Dangerous Love

Well maybe my bad feeling from last week was wrong, because all throughout the week I've been working for Ms. Chrysalis, who had to call my bank to let them know that I wasn't trolling them when I was making my deposit, and so far it's been pretty good. Sure my pay dropped, but it's just been some odd jobs around town nothing shady about it. I usually work with Braces and the guy is one of a kind. He's funny and is actually surprisingly wise given how strong he is. Dude isn't a meathead, and I've been liking working with him. Plus the fact he also thinks Ms. Chrysalis is hotter than lava is a plus.

What I've been doing is just delivery, putting stuff in the back of trucks, helping unload the trucks, just a lot of manual labor which is what I was pretty much doing before, just on a smaller scale. I feel really bad about all the suspecting I did against Ms. Chrysalis, so bad I actually apologized for it. Once again, she proved to me that she's the best teacher in CHS because she just forgave me, and admitted it looked a little suspect because of how she has to operate things.

School was getting out once again, as I started to get ready to head over to the Docks. It's just a simple job today, nothing special, I'm just going down there to unload some boxes with Braces and few of the other guys. I waved to Sunset as I left, as she looked at me with concern like she has been for the past few weeks. I keep telling her it's fine, it looked suspect at first but it's just a delivery service that required an extra hand, nothing more, nothing less. I got to my car then paused getting a text on my phone from Braces "Change of location tonight, kid. Ms. Chrysalis's delivery is in the Western Pier this time." I let out a shrug and headed out on my way as I paused noticing how much different the road was to the western pier was to where I usually hanged out.

Not that where I usually went with Braces was high society, but it looked like just your normal everyday docks. I felt this cold as I looked at these buildings, it felt like every second I was being watched. I shook my head and told myself that it was nothing to worry about. After all, my shady feeling was wrong before about this business so this place just has the aura of scary when there's nothing really wrong.

Suddenly, and without warning, I had to break my car which let out a horrifying screech, the reason? There was a girl in the middle of the road. Slowly I walked to her and paused, she looked like one of the Freshmen back at school. I got out of the car to check on her, as she looked up very weakly at me. She begged "Help me, please, I really need help." there was a nod as I pulled out my phone and texted Braces to tell him that I was going to be late to the Western Pier and to just start without me, with my reason of course, after all...who can say no to helping a girl in trouble?

I kneeled down afterwards, and asked "Can you move?"

She nodded a bit struggling to get up as I helped her stand up on her own. "Thanks Mr."

"Ace." was my response as I walked her to my car. "Let's get you to a doctor to get looked at." poor thing looked so beat up, I didn't even care that her clothes were ripped, this was not the time for that she needed my help! She moaned out in pain as I said "Stay with me, Ms..."

"Cozy..." was the girl's barely breathed out response. "My name is Cozy Glow."

"Stay with me then, Cozy." I said reassuring her "You're going to be okay." She paused as I kept driving, then smiled really weakly at me.

"Thank you so much" was Cozy's response then asked "Is there anything I can do to repay you?"

"Nope" was my response to that "I don't need payment."

"You're sweet..." Cozy quietly said "This is going to be a shame." I paused as I felt something mist on my face. I coughed a bit and turned to her giggling at me, with a small laugh as she started to blur a bit "But, sweet guys like you also make the easiest target" my eyes fluttered up and down and up and down again before I fully collapsed onto my steering wheel of my car blacking out completely the last thing I remembered hearing was her saying "I wonder if Mr. Tirek will let me keep you."

What must have been hours later, my eyes slowly fluttered open as I whispered to myself "What...happened?" I then felt this sharp pain on my wrist and my feet were not on the ground right now. I looked up in horror and saw that I was dangling by tight chains from a meat hook. I looked back down, my shock wearing off as I felt this sharp pain of chains tying my feet together. I looked around and screamed out for help but only my voice echoed in the dark. I struggled and kicked, as much as I could with the chains as I screamed for more help. Then coughed severely as I felt a sharp pain in my gut, looking back down trying to get my wind back was this mountain of a main, even bigger than braces, with gelled up spike hair that looked like horns, a leather jacket with torn sleeves that showed off his body, red as the devils, I couldn't make out his pants color but I didn't care as I saw on his side was a shotgun next to his right leg. I was turning neon white as he glared at me. I begged "Please, don't kill me!"

"I won't kill you." he pressed what hit me before, a simple metal baseball bat which made my blood run cold as I realized I was strung up like a piñata to this guy! He demanded "Where's Chrysalis's package? It wasn't anywhere in your car!"

"There wasn't any package tonight!" I said terrified "I was told to go to the Western Pier to go to work! Why are you bugging a legitament company like hers anyways!"

I then heard a familiar voice laughing her little ass off as I turned my head and glared at an approaching Cozy Glow, who had this tube top mini skirt combo, now that I got a better look at her I noticed her light pink skin, blue curly hair, and that combo was just making her body looking like it was begging for someone to rip it off. She chuckled at me and said "Legit?" I glared at her then paused at that "Oh fuck, he's serious!" which caused her to laugh a little harder "Aww Mr. Tirek, can we keep him? I promise I'll feed him, and give him lots of water, I might even let him have some fun with me whenever I get bored."

This Tirek guy growled as she sighed muttering about him being no fun as he said "The package, now!" as he reved the baseball bat back. I told him again that I didn't know anything as I felt a full force body shot into my stomach that caused me to upchuck a little bit as I back away. I started to wheeze and cough as he said "I'm not going to ask again, fuck face. Where the hell is the Package?"

I struggled and said "Fuck you! I don't know anything about any package! Leave me alone!" then soon realized it was a mistake as he dropped the bat then started to tea off on my like I was a punching bag. I gritted my teeth but was just screaming in agony as he just kept going. Cozy looking at him, starting to shrink a little bit in terror.

I could barely breath when he finally stopped as he growled "Try being smart again, I fucking dare you!" he roared back and said "Where is the package!? The one from a week ago!? Where the fuck is it!?"

I paused as he gripped his shotgun and pressed it against my stomach and said "I'm not fucking around right now, either tell me now or I'll shoot." I heard him turn the safety off, then him pulling the hammer back. I closed my eyes because I didn't know and I was going to die when I heard a very loud shotgun blast. Then paused as I looked at my stomach, and nothing was wrong, then looked around as the chain I was dangling from suddenly fell from the ceiling and me with it.

Tirek aimed from where the shot was as I heard Cozy screaming, I looked up and paused in shock as Ms. Chrysalis was holding Cozy by her neck with some kind of revolver pressed against her skull. Tirek turned and glared as Chrysalis said "If you don't want your Jail Bait to die, you'll leave him alone"

Tirek chuckled and said "You wouldn't dare, she's a young impressionable mind that could be saved from the life ,right" He then paled as Chrysalis fired but we all heard the click.

"There's one round in this, wanna risk her life again" I looked at my favorite teacher was now holding someone, who admittedly drugged me, by gunpoint playing Russian Roullette with her head. "Leave him alone." she demanded "He doesn't know where the package is because it was already delivered." the thug looked at me and growled "He doesn't know anything, you wasted your time on someone completely in the dark. However, thinking was never your strong suit was it Babe?"

"Fuck off!" Tirek said with a growl as he felt something cold on his back and me looking up in relief, terror, or both seeing Braces with his own shotgun pressed to Tirek's back. "Grr..."

"Tempting as it is to shoot you both right here, and right now, I have better things to do." Chrysalis said with a glare "Ever hurt the boy again though, and I won't give a damn about what old man Grogar said. Are we clear?"

Tirek spat on the ground and said "This isn't over" as Chrysalis shoved Cozy into Tirek who walked off as I laid on the ground in agony. Braces undid my legs as I looked up at him in surprise, with Chrysalis kneeling down before me.

"Let's get him to a doctor" was Braces's request "He took some blows from Tirek, I'm surprised he's still even breathing."

"Tirek wanted him alive to get the information, he pulled his punches" as Chrysalis kneeled to me, my word view of her shattering as those shady feelings began to return. "Oh Ace, I never wanted you involved in that." she sighed "It's to suspect for him to be sporting bruises and a cast, I'll have to deal with this myself."

Braces paused and said "Wow, you must really like this kid" which was the last thing I heard before I blacked out again.

Later on, I awoke in Chrysalis's home laying on a bed and paused as I felt...completely fine. There was silence as Chrysalis looked at me saying "We're going to need to talk."
