During a discussion between all four princesses, Luna discovers that during the course of all of their anal fun with Spike, Celestia, Cadance and a few other ponies have never taken the time to sit on Spike's face, an act that she thinks is the best part of allowing Spike to enjoy their butts. Soon afterwards, Spike has to endure all the ponies that haven't sat on his face forcing him into situations so that they can rectify their mistake of never having sat on his face before.
