Sunny Starscout isn't just a smoothie vendor in Maretime Bay: she is also an activist for tribal harmony and reconciliation, and that is definitely something that Earth Pony society cannot tolerate for any lenght of time.

Lacking both the financial resources and the connections to escape consequences, Sunny has found herself imprisoned for quite a lot of time, but none of the sentences stuck in her mind much, and has kept fighting for tribal harmony over and over again. Then, one day, after yet another trial, the judge sentenced Sunny to "Rehabilitation Throught Reconditional Means and Methodology". A rehabilitation that, as Sunny will soon find out, is just as bizzarre as its name is verbose and confusing.
