Married to a Goddess 2: The New Goddess
The Goddess assistant
Previous ChapterNext ChapterThe plane had finally landed in Equest. To say that the flight wasn’t hectic was an understatement. Spike groaned while feeling his back stiff as aboard. All while Luna bounced around. Giddy while she followed him off the plane. He resisted the urge to check out that fine ass of hers while she moved in front of him; She had to be doing this on purpose. He bit his lips, checking her out.
“Spike, so what are we going to be doing next?” Luna asked as she turned around. Her top barely hid such a fine cleavage.
“Well, I’m thinking of grabbing something to eat since I skipped breakfast, and then I’m going home for a nap. I hate flying.”
“Wait, if you hate flying, why did you take that plane?” Luna muttered while she bumped into someone else. She was not paying attention to where she was.
“Well, it’s cause I woke up to a major surprise and freaked out,” Spike grumbled, tired from the trip and imagined he’d call Jack, knowing he made it back safely. He reached over, ready to turn the phone on. Spike looked at it for a minute before deciding to put it away.
“Yeah, let's just grab something to eat.” He felt Luna grabbing onto him, her head leaning on his shoulder, while Spike looked a little shocked but just went with it. Another list to tell her that he needed some personal space. However, a small part of him liked the attention. The feeling of another person holding onto him, especially from a woman who was clearly out of his league, and there was no question she was out of it.
Heading down the gates and picking up his luggage Luna hadn’t brought any since she was a stowaway in all sense and purpose. They continued going down the elevator when Spike was the first to see something— more like someone. She stood there, almost awkwardly, the sign bouncing side to side. The sign reads Luna. Written in black. Spike looked over, seeing the woman. She was wearing a finely tailored black suit a red undershirt with a white tie. It worked for her. Brown hair moving past her hair, and a lovely bust. It does not match Luna’s size but is very noticeable. She kept a professional look as she adjusted the glasses on her face.
“Do you know her?” Spike asked, his eyebrow raised while Luna grinned. She ran off while heading towards the woman. She was practically bouncing as Luna hugged the stranger. It took a minute while she watched the other woman look visibly uncomfortable while looking around. Spike couldn’t hear what they were saying as he got closer.
He managed to get closer as the stranger noticed him while looking back at Luna. A concerned look on her face as she chirped out;
“Who’s this Mistress Luna?” Her eyes were on Spike, then almost giving him a dirty look While Luna looked almost red while she smiled at the other woman.
“Well, Celestia, this is my husband. His name’s Spike Conner.” She reached over, pulling Spike in, clearly being a little too clingy. Celestia looked shocked, and her mouth gaped as she looked back and forth between goddess and mortal.
“Ok, what the heck is going on? Who are you?” Spike asked while looking back to the woman who was busy adjusting her glasses, clearly annoyed with the situation.
“I could say the same thing Spike Drake; what does Mistress Luna mean by your her husband?” she looked angry, like at any moment she was about to smite him right where he was standing.
“Listen, the situation is strange; the other night, I was gambling and having a bachelor party with a pal. This morning, I woke up, and I’m married to Luna.” He felt himself rubbing the bridge of his nose, knowing this was an odd situation.
“Hmm, I suspected, Luna, please, why did you marry a mortal? You haven’t even been on earth for a month, and already you're performing a Zeus.” She grunted more while looking back at the goddess, who seemed to pout.
“I thought it would be fun, he looked so cute, and I didn’t want him to seem lonely. Besides, not like other goddess haven’t done it like My sister Annabelle.” She called out Spike, only confused by this.
“Who’s Annabelle?”
“The Goddess of Death and Lust, and Luna’s younger sister. Quite frankly, Annabelle shouldn’t have done it either, but since it happened, we are dealing with a bit of a blowout more than normal with the consequences up in heaven and Limbo. Please tell me there aren’t any other surprises, Luna; you’re not pregnant cause the last thing we need is a demigod running around again.”
“No, I’m not pregnant, Celestia; I can love who I want.”
“You don’t even know him for all you know. He could be some crazy person,” Celestia said. Her face was red as she darted her eyes straight at Spike.
“Hey, I’m right here, and maybe we should get out of here before others notice us. It’s not like people won’t think people want to have a scene here in the middle of the airport.”
“Fine if we must.” Celestia adjusted her glasses at this point while turning around.
“Shall we be taking your car, mortal, or should I summon us some transformation?”
“It’s Spike, and I’ll just call an Uber if you don’t mind.” Trying not to get annoyed by the woman named Celestia, who he was imagining was a major bitch at that moment, Luna looking over.
“I can’t wait to see our house Babe; also, don’t mind Celestia. It’s been a while since she’s been on earth, especially after the Jerry Lee lewis episode.”
“The Jerry Lee Lewis episode? What does that even.” Spike asked, confused as he wondered if she was talking about the old singer.
“Oh yes, Jerry lee lewis, what was it you were trying to do again, Celestia.”
“Mistress Luna, it was nothing. Please let it go!” There was a shocked look on Celestia's face like she was trying to hide something though Luna giggled more.
“Oh fine, but Spike, baby, you’ve got to hear about it sometime; it’s an amazing story everyone in heaven still talks about it.”
“No, no, we don’t need anyone else knowing about it. It’s a nightmare heaven even knows about that mistake.” She adjusted her glasses, clearly more annoyed with the events by now.
“Heh, sounds like a good time, and Um, Celestia? Are you a god or something?”
“No, I’m a Cherub, low level, Just assigned to watch over Luna and assister while she adjusts to time on earth. I was supposed to meet her up earlier, but things got caught up, and she— escaped.”
“She escaped? What did she do? Point in one direction and say, Hey, look, Elvis!”
“That is not what happened! I just turned around for a minute, and she was gone. Give me a break, and you look over a new god, who clearly….” She looked over at Luna, looking around in awe of the world.
“New to this. Ok, I seriously should force you both to get a divorce but God, the paperwork. Ok. Something should change. Let’s get back to your place. I need a drink.”
“I got stuff at the house, Soda or whiskey.” They headed off, getting into the uber as soon as it appeared Spike was sitting in the middle while Luna took the right side. Celestia near the lift, while the woman in the car just looked back at them, shrugged, and drove off
“Address?”
“129 clay street, Ponyville,” Spike responded while the woman nodded, hitting the gas they were off.
“So, as I said, wanting Coke or some whiskey.”
“I’ll take Coke, and my kind can’t get drunk, at least not easily.” Celestia groaned while Luna, looking excited, “Coke sounds nice also, and I can’t wait to see our new house. I bet it's something.” She looked giddy; the driver ahead of them looked at them for a second, turning back to the road and passing along. She wasn’t getting paid enough for this.
“Well, I’ve got some of them, though it’s not going to be that impressive; it’s my grandparents or was.”
“You live with your grandparents?” Celestia said a dullness in her voice at that while Spike shook his head,
“No, they left it to me with some money, that's all.”
“Aww, I’m so sorry, baby. How long ago was that,” Luna asked, more saddened by it than Celestia.
“It's fine. It’s been a few years, Though it’s just a small place, so I’ll have to figure out some room for you guys.” He looked around while not sure how to feel it had been a while since someone stayed at his place. At least someone he barely knew; I’ll have to go with it. Or something Jesus Christ!
It was more to it though he wondered how he was going to get through all of this. Leaning back, He just closed his eyes as they would continue heading back home.
