her Ride Book a long time ago in her home world when I entrusted it to her then mentor."
("I was so startled that that was when I woke up.") Flash jumped up to a sitting position and looked at his hand, seeing the Ride Book. "That wasn't a dream."
"So when I saw that I had also gained the Seiken Saikou Driver, I went looking for you guys immediately after getting to school," Flash finished his story.
Fluttershy blinked slightly as she spoke quietly, "Sounds like an awful lot of pressure, but... I think I know what you're talking about as well. I watch a few Neighponese Toku shows, and that Driver sounds familiar..." She frowned in thought.
Suddenly, a loud CRASH got their attention as Applejack was the first to ask, "What in the hay was that?!"
Flash frowned as he responded, "Sounds like what Touma was telling me about, old enemies resurfacing. Let's go!" He dashed out to the school courtyard.
The HuMane Six looked at each other and nodded before they followed Flash out to the courtyard, all of the girls gasping in fright as they saw a rock like monster terrorizing the students.
Flash stepped forward and placed an odd buckle on his waist, straps appearing magically and locking the buckle in place as the girls heard a disembodied voice: "Seiken Saikou Driver!" "Time for the dual metal sword to illuminate the world!" He opened his Ride Book as it spoke with the same disembodied voice: "Kin no Buki, Gin no Buki! Gold or silver?" He opened the buckle up to allow it become a sword before slotting the Ride Book in and pulling the sword out, striking a pose. "Saikou Hakkou!" "Henshin!" He swung his sword to the side as he turned into light, being absorbed into the Seiken, much to the girls' shock, while another announcement rang out: "Who is the shining sword? Saikou Issho: Kingin no chikara wo eta kagayaku ken! Saikou!"
The girls felt their jaws drop, although Pinkie's jaw literally hit the floor somehow as Flash, now the Seiken known as Saikou, floated in midair.
"Whoa, didn't expect this, but I'll roll with it," Flash seemed as surprised as the girls before he flew forward and started slashing the Golem Megid, seeming to easily be holding it back alone.
Sunset frowned as she watched him fight, nervously clenching her fists as she remembered her lessons on the stories of the world, specifically when she had expressed interest in writing as a younger filly.
"Anything is possible if you just believe in yourself," Celestia had urged her long ago.
'That's right, Celestia believed I can do anything, but I always used that belief for power. Now I have a chance to rewrite my story!' Sunset looked up with a determined expression and ran forward courageously, grabbing the Kougouken Saikou and slashing the Megid with it while taking some punches due to her lack of sword-fighting experience.
"Sunset, what are you doing?! Are you crazy?!" Flash would have been lying if he thought he wasn't worried for his ex-girlfriend.
Sunset grunted as she was knocked back, hitting the ground and coughing up some blood before she got up. "Maybe, but I know if I don't do something to help, everyone's gonna get hurt or worse! I'm not letting that happen again, or anytime ever! If this is my destiny now, then I will fight to protect the stories and lives of everyone!"
As if responding to her spark of courage, the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book lit up in a red flame and opened a portal that dropped out a stone sword as a dragon's roar was heard from inside the portal.
"Sunset, you know what to do!" Flash shouted to her quickly upon seeing the sword.
Sunset nodded, "Right!" She ran forward, sliding under the Golem Megid as it tried to swing at her, and grabbed the sword from the ground where it had landed, getting back to her feet quickly and letting Flash float beside her as she pulled out her Wonder Ride Book.
In response, the Brave Dragon Ride Book transferred its red flame to her sword, transforming it into a device with three slots and a red handled sword inserted inside it as she heard a similar voice to the Saikou Driver: "Seiken SworDriver!"
She looked at the Driver in amazement before she placed it on her waist, the Driver locking in as she clenched her fists. "Let's rewrite the future!" She held up her Ride Book and opened it. "Brave Dragon! Katsute subete wo horobosu hodo no idaina chikara wo tenishita shinjuu ga ita..."
The remaining HuMane Five looked on, Fluttershy grinning widely as she gasped in excitement.
"I will... protect this school!" Sunset closed the Ride Book and loaded it into the first slot, grabbing the handle of the sword as a larger version of Brave Dragon appeared behind her before she drew the sword out, opening the massive book behind herself. "Rekka Battou!" She swung the sword so it ran horizontally across her body. "Henshin!" She created a flaming cross slash that flew forward as the dragon from the book circled around her and formed her suit, the flames merging to become her visor afterwards. "Brave Dragon~! Rekka Issatsu! Yuuki no ryuu to Kaenken Rekka ga majiwaru toki, shinku no tsurugi ga aku wo tsuranuku!"

The girls were shocked, but Fluttershy was jumping for joy as she screamed loudly, "KAMEN RIDER!!! SUNSET'S A KAMEN RIDER!!! SHE DID IT!!! SHE DID IT!!! WHOO!!!"
Sunset looked at herself in amazement. "Oh my Celestia..." She looked at the Kaenken Rekka. "Well, let's see what we can do." She got in a battle stance and ran forward, starting to fight the Golem Megid with Flash's help, flipping around almost expertly and dodging any attack that came at her or blocking it as she utilized the martial arts she was experienced in for battle, easily keeping up with the Megid.
Flash flew over to Sunset and landed in her hand then, giving her dual swords to fight with as she slashed the Megid back, jumping in the air to avoid an attack before she blocked another and pushed it back, stumbling slightly. "No way is this world falling to threats magical or otherwise!" She sheathed Kaenken Rekka again and activated Saikou's finisher. "Saikou Hakkou!" "The ending of this new story... is mine to decide!" She pressed the trigger and drew out Kaenken Rekka again. "Hissatsu Dokuha! Rekka Battou! Dragon!" "Kougou Ryuuhazan!" "Rekka Issatsu Giri! F-F-F-Fire!" She delivered a cross slash of golden light and red flames that impacted against the Megid as she turned and held both swords at her side while the Megid fell and exploded.

Trixie Lulamoon fell out of the explosion and landed on the ground unconscious as the Alter Ride Book landed beside her.
Sunset turned and picked Trixie up worriedly, letting Flash float beside her as he spoke up, "She's gonna need the infirmary for any damage issues."
She nodded to him and passed Trixie off to Lyra Heartstrings and Bon-Bon, who rushed Trixie inside quickly.
Sunset turned to her friends, who were cheering for her and Flash with Fluttershy continuing to shout, "KAMEN RIDERS!!! THEY'RE KAMEN RIDERS!!! WHOO!!! YEAH!!!"
Sunset dehenshined and looked at Flash as he also changed back, asking him, "Kamen Riders?"
Flash smiled and shrugged, responding, "So Flutters knows her heroes better than me."
Sunset nodded before she was tackled in a hug by Fluttershy and Pinkie, falling to the ground with a grunt of pain.
Applejack walked over and smiled as she helped Sunset up and spoke, "Well then, I guess we're gonna have to get you some sword training in."
Rarity smiled as she looked at Applejack and told her, "Maybe I can help with that, darling. I have several years of fencing experience under my belt, relatively speaking. I'm sure I can train them to perfect shape in no time."
Rainbow sighed softly and rolled her eyes before she spoke with a smile, "Well, I guess this was one magical adventure that none of us were gonna expect, but it's an AWESOME ONE!!" She threw her fists into the air with a cheer, being joined in by the others moments later. This certainly looked to be a new epic adventure.

Wow, my first true Kamen Rider and MLP crossover. I'm gonna try and keep up on this one because Saber is one of many Rider series I am looking forward to watching, along with the current Rider, Revice. I know I'm still working on Beyond the Grid , but I'm not too certain about finishing that one, so if you guys want me to finish it, please let me know. I'd love to hear your thoughts. And please read and review this story as well!
Also, This means a flashback or a dream sequence, 'this means a thought', this means it's a book title, this means the Rider or monster is talking, this means the theme is playing or ending, this is for the Driver and Ride Book announcements, "this means someone is on the other line in a phone call", and there will be horizontal lines showing that the scenery will be shifting from place to place and timeline to timeline.

The Flowing Fashionista of Generosity
It had been only a couple of days since the first battle and within that time, news had spread like wildfire about the former Queen of Mean and her ex-boyfriend becoming superheroes. While this had done little to soothe the nerves of some of the students, others were starting to see Sunset as a changed woman, finally . But this was only the beginning of the story, as there were more surprises in store.
It was after classes the day that the story had spread and Flash and the girls were outside as Rarity was getting set up for their practice; she had brought along her rapier in a case to school that morning, explaining to Principla Celestia and Vice Principal Luna that it was an instrument she had planned on trying to practice with in the band room, setting down the case and opening it up as she spoke, "There are many different fighting styles, dearies. Fencing is one of those styles, but it is for the most advantageous and skilled warriors, such as yours truly."
Sunset looked around nervously before she looked at Rarity, holding her own metal rod tightly as she asked, "Uh, Rarity? Don't you think this is a little overkill for us to be learning expert fencing so early?"
Flash had a metal rod as well, looking at Sunset as he reminded her, "We can't forget Sunset, this is gonna be essential for us as Riders. We can't forgo training for our own selfish reasons."
Fluttershy looked up from the book she had been reading, entitled Lost Memory, and spoke up: "Flash is right, Sunset. You never know when the next monster is gonna come up. Plus if you start training now, your growth as a Rider will expand and you'll get new powers."
"Exactly, so we can't just wait around for the Megid to attack again. We have to be vigilant, cautious, looking around all corners at all times," Rarity agreed as she got her rapier sheath on, grabbing her sword by the handle and drawing it expertly before she twirled it and held it so the blade was vertical in the air, her face set in determination as she smirked at the two Swordsmen. "Now, en garde !" She ran at them quickly, swinging at Sunset's stomach area.
Sunset yelped in surprise and jumped back, blocking it quickly out of instinct and kicking at Rarity.
The fashionista blocked calmly with her bare arm before she spotted Flash moving in from the side and blocked an attempted strike with her rapier, continuing to battle the two with grace and skill and easily dodging their poor attempts at attacking with swipes, smirking lightly as she increased her speed and accuracy.
Pinkie watched in amazement as she pulled a bag of popcorn from seemingly out of nowhere (It's Pinkie Pie, don't question it) as she spoke up, "Wow, Rarity wasn't kidding about her fencing experience." She popped open the bag and munched a few kernels.
"No doubt," Rainbow agreed as she also munched on some of the popcorn.
Rarity soon stopped the training as she saw that she had left quite a few shallow cuts on both of their bodies. "Oh, dear." She chuckled nervously, sheathing her sword and continuing, "I think you both have had enough for one day. But tomorrow morning, I expect you to be here at 6:30 a.m. sharp so we can continue our practice and our lessons. Understood?"
Sunset and Flash looked at each other before they groaned, passing out on the spot and collapsing on the ground.

Meanwhile, Storious was watching Calibur pace around in concern, feeling a bit worried himself as he stroked his chin in thought and muttering, "I didn't expect that two of the ten true Seikens would choose their new wielders already... but we have no need for concern." He looked up at his companions. "We as well have one of the Ten, plus the Sword of Voids on our side."
A second Rider walked out, based on the motif of a phoenix and held their sword readily before looking at Storius. "I expect you also have your Megids at the ready?"
Storious nodded and smirked a bit. "And the newest host has been chosen. The Sword of Currents hasn't found its host yet, so I expect there will be no problem for them."
That night, Rarity was pulling a late shift with designing a new outfit out of an unknown creative inspiration, sipping a latte as she worked and listening to some Japanese music as she worked. Recently, she had discovered her love for how energetic the Tokusatsu music was, especially those from Fluttershy's Toku shows. One song she was listening to was a newly released song, liveDevil.
As she listened to the energetic tunes, she couldn't help but dance along slightly, humming to the music as she twirled around, looking at the outfit and smiling brightly as she spoke to herself, "Oh, that looks wonderful! The navy blue leather of this jacket matches perfectly with the deep red undertones." She looked down upon feeling something rubbing her leg and saw her Angora cat, Opalescence, purring in agreement.
"Oh, thank you, Opal. I promise, it's nothing too fancy. Just an idea I had gotten after a recent dream." Rarity told her, thinking back on her dream from the previous night.
Rarity was asleep in her bed, shifting slightly as she got a vision of a blue lion, an ACTUAL blue lion, standing alongside a Rider that looked like it had the lion motif as well, nodding to her.
Rarity jolted out of her thoughts when she heard a set of footsteps coming down the steps, looking over to see her younger sister rubbing her eyes blearily.
"Sweetie Belle, precious dear, what's wrong?" Rarity wondered, going to her sister and kneeling beside her.
Sweetie looked at her and blinked slightly before she spoke: "I had this really weird dream, Rarity. I saw the school and the city looking like they were burning away, like pages in a book, there were bubbles floating around the place that wouldn't pop and there were these two monsters that were attacking people."
Rarity's eyes widened as she listened, her thoughts going fast, 'Sweetie Belle must have received a vision of the next battle. But if that's the case, who could have possibly sent them?' She hugged her sister and consoled her with a soft voice, "Relax, Sweetie Belle. I promise you there's nothing to worry about. It may have just been a bad dream, after all. But if it turns out your dream is accurate, I won't let any monsters hurt you." In her mind, Rarity knew she had to get this information to the others.
The next morning, Flash and the HuMane Six met at Sugarcube Corner where Rarity relayed the message about Sweetie Belle's recent dream and her own vision.
Pinkie ate a cupcake in one go and spoke afterwards, "Ooh, ooh! I think the blue lion has something to do with the next Rider we could get! Maybe one with a lion theme and a cool rapier like Rarity's got and-" Her mouth was covered by Rainbow's hand in the next instant.
"Yeah, Pinkie Pie? Maybe we should let Fluttershy make the list. She knows more about the Riders than we do," Rainbow suggested.
Fluttershy smiled as she looked at Rainbow and told her, "Well, I think what Rarity and Pinkie are describing means that Blades is the next Rider that's gonna show up."
Sunset looked pensive as she thought it over and muttered, "But this doesn't make sense. Flash got his powers after a dream, I received my powers from Princess Celestia, and Rarity got a vision about Lion Senki. So why would Sweetie Belle have a dream about the Megid?"
Applejack shrugged a bit. "Hard t'say, sugarcube. But I reckon if Sweetie's having some weird dreams about this mess, we oughta be on our guard. For all we know, the next attack might be right outside and we wouldn't even notice until-"
A loud BOOM stopped the sentence as Sunset guessed, "Until that happens?"
"Darn tootin', Sunset," AJ confirmed, the seven racing outside and gasping as they saw the carnage.
Everything looked exactly like Sweetie Belle had described in her dream; burning buildings like pages, parts of Wonder World showing in the area, and the Ari and Kirigirisu Megids ready to attack people.
Flash looked at Sunset and shouted quickly, "Go time!"
"Got it! The rest of you, get people to safety!" Sunset instructed her friends as she placed her SworDriver on her waist and opened Brave Dragon up. "Brave Dragon!"
Flash put his Driver on his waist and opened it as he also flicked open his Ride Book. "Kin no Buki, Gin no Buki!"
Both of them placed their respective Ride Books in their Drivers and drew their swords out. "Rekka Battou!/Saikou Hakkou!" "Henshin!" They performed their signature poses and changed into their forms respectively, although Flash stepped it up a notch: "Brave Dragon~! Rekka Issatsu! When the dragon of valor and Kaenken Rekka meet, the crimson sword will penetrate evil!/Who is this? Saikou Nishou: A silhouette born from within the light! Shadow! A blinding light emerged from the Kougouken Saikou as a shadowy Kamen Rider Saikou appeared next to Sunset.
"Let's go!" Saikou ran forward with Saber behind him, the two starting to fight the Kirigirisu Megid and the Ari Megid respectively, now doing a little better with the training they had gotten in.
Meanwhile, the rest of the HuMane Five went around, saving the lives of other people and ushering them inside the buildings that they could get them into.
Rarity suddenly heard a familiar scream and looked around, seeing her little sister surrounded by a group of Shimi that had been summoned by the Megids.
"SWEETIE BELLE!" Rarity immediately ran over, drawing her rapier and starting to fight the Shimi bravely, countering each attack with one of her own skilled attacks.
Sunset was having a tough time against the Ari Megid, grunting as she pushed it back, but that was when it did something unexpected: The Megid started to split into multiple copies. "HUH?!"
Pinkie Pie did a double take from where she was watching on the sidelines and shouted, "That's freaky-deaky!"
"That's the story of The Ant and the Grasshopper!" Fluttershy called to her in response. "The ant queen should be easy to find if it's glowing!"
Flash jumped back from a cross slash the Kirigirisu Megid tried to deliver, blocking another strike as he shouted, "Easier said than done!"
Rarity knocked down another Shimi and growled angrily while she fought, thinking about all the worries she had when it came to protecting her little sister and shaking her head as she muttered, "No... I promised Sweetie Belle that I would protect her, and I will keep that promise no matter the cost!" As she slashed the next Shimi to attack her, her rapier suddenly glew in a bright blue pillar of light as a loud lion's roar was heard.
Sunset looked over in surprise, "That light!"
Flash heard the roar, "That's a lion's roar!"
Rarity watched as her rapier turned into a Seiken SworDriver with a blue handle on the sword, a blue Wonder Ride Book appearing in her free hand with a stylized lion on the front cover, roaring as the title read Lion Senki. "Lion Senki... my power as a Rider," she whispered before equipping her Driver, opening the Ride Book proudly. "Lion Senki! This blue mane marks a new history of the noble king's battle…" She closed the book and locked it into the middle slot on her Driver, a larger version of Lion Senki appearing behind her as she drew her sword, the book opening with her motion. "Nagare Battou!" She held it in a rapier style as she smirked. "Hen... shin." She slashed in a horizontal line, allowing the water to fly forth as the blue lion circled around her and created her armor in a blue flash, the water splashing against her helmet to form her visor. "Lion Senki! Nagare Issatsu! When the King of Beasts and Suiseiken Nagare meet, the azure sword peels its fangs!" She posed elegantly to the Driver announcement.
Fluttershy bounced excitedly and squealed, "Kamen Rider Blades has arrived!! WHOO!!"
Rarity held the Suiseiken Nagare at the ready with her shout of "En garde!" before she charged into the fray, striking down Shimi easily.
Sunset grinned brightly before she refocused on her battle, knocking away some of the Ari Megid clones.
Flash finished off the Kirigirisu Megid and caught the Wonder Ride Book that it released, looking at it. "Jakkun-to-Domamenoki? Maybe..." He looked at Sunset. "Sunset!" He threw the book to her quickly.
Sunset caught the book and looked at it. "Nice, a new power!" She opened it quickly. "Jakkun-to-Domamenoki! A mysterious story about a bean suddenly obtained by a boy becoming a huge tree..." She sheathed her sword, loaded the Book in the third slot, and drew her sword again."Rekka Battou! When the two books stack, the sacred sword gains power! Wonder Rider! Dragon! Jakkun! With two elements, the blade is sharpened!"
She swung her vine around and knocked out the various Ari Megid clones, spotting the real one a few feet away. "Aha! Gotcha!" She lassoed it with her vine as it tried to escape and slashed it down with a few strikes, knocking it to the ground before she slashed the Shimi down that Rarity had been handling.
"My turn to help you!" Rarity shouted as she spun around and sheathed her sword, pressing the trigger. "Hissatsu Dokuha!" "I swear upon Nagare, the Sword of Currents, that I shall protect my loved ones!" "Lion! Nagare Issatsu Geki! Water!" She readied a water bubble from her lion head and fired it at the Ari Megid. "Leo Cascade!" She jumped into the air and posed in a flying side kick, rocketing down at the Megid and kicking through it before she landed cleanly, standing upright and facing away from the explosion as Sunset and Flash joined her.
Sunset looked over and caught the blue Book that flew from the Ari Megid and looked at it. "Peter Fantasista, huh? Nice." She dehenshined with the other two as they regrouped with their friends.
Rarity went to Sweetie Belle and helped her up. "Are you alright, darling?" she asked out of concern.
Sweetie looked at Rarity and nodded before she spoke, "That... was... SO COOL!!" Her voice squeaked as she hugged her big sister.
Rarity hugged Sweetie Belle back and smiled, fighting back tears as she whispered, "It's alright, Sweetie. It'll be alright now."
The rest of the group smiled as they either watched the sisters hug or the city return to normal.
Sunset saw Sandalwood laying where the Megid had been and looked at the group, pointing him out, "He needs to get to Nurse Redheart."
"I'm on it!" Pinkie called as she zipped over, picked Sandalwood up, and zoomed away.
The kids looked at each other and rolled their eyes with a smile. Typical Pinkie..
Soon after, they were all back in Sugarcube Corner, having a celebratory treat.
Applejack ate a bit of her apple tart and looked at the team as she spoke, "Well, since we're gonna be knowin' about these attacks now, we'll need a way to keep in contact."
Flash smiled and pulled out a few bulky cell phones. "I talked with Vinyl Scratch about it and she provided these to me," he explained, "they're supposed to activate a Ride Machine when the right button is pressed."
Rainbow shook her head. "Wait, wait, wait. How did Vinyl know about us being Riders? Is she one too?"
Flash looked at Rainbow. "I don't think so, not yet anyway," he guessed. "More than likely, she knew from a dream like I knew from my dream."
Fluttershy shrugged and spoke up, "It wouldn't surprise me if she was a Rider." She pulled out a notebook that she had written in, showing a list of the ten Seiken Riders and having a couple of names by some. "We know Sunset is Saber, Flash is Saikou, and Rarity just became Blades." She wrote Rarity's name in by Blades as she continued, "That leaves seven of the Seikens left to be claimed, not to mention three other Seikens that have potentially dangerous powers if they land in the wrong hands."
Sunset nodded. "So which Seiken will be claimed by whom next?"
Fluttershy closed her notebook, responding to her friend, "That's for the Seikens themselves to decide."
Author's Note
It is indeed, Fluttershy. As we know from the base show, the Seikens are confirmed to have their own voices, said by Tetsuo Daishinji/Slash himself, so it would be no surprise that the Seikens could even potentially choose their new wielders. Also, yes. Lost Memory is one of Touma Kamiyama's books. I plan on having the Riders properly meeting him in the future and I do plan for Vinyl to be a Rider as well. It makes sense since she's practically a master of beats and stuff, and she did help against the Sirens, so she'll play a big part there. We're also introduced to Falchion in this episode, and Sunset and Flash's new forms, Dragon-Jakkun and Saikou Shadow respectively, along with Rarity making her debut as Blades. Strongest Apple, Buster Slashes Onward!
Applejack was humming a song as she worked, thinking about what she had witnessed within the past couple of days. Her friends were becoming better than before, three of them were Riders, and they had their resident otaku on the case of who was gonna be next to join the group. However, she felt she might already have had an idea based on Apple Bloom's recent dream.
Apple Bloom was telling her about the dream, explaining about a lizard like monster she had seen, trapping people in bubbles due to drawing them in with blank books. "It's the strangest thing, sis. I never get dreams like that."
"Well, maybe you're just thinking on it too hard what with the recent monster attacks, A.B. I mean, at least Rarity, Flash, and Sunset are protecting us from those monsters," A.J. reminded her.
Big Macintosh smiled at his sisters. "Ee-yup."
Still, there was always a chance that Apple Bloom's dream wasn't a coincidence. How did the old saying go again? Once was a fluke, twice was a coincidence, thrice was a pattern? Or something to that effect?
A.J. shook her head and muttered to herself, "Slow down, A.J. You're just thinkin' too hard on it." She frowned before smiling as she had a thought, "Maybe a little bit of sword practice will help. Good thing Rarity's started teaching all of us some kendo on her spare time. Not to mention, I've been meaning to try out that new sword of mine." She walked over and grabbed a handmade stone sword, hefting it over her shoulder and heading to the nearest dead apple tree.
Big Macintosh was working inside, pulling hay bales to the barn and setting them down for the cows before he perked up when he heard A.J. grunting and looked over his shoulder towards the door. "Uh-oh."
He peeked out towards where A.J. had gone and saw her swinging her sword around, but she was looking more like a bruiser than a swordfighter.
She didn't notice Big Mac watching her though as she spat on her hands and rubbed them together, lifting her heavy sword and growling as she swung at the dead tree, slamming the blade into the trunk with a loud grunt and stepping back as she watched the tree crash to the ground.
Big Mac walked up to her and let out a low whistle from how impressed he was.
She looked at him and chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of her head as she asked, "You saw all that, didn't cha?"
"Ee-yup," he smiled at her.
"Ah, just trying to get some practice in. Rares has been showing me a few tricks of her trade in swordplay," she stretched out a bit as she explained.
"Looks more like you're just trying to chop down firewood," he said casually.
"Probably am," she joked before she popped her shoulder into place, groaning in pain. "Whoo Nelly, those swings take a lot out of ya though..."
Meanwhile, Apple Bloom was waiting at her clubhouse for her friends, sighing softly as she thought about her dream. "Man, why are we gettin' these dreams? I know Sweetie Belle had one last week, and mine was this week. But that's just coincidence, right? Ain't no way these dreams are tied to the goings on in town... is there?"
"APPLE BLOOM!!!!" A.B. suddenly perked up as she heard her other friend Scootaloo race into the clubhouse.
"Scootaloo! What's goin' on?!" Applebloom asked the tomboy.
Scootaloo took a deep breath before she blurted out rapidly, "Sweetie Belle just picked up this blank white book and then she just suddenly completely disappeared and I can't find her anywhere and I'm seriously worried!"
Applebloom's eyes dilated to pinpricks as she thought, 'Just like in my dream!' She snapped to attention as she looked at Scootaloo and told her, "Come on, Scoots! We gotta tell the others now!" She pulled her friend behind her quickly, worry clear in her eyes as she thought to herself, 'I hope you hold out, Sweetie Belle.'

"SHE WAS WHAT?!?!" Rarity shouted fearfully upon hearing the words of the two remaining C.M.C's; Scootaloo and Apple Bloom had gotten to Carousel Boutique to find Sunset and Rarity there and told them what happened.
Sunset frowned slightly as she muttered, "This can't be a coincidence anymore." She looked at the younger girls as she continued, "Clearly you three are meant to help us by predicting the next attacks wherever they might be."
Scootaloo blinked and held up her hand in confusion as she asked, "Hold up. How do you figure that?"
Apple Bloom looked at Scootaloo. "It makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Sweetie Belle had a vision about the two monsters last week, I had the vision about that lizard thing, so who's to say y'all ain't gonna have one before the next attack?"
Scootaloo blinked slightly as she thought it over, finally remarking to her friend, "Good point."
"And really it makes sense," Fluttershy added as she came into the room, "each of these Megids we've faced so far have either been based off of a mythical creature or a story, and the three Riders we have thus far are based on a mythical creature, an animal, or a fairytale. So in retrospect, it'd make sense that the next Megid we face is based off some kind of animal." She let Angel Bunny out of her bag as she looked at the group. "And I know just what kind of animal they'd send out first."
Angel opened the book to the page in Fluttershy's animal book, pointing it out to the others.
Apple Bloom looked at it curiously, "A Japanese giant salamander?"
"Also known as the Hanzaki Sanshouou," Fluttershy confirmed. "It's deadly, slimy skinned meaning that no sword will be able to touch it, and if even one of its original body parts are left over, it will able to regenerate, so we have to be careful."
Apple Bloom shivered slightly and hugged herself, "Makes me worry about Sweetie Belle even more now..."
"RARITY! SOMEBODY HELP!" Sweetie Belle was pounding on the inside of her bubble prison, hoping someone could hear her.
"Sweetie Belle, it's not doing anything," the voice came from Trixie Lulamoon, who was looking at Sweetie Belle with an annoyed expression. "Whatever these bubbles are, even I can't break them."
Sweetie Belle groaned before she remembered her previous dream and gasped, "Wait a minute! The bubbles of Wonder World!"
Trixie looked at her in confusion, "The bubbles of what world?"
"I'll explain later," Sweetie Belle promised her, "right now, we need to get a signal out to the others. Do you have any fireworks on you?"
Trixie chuckled as if it were a silly thing to ask, "Oh, dear little child. The Great and Powerful Trixie never goes anywhere without some tricks up her sleeve." She demonstrated with a wave of her hand as a few small fireworks appeared in a pink cloud of dust.
Sweetie Belle smiled at her. "Perfect! We can use those to signal for the Riders!"
Trixie looked around as she saw some of the bubbles floating towards the ground before her eyes dilated into pinpricks. "They'd better hurry, otherwise I don't think we can last up here much longer!"
Sweetie peeked down and screamed as she saw a cauldron below them, bubbling and looking ready to cook something, namely the people in the bubbles.
Back in the Canterlot High World, Sunset, Flash, and Rarity had transformed and were riding out to the city section that was being assimilated into Wonder World with Apple Bloom sitting behind Rarity, Scootaloo behind Flash, and Applejack on Diago Speedy with Sunset.
Scootaloo looked around at the crumbling buildings and whistled slightly. "I've heard of burning buildings, but this is ridiculous."
"I know, this is way more freaky when it's seen in real life," A.B. shivered as she looked around.
"Either way, we have to be careful. If Fluttershy was right, one of the Generals will be showing up soon enough," Sunset warned them before she saw someone up ahead and skidded to a stop beside Flash, who was glaring at the figure.
The figure came closer to the girls, revealing itself to be Legiel. "So you three are some of the new Riders? I was honestly expecting better from Kamiyama."
"So you know Touma then. All the more reason to kick your butt into the ground!" Flash shouted as he got ready to fight.
Rarity stopped the two. "I'd hold that thought. Something tells me there's more to this gentleman than meets the eye."
Legeiel chuckled as he changed into his Megid Form. "Oh, you couldn't be more right, dear Blades."
The girls gasped in surprise as the Riders took their stances courageously.
"Okay, Rarity, you go on ahead and help Sweetie Belle out of danger! We can fight this clown!" Sunset took charge and gave her friends orders.
Flash nodded, looking at Applejack. "Use my Ride Gatriker to help you move faster."
"Ya got it, partner!" AJ went to the Gatriker with Scoots still on the back and took the front as Rarity got on the other one again and both ladies revved up, heading past Legeiel and off to the trap site.
Legeiel smirked and held his hands out. "Come get me."
"You asked for it!" Sunset shouted as she charged forward, swinging in tandem with Flash as the three started battling.
Meanwhile, Sweetie Belle and Trixie heard the revving of the Gatrikers and looked around, the latter wondering, "What was that?"
Sweetie grinned as she heard the revving noise and looked at Trixie. "That's our ticket outta here, Trixie! Get those fireworks going!"
Trixie nodded and pulled out some matches, lighting up the firecrackers and covering her ears as Sweetie did the same.
Rarity slowed to a stop and looked around at the area with a nervous whimper, "They've got to be around here somewhere! Send up some kind of sign to help us or something!"
Suddenly, a shower of sparks flew up and exploded a few blocks away, catching Scootaloo's eye. "There's our signal."
"Hang on!" Applejack took off driving like a shot as Rarity followed behind.
Trixie coughed from the smoke that had collected in her bubble and was dispersing slowly. "Ugh! Next time we're in a cramped space like this, Sweetie Belle - cough cough! - don't ask me to use fireworks again!"
"Huh?! What's going on here?!" The Hanzaki Megid came back, looking around.
Trixie saw it and started screaming her head off in terror as she pounded her fists against the bubble, her screams even being loud from inside the bubble.
"Quiet down, woman! Or you'll get me in trouble!" The Megid shouted at her.
Suddenly, a stream of water struck the Megid and sent it into the boiling pot where it shouted in agony as it shot out and hopped around comically, its tail red from the hot liquid.
"Too late for that, you creep!" Rarity came to a stop and got off her Gatriker, swinging her sword courageously as Applejack got off as well.
Sweetie Belle looked down and smiled. "Rarity! Apple Bloom! Scootaloo!"
"Sweetie Belle!" Scootaloo shouted in relief.
Apple Bloom saw the Megid finally cool his tail down and jumped in surprise, "Uh-oh!"
Applejack stood in front of the CMC's bravely. "No way am I letting this lizard hurt you girls again!" She smiled at Rarity. "Shall we?"
"With gusto!" The fashionista responded before the two ran forward, starting to attack the Megid with everything they had.
Back with Sunset and Flash, they were having trouble against Legeiel, sliding back a little bit before Sunset growled. "Okay, then! I'll try something different!" She pulled out the Peter Fantasista book and opened it. "Peter Fantasista! A story of dreams and hopes unfolded by a boy who never grows up..." She closed the book and sheathed Rekka again before she inserted the book and unsheathed her sword. "Rekka Battou!Wonder Rider~!Dragon! Peter Fantasista!"
Flash smiled and gave her the thumbs up. "Nice one!"
Sunset smirked and swung the hook at Legeiel, knocking him back a few feet before she delivered a few slashes. "Gotta think on the fly sometimes!"
Back at the battle against Hanzaki, the cowgirl was doing her best to keep up with Rarity as Scootaloo and Apple Bloom got to work trying to bust open the bubbles holding the civilians and keeping them away from the pot below.
Applejack slid back and growled as she hefted her sword over her shoulder. "I ain't letting down my family this easily. I've been the biggest provider for them since my parents died, and I will keep them safe from the likes of you, ya ugly lizard!" She swung the stone blade with a shout, her sword glowing brightly all of a sudden as it knocked the Hanzaki Megid back several feet.
Rarity gasped as she saw the light envelop A.J's sword, the CMC's and Trixie also looking on in awe.
Applejack watched her sword morph into the Dougouken Gekido and smirked a bit. "My turn!" She caught the Ride Book that formed and flipped it open. "Genbu Shinwa! There was once a God Beast possessing a strong armor that acted as one of the four holy beasts..." She closed the book and loaded it into the Seiken, pulling the trigger to open it and hefting the sword over her shoulder as the larger version opened behind her. "Genbu Shinwa!" "Henshin!" She swung down and destroyed a stone wall that appeared in front of her, the pieces swirling around her and forming her suit. Slice in half! Smashing slash! Dogo! Dogo! Dogouken Gekido! Gekido reprint! The absolutely armored large sword delivers a mighty blow from the north!"
Apple Bloom grinned and threw her fist into the air. "Yee-haw! That's my big sister! Yeah!"
A.J. looked at her armor and smirked before she glared at the Megid. "Now we're rolling. Alright, Megid. Get ready to feel the pain of the earthquakes!!" She ran forward and started battering it rapid fire style and sending it farther and farther with each powerful blow.
Rarity turned her attention to the bubbles and activated her attack. "Lion Senki!" She sent her large blue lion out and it charged through the bubbles, popping each one of them in turn.
Sweetie Belle dropped safely into the arms of her friends and smiled at them, "Thanks, girls."
Trixie hit the ground on her butt near them with a grunt and winced slightly, "Oh, that's gonna hurt in the morning..."
Rarity went over to Trixie and helped her up with a smile as she spoke up, "I'm honestly impressed you and Sweetie Belle found a way to get us a signal, dearie."
Trixie smiled a bit. "Don't thank me for that one. Sweetie Belle came up with the idea all by herself," she explained.
Sweetie Belle smiled and blushed proudly, "Just doing what I can for my friends."
"Heads up!" Scootaloo shouted suddenly and jumped back as the Hanzaki Megid landed near them.
Trixie screamed once again and made a mad dash for the bushes, diving behind one.
Applejack walked forward, glaring at the Megid from behind her helmet. "Three things you're gonna remember. Number one: I wield the Earth's power. Two: I don't forgive those who hurt my family or my friends. And three: There is no chance in arguing that point!" She scanned her Ride Book on Gekido. "Genbu Shinwa!" "Grand Judgement Cut!" Rocks from the surrounding area gathered onto Dogouken Gekido, enlarging the sword to a massive size.
"Oh dear. Everybody DUCK!" Rarity jumped into a ditch quickly.
The CMC's collectively yelped at the size of Gekido and quickly took cover beside Rarity.
AJ charged the sword with orange energy and performed a horizontal slash with a war shout coming from her lungs, the attack striking the Megid down and causing it to explode into nothingness from the sheer force alone.
Rarity peeked up once the attack was over and saw no sign of the Hanzaki Megid. "Well, I think it's safe to say that we don't need to worry about that Megid anymore today," She smiled at her armored friend.
Applejack looked at the girls and chuckled nervously, "Sorry 'bout that."
Apple Bloom saw the buildings return to normal as they had in the past and sighed in relief, "Glad that's over with."
Back at the fight against Legeiel, Sunset and Flash got knocked back and both got up bravely, still willing to continue on despite their pain.
Legeiel stopped once he saw the city return to normal though and sighed, "Seems Zooous' Megid didn't last long. Oh well, such is life." He looked at the two Swordsmen. "I look forward to our next battle." With a chuckle, he teleported away via a book portal.
Sunset sighed in relief and pulled her book out of her Driver as she sheathed Rekka, changing back to her civilian appearance as Flash changed back as well. "That's the end of that chapter."
"I can't believe Applejack is a RIDER NOW!! YEAH!!" Fluttershy's cheer of joy was the first thing they group heard upon meeting up at the high school football field.
A.J. was getting ice packs put on her muscles with Apple Bloom's help as the older cowgirl chuckled, "Well, I definitely need more muscle training. Wielding that heavy sword is more work than it seems."
"Hey, you saved a lot of people today, A.J. That's a big accomplishment," Apple Bloom reminded her.
Sunset nodded and smiled as she added, "Plus that makes it four out of ten of the Seikens we've got now. Rekka, Nagare, Saikou, and Gekido."
Rainbow nodded and chuckled lightly as she looked at the starry sky and asked, "Wonder who's gonna be next to appear?"
Pinkie was humming away as she baked some new cupcake concoctions, the Lamp do Alangina Ride Book sitting on the counter near her Gummy plushie.
She looked at the Wonder Ride Book with a smile and then to the camera with a wink and a giggle.

Who, indeed? Anyways, this was a long one to plan out because it was challenging to say the least. Not to mention exhausting when it came down to the tougher parts. Hopefully, I can get started on Saber and see how I like it. I've been working from the Rider Wiki mostly, but I definitely want to check out the series actual. Hopefully without burning myself out...
