Twilight Sparkle is in pain. A lot of pain. She could feel nothing but a hellish combination of pain and pleasure. She was morally and physically wrecked. Her body ached from all the tearing that had happened, and her mind was in pieces.

Despite the pain, despite barely being able to see, she forces herself to drive back to Canterlot.

She will never want to pleasure herself, or have something else pleasure her, ever again.
