After being shot down by Rarity, Spike wakes up the next day as a unicorn colt no older than the cutie mark crusaders. Despite the best efforts by Twilight, Celestia, and even Luna, there seems to be no way to change Spike back to his dragon form. But after learning about Sweetie Belle's crush on him and finding his new form much better for him then being a dragon, if a cure is ever truly found, will Spike truely want to go back?
