Twilight Sparkle was molested
Sparing a glance to her arms in the darkened room, it seemed that her wounds had mostly healed.
She would check in the mirror, but...
She had smashed her mirror long ago, thrown a ringing alarm clock at it.
Spike cautiously opened her door. “Twilight?” He asked, holding a tray full of fluffy pancakes and syrup. “Are you okay?”
“Spike, I was molested yesterday,” Twilight told him in a soft, broken voice that struggled to sound strong, struggled not to catch or hitch or break any further. “I'll never be okay again.”
Spike carried the food to her.
“Not so close!” She cried, and he stopped.
She tried to bring her horn to life, she tried to use magic to bring her food to him, but only crimson flames emerged, creating fires Spike hurried to stamp out, just like those flames had stamped out the life of her rapist once he had done everything he had ever dreamed of to her before letting her escape with her life, expecting no retaliation as soon as she recovered from the drugging and regained the use of her magic, intentional or otherwise. When the last flame had met its end upon his flame-retardant scales, he brought his food the rest of the way to her and left the tray with a plate of pancakes and syrup on her bed.
She curled up in bed, and she would cry, but she had ran out of tears last night.
Now, she only felt numb.
Her bed was soft.
Her bed was warm.
Not like that cold bastard, or his hard...
She couldn't even bring herself to think about it.
Not yet.
Pinkie Pie smashed through her window and spat a rolled-up piece of paper onto Twilight's bed. “Hiya!”
Twilight turned herself over and put a pillow over her face. “Sorry, Pinkie, but I don't feel like partying today.”
“That's okay!” Pinkie smiled. “I'm super proud of you for getting out of bed today!”
“I didn't.”
“Not even once?”
“I blindfolded Spike and had him hold a bedpan up for me so I wouldn't have to leave my bed.”
“Ewww! Gross!” Pinkie laughed.
Nopony else was laughing.
Pinkie nudged the paper closer to Twilight with her nose. “Don't you want to see what this says?”
“No.”
“You can pretend it's a book!” Pinkie sang.
The crimson glow of a hurt Twilight's horn tore through her pillow like a flame before gripping the paper and holding it aloft, unfurling its curls. She spotted a crayon drawing of green grass before a blue background, with a white-petalled yellow-centered flower and three white clouds and a yellow sun in the top right corner with little yellow lines emanating from it.
“Do you like it?” Pinkie asked eagerly.
“Thank you, Pinkie,” Twilight sighed, giving the picture back to the pink pony.
“You keep it!” Pinkie declared, balancing it atop her bedside lampshade with impossible grace. “I don't wanna leave your side until you're better, ok?”
“Spike's already taking care of me,” Twilight sighed. “And I don't feel ready to face any of you yet.”
Pinkie looked down. “Oki doki loki. If you're sure you want me to leave, I will.”
She left Twilight's room the way she had came in, with a yelp of “Cannonball!” as she pulled her Party Cannon out of nowhere and fired herself out of Twilight's other window.
Spike wasn't sure what to say.
So he said nothing.
And he prayed to Celestia, begging the universe that Twilight Sparkle would recover soon.
But once Spike had left...
“Pinkie?” Twilight whispered to nopony in particular.
Nopony came.
“Pinkie Pie?” Twilight whispered to the universe.
Pinkie Pie popped up from behind Twilight like a garbage anime character teleporting behind you. “Hiya, Twilight! Do you feel ready to go to a We're Super Sorry You Got Raped But At Least You Didn't Die party yet? All your friends are gonna be there, and your mom and dad, too! I asked Applejack if we could invite the Cutie Mark Crusaders but Applejack and Rarity said words like rape aren't words they should hear until they're old enough to know why they're supposed to be cautious and safe around strangers for reasons besides your big sisters said so.”
“Pinkie...” Twilight turned and with her tired, lightless eyes of lavender, she looked the joyous, exubrant, vibrantly pink being of love right in her big blue eyes. “I want you to make me forget everything that happened last night.”
“I don't know how to do that.”
“Do you know how to just show up behind ponies wherever you want to go? Do you know how you squash and stretch yourself in impossible ways? Do you know how you usually get twitches that tell you what's happening next? Or do you just try, and then it works out fine?”
Pinkie shrugged.
“Pinkie, you've got more magic than me. Than the Elements of Harmony. Than Discord. You've even got more magic than Celestia and Luna combined. Every night, Luna makes a tapestry in our nation's night sky using every other star in this lifeless, loveless universe. There is no life on other planets, so in the way a normal pony might grow a small topiary bush for fun, she plays at reshaping the universe around us and all the stars scattered across countless millions of light years just because it gives her something constructive and nonviolent to do with all that power. Pinkie, if you think you can do something, you can. Especially if you don't think too hard about it. I never wanted to tell you I've always known exactly how your Pinkie Powers work, for fear that you'd accidentally destroy the universe with them. But right now, I don't care. You can do this. I need you to do this. Reach inside my ear, and pull out that bad memory. Pull out that screaming insectoid blob of metaphorical memory, and crush it between your hooves.”
“Can't you do it? Don't you know any memory-wiping spells?”
“Right now, all my magic can do is burn, erase, and destroy. Because that's what I desire right now. That's what my wounded heart desires. Erasure. So erase this memory for me, Pinkie. I know you can do it.”
“I... I can't! What if I break something? I don't wanna risk it!”
Twilight hugged her. “I trust you. You're the bravest pony I know. Now do it, do what only you can do. I trust you.”
Pinkie Pie did as she was told.
“...What were we talking about?” Twilight wondered.
“You got molested,” Pinkie smiled. “But I made it all better!”
Twilight backed away from her slowly, falling out of her bed. “How?”
“I wiped your memories,” Pinkie cannonballed out of the room again, leaving Twilight Sparkle alone.
And alone, she sat.
“...Oh.”
