A Huge Mistake In Judgement
Today felt like it was going to be weird, it was average so far though I did just wake up but something in my body told me today was going to be a weird one. I just can't shake the feeling.
The moment I woke up I just got that feeling yknow? I don't know, I'm just talking to myself in the head. I rolled out of bed carefully avoiding the lamp on the counter next to me my bed. Why? Because I need a little push to actually get out of bed.
Weird how I talk to myself like this, maybe due to loneliness? Well thanks, me, that's just depressing.
Whatever, I hit the floor and grumbled away the depressing thoughts, I slowly got up with my four limbs. I moved my right leg to stretch out then my left then my hind legs. One by one I got that funny sting feeling of my nerves stretching from my little routine.
I had the urge to stretch my front hooves, probably my body telling me to get outside more. So I slid my front hooves down while lifting my backside. I got the nice sounds of bones popping and with a soft yawn while lifting my tongue out I finally felt ready to get out.
I trot down the staircase, can still never get used to using my hooves but when you're pushed into a new world without any consent it sorta makes sense that limbs of a new body are just weird.
Whatever, the past is the past, can't change my situation on a whim. I stepped onto the floor after a bit, my house is fairly small, a living room that was the biggest piece of my house. A small kitchen and a little too tight sometimes that was on the side with a nice transition to the living room with the carpet.
I moved over to the bathroom door that was on the opposite side of where the kitchen was and opened it to find a similarly cramped space much like the kitchen. To my left was a small sink with some essentials and a mirror that was above it and next to it was the toilet. Sometimes I see it and think how depressing this must be if I thought too hard on it. However, I did get a good deal so choose your battles I guess, to my right was the bathtub with the showerhead way up high.
I say up high because I have to stand on my two hind legs just to reach it. Whatever, I turn to the sink to get a hold of the mirror and open it to find my toothbrush. While I got the toothpaste and complete the set to brush my teeth I thought about the checklist I had for today.
I grabbed the toothbrush from my frog and used the magic in my body to grab it. Something about all ponies having magic in their bodies and being able to use it with any part of their body with the proper channeling, blah blah blah hospitals are dumb.
Get some food and maybe some more sunny oats for breakfast.
Get some books from Twilight's Libary
Go to the party Pinkie made for the new changeling guy, I think his name was Phasma? Doesn't really matter just go eat some cake then go back home to read.
Welp that's my list, god maybe I do need to get out more? Whatever, I spit out the water and found myself in the mirror just to flash my teeth and go out the bathroom door. Maybe I need to find a nice girl well I guess mare now but the same thing, I need to find somepony, haven't really looked for companionship due to the horse thing but I guess it's slowly waning away.
I started speaking out loud to clear up my thoughts, "Should I really indulge in this though? I mean getting some isn't really a priority, and I've been fine so far." I shook my head, "That's just trying to convince myself huh?"
I opened the fridge to see...nothing, fuck.
"And this is what I get for procrastinating..." I grumbled out some swears that would've made any horse in a 10-mile radius think I was a villain just by tainting their ears. They seem to have a knack for keeping themselves innocent and clean which has made being friends, uh well very hard to put it lightly.
Rolling my eyes I had a new objective of the day, "I guess I'll start the list now." Now with a new odd start to begin with I grabbed my bag of bits from the floor next to the couch and started the path to the market. After opening, closing, and locking the door of course.
I had to cover my eyes from the light of the sun, a fun fact I learned was the sun was actually a lot more pleasant and less overbearing than mine back at home. Beat that lizards from the government! Though it didn't stop from the sun being just as powerful and radiant as the sun in my old home.
Small simple things like that made me like this whole new world, well as much as you can from being thrust into it like about a month ago. I shook my head of these thoughts, "I'm procrastinating again." I inhaled some nice air before exhaling and starting the journey. Millions will sing of my tale! Foals and fillies will read of my heroic nature of finding food! Barely evading the Everfree forest upon my journey with food in hand and heroism!
I chuckled at my own inner monologue, I mean who said I can't have a bit of fun with the trip to the market? I mean I spoke the truth! Just happens the Everfree forest was just 20 meters away from my house.
I blew raspberry, all of this didn't really matter though as I got to Ponyville's center of trades. As I walked in I saw many ponies walking around, If I remember correctly I think it's sort of a deal day for a lot of stalls, something of 'building a good community' It started like two months ago though. In truth, I think it was just to celebrate the whole friendship battle that happened before I got here, something about friendship something something magic that beat three villains.
When my bags were pulled from the side I stopped to see what was up and found a cute yellow filly with a red mane wearing a bow. "Hi-uh Sir! Would you want to buy some apples?"
I tapped my chin in thought, should I buy some? I mean it's apples, sure they taste good but I've had them constantly.
I bent my hooves to lower myself to meet eye to eye with the little filly, "Uh, I don't think I do, sorry." I gave a little smile to soften the blow
"Are ya sure? They're tasty! Straight from the apple tree!"
I gave an apologetic smile, "Sorry." She immediately gave a sad dejected face, I felt horrible, it made my heart shatter at the idea I just dashed her dreams.
I raised myself from the ground to scramble for something to say to make her feel better, "Maybe tomorrow though!"
The response to it was immediate with her beaming a smile at that, "Ya mean that?"
"Of course!"
"Well, I'll be sure to save an' apple for ya!" She was so chipper that she gave a bigger smile than she had before.
I walked away while letting go of a breathe I didn't realize I was holding, I hate seeing ponies be sad and fillies and colts are like 100x times cuter than normal! It wasn't fair! I blew raspberry at it all.
I trotted around to get some food, nothing noteworthy than that whole accident with the filly, not that I don't wanna support a business but damnit I was caught in a swindle with a filly! A filly! Ughhhhhhh, if anyone knew about this I'd never hear the end of it.
Trotting about picking up things I needed for the next 3 weeks I saw a stand that had hardly any customers, should I check it out? Could be actually junk buuuut. I mean hey what's the worse that could happen? Well aside from possibly being led off to be killed.
But that possibility is pretty low, with the fact that I'm in a colorful pony world so-
"Fuck it, nothing ventured nothing gained right?"
I steeled myself and grew a pear to walk forward. I went inside to find the tent was dark, a counter was made of wood, probably spruce from the looks of it. I placed my hoof over it to feel its engravings, swirls and spirals were around it from its etchings
"Admiring the decór?"
I jumped at the voice and looked up to see a young mare with a witch hat and a cape. Both were dark in nature but held gold stars along their cloth.
"Uh yeah," I looked around the little trinkets strewn around the ceiling, paper stars, comets, and galaxies that were held up by a string. "So uh, what do you sell?" I focused back on her after viewing the decorations.
"Potions, charms, rings, Oh! And bracelets" She went underneath the counter to shuffle around and came back with a case. She opened with its confines of tons of bracelets with different engravings.
"Hm"
"Is something wrong?"
"Was just expectin' something Idk, better?"
She pouted at that, "well if you don't like it then you can leave!"
"Wait wait, sorry I didn't mean to actually insult your works! I uh I'll buy one of those bracelets."
"Hmph fine but make it quick, I rather found my patience to be running quite thin now."
"I'm sorry," I just kinda picked a random bracelet.
"That'll be 100 bits!"
"C-come again?!"
"Well, this stuff is top quality! Besides I should be kicking you out of the store for just being the rude one that insulted my works!"
"Ugh, fine" I put down the number of bits just to please her, I was not going to argue when I was the dick to her after all.
I turned around and looked at the bracelet, it was just as crappy as I thought, it had a pink plastic outline and a red top layer that had a light cyan blue heart that was on each side of the ring.
I regret every single decision leading to this moment. Ugh
After my grocery shopping, I went back home, didn't even get to Twilight's library, the failure of being bought by a filly and buying an overpriced plastic bracelet meant for a filly I just dropped the bags and collapsed on the couch. Today was just not my day, looking up the ceiling was just delaying the inevitable. I sighed very loudly to get it all out, today was a bust, short and simple.
At least I get to look forward to that party later...yeah no a total bust.
I picked up the bracelet from one of the bags, "And all I got to show for it is a dumb bracelet."
I picked it up and without knowing the bracelet grew to my hoof size I put it on my right hoof for some kind of value for whatever reason. I put slammed both of my hooves on my face and groaned. "This blows!" I threw my hooves out to the air. "Worst day ever." I put my hooves over the couch on both sides. "I just want to sleep and forget this happened."
I closed my eyes and just tried to forget all this happened.
"Golly seems like you've had a bad day mister."
I opened my eyes to see a filly in my face, "Wha-" she put her hoof on my mouth to stop words from forming while I was still processing the situation.
"You're prooobably wondering how I got here! I came from that bracelet!"

HA! DIDN'T EXPECT A PORN STORY DID YOU? Well I had this in the back for a while, and by that I mean I worked on the first chapter and haven't touched it in awhile. I'm gonna be honest I completely forgot about this story so uhhh may be updated semi-frequently depending on the feedback.
