Beep...Beep...Beep!

What was that noise?

Beep..beep..beep!

"She's waking up doc, go hurry get Eternal! She needs to be here, I will put her in stasis."

Then everything goes silent leaving me with my thoughts, Eternal who is that? I have some memories of what happened before this but that name was unfamiliar. I remember waking up in a forest all alone, seeing a pretty pegasus. Then hearing something. Next, I remember waking up in a hospital. Oh was Eternal that pegasus? No that doesn't seem right, Why do I have trouble remembering anything that happened before I awoke in that forest? Why do I have trouble trying to find who I am? It's like I have been blocked, but those blocks don't wish to be released!

Just as quickly as the silence set, it broke away. Allowing me to hear the panting of another pony, she seemed tired like she ran a long distance.

"So doc, did you heal that fang she lost? Also, how is she doing mentally?" The first voice obviously feminine, and had a gruff undertone.

"Oh its fine Miss Eternal, the subject seems perfectly functioning." The second voice held intelligence and also confidence.

"Did you just refer to Double Ace as an 'It'?!" I could hear the rage in her voice, I also heard the doctor gulp.

"Yes, well done expect me to be calling that thing anything other than a monster! It should have died."

Suddenly I heard a loud grinding noise, I felt a familiar pressure build up around my body. "I will only warn you once doctor. Right now, at this moment I hold your life in my hooves, don't make me squish it. You think she is a monster, you haven't seen one yet. You will though if you keep this conversation, do I make myself clear?" She emphasized those last words, even I could tell that the doctor was shaking in fear.

"Y-yes Miss Eternal, it won't happen again!" The doctor's voice quickly trailed off.

I felt that pressure fade away into nothingness, and heard the female sit next to me and sigh. "You can open your eyes now, and don't worry about him. After all, I'm here to keep you safe, I just had to have a visit with the princesses." I opened my eyes to see, a familiar yellow pegasus covered in scars. She was so familiar, but I don't remember where!

As if reading my mind the pegasus sighed, "So with your look of confusion that memory was also erased, Well Hello my name is Eternal 'Infinity' Ace. Though Infinity is my rank, I have been called it before. Please just call me Eternal though, I'm here to keep you Safe and Alive. Also here to train you with Angel and Demon powers you possess." I just stare in confusion. What?

She faces hooved at my confused stare, and whispered in a voice too quiet for me to hear "Damn you Celestia I know you hate mind magic but seriously! You didn't even let her remember what she is?! Though maybe this is for the best, it means your whole personality and mental state will be completely reset. It also means you are a blank slate and won't rely on your previous skills." She shook her head and spoke louder, "Well you are Double Ace, you are a Hybrid. Or I suppose what the doctor calls you is correct it's also wrong. You are a monster but also aren't, You see Hybrids are so rare they are considered Myths. That is...until you came around." I nodded understanding that. "Now you have a Mission, You must protect Equestria. In doing so, you will protect many other worlds that would be powerless to the Demon King." My body shivered from that name, why did it shiver! "I have to get you powerful and teach you all the skills I can. Though one thing is different, you and I will be part of a task force that also protects this world from internal threats."

I nodded, And she looked confused. "Why haven't you said anything?" I just blinked and stared at her, before tilting my head to the side. "Huh odd, anyway not important. You can talk if you want to, whether you do or don't is your choice. Now Get up I have to take you to the 'Royal' sisters" She said that word with disgust, I was confused as always. Although I did as I was told and stood up on shaky legs, nearly falling over before Eternal caught me. "Follow me okay?" I nodded again and started to follow her out of the room I was in. The hallway was huge, made of white stone, I also saw unicorns, earth ponies, and pegasi in golden armor I assume was Royal armor. The guards started to follow us, but they kept their eyes locked on me. Just making me feel worse, what had I done?

We continued walking for a few minutes until we stood in front of large wooden doors, Two guards sitting on each side of the door. The guards took one look at me then back to Eternal and pushed the doors open. Behind those doors was a long room with two thrones at the end, I blinked in confusion. Right before I was blinded by a purple flash, I yelped and jumped back colliding with a royal guard. Right, where that flash was a Lavender unicorn, I blinked as I remembered her name. "Twilight Sparkle, please don't scare our guest, she is here to help with a national emergency." National Emergency?

"Sorry Princess, I was just excited to see her again! Though I must say I am sorry Ace, I kinda knocked you out with a sleep spell before." I waved it off but she didn't seem convinced, she also seemed concerned "Why haven't you talked? I remember you talking quite often and reminded me of Dash." I shrugged, Eternal sighed.

Suddenly the Princess of Sun appeared behind me, making me jump forward landing on Eternals back. Celestia just stared, what happened? She sighed and looked away disappointed, before looking back at me. "Hello, I am Princess Celestia Diarch of the Sun, blah blah blah. Whatever just call me Tia, That's what you used to call me." I nodded and looked to eternal who had an annoyed look on her face. I looked back at Tia and tilted my head, "Twilight was right you haven't been talking, you used to be very vocal and now you seem to have lost that trait. It doesn't seem you are shy, you have confidence in those eyes it just seems you don't seem vocal. Maybe it was a side effect, I hope leaves soon." I smirked, causing Celestia to smile.

"Tia, can you please do your job for now? I understand you are happy to see her again but we have a job to do." I looked at Eternal who was less annoyed but still not happy. I smiled and booped her snoot, and walked past her smacking her playing with my tail. "Yeah that's still Ace, it seems she's more reserved now though, how did that happen?" She looked to Celestia and spoke quieter to quiet for me to hear. "Did you have the Blacksmith look at her sword?" Celestia nodded, "What did he say?" She sighed and rolled her eyes.

"I quote 'This beauty is so damn powerful I don't understand how someone made this thing into a blade! The steel is on par with diamond! An' the durability is damn near invincible! How someone broke this beauty is somepony I wish to buck in the skull for destroying such a powerful sword!' He also stated that he can't even touch the thing for fear of breaking it again, I think just seeing that sword made me want to try harder with making his own swords." Eternal giggled, Celestia smiled softly.

"Well, what about the butcher route?"

Celestia looked pensive, "Sadly the Griffin said while he can spare some blood, he needs most of it something about the Griffin Kingdom making a move soon. That concerns me, the griffins have always been hostile to us but they have never acted on it. The griffin sounded like a war was coming, I know the new Griffin King is highly hostile to ponies, but a war?!"

Eternal smiled softly, "If they do start a war, don't send an army. Send me an Ace, she needs the practice anyway this would be perfect. Also, it will help her adaptability in combat. We just need her sword healed enough to absorb the blood from its enemies. From what I heard from My Ace, the blade only required one gallon of blood to fully heal any injuries. And the more blood it absorbs the more power and longer it gets." She shook her head and turned to look at Ace, "I want to be clear Celestia, don't get in my way. She's more important than any of you, and unlike her, I have no issue with killing others. Do not try and separate me from her again, I will never leave her side again. If I do it will be in the company of ponies I trust and have the power to defend her. You are not one of those, I despise you, not for anything you have done. But because of what you will do, but for Ace's sake, I will deal with my hatred for you. Understand 'Princess' Celestia?" Celestia gulped but nodded, "Good now what idea do you have to remove that curse?"

Celestia looked angry and looked away, "Sadly no, nothing I have found indicates a possible power on this world that can destroy a Demon King curse. As far as I can see it's permeant, but as I said, This world."

Eternal gasped, she wouldn't?! Why would she open one?! "Y-You don't mean a Void portal?!"

Celestia looked disappointed but nodded, "Yes yes I do. It will take time for me and my sister to make one without public knowledge but it is possible." Eternal nodded, "Now let's get this over with."

I looked back at Celestia and Eternal confused, what were they talking about? I suddenly realized Eternal was gone. I Jumped as I felt pressure on my shoulder, I craned my neck back and looked at Eternal. I blushed slightly, She smiled.

Celestia cleared her throat causing everypony to look at her. "Alright, Ponies we are here today to allow Miss Eternal and Miss Ace into a special portion of the Royal guards. They will be The Captain and Co-Captain of the force. They will have equal if not above the rank of Royal Guard Captain. Ace is a skilled fighter and Eternal just as her name suggests fights to the death. So they will be perfect for this, The Group's mission is to keep nations in line. The Only issue is that Miss Ace has lost her memory in an unfortunate accident, so she will be working alongside the guards until she regains her skills." I heard some ponies groan and look over at me. I stood tall to their glares and dirty looks, though eternal wasn't at all pleased, and gave them a killer look. They quickly looked away, and Eternal looked at me. I gave her a smile, 'why wasn't I talking? I know I should be able to talk but I cant!' I growled and nudged Eternal on the rump getting her attention, I tilted my head to a corner. She blinked confused before catching on and nodding. I walked over to the corner with Eternal behind me, when I reached it turned around and looked into her eyes.

I opened my mouth to speak, but what came out was a strangled whimper. I tried again, and the same noise came out. 'What the hell!' Eternal looked concerned, "What's the wrong Ace, can you not talk?" I shook my head, "Are you trying to talk?" I nodded, "That's odd, your Vocal cords should be working, It's almost like A part of your brain is being blocked off so it prevents you from speaking. The curse? Why would that make you go mute? It affects your mind not your body!" Curse what curse?! "Well, I suppose I will have to get Celestia to look into what happened to your voice. I swear you were talking less than 2 hours ago when we came back from that mission. So what changed that besides the memory deletion?" She suddenly looked pissed, very pissed. "That damn doctor, he must be one of those insane cultists. If he is I swear!" She snorted, "That's for later, What we need is a way to communicate with you. And since writing is out, we have one choice." I tilted my head "You need that Gem inside your chest?" Gem? What gem...oh. I spotted the bright green gem inside of my chest, the gem seemed to be leaking its own light. I was transfixed by the color, that was until I felt a playful slap to my cheek. I looked up to give Eternal a glare, she just smirked. Really? I did the hoove gesture to continue, which caused her to blink in confusion. "Anyway, That gem you can transfer your willpower into, I suppose, it will form things from that energy." Then she said in a quieter voice too quiet for me to hear easily, "Though last time you tried you failed, try again as they say."

I looked at her and sighed before closing my eyes, I started to focus my energy inside my chest. I heard a sizzle, and then nothing. I opened them again, to see Eternal looking surprised. I also noticed every pony in the room was also staring at me, and that means maybe 30 or so ponies were all staring at me, they all looked terrified. I looked back at Eternal, who finally managed to get control of herself. "Ace look at yourself, something isn't right." I did as I was told and what I saw made me gasp in fear.

My body was covered in black insectoid armor. Two hands floated by my sides, hands that left behind dark red flames. There were also inky black tentacles that flowed around my body. My fear spiked, I started to mentally scream at Eternal. 'Get it off! I want it off!'

Eternal saw a bright flashing light above Ace's head and looked up to see, floating words made of the same flames. 'Get it off, I want it off' 'Huh so it seems she can communicate through the Hands of God, after all, the hands are explainable the armor not so much.' She shook her head and gave Ace a firm smack, 'Can't have a panicking pony now can I'

I glared at Eternal and grunted, 'Meany!' Eternal just chuckled, 'What's so funny! Don't you understand I'm terrified!' She just fell over laughing. I huffed, 'Jerk.'

"Sorry Ace, but you haven't realized yet but I can see you are thinking above your head."

I looked up and sure enough, glowing words were floating above my head. 'Oh.'

"Still get your voice back, as funny and useful that is it's hardly as pretty as your real voice." I blushed, "Aww she can blush!"

'You tease, now I wonder if I can control this better?'

"I would hope so, I can't have ponies stare at you like some kind of monster." For some reason, I thought that word would have stung worse but it didn't, "Well can you cause the armor and tentacles to disappear?" I focus on those commands, disperse armor. The same sizzling noise and I blinked feeling lighter, I heard Eternal snort. "Huh that's odd, so the armor is not connected to the hands and words. Maybe you can use them constantly, if that is the case you will be able to fight like you used to!" I shrugged off my confusion and smirked.

"Now we should leave Ace before we make those snooty nobles more snooty, or before I show 'em their place whichever one comes first. I hate the nobles, they all talk and never do shit besides wanting more and more power." I nodded, "Still I have to find out why you are not able to speak, I love that voice of yours." I blushed but also rolled my eyes. "Heh anyway let me take you back to your room because tomorrow you will be suffering. I hope you like to be in pain because the Royal guards love to push ponies to their limits and beyond." I groaned, she just giggled at my suffering.

We entered my room and I was amazed, It was a spacious room with a large kingsized bed. It also had multiple shelves and dressers. I looked to the side and saw the bathrooms and sighed. 'Good I won't have to rush down the hall to go to the restroom, maybe I will take a shower soon.' Thinking of a shower made me have very unpleasant thoughts about what I would do inside, I blushed. 'I don't think Eternal would enjoy those ideas.' I heard a soft purring noise and looked back to see Eternal right in my face. Oh wow, I didn't think I could make that color, such a vibrant red.

"Oh, what ideas do you have huh Ace." I gulped, she saw that?! "Ohh Acey you need to get control of those powers unless you wanna show the world what you may be thinking hum?" I nodded frantically, she smiled. "Good now open your mouth, oh, and please sit down." I nodded and sat down right before opening my mouth. She looked inside my mouth and gasped, "That's why you can't talk, some cunt removed your tongue!?" The same grinding noise but this time I saw where they came from. Her hooves started to emit a bright blue aura, I also noticed her eyes has switched color to bright gold. Her expression was one of pure rage. "Somepony removed your tongue Ace, and I swear on the Angels above I will smite those who done this." I blinked, I was missing my tongue? No wonder talking didn't work, but why didn't I notice it before? I heard Eternal growl, "I hope that doctor has Life Insurance because I'm about to show him, the Angels he worships are not so nice when someone hurts those they care for." I realized what was about to happen but it was too late. In a blast of blue-gold aura, she was gone.

Eternal flapped her wings once propelling herself out of Ace's room and down the hall with a second. Oh, she was pissed, nothing can stop her when she's this angry. A blue-gold aura erupt around her body pushing her body to its maximum, A small sonic cone formed in front of her. She had to slow down, going too fast would cause a sonic boom inside this castle. As much as she hated it she could not be risking hurting Ace, she slowed down but kept at a steady pace. The Sonic barrier formed in front of her, but she did not push forward so the barrier remained. She knew where that doctor was, inside his little room. She took a left down a hallway and saw the door. Before anypony could realize what happened, the doors shot off the hinges being propelled backward into the wall. Her hooves glowed as she landed on the ground and slid, the doctor was looking at a desk who still ignored her entrance.

She stepped forward, only to sense something move behind her. Her body moved on instinct and backflipped over the bat, when she landed she saw two other ponies in the room. Those ponies wearing a form of mercenary armor, 'So hired hofs aye? You must have known I would come here after I found out.'

The doctor finally looked up from his desk and was surprised to still see Eternal awake and pissed. "Wow I must admit you are more skilled than these two, but that is no matter. You see, I don't think you and your Demon Blood can resist an Angel Seal. You know it's funny, I thought you were a normal pony, It just shows even normal-looking ponies can be Demons." He pulled out a crystal and pointed it at Eternal, and nothing happened. The Doctor was confused, then enraged. "You... You are not a demon?! Then why work with one?!"

Eternal just laughed, "You are correct, I am no Demon, I am an Angel Born." She then put on a very serious expression, "Prepare to suffer, you have harmed my friend, and removed her ability to speak. If I had found out later and not connected the dots I would have sent Celestia to remove you by force. Then I would have executed you in public to show all your church fanatics, why they do not mess with the business of Demons and Angels unless requested. You were not requested to act, you went against what I wished. For that a serious price must be paid, one that will be atoned with your blood."

The doctor was now shaking in fear, "Kill her you fools!"

The next time Eternal spoke, her voice was mixed with two separate voices. "Kill me? You must be the fool not them, they cannot attack or even harm me."

The doctor growled, "And why is that?!"

"Because they are dead," She walked forward and tapped the guards on their shoulders breaking the connection. The guards exploded in blood as they were all struck by invisible strikes, their bodies become split into multiple parts. "This is why you do not enrage an Angel. Mortal, you have seen the death that will soon take you, what do you plead?"

Seeming to ignore the question he asked. "Who are you"

Eternal smirked, "I am the one who is called on to remove someone from this world, I am the strongest and most powerful of my kind. Before you see, The Arch-Angel of Death, Estloma of Infinity. Now suffer for Eternity more fallen child, for the hands of hell have come to take you." Eternals hooves glowed with power as she appeared behind him, holding his detached head in her hoove. "I warned you did I not?" The light in eyes of the detached head started to fade. Eternals power faded away, and her voice returned to normal. "Your head will be a reminder to those of the church to never fuck with me." She turned around and saw fear-stricken guard ponies all pointing their spears at her, she ignored them and walked past.

"H-Halt! Y-You are U-Underarrest by the o-order of the P-P-Princess." Eternal to look at him and said one small simple sentence.

"Do you wish to die?" The guard ponies immediately shook their head, "Good now tell Pretty Celestia she has to get a new better doctor, and also get someone to clean this mess." She walked back towards Ace's room uncaring from the looks she got, She put the detached head inside her saddlebag. "I will keep her face from these weak ponies, we are planning on saving them and they p[lamn to kill us." She pulled out the blood-covered gem the Doctor was holding, she looked it over and gasped. "The church had a Hand of God?!" It was sapphire instead of the ruby gem that was inside Ace's chest. "So The Church is a threat, after all, I won't let ace have to deal with them. I will do it alone, or maybe I won't have to at all." She smirked as she looked at the Hand of God, but realized the blood covering her body. "Ah, that's why I have so many traumatized looks, that and I did just kill a pony and threaten the guards with sucess. Honestly, why does Celestia even have them, they are so pathetic? The only powerful one is Captain Shining Armor, and that's only because his special talent is shield magic. Whatever got to wash off, I can't have Ace see me like this."

Chapter #2

I was sitting on my bed and just staring, at what... well the wall. I was not a very interesting pony it seems, I mean who just stares at a wall. I do it seems, maybe I was just lost in thought, I'm not entirely sure why. I was likely there for hours, just staring at that wall. My ears twitched as I heard a knock at the door, I looked over quickly and saw Rainbow Dash staring at me from the open door. I waved with one hand and a hoove each, Oh the expression she made was priceless!

"Hey um Ace what are you doing?" I pointed to the wall and she tilted her head but quickly shook it. "No, I mean why?" I shrugged, honestly confused myself. "Well, the girls wanna 'talk' to you. Come on, Boss."

I blinked at her word, 'Boss? I am no one's Boss, I am unsure on where you formed that thought.'

She smiled, "Well, I will be going your little team only issue is. Well, military training, I mean seriously how can you go and protect the world and not expect me to help?! What kind of pony would let her friend fight all alone"

I turned my head and stared at her, 'Why would you consider me a friend when I do not know you?'

She smirked, "Because you are awesome just like me, I haven't seen it yet but I have a feeling. I am almost never wrong about these things, Also Pinkie Pie is also joining us."

'Who is that mare?!'

"Who pinkie?" I nodded, "Honestly I have no idea, She is so random it is almost its own science. I have seen her float on ballons, keep up with me when I am at top speed. She can sense or even foresee things, but the weirdest thing about her is can pull items from thin air! None of us really know her history, we know she lived on a rock farm. I even met her family, they were normal I suppose. Pinkie is just Pinkie, I don't think there is another pony like her. Though I am unsure why she wants to join military operations, she is a party pony and not like me or AJ. I mean seriously, why would she join us?"

"Well, because I told her to why else?" Both me and Dash jumped and looked into the hallway to see Tia. "Pinkie Is an Odd pony, not even I know how she is capable of what she does. Though one thing I know for sure, she is more powerful than she looks. She once gave me a look that made my heart nearly stop, only a few ponies I have seen were able to do that. Morning Star included, though I could sense she was holding back."

'Who is Morning Star?' Celestia looked at the words over my head and smirked, okay now I was concerned.

"Can't say, you are not ready yet. You must shatter that barrier you have that keeps your powers locked away. When you do that come to talk to me. I know Morning star will be glad to meet you, he always loved teasing ponies. Though when you see him, don't be surprised. He is old almost older than Me, and I have been alive for two thousand years."

I shrugged, 'Whatever I will be waiting for that day then, until then, what am I supposed to be doing?'

Celestia looked at me before shifting her gaze to my wings, "You need to learn how to fly, I heard you haven't unfurled your wings yet. You need to learn how to fly."

Rainbow Dash looked at me with an expression of shock, "You have wings and haven't used them?!" I rolled my eyes and glared at the smug Tia. "I will be teaching you how to fly we need a large open space with plenty of room to fly."

Tia looked thoughtful and spoke softly, "Go use the courtyard just don't destroy my roses please." I shrugged and followed dash as we left my room and walked down the hallway.

"Yo Were you going Ace?" I jumped and squeaked, and looked behind me to see a cocky Eternal. I gave her a death glare but she ignored it. I also noticed her fur was dripping wet, I likewise ignored her fur. Though I didn't ignore the fearful looks the ponies in hallways gave Eternal, what did she do?

Dash answered Eternals question for me, "We are going to teach Ace how to fly, she hasn't even tried to fly."

"Ahh, that's a good idea she has to use those wings of hers, She won't be as useful if she is grounded and unable to dodge." I snorted, They act like I won't be able to handle myself. As if the universe was trying to prove me wrong, A pony came around the corner we were about to pass. While Dash and Eternal disappeared in a blur, I wasn't so fortunate. The cobalt blue unicorn stallion slammed into me with enough force to actually knock the break from my lungs. I gasped in silent pain, I and the pony rolled on the ground a few feet before stopping. The stallion got up shocked, but looked behind me and started to run again. Only to be flipped in a full 180 over Eternal as she heaved him over her, before slamming his body into the ground. The Stallion looked fearful and shocked, he whimpered weakly. This all happened while I was attempting to catch my breath, Damn that bloody hurt!

I heard Eternal scream at the stallion who looked like he was about to piss himself. "What's your idea bud?! You run into someone and you don't even say sorry?!" Suddenly a white unicorn with a golden mane and tail had a gold star for his cutie mark. He turned and looked to Rainbow dash, who glared at him.

"Well, if it isn't Rainbow dash, tell me how is Rarity doing?"

I heard her growl, "Better after you pushed her away, I can't believe you even did Blue Blood that to her?!"

"I have to keep gold digger like her away! All they want me for is money, and status. I.Am.Fucking.sick.of.it!" He emphasized each word with a stomp of his hoove, "It sickens me to think of the Element of Genoristy as a gold digger, I would have had done anything to remove her from Celestia's party if I knew that! After that stuck-up party, I was going to ask her to forgive me, but I see that pointless! She only wanted to be like everybody else, it sickens me, that when she was done she would leave." Dash backed away in shock, I can see she wasn't expecting what he said. I expect she was expecting him to be arrogant and an asshole, now I just feel bad for him. "Anyway I need that stallion back, he was accused of a crime."

I blinked and stepped between the two, 'What crime?'

"Well, we found a pony dead today in the castle."

Eternal blinked and groaned, "Yeah that was me." Everypony including the stallion under her froze and looked at her, "What?"

Blue blood coughed, "Well you see, You are under arrest for the murder of ten ponies, twenty griffins, and the Son of The Griffin Emperor."

Eternal, almost screamed. "I am sorry, WHAT?"

The hallway shook from the force of the shout, Blue Blood looked confused and he frowned. "So you didn't kill them?"

"Fuck no, I hate politics, I killed that bitch of Doctor who removed Ace's tongue! He also had 2 guards, those two may be nothing but a puddle of blood. No one can handle Judgement cut."

Blue brown grimaced, "Well, I can say he did deserve to die. Though this is off-topic, that stallion there is a murder."

I looked to the stallion and tilted my head, My vertical pupils focused. 'Expect he is not the one.' Those blue flaming words hung over my head like a light in the darkness. Everyone stared at me shocked, even Eternal's jaw was dropped.

"How do you figure that?" A new voice spoke, from behind me. I looked behind me to see another white unicorn stallion, this one wearing fancy armor. He had a blue mane with lighter blue strips, also had a shield with a star as his cutie mark.

'Simple, he has no blood or even faint sights of blood on him. He also smells like roses and a more private smell. While this may be good for some I can also tell you something he would not like anyone to know.' The stallion stared at me with a pleading expression and I sighed. 'Fine' The stallion looked relieved, but I quickly glared at him. 'You owe me.' He nodded, 'Good' I looked at the ponies around us and rolled my eyes. 'He was tied up for a whole night.'

"What do you mean tied up?" I looked over to Eternal, I gave her a flat look she took the hint. "Oh, Bondage?" I sighed and nodded. "Some people get all the damn luck." That comment earned a look from everyone most of those looks were one of disgust. She just smiled and shrugged, "Seriously though, he didn't kill anyone. Also, why am I not being arrested?"

The newest white unicorn with a blue mane and tail sighed, "Well because you made every single guard in Canterlot fear you with one single sentence, and you have diplomatic immunity, well unless you attack someone important."

Eternal frowned and looked to the stallion, "That is all well and good but why?"

The stallion frowned, "You see we cant arrest you even if we tried could we?" Eternal shook her head, "Exactly you would be able to destroy my shields with one attack, you also could kill Celestia or Luna if you wished you have so much power that when you are angry the planet shudders. We made a choice that you are too dangerous to retaliate against unless we have no other choice, And then there is her." He pointed at me, "You told all of us that she is the most powerful creature on this planet even surpassing you! So what FUCKING choice do we FUCKING have?! Arrest you and risk you KILLING all of us?! Or better yet, We kill you, and years later someone more FUCKING powerful than both of you appear! THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORSE PART, You stated that over and over again that each world you visited crumbled into FUCKING dust. So I can only ASSUME that you are the ONLY ponies that can POSSIBLY defeat this force!" I shrank back from his rant, and Eternal looked shocked. Rainbow Dash had an expression of rage when she looked at Eternal.

Eternal frowned and sighed, "Maybe I was being stupid... I didn't tell you this. You see Ace had her tongue Surgically removed, so you have one guess on who did it." I was confused when everyone stared at me and I just shrugged.

Rainbow dash, "So that's why she hasn't talked, I assumed it was just because she was shy or even fearful of her own voice." Her confused expression shifted to rage. "It was the doctor, right?" Eternal nodded, "You killed him huh?" A second nod, "Good because I would have done the same thing. I don't like it when somepony hurts my friends. Though I wouldn't have been so brutal."

Eternal just shrugged, "It wasn't the worse way to go, in honesty the last thing he would have felt was a slight pain. We are off-topic. Who killed these griffin delegates, that is our mission now." I nodded, And Blue blood sighed. I looked at the stallion on the ground as he whimpered in fear.

"Well if he didn't do it who then?"

I blinked and had an idea, 'Let me see the crime scene, please?'

Blue looked at me and nodded, "Now how do you know he isn't the pony behind the murder."

'Being Half Demon and Angel had some perks. My Angel side allows me to sense when a pony lies, and my demon Side allows me to sense malicious intent for anyone, not just one target. I didn't sense anyone he hated that was Griffin, he hates Blue though.'

"That makes some sense but why are you calling be Blue?"

I looked at him and smirked, 'It is cute.' I saw his jaw drop, and I heard Eternal gasp. 'Oh, are you jealous Eternal?'

"Maybe a smidge." She said with a smirk.

'Good, now where was this murder at?'

"It wasn't a murder, it was a Massacre. Like I said Ten ponies, Twenty Griffins, and one Royal Griffin. All dead, their bodies show they did not even struggle while the murder happened, which is odd considering those numbers could easily kill any normal pony. I am thinking it could be the Super Killer, they always seemed to have a grudge with griffin."

My eyes turned to glare, I didn't even look at blue, I let my words show my rage. The normally blue flames changed into black with red outlines. 'YOU mean to tell me, there was someone capable of killing ponies, and you haven't arrested them yet?!'

Blue was taken aback and sighed, "I am not a warrior and this thing is more powerful than Shining Armor, I mean seriously. They took out ten Royal guards and twenty Griffins and neither side even tried to struggle before their deaths, how is that possible." They had no idea but I did.

Eternal looked at me and smirked, she knew also. "Well I'm pretty sure, Ace knows." Blue, and Shining both looked at me.

'I am not actually sure.'

They all responded with a loud, "HUH" Even Eternal looked confused, "What do you mean you are not actually sure!"

I glared at Shining, 'I mean just that, it isn't possible for a demon to do this. Most demons attack with wild abandon and the Demon Lords are a lot more careful on who they kill and how. They wouldn't attack someone if it would expose them, so that is not possible. So we are dealing with an unknown variable, we should be very careful.'

Eternal sighed, "I hate unknown variables, they always end up with me in the hospital or worse! I really hate having broken bones.'

I rolled my eyes and smiled, 'You protect me Eternal I will protect you got it?' She nodded and blushed slightly. 'Good now where is this room-' My mind went blank at what I saw I couldn't even finish my message when I saw the gore and death my body froze in fear.

There were bodied if you could call half-eaten mounts of flesh, each body had the same claw markings all over them, some bodies hung from the ceiling and also the lights. What I didn't see was signs of a struggle, it was like these ponies slept through something eating them alive. How was that possible, I also noticed that none of the bodies was female? Each one was male, this added a clue to the identity but I was unsure how. I also noticed something scared the piss out of me, the walls had been scorched in some areas. I looked back to Blueblood who looked sick, and Rainbow dash who had been silently following us. Which was uncharacteristic for her, I knew her type loud and adorable. I chose it would be a good idea to talk to her later.

"So Blue what do you know about what happened." Blueblood looked to Eternal and sighed, oh I can tell this is going to suck.

"Well, you see the bodies were found last night after we heard a huge disturbance. Since today is the Ceremony for Ace the Princess decided to hold on to the investigation or do it in private. As you can tell it was private, My aunts decided to send me to do the investigation. I may not look like it, but I was trained by the previous Captain of the Royal guards. I was also trained in interrogation Magic and also capture the magic. Sadly I am not as good as my teacher it is not my talent after all, but it gets the job done." He took a deep breath, and let it all out. "You see the Griffin Embassator decided it would be better to take what they want by force, and was going to return to their country. Ponies and nobles all disagreed, but that cocky prick assumed Equestria was weak! Anyway, as I had said he wished to return home. His griffin escorts and some of the royal guards joined him for the party, well 'party'. As you can see the party ended in blood." I blinked as something didn't make sense, why would they have a party?

Eternal looked even more confused, "You missed something blue, why were they having a party?"

Blueblood sighed in defeat, "This is top secret okay don't tell anyone!"

We both nodded, And Blue growled, "I am serious."

'Doubtful' I said with a smirk.

"Fine all those that joined him were gay! Like every single one, not one of them was straight!" I blinked, that's all?

I heard Eternal fall over laughing, I couldn't help it either I curled up on the dirty ground and giggled.

Blue looked pissed but he sighed, "Yes they were gay, I don't know why that matters though."

I took a deep breath before squeaking, I sighed. 'It is very important, you see whoever killed these many either had something against gay or something personal with someone. The others could have been a bonus and the Emperor's son? Well, he could have just wanted to return some hate to the griffins, that or this was planned.'

Blue looked surprised, "What do you mean planned?"

I rolled my eyes, 'What would happen if the pony responsible was never caught?'

Blue and Shining's eyes widened in realization, "You don't think?"

'No I have a hunch, it is not concrete yet.'

Rainbow looked confused, "So what is your hunch?"

'You will know in due time if I am right at least. If I am wrong, well we will be at war with the griffins and I will have to kill them all.' Rainbow nodded, I sighed before walking out. 'Also get someone to write down EVERYTHING as evidence in this room, I wanna read the report soon.' One guard nodded, well why does my life have to be so damn problematic?

Chapter #3

I looked at all the bodies that filled the room, I had a bad feeling about why someone would attack the countries allies. What would happen if a delegate of a different country died in a friendly nation, I would think that the country that lost their delegate would either ask for compensation. Though what if the Griffins wished for this to happen? It would give them an excuse to attack Equestria, the worse part is, they could justify their actions as 'Equestria attacked first' even though they didn't in reality. So a war would be started because of the actions of either a Griffin hater or someone who was ordered to kill by the Griffin King. My eyes narrowed, so this could all be going according to plan maybe they wanted to have a martyr so they could start a war with Equestria. The worse part is, it would work, how can you prove that the griffins assassinated their own delegate. It is hard to prove that, and if the king really did that it would mean that most of the government was behind the plan.

I sighed, what could I do? Find the one responsible, they would likely be halfway to the Griffin kingdom by now! 'I have some bad news BlueBlood what would happen if the Griffins ordered the death of their delegate?'

Blue looked at me with surprise, "Well they would be able to attack the country with no remorse, as they would have a cause to do so. Kill all who were responsible for the death, in this case, Equestria. So assuming that we do not find the one responsible the nation would be at war with the griffins, and considering how untrained our guards are in the section of war we would lose easily. The guards are trained to capture alive and only as a last resort to kill, also our armor is mainly meant to protect melee weapons nor ranged weapons. So we would be royally bucked, we would not be able to resist the might of a full assault from griffin at this point in time."

I groaned, of course, the guards are pathetic. Why didn't they train them properly to be able to react to any situation, we need warriors, not guards. 'Fine, I think it's time for us to do something stupid, like really stupid.'

Rainbow saw the text and tilted her head, "What are you planning boss? If it includes fighting count me in, I always wanted to see some action."

I turned and glared at her, 'What you do not to see is your friends die in front of you. Because then what would you be loyal to? Yourself? That is selfishness, what you need to be is selfless. Do things for others not fight because you love to fight.' I saw her reaction it was looked like I had slapped her and called her a fool. Which I basically just did. 'Sorry, though what I said is true I could have said it more gentleness and less rudeness.'

Dash smiled and shrugged, "It is fine, I still wanna fight alongside you."

I nodded, 'Good because I will have to train every one of you guys personally, guard training is insufficient. So expect to have the most difficult month of your life. Nonstop training, only ending so you can get 3 hours of sleep, and only feeding you one time a day!'

Eternal looked horrified, "You are joking, right?" I nodded, she let out a sigh. "Good because that would be terrible."

I shrugged, 'Yeah, yeah it would...' I saw remembered something but it was so foggy that I couldn't tell what it was showing me. 'Anyway, We have a mission to complete and that mission is!' my stomach rumbled making me blush, 'Finding the food.' Blue chuckled and Eternal rolled her eyes. 'What! I haven't eaten in days!'

Shining smiles, "That reminds me of Twilight when she was studying, I mean seriously why haven't you eaten anything?"

I looked around concerned, 'Well you see I have been feeding mostly off the energy you ponies expel, though it's not perfect. I still need actual food.'

Rainbow smacked me hard, "What you need is to learn how to fly! And I will be the one to teach you! After I am the fastest flyer in all of Equestria!"

I grunted from the smack before glaring at her, 'You didn't have to hit me! The fastest you must be joking?' From her expression, it was a no. 'Fine I will have you teach me how to fly, I cant stay grounded forever anyway.'

Dash jumped excitedly at the prospect of teaching someone how to fly, "YES, Don't worry boss I won't let you down! When I am done you be the second-fastest flyer in all of the Equestria!"

I sighed, 'Amazing' I started to walk and noticed no one was following me they all looked at my flanks in amazement, 'What?'

Shining whistled, "I didn't think bat-ponies could get cutie marks, much less whatever you are. But that cutie mark is something to admire, I doubt anyone could get one like that one."

I looked at him with a perplexed expression on my face, 'Yeah why is that?'

Shining looked into my eyes and smiled, "I haven't seen a cutie mark that changes, much less has different talents mixed together." Huh? Wait, what?!

I looked to my flank and I swore I saw it change from double swords to a pair of cards both ace's then it changed into an infinity sign, before switching to both the Mark of Angel and Demon Crosses together. It didn't even end there it kept changing, the next one was a pair of golden glasses after that was a broken silver crown. Right before it shifted back to the double swords. 'What the hell is this supposed to mean? Why is it changing!'

Eternal even looked confused, "This is impossible, A cutie mark is a reflection of the ponies soul! For one to change would require multiple souls inside one body, which only pony I knew of could do that! She is likely hiding, but this is .... Just startling. How can one change every few seconds! Do you have any idea how this happened?" I shook my head, honestly confused myself. It wasn't the mark on my ass that just suddenly appeared, it was for the fact each mark had something to with me, all except the broken Silver crown and the Golden glasses. The double cards of Ace could be excused for the fact of my name, The double swords could be my talent at fighting and the marks could be from both sides of my soul.

So what the hell! I am still hungry though, 'We can wonder later I am hungry!'

They rolled their eyes, I couldn't blame them I was just starving!

Somewhere inside the Griffin kingdom, The king of the kingdom was a black scarred griffin with dark grey feathers, the Griffin king had pink eyes. The King was looking down from his throne, where he sat with an expression of impatience, he was looking down at the griffin who he had ordered to execute his own son. He stared at the griffin waiting for him to speak about either a success or failure.

"It is done sire, The false son is now in the afterlife. I have completed my mission, may I return home now sire?"

The King's expression turned to a sneer, "No you will be executed in private! While I have ordered the death it didn't mean I wished it upon my own son! You did do me a favor, Now I will be able to attack Equestria without any public and civilian backlash. Some ponies will also likely join my side, I will finally be able to make that bitch Luna scream in pain. Celestia will just be icing on the cake, but as I have said you will be executed, Amber. You will have 3 hours before your head will be forcibly removed from your skull, now go eat sleep do whatever you wish because later today you will be a corpse." Except the Griffin didn't move, the King also noticed that the griffin was not shaking in fear or begging for their life.

The Griffin spoke, but this time it wasn't one of submissive ignorance. The hood the Griffin wore covered their face but he could tell the griffin was smug when he spoke. "I am sorry sir, but you see the only one who will have their head forcibly removed will be you. As you may know, I am an Assassin, but what you may not know is-" The Griffin's voice shifted to one of a bloodthirsty killer, they also spoke slower. "-I was actually here to kill you." The Griffin tilted his talons causing a steel metal blade to pop out from under their wrist, The king also noticed the blade was still fresh with blood. Meaning the guards outside are dead, the King sighed but it was not one of acceptance, but one of boredom.

"How many of you assassins will try until you give up? I have defeated 20 of you so far! When will you just give up?"

"You have defeated the lower Assassins but you have not battled me a Master, So do prepare to die a fool." The King was about to speak when he blinked and when he opened his eyes, The assassin was gone, all words died on his beak when he saw that. 'This Assassin is a master after all and is not all talk, this is likely how he managed to kill all the guards in the Equestrian and also my castle! he is able to move quickly and also it seems he has more stealth than those other assassins.' His thoughts were cut off when he felt a blade press to his neck, his body moved on instinct and jumped away from the assassin's blade. 'He was so close! I was trying to find him! He is silent and is skilled at killing.'

The Master Assassin spoke in an impressed tone, "Amazing you could react quicker than I could slit your throat,-" His voice shifted to a cold and heartless again. "-I will have to end you before you learn how to fight back." The master pulled out his dual swords and balanced on his back legs. The master Assassin launched forward and slashes at the king with both blades using his body for leverage. The King reacted swiftly and pulled out his sword, the 3 blades clashed together. Sparks flew from the blades, the Assassins hood flew off his head. The King got a good look at his opponent, The Griffin was Silver grey with bright yellow eyes, His feathers covered his scar nicely but The King also noticed something those eyes were blind! The King's anger boiled, He was fighting a blind Griffin and losing! The Master assassin smirked, Why was he so cocky!

The King pushed the Assassin back and slashes the sword in a vertical slash hoping to hit the Assassin in the wing before the blade impacted the same blade that nearly split his throat blocked the sword. The Assassin was not impressed, to say the least, "I can see how you defeated my brothers and sisters, you are swift with your blade and also powerful. But there is something you lack in combat."

The King snarled, "That would be?!"

"Surprise." The King wondered what he meant for a second before he saw smoke, looking where the assassin was just at was now empty air. The King turned in a circle to ensure he would not be snuck upon again. That was until he felt a stabbing in both his wings, he looked at them and saw two blades in his wings the worse part is. Even if he survived this, He would never be able to fly again, those blades basically sliced right through his wing tendons. He growled in rage, "HOW DARE YOU!"

Something landed on his back he turned his head to see a blade slamming into his right eye. He screamed in agony, he realized at that moment he would not survive, this Assassin was a master. He was stronger than him in every possible way, his speed was unmatchable by his standards, his strength while equal to His own was still enough to defeat him. The King saw the next blade pointed for his throat, He had to make a split-second choice, He would flee. The Fallen King tried to push the assassin away with all his strength, he failed. The blade sunk into his throat, he felt a warm liquid run down his neck and onto his chest.

The Assassin looked disappointed, And before the king died he spoke again. "I will see you in the afterlife, wait for me their old friend."

The Assassin sighed, "My name wasn't Amber, it is Soloheart." Soloheart looked to the entrance and saw the horrified castle guards look at him, his expression shifted from one of sadness to one of sadistic glee. "Who will be next, ah yes you there!" He pointed to a small Female griffin, "You are the one who will lead this country now. Goodbye." He threw something onto the ground that formed a cloud of smoke, When it cleared Soloheart was nowhere to be seen.

I was sitting at a table eating a salad, My muzzle was filled with lettuce and my expression was one of joy. 'I was so, so hungry!'

Rainbow looked at the pile of bowls I had previously eaten from, "I can tell what number is it?"

Eternal sighed and dropped her notebook, "Number 30...She ate 20 pounds of food, this is unbelievable, If I hadn't seen it for myself. No one will believe us, I mean who can eat 20 pounds of salad?!"

I looked at them a leaf of lettuce hanging from my mouth, 'Is it that unbelievable? I have a feeling this is normal for me.'

"Yes Ace this is odd, How are you not even full yet?!" Rainbow nearly shouted, I just shrugged.

"At this rate, she will have eaten half the castle stock of food!" Blue just groaned, "The castle food bill will be extreme!"

'Sorry!'

"Whatever just do not go to any restaurants and eat them out of business. Or do, maybe if you have the money you will make them rich."

I blushed, 'I'm sorry!'

Shining chuckled, "What's scary is she isn't even chubby yet, she seems she can eat almost anything and be fine. though we should lose focus on Miss Ace's eating habits and focus on the murder."

I coughed and nodded, 'Yeah, those injuries are from a professional killer. I saw the prince's body, his head was detached from one well-placed slash. That or multiple slashes that were always exact, I didn't see any extra cuts. Most of the bodies had their throats cut, and from the looks of the cuts, they happened so fast the ones being injured had no idea until after the cuts happened. Though what I didn't see, was one a sign of a struggle and two craters of any shape or form. This killer is not superhum.. er Superpony/griffin they are just a normal pony or griffin. They are just skilled to the extreme, I doubt they have any special powers besides skill.'

"So we are looking for someone who has such a skill at killing they could take out a room full of ponies and griffin warriors. Yeah, this will be easy." I glared at Shining Armor, oh the snark!

'Do you have any better plans, Romeo?' Nothing, 'I thought so, I never said it would be easy, in fact, this may be the most difficult job this world has seen.'

I attempted to stand only to get shoved down by Rainbow Dash, this earned her a growl, She ignored it. "No you and I are going to fly, You will fly with me understand!" I recoiled, she just barked an order at me, I nodded. "Well let's go to the courtyard. When I am done with you you will be able to fly like a pro!" I groaned, this will likely be very very painful.

I was right, It was very very fucking painful. Not knowing how to land I face planted more than once. While getting off the ground was easy, what wasn't easy was staying in the air. Counting the times I landed wrong or even flew into something/somepony would be like counting the grains of sand on a beach. It was numerous, so saying that today was painful is true. When we were done I could in fact fly better, it was just I was sore all over. Dash was proud of herself, I wanted to strangle her slowly! She put my body through hell and I was not happy!

I growled, 'Dash I swear if you do not explain to me next time what you plan to do I will personally make your life hell!' Dash just snicked, I face hooved, she didn't take me seriously. 'Whatever we have a job to do.'

"Yeah, and what job would that be?" Dash snorted out.

"Getting some sleep, because this is just too much to take for one day." Eternal snarked. She also was put through training but her's was more intense. Carrying weights while flying, to carrying a sky wagon full of whatever they could find that would make her flight miserable.

'I would prefer a nap, but sleep sounds fine.'

"Yeah sleep, that's sounds like a good idea. I mean I also worked out while I tortured you two." I snorted, at dashes comment. "What I did!"

'What you did was fly in a circle over and over again while watching me fail repeatedly. Why am I so bad at flying? I have a feeling that I was one of the best fliers in the world, so why do I suck now?'

Eternal sighed and shrugged, "Who knows,-" She hated lying to Ace but she had to do it to ensure those memories do not resurface. "-I will help you learn how to fly okay dash is for advanced fliers, not novice fliers." She gave Dash a cold glare making the opposing pegasus flinch from the look.

'Well I will see you two tomorrow I need to sleep, it feels like I haven't slept in a month!'

Eternal nodded before thinking, From what I heard from your other selfs the last time you have properly slept was 5 years ago. "Go on and sleep Ace we will need you ready for the mission ahead, after all, we have a murderer to catch" Even though I know who ordered the death of those in that room.

I nodded, Naptime is the best time! I walked into my room while Eternal went to the one opposite of my room. Before I even realized it I was on my bed. I groaned happily, my vision slowly going dark as I was drifted off into dreams.
