It didn't take long for the girls to agree on who would do what. And with the approval of the older sisters, the Crusaders joined Ray and Fluttershy as they went to the Apple family farm to prepare in one of the many fields of trees.

Ray sat and listened as Fluttershy and each of the Crusaders sang. After each pony was done singing, he gave them some advice.

Meanwhile, Rarity returned to her shop to make the outfits for Ray and the girls. It wasn't exactly that easy, mostly because ponies that wanted to compete wanted her to make an outfit for them as well.

Applejack worked hard to prepare food for the contest with Pinkie. And Twilight went to the train station to wait for Rainbow Dash as she looked over notes to plan for what might happen. She had already double checked her notes before leaving. But as per her usual routine, she took the time she had to look over them again.

For some reason, Discord wanted her to keep Rainbow and the masked stallion away from her cloud home. And she had to keep them away from the farm. With Rarity and Pinkie busy with preparations it fell to her to keep them from finding out about what Ray and Fluttershy was doing.

"Need some company?" StarBell asked softly.

Blinking, Twilight turned with a gasp. "StarBell! What are you doing here?"

"I thought I'd come check up on you. And see if you wanted any help with Rainbow." She replied softly.

"You can't be here. If they see you..."

"What? Rainbow Dash will say something that'd spark a conversation that will lead to the fake revealing himself?" StarBell finished.

Twilight froze in thought before smiling and pointing a hoof at her. "Good point…"

Spike came up behind them and sighed. "Three… two… one…"

"Or the conversation will cause her to run off with the masked stallion and we will never see them again! And-" Twilight panicked before StarBell covered her mouth with a hoof.

"Breath Twilight. We won't let that happen." StarBell comforted.

"We?"

StarBell and Spike smiled at each other before looking to the distance. "Let's just hope they won't be needed." They said in unison.

It wasn't long before the train would arrive. And as it did, none truly knew what threat to their friendships would strike first. The only truth they really knew was that soon, Rainbow Dash would arrive and the true trials would begin.

Luna sat and looked at an invite she had gotten from Ponyville. "Guest judge at a music contest?" Luna looked over at her sister, who to nopony's surprise was doing paperwork, and asked. "Sister. Would you mind explaining what this means?"

Celestia smiled softly. "It's a show of skill." Celestia replied, flipping through her papers. "Think of it like a test of skills."

"I see. So as judges, we would hold their careers in our hooves."

Raising an eyebrow, Celestia glanced at Luna. "Explain."

Luna smirked. "Only that I was invited to Ponyville to be a guest judge at a special music contest." She laughed.

Celestia rubbed her chin thoughtfully. "Well… that is interesting. Considering your limited knowledge of modern music and how they are judged." She countered.

Luna thought for a moment as she looked over the letter. "You have a point sister… My knowledge of Romeo's music is limited. However…" She paused and smirked at Celestia. "I have time to brush up on some of the rules. And I happen to know a few ponies I can get some extra pointers from."

Celestia let out a sigh and smiled. "Then I guess you should get to work and study up on the rules. Good luck, sister." Luna smiled and gave her a hug before flying off.

Big Momma sat back and watched as Discord snapped his claws several times as he changed Rainbow's house into several different forms. "You know. I think a bit of 68 mixed with 39 would be more their style." She suggested.

Discord stroked his beard in thought as he pondered over what she had said. "You know what?... you have a point. But I have one idea that's just chaotic, it might work." He grinned over at Momma. "And don't worry. They'll love it."

Giggling, Momma nodded. "Just remember to keep it pony safe, sweetheart."

Discord nodded and floated around the house as he thought it over. "Let me think…" brushing his chin, Discord landed next to Momma and smiled. "I got it." He snapped his claw, changing the house into more of a mansion. "Would you like a tour before we show it to the happy couple?"

Momma got up and took his claw, letting him lift her into his arms. "Oh… I really am going to enjoy my visit."
