A bit of my inflection on Trixie's character, I thought it made some sense: The Trixie here may not always refer to herself in the 3rd person. She refers to herself normally most of the time and only uses the 3rd person when she's in a certain mood. At some point in the show she became more genuine with others and that is reflected above by her not using the 3rd person so much to set herself apart.
