Twilight, Ray, Chrysalis stopped and turned to the mare as she giggled softly. "Ray… i-"

"I'm thankful for your help." He said, stepping back. "But I can't." With that said, he took off and flew off.

The other two looked between the two before removing the spell on Chrysalis. "Don't make me regret it." She huffed before the changeling nodded and flew after Ray. Meanwhile Twilight turned to the mare. "Ok. Talk."

She hung her head and sighed. "He thinks I'm here to take him back. Or he…" She stopped and gasped. Gulping, she asks. "Oh no…" She sat down as she started panting.

"What is it?" Twilight asked in concern.

"It happened again."

"What happened to Ray." Twilight asked as she became scared for his safety.

"It's difficult to talk about…" She bit her lip as Twilight put up a silencing spell around them.

One explanation later. "And with what I just saw." The mare sighed. "We can only hope Rainbow recovers soon."

In the dream scape
Luna walked to where the cage was and gasped at seeing a glass box with Ray sitting inside. A quick blast of magic later she sat next to him. "Mind telling me what happened?" She asked.

"How is she?"

"Hard to say. But it seems you two care for each other quite a bit." Luna giggled.

"I thought so too… till I did what I did."

"And that is?"

Back-flash
Ray took off in tears to a nearby town. He hadn't considered doing what he did now for many years. As he landed he slipped a discarded cloak on and walked to a shop. After buying and putting on fur paint he discarded the clothes and walked into a club where he sat at a booth with a mug of cider before being joined by a stallion and mare joined him.

Several drinks were shared before the three stumbled into a private room as the three made out. As soon as the door shut…

In the dream scape
"Let's just say she can do better." Ray sighed.

"It may seem that way. But have you considered why she chose you? Or why your other half lock himself away?" Luna asked. "I won't tell you what to do. But at this moment the other you is doing what he can to avoid those who wish to help."

Ray looked up at her and sighed.

"Princess? What are the laws about sleeping with multiple partners?"

Twilight blushed and looked away. "Well… it's not a common thing. But… it's considered a kind of proof of well… one's title." As an afterthought. "But that's not to say all nobles have more than one partner. It just means the pony is trusted enough and has other qualities ponies are drawn to."

Taking a deep breath the mare nods. "I see… and what if a pony was… active?"

Somehow Twilight turned redder. "Well… it's not against the law…" that's when it hit her. "Oh Celestia. He thinks we'll hate him if we find out." Twilight looked up to where the two flew up too. "To think. All the things he risked to keep his secret."

"Question. Any pony who has to know about this? It'd probably tear him apart if too many knew about it." She asked.

"Don't worry… ummm…"

"Juliet. At least that's my stage name. You can call me StarBell." She giggled.

"Ok StarBell. My friends and I can come up with something to help him get used to who he can… adjust." Twilight explained.

As if to answer her call, Pinkie and Applejack came over with a soft smile. "Hi Twilight. My Pinkie sense said I should bring Applejack over."

StarBell looked between them in confusion as Twilight smiled. "Thanks Pinkie. I need a favor from you two." Twilight explained. "Pinkie. Please get us a place with privacy and away from where kids will be playing. Applejack… Can you see if your brother knows any stallions that need some special help?"

While Pinkie gave an eager nod before diving into a bush, Applejack looked at her suspiciously. "Twi? What's this about? Don't tell me y'all in heat already. Y'all know yah supposed to take y'all's medicine and use-"

"It's not for me, Applejack. It's not my place to talk about it. But I promise. No pony will be hurt." Twilight replied. After a few moments, Applejack nodded and made her way to the barn. "We might not have much time. But this might help him understand how ponies see… an open sexuality." Twilight explained with a sigh.

Within minutes Chrysalis returned with Ray. "You better not be working with that pig." She hissed at StarBell. Seeing her shake her head, Chrysalis sighed with a nod. "Fine. And I take it you know the problem and have a plan?"

Twilight smiled and made her way down the street. "Follow me."

Dreamscape
Luna smiled softly after finally getting the full story. Leaning in she whispered in his ear. "While your other half takes the lead. How about I show you what you're missing out on?"

Ray gulped and looked at her. "I… I don't know about this."

She silenced him with a kiss before adding. "Well. How else do you expect to heal if you don't open up? Besides, I wouldn't be against some nightly fun." She turned to look at the door, causing him to look as well. Walking into the room were several ponies of different shapes and sizes. "So… who gets to go where first?"

I wonder what would be considered is the real crime of this chapter. And how far will the ponies go to help Ray. What will happen if Rainbow doesn't make it? What if she wakes and dosen't want to share? So many questions. Lol
