Dashie and the Juniorbolts
Chapter One: Welcome to the Juniorbolts Academy
Rainbow Dash woke up from what had to be a deep and peaceful sleep as she looked around and was surprised to find herself…moving? She blinked as she adjusted herself to a moving seat beneath her. Where was she? What was going on? The two questions came through her mind rather suddenly as the mare looked down, looking at what had to be a weird padded seat around her body. But what made her even more surprised was noticing how stubby and plump her body was!
The filly was now getting somewhat scared as she started to squirm about. But she eventually realized she was constrained by the straps around her body! Then she heard a squishy, crinkling noise and looked down only to see a fluffy white diaper slightly stained yellow! "What is going on here?!" Rainbow cried out, unable to contain the surprise on her face. "Oh, nothing, really. Just ensuring you a spot on the Wonderbolts."
Rainbow looked up to see a lime green coated pegasus mare with a spikey, flaming mane pushing her through the streets of Cloudsdale. Whoever these mysterious pegasi were, she was going to get it! "Who awe ya?!"
"Oh, me? Well, little Dashie, technically, I'm your mom. But my name is Lightning Dust." The mare snickered as she continued to push the little foal down the street.
"Little Dashie!?" Rainbow Dash cried out! "That is not my name!"
"Oh right, I changed it to Rainbow Splash." The mare snickered, but this just angered the little filly even more.
"Seriously!? My name is Rainbow Dash! Not Rainbow Splash!"
The lime-coated mare rolled her eyes as she stopped the stroller and came around, facing the filly with her bright orange eyes staring right at her as she explained. "I know this looks bad but listen, Starlight Glimmer turned you into a foal, not me. Ok?"
"Yeah and?" Rainbow asked while eyeing the mare.
"Well, she wanted me to adopt you and keep you as a foal for at least a year. But all I care about is impressing the Wonderbolts, and I can't have you outdoing me," Lightning explained. "I mean, you're basically guaranteed to be one anyways…." Lightning Dust peered down as if convincing herself this was the best option for her before she continued, "So here's the deal: I will have you placed in the Jr. Bolts Academy for a few days. Once I've secured a place on the Wonderbolts reserve team, I'll come to pick you up. Ok?"
Rainbow Dash threw her hooves over her chest and snapped. "Ya not even giving me a choice?! And what do ya mean by having ta Wonderbolts to yaself?! Dun tell me Starlight regressed the other recruits!"
Lightning Dust's cheeks flushed red as she stammered. "Well…yeah…I mean, who cares. I heard Twilight has a way of turning you back to normal, so it'll only be for a few days."
Rainbow Dash threw her pudgy hooves over her face as she let out a scowl. "Ya serious?! Ya turned many ponies and me into foals just so you can be in ta Wonderbolts! Are ya crazy!"
Lightning Dust threw a hoof as she scoffed. "Oh, whatever, Rainbow Dash. If I wanted to, I could've helped Starlight foalnapped you. But I convinced her I was a part of her stupid scheme. The only harm done is that you're stuck in diapers for a few days, no biggie."
As much as Rainbow Dash could see this mare wasn't really evil, Lightning was still clearly misguided (and probably a bit delusional) to think this was ok. So the foal eyed the mare and asked. "Ya really see nothing wrong here? What's stoppin' me from telling ta Wonderbolts about tis? Ya think they'll keep ya on ta team when they find out what ya did?! They'll kick ya out like they did before!"
But Lightning smirked as she held up a photo of Rainbow sleeping as a foal. One had her wearing a onesie with the Wonderbolt symbol stitched into the middle of the fabric, with diaper material poking from the leg holes with a pacifier resting in her mouth.
Lightning Dust had a cunning look on her face. She then flipped through the pictures, showing Rainbow a few, including one in just a yellowed diaper and one where she was wearing a bright rainbow-colored dress! "Well, if you don't want these reaching Spitfire's desk, I would say you'd better keep your mouth shut. I've got way worse than these for baby pictures."
Rainbow Dash growled under her breath; despite wanting to just fly up and kick Lightning Dust in her smug face, the foal knew she was in quite a pickle. Even if she told the Wonderbolts of Lightning Dust's treachery, any chances of her being a Wonderbolt would be ruined! So Rainbow laid back in the stroller and growled. "Fine, ya win… for now."
"Good, now just be a good little filly, and nopony will have to see your adorable baby pictures, ok?" Lightning Dust replied with a smirk, thinking that her plan had worked. But Rainbow Dash wasn't just going to let her win. The second she was in this "JrBolts Academy," she would escape than go find Twilight. Once she'd been turned into an adult, she'd help Twilight hatch a plan to get those photos and expose Lightning Dust.
But until then, she had to play Lightning Dust's game, so Rainbow sat back in her stroller. She then had a pacifier plopped into her mouth as she continued to suckle angrily.
Soon the two pegasi had reached their destination. The place in question looked like an oversized nursery with a large grassy yard. Beyond that was a bright yellow and blue striped building with "JrBolts Academy" plastered on a sign overhead.
Rainbow Dash recalled that she'd once heard that this daycare was supposedly run by former retired Wonderbolts who'd gotten married and settled down. Sadly, Rainbow also recalled that she'd already been too old to attend when it opened. But from other younger pegasi, she heard the place was rather nice. And even older foals could come by as they had a cool "cloud room" where the foals could fly and bounce around without worrying about crashing or hurting themselves.
It was actually a lot less embarrassing than what Rainbow Dash had imagined as the two went inside. The entire inside of the building was made up of clouds that covered every inch of the walls. The lobby looked rather lovely, with a beautiful yellow and blue carpet leading to the front counter, where a middle-aged couple was waiting. The elderly-looking pegasus mare peered down through the slant of her dark blue glasses and exclaimed. "Oh, hello! You must be Lightning Dust!"
"Yes, I am!" Lightning nodded in reply.
The gray-coated pegasus then trotted over and bent down to Rainbow Dash's stroller as she chirped. "Oh, this must be Rainbow Splash!"
The filly was starting to get really frustrated as she shouted. "It's Rainbow Dash!"
"Awww, what a cutie!" She loves Rainbow Dash; as you can see, she looks a lot like her," Lightning Dust snickered as she signed her charge in. "Name: Rainbow Splash, Age: Two, Gender: Female, Flying ability: Basics only, and Toilet Training:…Diaper Dependent."
"Really? Have you started potty training?" The mare curiously inquired.
"Oh, we have, but she's still not ready to go without supervision," Lightning explained. "I feel that keeping her in diapers would be the best option."
"I see," The gray-coated mare nodded in reply. "Well, I wouldn't mind at least starting; I've trained dozens of foals to use the potty too. In fact, my cutie mark reflects my teaching talents and instruction on technical skills." And indeed, her cutie mark depicted a small chalkboard and a pointer.
"Well, if it isn't too much to ask, I wouldn't mind letting you teach her," Lightning considered. "Also, keep in mind she is quite clumsy. She barely has the basics of flying down and will crash a lot. Make sure she doesn't hurt herself."
As Lightning Dust lied about Rainbow Dash's inability to fly and use the potty, Rainbow started to throw a tantrum, shouting, "No! I can go potty by myself and fl-"
But Lightning Dust quickly had a bottle of formula shoved into Rainbow's mouth. "Oh, I apologize. It is quite early for the little filly."
Rainbow Dash glared at Lightning Dust, wanting to knock her all the way down to Ponyville and put her on trial! But her foalish instincts began to kick in as she suckled the bottle's contents down without a second thought. After draining the bottle, she was suddenly lifted by the middle-aged pegasus mare where Rainbow Dash got to look her over.
The mare had a bleak gray coat with a white mane tied in a bun and faded brown eyes hidden behind those old-fashioned dark blue glasses. "Oh my, just look at her go! She's pretty spry for her age!"
"Oh yes, she is a Wonderbolt in the making. She's prime recruit material when she comes of age." Lightning Dust snickered, watching as the caretaker took Rainbow Dash, placed her on the counter, then started a diaper change.
"Oh yes," The pegasus mare agreed. "I can tell this one will be a Wonderbolt for sure. Once she's potty trained anyway. Obviously, she's got a long way to go on that."
Rainbow Dash tried to escape, somewhat embarrassed at being changed in front of the other mares! She started kicking about and flapping her wings, but the older mare was much stronger than she looked, keeping Rainbow down with a hoof as she went about the change.
Despite Rainbow's squirming, she was rather surprised to be pampered up in almost no time at all. She sat down on the counter in a new, poofy diaper with the Wonderbolts symbol printed all over her padding to serve as witness indicators.
"See, you're wearing the official diaper of the Wonderbolts," The old mare cooed. "But with a little training, I bet you'll be going potty like a pro in no time!"
"Whatever, I know how ta use ta potty," Rainbow grumbled as she sat up on the counter and peered down at her pudgy (and thick) white diaper. It was almost unreal how she was indeed a baby again, seeing how big the room was to her eyes. She then looked up and saw the two mares were just looking at them with those annoying, motherly smiles that made her pout and snap. "Not cute."
The older mare nuzzled Rainbow as she cooed. "Oh, I think you're too cute. Now, my name is Storm Cloud, but you can call me Stormy while you're here. Here at Jr.Bolts Academy, there are some basic rules to follow: We will go over the basics of flying. But at the same time, we have a strict schedule that you'll adhere to. Over the next few days, you'll have a lovely breakfast every morning, playtime, flying practice, nap time, and potty time is limited to certain periods."
Rainbow Dash couldn't believe what she was hearing and shouted! "Tis isn't an academy; it's a daycare!"
Both Lightning Dust and Stormy burst into laughter as the caretaker cooed. "Of course it is. You're way too young for the more intensive courses. Now come on, let's get to meet your fellow classmates while the big ponies finish up the paperwork."
Rainbow, however, had other ideas as she jumped off from the counter and tried to fly! But her tiny wings barely got her off the counter before landing on the floor. Luckily, the ground was made of clouds as she bounced up slightly. And then she ran across the lobby and headed straight to the front doors!
The trip was unlike anything the speedster had felt before, with her trot being a very awkward waddle. The diaper had spread her legs out quite a bit (the floor being made of literal clouds didn't help as it made her gait even more clumsy). But despite all of these hindrances, all of this humiliation made her more furious and determined to escape and get back at Lightning Dust no matter what!
So Rainbow continued her dash to freedom. But just as she made it to the entrance, Stormy flew over, picked the foal up with her hooves, gave the diaper a few gentle pats, and said. "Now that was quite an adorable little run, but there's no reason to be shy. You're perfectly safe here, and everypony is just like you."
"I'm not shy! I just dun wana go to ya stupid dawcawe!" Rainbow Dash cried out, kicking about in her crinkling, padding, and making a fuss again.
But Stormy simply placed a pacifier into her mouth and plopped her down on the other side of the counter. "You go on and make some new friends."
The elderly mare then left Rainbow Dash as the tomboyish filly got to look around the room. It was much like any typical play area for foals: Foam blocks scattered about, flashy stuffed toys, etcetera.
There were tons of foals playing already, some being "older" than her since they were actually practicing flying independently. But then she spotted three other foals nearby that were rather familiar-looking. A grey-coated toddler pegasus colt seemed to be around three or four with a silvery mane and tail. A light purple-coated pegasus filly around the same age and a pudgy white-coated colt with only a strand of blonde hair on his head.
The pudgy colt, in particular, was trying to hoist it up almost effortlessly, which was rather impressive seeing how young he was.
Rainbow Dash blinked upon seeing the other three foals (and how they were acting quite different from the other foals. Then it dawned on her: The gray colt was Thunderlane, the purple coated filly was Cloud Chaser, and the chubby white-coated foal was Bulk Biceps. They must've all been turned into foals too!
But something was wrong, seeing how Thunderlane and Cloud Chaser had to at least be three or four as they were desperately flapping their wings (but they still couldn't even get off the ground)!
Rainbow turned to face the counter and pouted at seeing that her ability was diminished immensely despite her own attempt to fly herself. Even her parents had baby pictures of her bumping into (and knocking over) vases at this age. Starlight must have intentionally regressed the others and Rainbow's flying skills to those of a year old or younger.
But they were still old enough to not be too processed into this stupid daycare. Celestia knows if Lightning Dust would fulfill her promise and turn them back to normal. She could easily leave them like this, and nopony would know for some time. There was really only one option; over the next week, the brash pegasus would be working on an escape plan with her fellow age-regressed pegasi. She would find Twilight then take down Lightning Dust. She then got up on all fours and let out a sigh. "Otay, let's do tis." She then waddled over to introduce herself.

Chapter Two: A Day as a Juniorbolt
Rainbow Dash slowly shuffled over to the other foals. But upon seeing that Cloudchaser and Thunderlane were rather busy, she decided to approach Bulk Biceps first as she plopped onto her padded rump, then waved a hoof at the group. "Hey Bulk Biceps, how ya doing?"
"I'm doing good," The bulky colt babbled. He then showed off his weight lifting skills, taking the giant foam blocks and throwing them over his head. He then threw his forehooves up and proclaimed! "See, wook! I might be a foaw, but I'm stiww stwong!"
Rainbow Dash honestly didn't care about the display, but she was happy to see that the former muscle-bound stallion was still his old self, as she said. "Tat's good! Gwad ta see ya doing otay.”
"Yeah, tanks." Bulk Biceps replied as he dropped the foam blocks and then made his way over to the filly.
Rainbow Dash took a moment to look around the room, find out where Flitter is, and said. "I just twying to see who else got turned into a foaw."
"Yeah, I tink aww ta other recruits got turned into foals," Cloudchaser explained with a smile as she trotted over to join in the conversation.
Thunderlane also waddled over and nodded. "Yeah, ta others went with Nimbus."
"Otay, weww when we aww togetha, we need to come up with a plan to go find Twily so she can fix this." Rainbow Dash explained as she shook her padded tush a little, still getting used to being in a diaper.
"Tat's a good idea!" Cloudchaser exclaimed. "My sissy Fwittew is gone, but I can get with hew!"
"Yeah, I've got to find ta others as well," Thunderlane replied.
"Otay. But, how did ya aww end up hewe?" Rainbow Dash asked the others.
Bulk Biceps looked up and explained. "Weww tat unicorn named Stawwight dropped us off hewe, claiming she's owa nanny."
"Yeah, we tried to teww ta big ponies ta truth, but is hard 'cause she had fake paperwork," Cloudchaser explained.
Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes and said. "Same happened with me, but I got put hewe by Lightning Dust."
"Seriously!?" The other foals all exclaimed at once!
Bulk Biceps shook his head. "Tats cwazy! Can't believe she stiww around after almost huwting ya friends wike tat!"
Rainbow Dash was starting to get rather heated as she exclaimed. "Weww, I guess she tinks she can get a second shot if she makes ta Wondewbowts tink we aww weft, and she's ta onwy recruit left. Tat's why we gotta get outta here fast!"
Thunderlane scratched his head. "Won't ta Wondabolts be suspicious of us suddenly going missing?"
"Yeah! Tey gonna see thwough hew and know she has something ta do with us suddenly missing." Cloudchaser chimed in.
Rainbow Dash nodded. She had to agree this plan of Lightning Dust didn't sound like it was going to work. But then again, Lightning had successfully fooled this daycare to think they were all babies with the help of Starlight Glimmer, so she might have found a good excuse for them being missing. "Weww, Lightning Dust and Stawwight awe working together, so tey probably thought of that already," She insisted and then repeated. "So we gotta get outta here fast!"
"Wight!" The other foals all exclaimed together.
"Aww, how adorable. See, Rainbow? I told you that you would make good friends with the other foals." Stormy cooed as she trotted over. Rainbow Dash grumbled rather irritably. "Ugh! What is ya doing hewe?"
"I'm taking care of you cuties, of course," The caretaker cooed as she trotted over and then herded the foals to the middle of the room. All the foals were now looking up at Stormy, who was coming over with a smile on her face. "Alright, I believe it's time we start flying training. But first, let's get you all into the official Juniorbolts uniform."
Stormy then started to dress all the foals into Wonderbolts style onesies: Bright blue along with yellow stripes, and the Wonderbolt emblem stitched into the center of the outfit.
Rainbow Dash looked back at her outfit and was relieved to see it wasn't too embarrassing; Minus the buttoned flap around her rump and her diaper still being slightly exposed. Even so, the fact their uniforms were onesies didn't sit right with Rainbow as she plopped down on her padded rump, folded her forehooves across her chest, then snapped, "Why awe ya uniforms onesies?"
"So it's easier to inspect you and perform a diaper change if necessary. But if you need to go to the bathroom and you're feeling up for it, I'll escort you," Stormy explained to Rainbow. She turned her attention to the group and continued her lecture, "Now listen up young ones. It's time to start your flight training," She then stepped back and lifted her wings. "Now, first, can anypony tell me what these are called?"
Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes, but she saw a ton of the actual foals around her were all somewhat confused. She had to keep in mind these were all toddlers, and some probably had just started learning what words were.
But the regressed adults were all somewhat embarrassed at being asked to answer such a simple question. Thunderlane slowly and reluctantly raised a hoof. When he did so, the mare smiled and asked. "Yes, ThunderPoof?"
The colt gulped as he managed to get out. "Weww, tey awe wings."
"That's right, Poofy! Good job!" The mare chimed in as she then went and flapped her wings a few times to demonstrate. She then continued, "I'm sure many of you are familiar with these and may have started flying independently. But who here started flying and then got tired suddenly?"
"Well, you're exerting yourself too much upon liftoff. You don't need a lot to lift yourself, so that's what we'll be focusing on today." The caretaker explained.
"What?! Tat's aww we gonna when!?" Rainbow shouted in surprise and anger! All this humiliation just to learn something that a flight school could've taught just as well?
"Yes. And Rainbow Dash, if you want to say something, raise your hoof first. Another outburst and you will be getting a timeout. Do I make myself clear?" The mare sternly instructed.
Rainbow groaned and threw her hooves over her chest, already fed up with being treated literally like a toddler. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do about it, so she just plopped down on her rump and then waited as she watched the mare teaching the other foals.
Rainbow watched them practicing flapping their tiny wings and getting into the air. But as soon as they got a few feet up, the mare would ask them to lower themselves, including Thunderlane, Bulk Biceps, and even Cloudchaser. If they continued to be taught this way, it'd be months before they can adequately fly off by themselves.
Storm Cloud then looked over. "Alright, I believe it's time for Rainbow Splash to show us how to fly."
"Oh yeah! I've show ya how ta fwy!" Rainbow shouted! She stuck out all four of her tiny legs and then threw her wings out. She then started to flap slowly. The filly squinted a little, feeling the strain on her body as if this was the first time she'd ever flown. Still, she continued to flap. The filly then slowly began to rise gently off the ground. She beamed a smile and shouted. "Ya see?! I can do it!”
Stormy clapped her hooves and exclaimed! "Good job, you're pretty high for a first-timer!"
Rainbow looked around and saw that the other actual foals all were looking up with wide eyes, instead amazed while the regressed adults were giggling. The pegasus then looked down and saw that she was barely a foot off the ground! She threw a hoof over her face and cried out. "Ya gotta be kiddin' me! I can fly higher tan tat!"
"Oh, don't get frustrated, Rainbow Splash. You're doing pretty well!" Stormy commented as she then came over and gave Rainbow's mane a ruffle. "Now, you can continue practicing. I'm going to go get lunch ready."
"Yay!" The foals all cheered.
Rainbow Dash grumbled irritably, but she did her best to keep her disdain under check while flapping her wings slowly (as taught by Stormy). She seemed to improve, getting higher than before. She lowered herself and turned to see Thunderlane, Cloudchaser, and Bulk Biceps all looking towards her, which made her rather uncomfortable. "Why ya aw stawing at me wike tat?"
The trio all gave nervous glances as Bulk Biceps put a hoof to his chest. "I need help with my flying; I can barely get off ta ground."
"Yeah, out of aww of us ya doing ta best. We need help weaning to fwy." Thunderlane added.
Rainbow Dash couldn't help but beam a smile at seeing that even as a foal, she was a natural. "wight, we wean how to get off ta gwound without getting tired fow now. But watew we got actually to start wearnin' ta fly, otay? So fow now I ta captain."
"Yes, Captain Dashie!" The other regressed foals exclaimed.
The little filly nodded, then threw a hoof up. "Now pay attention. Ta teachew did a good job, but she was not a foaw. Ya, body isn't wike how you were as an adult; we gots to wean how to use our smaww wings and stocky bodies. So ya need to spread youwsewf out a wittwe, wike tis!” Rainbow then spread her legs out more, making a rather adorable stance as she stuck her padded rump out. The filly then threw her head up with a smirk. "Ya see? Now start flapping ya wings slowly."
The other foals took the same stance and started to flap their wings (Bulk Biceps having to flap the hardest of the four). Eventually, they all started to fly up in the air slowly.
Rainbow beamed a smile of pride upon seeing the foals making progress and exclaimed. "Ya see?! I towd ya it wasn't tat bad!"
"Yeah, I can't believe I'm doing it!" Cloudchaser chirped back rather proudly as she was able to flap her tiny wings and sustain herself in the air for some time rather effortlessly. But then the filly decided to try flying. She then threw her momentum forward and was able to soar through the air. However, she eventually found herself clumsily flapping about, and ultimately, she was dropping in altitude rather suddenly and cried out as she crashed into the ground!
Luckily, the ground was made of clouds, so Cloudchaser seamlessly bounced over the surface without any harm coming to her at all.
After that, they were all taken to a room at the other end of the building, and there they were sat down on an extended bench as they were all given celery sticks and crustless peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Rainbow pouted as she looked down at her small, chubby body and grumbled. "Otay, weww, tings can't get wowse."
"Until ya use ya diapee." Bulk Biceps snickered as he sat down next to Rainbow Dash with what sounded like a squish.
"Don't stew me ya used yours!" The filly cried out in shock and shame.
Bulk Biceps' cheeks flushed red as he lowered his head and mumbled. "Weww, we awe babies. I couldn't help it."
Rainbow Dash made a "bleh" noise in disgust, then snapped. "Weww, I not gonna use my diapee!" What little she remembered of her actual potty training, she remembered being a pretty fast learner. But then it probably helped that her mom had been a teacher, so she was exceptionally experienced with foals.
The little filly then focused back to chomping down on her sandwich. She did her best not to get food all over herself, but she still couldn't help but get peanut butter and jelly all over her face.
Eventually, Stormy trotted over, took out a foal wipe, and wiped Rainbow's mouth.
"Ugh! Can ya stop tat?!" Rainbow Dash cried out as she tried to push the mare's hoof away from her. She didn't care how messy she was; being cleaned by the mare was humiliating.
"Well, maybe next time you won't be such a messy eater, and then I won't have to do this." the mare cooed as she finished wiping her charge's face. Then, after inspecting Rainbow's diaper, she patted the filly on the forehead. "Still dry, good job. Would you like to try using the potty before your nap? I'll help you."
"U..s…sure…." Rainbow squeaked as she was then taken by the hoof and was escorted to use the potty. At least using it with a grown-up's help was less embarrassing than having to get her diaper changed.
Stormy led Rainbow to a rather brightly colored bathroom, painted in what looked like splashes of foalish pink and blue. The lone toilet in the room was at least normal looking or about as normal as possible. Rainbow Dash wasn't sure if it really was as big as it seemed or if it just looked that way due to her more diminutive stature.
"Nervous?" Stormy asked when she noticed the troubled look on her charge's face.
Rainbow Dash tried to keep up a brave face; she didn't want to make the mare have second thoughts about this. "N-no." She insisted, a lot less confident than she wanted to be. Why did she feel like hiding behind the mare's legs right about now, like she'd done the first time her mother had introduced her to the "grown-up potty" (fortunately, Windy had been so enthusiastic that she didn't take much notice and insisted on sitting her daughter on the seat. Things had gone somewhat more smoothly after that.)?
The mare just smiled. "It's alright. I know it must seem quite scary to you because it's so big. You're not used to it. But everypony learns how to use it sooner or later," She moved a hoof to Rainbow's diaper. "It's up to you, though. If you're not ready, I won't try to force you. No sense rushing it."
The little filly proclaimed a bit nervously. "I… ready!"
"Okay then," Stormy smiled and undid the padding, carefully setting it on the bathroom floor. She then scooped Rainbow into her hooves and hoisted her up before more or less plopping her down onto the toilet seat. "Comfy?" She asked. "I had this seat specially made for foals. It's different from what you've probably seen at home with your mommy and daddy's potty."
Rainbow looked down and noticed she was sitting on a seat made from clouds. The traditional toilet seat had been removed; there wasn't even a lid. There was nothing else to keep her out of the bowl without the clouds. She wanted to shift her weight about to get into a better position but decided against it for fear she might fall through.
The mare simply encouraged the child. "Go on, then, Rainbow Splash. Just relax, let it all out."
So the filly did, a steady stream echoing into the bowl below. Eventually, she was finished and looked up rather sheepishly.
Stormy just replied by unrolling some toilet paper and using it to wipe up Rainbow. Then she dumped it into the toilet and flushed.
It seemed to be a rather loud flush as far as Rainbow Dash was concerned. Maybe the toilet really was that big; even the drain seemed larger than usual. She thought about whether it would work as an escape route: If it was as big as it seemed, she felt she could fit down it, and so could Thunderlane and Cloudchaser. Bulk Biceps was the only one she wasn't sure of; he might get stuck.
She ruled it out; the noise from the flush would draw too much attention. And there'd still be the matter of the smell when they inevitably exited the pipes.
The filly was then helped down as Stormy showed her how to wash her hooves, then put Rainbow's diaper back on.
After Rainbow Dash had used the "potty," she was taken back to the nursery where the rest of the foals were preparing for their nap. Seeing that they were being given a nap to rest, she had to admit that being a foal had its perks. She could take naps without anypony getting on her case. She then saw Bulk Biceps had reserved her a blue-colored mat with a blanket and teddy bear.
"Oh, looks like a friend of yours got you a place to nap." Stormy cooed as she escorted Rainbow towards the colt.
Rainbow did her best to just snuggle onto her sleeping pad without anypony noticing that she had been gone. But then she heard a familiar voice ask. "So…um…how was ta potty?"
"It's fine, I guess…." Rainbow growled as she lowered herself onto the mat and covered herself with a blanket as she didn't want to talk about it. The term made her like more of a foal than she already was.
Bulk Biceps shrugged as he lowered himself onto his sleeping mat (this one colored white). "Well, ya doing bettew tan ta west of us. I tink Cwoudchasew and Thundewwane both used theiw diapees already."
"Wike I needed ta know tat!" Rainbow Dash snapped. She turned away and threw the covers over her body. She was concerned with wetting herself during her nap but was also worried about their escape attempt. Her fellow foals had made some progress. But what worried her was that compared to the other foals, their ability to fly was minimal.
But Rainbow then thought about when she'd crashed earlier and bounced on the cloud. Before using her diaper as a cushion, she was able to absorb the impact and bounce pretty high; maybe she could use this newfound knowledge to her advantage…
Dashie and the Juniorbolts
Chapter Three: Escaping Juniorbolts Academy
After Rainbow Dash woke up from her nap (and not long after her soggy diaper was changed), the little filly looked around the room. She saw that all her fellow "Wonderbolts": Flitter with her sister (the other white-coated colt and a yellow coated filly she couldn't recognize), Thunderlane, and Bulk Biceps, were all sitting and having a snack together. Rainbow Dash grumbled rather irritably as she took a plate of animal crackers and a juice box, then plopped down next to the other foals and grumbled, "Hey guys."
"Hey, Dashie." The other foals all chimed in.
Rainbow Dash looked over at her fellow Wonderbolts, and she needed to explain their situation. "Wook, I realize tat we can't fwy well due to us bein' babies. But I found out that we can use owa diapers to bounce high on the clouds and use that to get over the gate."
Bulk Biceps started to get rather excited as he began to bounce up and down on his own pampers as he giggled. "Oh, wow! Tat is such a cool idea!"
Cloudchaser and Flitter gave each other odd looks as if they were unsure. But Rainbow Dash got up on her back legs and said to them. "Wook, ta way things awe if we just stay hewe and do nothin', we gonna be hewe for a wong time and maybe stay as babies forever! Do ya want tat?!"
The other foals all shook their heads as Rainbow continued. "Weww ten, we gots ta escape tonight! So today, during playtime, we gonna be practicing bouncing on owa diapees!"
The other foals, somewhat embarrassed, looked as the white-coated colt raised a hoof. Rainbow rolled her eyes. "Ya dun need ta waise ya hoof, but what is it?"
"Weww, does tat mean ya gonna be owa captain?" The white-coated colt asked.
Rainbow puffed out her chest and placed a hoof right above her heart. "Yes, I already toed Buwk Biceps tat I ta captain!"
"Captain of ta juniorbowts!" Bulk Biceps snickered, which got a round of laughter from the other foals.
Rainbow got pouty because of that and snapped. "Otay, whateva, wets get pwacticin' after we finish owa snacks." The filly then plopped down onto her rump. She ate her animal crackers (and drank her juice), feeling rather proud that she was taking charge. But then the filly looked down at her diaper and pudgy body. No matter how content she might be, she'd never be used to being a foal, and she couldn't wait to get to Twilight so she could turn back into an adult.
After the snack, the foals were released for playtime and placed into a giant playpen full of toys. All the other toddlers were busy playing games like stacking blocks or tea parties, and some took another nap while others chased each other.
Rainbow Dash, however, took the opportunity to have her fellow "Juniorbolts" practice their escape attempt. She turned to face her fellow foals. "Otay, we gonna start owa pwacticin' now. You want to try to get as high as you can; ten swam onto ta clouds below!"
The pegasus flapped her wings and flew up as high as she could. It took a lot of effort to get a few feet into the air. As she gained momentum, Rainbow hovered over the cloudy floor below. She took a deep breath and then plummeted down with her pampered rump facing outward. The Rainbow maned foal and then slammed her pampered rump right into the ground with a loud "Fwomp!"followed by a cloud of foal powder billowing out. The clouds absorbed the impact as the floor bent around her. When the pressure was released, Rainbow Dash was thrust outward across the room and into a wall of clouds! And then the pegasus fell to the ground below rather softly.
Everypony gasped, fearing that Rainow had been hurt! The filly then got up on top of her back hooves and threw her hooves up, and giggled. "See? Wike tat! Now come on, wets, get to practice."
The other foals all clapped and applauded as their "captain" rose up on all fours.
Rainbow then watched as the other foals all did the same thing. They went about copying her as they bounced on their padded bottoms and started launching themselves into the air. At first, it wasn't too hectic. Still, the foals soon began bouncing around the entire nursery, ricocheting off the walls at relatively high speeds.
The chaos eventually got Stormy's attention as the caretaker ran up while shouting! "Stop that right now! You're going to get hurt!" All the foals turned to see Stormy flying over and checking the foals for injuries. "I don't know what kind of game you're all playing, but this needs to stop."
The other foals didn't know how to reply, but Rainbow boldly rose up and explained. "We were just playing tag, Stormy. We not doing anything too dangerous."
"Alright, Rainbow Splash. But I think you should all be more careful; we don't want you getting any booboos." Stormy then checked the little filly's diaper, making her fussy as she muttered and cursed under her breath.
The caretaker then took Rainbow Dash to a nearby changing table as she laid her charge down and went about wiping the foal's rump as she cooed. "I can't believe you're already soaked! No wonder you're named Rainbow Splash."
This got a round of laughter from other foals. They all laughed out loud while Rainbow Dash was changed in front of them.
The little filly whined and kicked, getting somewhat flustered that she was being humiliated in front of the other Wonderbolt recruits.
Stormy then went about and changed each of the regressed adults and then placed all the foals back in the playpen.
Rainbow looked back down, still feeling embarrassed at having her diaper changed in front of the others. "We gots ta be more careful," She told them, desperate to change the subject. "How about we split up?" She turned her attention to Bulk Biceps and asked him. "Hey, can ya take half of the foals and go about practicing, so the grown-ups don't think us up to something?"
Bulk Biceps nodded as a goofy grin broke out across his face. "Yes, Rainbow Splash!"
"Is Rainbow Dash!" Rainbow shouted back in protest! Despite her rebuttal, The other foals burst into more laughter and taunted their captain by calling her "Rainbow Splash" repeatedly. The rainbow-maned pegasus thus kicked about, getting fussy again as she snapped. "Otay, I get it! I a foaw. Is not wike you aww didn't use your diapees too!"
Regardless of her retorts, the other foals teased her, so Rainbow Dash eventually gave up and just led her group through another round of bouncing on their diapers. They continued the practice for quite some time until the little foals looked worn out. Rainbow then gathered the "Juniorbolts" once more and gave them a lecture. "I tink we weady for owa escape, but I know ya aww tiwed. So wet eat and get some sleep because tonight we gotta make sure we weady to get out of hewe and find Twily so she can turn us back to big ponies!"
"Otay, Captain Wainbow Splash!" The foals all cheered at once; they then waddled off, leaving Rainbow to roll her eyes and grumble. "It's Rainbow Dash." But the little filly was also rather hungry, so she continued on her way to the cafeteria. The faster she turned back into an adult, the better.
After the foals had steamed carrot sticks and broccoli for dinner and a bedtime story by Stormy, Rainbow Dash was now back on her sleeping mat. She was waiting as patiently as she could and doing her best to not fall asleep, waiting until the rest of the actual toddlers were fast asleep.
The rainbow-maned pegasus knew she needed to stay awake to wake up her fellow foals. She didn't want to risk sleeping through the night. Luckily for her, it wasn't long until the room was full of snoring foals. So that was when the little filly got up and went to each of her fellow "Juniorbolts," gently nudging them awake. The foals were rather grouchy, and some tried to go back to sleep, but Rainbow persisted in nudging them until they were up.
Rainbow then took her tired foals and led them through the nursery, making sure to watch where she would not wake up the other foals (or the caretakers). They all scurried across the cloud-covered floor and eventually made it to the giant gate that barred them from escaping to Cloudsdale.
Each foal bounced over the gate as Rainbow waited from behind, making sure all of her fellow Juniorbolts had made it over. She then looked around, somewhat worried that one of the other actual toddlers would wake up or that the caretakers would come back. But it seemed the coast was clear for now.
Bulk Biceps was the last one to launch himself over the gate. Rainbow Dash gave a sigh, seeing it was her turn. The little daredevil filly planted her hooves and launched herself in the air once more as she slammed her padded rump into the clouds below! She sent herself over the gate and onto the other side.
But as Rainbow Dash was clearing the gate, she suddenly heard somepony shout! "Wait! Stop! Foals are escaping!" She turned to see Stormy flying towards them!
Rainbow Dash realized that they had no choice, they had to book it, or they were going to be caught! As the little filly made it to the other side, she shouted! "Wun!"
Rainbow Dash and her "juniorbolts" ran down the streets of Cloudsdale! However, there was a problem the "juniorbolts" were tired, and they weren't going to outrun Stormy and her husband in their current condition.
Luckily it was night, and most of the pegasi were fast asleep, so no other pony was trying to capture the foals. But they would need a place to hide!
Thinking fast, Rainbow quickly led her troop of foals down an alleyway and watched as Stormy and Nimbus flew past them. The daredevil filly took a moment to catch her breath and look over her fellow foals. She saw that they were all doing "ok," more or less, but they were all out of breath and tired. They weren't going to be able to make a trip down to Ponyville in this state.
"Wha do we do now?" Bulk Biceps asked as he turned to Rainbow. The rest of the foals all gave her worried looks as they looked at her for an answer.
Rainbow gave a deep sigh. Since her fellow foals couldn't make it to Ponyville and they couldn't stay outside or be caught by Stormy, she realized that there was only one place they could go where they would be safe. "I didn't want ta do tis but we gots no choice…we need to cwash at my parent's house. Come on, follow me!" Rainbow grumbled as she took the lead.
The foals flew off down the road and headed towards a quaint little house with two white columns, a rainbow painted over the front door (with said door having a cloud painted on it). The Rainbow-maned foal groaned; she was so embarrassed that her parents saw her like this. They were most definitely going to embarrass her in front of her friends. But Rainbow looked back at her tired "juniorbolts" and seeing how exhausted and worn out they were she knew that this was a sacrifice she'd have to make it.
So Rainbow sucked up her pride as she knocked on the door and waited. It wasn't long until the door slowly opened. A rather tired-looking dark blue coated mare came with an orange striped mane and bags under her magenta-colored eyes. The mare looked confused as she looked around and mumbled. "Did somepony knock, or am I hearing things?"
"Down hewe, Mom!" Rainbow shouted.
Windy Whistles peered down at the group of foals at her hooves. She was somewhat surprised at seeing all of the foals. But then she turned to her daughter, and she rubbed her eyes with her hooves before she exclaimed, "Rainbow Dash! Is that you!?"
"Hi, Mom. I need ya help." Rainbow squeaked, knowing that it was going to be a long night.

Chapter Four: Rainbow Dash and Her Parents
"Oh, my Celestia! Rainbow Dash, I can't believe it's really you!" Windy Whistles squealed as she picked up Rainbow and hugged her close to her face.
Rainbow Dash kicked and whined as she was hugged, getting rather annoyed at her mom's mothering.
"Is Rainbow Dash really here?!" The little daredevil filly groaned upon hearing her dad shout across from the house, knowing that she was in for more embarrassment. Rainbow Dash looked over and saw him trotting around with a surprised face. "Is this a dream, or is that really Rainbow Dash as a foal!?"
"Yes, can you believe it?!" Windy cooed.
"Oh my! Just look at her! She must be no older than two!" Bow Hothoof commented in amazement.
"Ok, can ya two quit it and wet me and my fwiends inside?!" Rainbow shouted at her parents, her annoyance turning into frustration.
The two adults looked over to see the rest of the foals standing around with tired looks (and soggy diapers). "Oh, of course! Come on inside!" Windy chirped as she led the foals inside her home. The mare then turned her attention to her husband and said. "Hey, we have a bunch of those old Wonderbolt-themed diapers in case we had another foal. Can you go grab them?"
"Oh yes, of course!" Bow exclaimed as he trotted off down a hallway. "Didn't think we'd ever need them again after we got our little Dashie potty trained."
Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash sat on her parents' couch, looking rather helpless. She silently hoped that with her parents caring for the rest of the regressed ponies, they wouldn't be babying her too much.
As Bow Hothoof and Windy Whistles were busy changing the diapers of all the tired foals. Rainbow Dash took the opportunity to explain the situation: Describing to her parents how Lightning Dust had turned them into foals, then how they'd escaped the daycare they were in and how she and the other Juniorbolts needed a place to stay until tomorrow.
"Tat's bout it, so is it otay we stay hewe until tomorrow?" Rainbow reluctantly asked, even though she knew what the answer would be.
"Of course! You can stay here as long as you want!" Bow and Windy both exclaimed in unison. Their faces conveyed more than words how happy they would be to have their "little Dashie" back.
Rainbow Dash felt a bit relieved, it wasn't so bad now that she'd found a place to sleep for the night, and tomorrow she and all the foals would be able to get to Twilight's house. But at the same time, she was still going to have to deal with the constant embarrassment from her parents. And that was something she wasn't looking forward to at all. There was a reason why she'd moved to Ponyville as soon as she could.
As Bow and Windy finished diapering up the last foals, Windy trotted over to Rainbow. She just stared down at the little filly with a smile and said. "I still can't believe that this is real! You're actually a foal again. Seems like you were all grown up and leaving the nest."
"Yeah, you've said that wike a thousand times," Rainbow grumbled as she looked up at the ceiling. She was trying to avoid eye contact as she could hear whispering and giggling from her fellow foals, knowing they were all enjoying seeing her getting babied by her parents.
Then, almost rather suddenly, Windy hoisted Rainbow onto her back and trotted through the halls as she cooed! "I'm sorry, I can't believe that my cutest foal is back in my hooves!"
This got a round of laughter from the "Juniorbolts" Rainbow Dash was getting annoyed with her mother at this point and shouted. "I'm onwy hewe fow a bit until we can find a way down ta Ponyville, otay?!"
"Well, of course, but we don't mind you staying here longer!" Windy Whistles chirped back.
"Well, I do! Not gonna be in diapees forever!" Rainbow snapped back.
"Well, It's not like you have a choice, do you?" Windy pointed out. "Even if you could use the potty, if we let you run around without protection, I'll be mopping up puddles all evening."
Rainbow Dash wanted to retort but seeing that she had used her diapers a few times yesterday, her mother did have a point. She pouted and was silent for the rest of the journey as she secretly hoped that she and the foals wouldn't be here for long tomorrow. Luckily, Ponyville and the Golden Oak Library wouldn't be too far from here.
It wasn't long after this discussion before mother and child entered Rainbow Dash's old room. The little filly gasped in awe at how it was relatively the same as she'd left it years ago: The walls covered with posters of Wonderbolts past to present, a wardrobe filled with old flight suits, a bookshelf with books she'd never read.
But that was all that remained of being "normal" as instead of a bed, there was a crib near the back of the room, a diaper changing table all set up where her bedside table used to be, and in the middle of the room lay a playpen filled with stuffed ponies (mainly in the resemblance of the current Wonderbolts) along with some blocks.
"When did ya set aww tis up?!" Rainbow whispered in shock.
Windy tapped a hoof to her chin for a moment before she said. "I would say around the same time when we heard the news that Celestia and Luna were turned into foals. Your father and I just wanted to ensure that we had a nursery ready if you were turned into a foal."
"It almost sounds wike ya wanted me to turn back into a foal." Rainbow sheepishly mumbled under her breath, both embarrassed and somewhat amazed at how prepared her parents were. The filly's thoughts were interrupted as she sat down on the changing table as Windy Whistles began a diaper change.
Rainbow looked away, trying to ignore her mom as the mare went about the change. Despite doing her best to ignore what was happening, she could smell and feel the wipes cleaning her rump. The soft foal powder hit her bottom, and a fresh diaper was strapped around her bottom.
Windy paused as she finished taping the tabs of the new diaper around her daughter's waist. However, she briefly paused and brought a hoof to her face while exclaiming. "My goodness, I still can't believe this is real! Are you sure we didn't get sent back in time?"
Rainbow's entire face turned pink out of sheer embarrassment as she threw her hooves over her face and cried. "Mom! Stop!"
Windy brought her face down towards her daughter and gave her belly a raspberry. This caused Rainbow Dash to kick and giggle uncontrollably as her mom cooed. "Sorry, but you have to admit this is a rather special moment for your dad and I."
"Yeah, I get it…um…can ya do that again?" Rainbow asked as it was rather enjoyable. Windy gladly lowered her head and blew another raspberry into Rainbow's belly, making the little filly kick and squeal. But what Rainbow didn't realize was that her dad was coming back with the rest of the foals in tow.
As soon as the filly saw the rest of the Juniorbolts trot into her room, she cried! "Dad! Did ya have to bwing everypony?!"
"Well, hey, your friends need to sleep somewhere, right? Luckily, we have some old sleeping mats lying about." Bow explained as he started tucking in the rest of the young pegasi.
Windy then picked up her daughter and tucked her daughter into bed as Bow went about tucking the rest of the Juniorbolts into their mats.
Rainbow gave a big yawn as she snuggled under the sheets as Bow and Windy both looked down at her with loving smiles.
"Aww, our best sleeper ever is going to bed?" Windy commented.
"Bet she'll sleep for twelve hours; that's her record." Bow said in reply.
"Oh, I bet! And she'll eat some foal food then go right to a nap. Such a lazy baby." Windy teased.
Bow then pondered. "I wonder if she'll leak during the night. You did buy the extra thick Juniorbolt pampers, right?"
"Of course! I remembered that Rainbow Dash was quite the super soaker." Windy chirped back.
"Will ya two-stop?!" Rainbow wailed as she covered her eyes.
"Oh, sorry, didn't mean to get carried away. You sleep as long as you want." Windy cooed as she kissed Rainbow on the forehead.
Bow came down and kissed her next. "Yes, please have a good night's sleep. In the morning, we'll have breakfast ready, and we can discuss this regression and talk about how to turn you back into a big pony."
"Otay, now weave me be." Rainbow Dash yawned. She threw the blanket over her face as her parents shut off the lights and slowly trotted out of the room. As the room became quiet with the gentle snoring of the other foals around her, all Rainbow Dash could do was hope that by tomorrow at this time, she'd be her usual adult self in her own adult bed.
The following morning came, and Rainbow Dash woke up to having her diaper changed once again. This time, her dad was performing the job as he was strapping her up into a fresh diaper while he commented. "Twelve hours on the dot."
"Ugh! Ya stiww going on ‘bout tat?” Rainbow grumbled, not really caring about beating some dumb record she'd set as a foal.
"You're still the best diaper user ever. You didn't leak at all!" Bow rather proudly exclaimed and cooed.
Rainbow rolled her eyes and grumbled. “Gweat, just add tat to ta west of embewassin titwes!”
Bow chuckled while lifting his daughter onto his back. "Oh, come now, aren't you a little bit happy you get to be babied by your parents again?"
Rainbow sighed as she bounced about in her fresh diaper, feeling more relaxed. But despite how flexible she may have felt, the overall embarrassment of being a foal was too much to handle. "A wittwe, but not in front of aww of my fewwow Wondabowt recruits! I gonna be a laughing stock foweva now!"
"Well, they all use their diapers too and are just as adorable as you. So I doubt they'll do anything of the sort." Bow explained as he took his daughter into the living room. Rainbow blushed upon realizing that her dad did have a point.
Windy had all the foals lying about the place in the center of the living room, feeding on baby bottles filled with milk or formula while chowing down on some animal crackers and carrot sticks.
"Ok, honey, you got the timer?" Bow asked rather suddenly.
"Yup! Let's see if she can break her record!" Windy cooed.
Rainbow Dash was somewhat confused as she looked at her mother and asked. "Wha ya aww tawking 'bout?" Before she could get an answer, she had a bottle plopped into her mouth, and she started to instinctively suckle on the rubber nipple. The filly's eyes went wide as the milk tasted so good! It tasted like pasta, potatoes, and sourdough bread, blended and melted into a warm milkshake. She continued to suckle, savoring each drop of the delicious milk until every last ounce was gone.
"One whole minute!" Windy squealed in amazement when the bottle was empty!
"Wow! Even as a foal, she wasn't that fast!" Bow cheered.
Windy smiled while patting Rainbow's back. "That's our little best bottle chugger ever! She's still got it!"
Rainbow's cheeks flushed red as she realized that she'd drank all of that milk without being told to do so, and she was curious that milk tasted like her favorite meal. Then her eyes went wide as the milk tasted familiar as if she had drunk it a long time ago! "Mom, ya didn't give me milkies, did you?"
Windy's forehead started to sweat as she stammered. "Oh…um…how was your diaper change this morning? No leaks, I hope?"
"Don't change ta subject!" Rainbow pouted. "Ya made me drink ya milkies, didn't ya?!"
"Oh, come now, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to baby you," Windy cooed and blushed. "Can you forgive me?"
Rainbow groaned, rubbing a hoof down her face. It was nice of them to do all of this for her and her friends. But again, this was all too embarrassing for her. She had to hurry and turn back to normal. "Fine, I forgive ya, I do wuv ya cawing fow me and givin' my junabowts a place ta sleep. But tis is getting out of contwow. I wana to turn back to a big pony, so we gotta go to Ponyville and see Twiwwy; she can turn us back to normal. But we gotta do it quietly, ow Stormy or Weighting Dust will get us!"
Windy and Bow looked at each other for a moment, then the mare looked back at her daughter and asked. "That one mare um…Stormy was her name?"
Bow slowly nodded. "Yes, dear, that was her name."
Windy then explained to the foals. "Stormy came by after you went to bed. We explained to her you're our daughter and that the rest of your friends are all regressed, adults."
"We have been twying to say tat to hew aww day! She didn't believe us!" Bulk Biceps exclaimed as he started to bounce up and down on his diaper. "Also, can I have some of that miwk? It sounds good!"
Rainbow's mom turned her attention to the colt and said. "Oh, that's too bad. And yes, you can have some of my milk; I made plenty." She took out another foal bottle and plopped it into Bulk Biceps' mouth.
As the colt grasped the bottle with his hooves and suckled away, Cloudchaser asked rather cutely. "How did ya convince Stormy tat we not babies?"
Windy then slowly brought out a photo album and showed it off to the crowd of foals. "We showed her Rainbow Dash's baby pictures to prove it. We even gave her one just to verify with that mare claiming to be her mom."
"Was it the one where Rainbow sped off during her first diaper change?" Bow questioned.
Windy nodded. "Yup, that's the one. You should've seen Stormy; she couldn't stop laughing when she saw it."
"Mom!" Rainbow Dash wailed again, completely horrified at what she was hearing.
The other foals all started laughing as Windy saw that her daughter was pretty embarrassed and said. "Ok, Rainbow Dash is getting quite fussy. I'll show them to you another time."
Rainbow glared at her mother as she kept in mind to find and burn that photo album later. But for now, she needed to keep the conversation on track regarding them getting back to normal. "Well, tat's gweat and aww, but I bet when Lightning Dust learns tat we escaped and we hiding hewe, she gonna try keeping us as foals! So we stiww gotta get out of here."
Rainbow Dash's parents looked over the foals, and Bow rubbed a hoof over his mane and said, "The question is how do we transport all of these foals down to Ponyville? We have a stroller, but it only seats one."
"Yes, that is quite the conundrum. We also don't want to look suspicious carrying around all of these foals. Ponies will think we stole them or something." Windy added.
Rainbow saw that everypony was now looking to her for what to do next. She really wasn't sure as she tapped a hoof to her chin. Then she turned to see that the photo album Windy had was open. She saw herself as a toddler hiding from her mother in one photo. The picture then gave her an idea as the filly exclaimed. "Weww, tewe's one way! But is gonna require me ta teach my fewwow Junabowts how to pway "Hide and Seek!'"
While Rainbow Dash was teaching her fellow recruits how to play "Hide and Seek" in another part of Cloudsdale, Lightning Dust was coming back after officially becoming a certified Wonderbolts reserve. She had a smug grin planted on her face as she flew down to the daycare to pick up the other regressed foals. Her plan had worked! Not only did she become a Wonderbolt Reserve, but she knew that Twilight had an amulet to help regressed ponies turn back to normal.
"All I have to do is make a deal with Rainbow Dash and the other recruits to keep their mouths shut, and I'll take them down to Twilight and have them turn back to normal. Then everypony gets what they want, and nopony will have gotten hurt. " Lightning thought to herself.
But as Lightning entered the front desk, Stormy glared at her. "Well, well, looks like we figured out the truth, Lightning Dust."
Lightning gulped. "Um, what's that?"
"Well, I talked to Rainbow's mom and learned that Rainbow Splash is Rainbow Dash. Also, I bet the other foals you had were all regressed adults." Stormy declared.
"Um…uh..y…you don't have proof!" Lightning Dust stammered, completely astonished.
Stormy Cloud cleared her throat and held a baby picture of the little pegasus flying about with Windy chasing her with a diaper in her mouth. "I believe this is proof enough! The resemblance of that foal and the one in this picture are too similar."
Lightning would've burst out laughing seeing one of Rainbow's embarrassing baby pictures. Still, she was too flustered at seeing her entire plan unraveling before her eyes as she tried to explain. "I swear, they may look the same, but my daughter is not Rainbow Dash."
"So, do you have pictures of your foals to prove that?" Stormy asked with a skeptical look.
Lightning Dust slammed a hoof to her face and groaned.
A few moments passed as Stormy scoffed. "I thought so. Now, I may not be that well versed in legal matters, but I would bet regressing ponies into babies against their will is illegal. I could have you arrested, but I believe Rainbow Dash will turn back into an adult soon. She can decide your fate."
"Well, yes… I'd… I'd… better get going!" Lightning Dust cried out as she flew out of the daycare as fast as possible. When she was out in the streets of Cloudsdale, Lightning Dust stomped off down the road as she grumbled under her breath! "All they had to do was stay in the nursery for one day! They could've been Wonderbolt reserves next year! This isn't fair!" She knew she had to find Rainbow Dash and the others before they could tell the Wonderbolts what she did. But where would they be?
"Hewwo, Lightning Dust!" The pegasus mare was surprised by somepony calling her by her name, then turned to see a young, pink coated unicorn filly looking rather pouty. "Ya weawwy screwd up big time!"
"I'm sorry!" Lightning apologized to the filly. "I told you I had to prove to the Wonderbolts I deserved a second chance and left Rainbow Dash at a daycare. I didn't think they could escape with their flying taken away."
"Weww, clearly tey used some cwazy method to escape, but tats not important," The filly frowned. "I dun care bout ta other ponies, tey can all turn back to big ponies fow aww I care. But ya need to find Rainbow Dash and take her to my foaw town. If ya dun, I’ww turn ya into a baby, ya hear?”
Lightning Dust nodded, shaking slightly, knowing that Starlight wasn't joking as the filly hopped onto her back. "Now, I know where Rainbow Dash wives, but I'm onwy a foaw, so I'm gonna need your help finding hew."
"Yes, Starlight." Lightning grumbled as she trotted off, hoping that they would find Rainbow Dash. If Rainbow had just stayed at the daycare, this wouldn't happen! Whatever happened next, Rainbow Dash had brought this onto herself because Lightning wasn't going to turn into a foal! Not if she could help it!

Chapter Five: Rainbow Dash's Plan
Lightning Dust grumbled rather angrily under her breath as she started trotting down the roads of Cloudsdale, heading to Rainbow Dash’s home. Despite being determined to find Rainbow Dash for Starlight, she still didn’t really like the idea of her wingpony turning into a foal. She continued to trot right up to the front door and gave a knock on the door, then waited patiently.
As Lightning Dust stood there she began to look rather nervous, trying to think of a good lie to tell Rainbow Dash’s mother.
The door then slowly opened and an older, blue-coated pegasus mare poked her head out with a bright smile on her face. “Hello? Who are you?” The older mare asked with a suspicious look on her face.
Lightning Dust paused, having to come up with a lie as she stood there with a dumbfounded look on her face. But she then said. “Hello! My name is Lightning Dust. I'm a friend of Rainbow Dash’s.”
Windy cocked an eyebrow and with a smirk asked. “Oh, so you’re the one who said my daughter was Rainbow Splash?”
Lightning Dust gulped seeing that she had to now explain why she’d lied that Rainbow Dash was her daughter. “Well you see, there has been a horrible accident. She was turned into a foal with a bunch of other Wonderbolt candidates as well. I didn’t want to embarrass her so I lied about her name along with the other foals to save them from it.”
Windy Whistles nodded as she still looked rather suspicious even as she said. “Ok, that makes sense.”
Lightning perked up upon seeing that despite Rainbow Dash’s mother's suspicions, she seemed to buy her story. “I only put her and the other foals in the Juniorbolts Academy until I learned of a cure.”
Windy Whistles was still giving Lightning a suspicious look, but then she suddenly chirped. “Oh thank you! Well, I’m glad that’s all cleared up,” She then adjusted her head a little at the pouty-looking unicorn on Lightning’s back and asked. “I assume that little unicorn is an adult turned into a foal as well?”
Lightning Dust gave a sheepish smile, seeing as she had to come up with another lie. “Oh yes, a lot of ponies have been turning into foals lately. But luckily, I know Twilight and she can help to get these little ones back to adults.”
“Oh thank you! My husband and I were wondering what to do with all of these foals. But unfortunately, you came at a bad time. Right now the little ones are playing hide and seek,” Windy explained as she led Lightning Dust into her home.
The teal-colored mare looked around with a rather unsure look on her face, looking for the other foals. She was now pretty worried as she looked around the room. She could hear the crinkling of diapers coming from all over the house along with the occasional giggle or sneeze.
Lightning Dust cursed under her breath seeing that she couldn’t just declare that she wanted Rainbow Dash to come out. But luckily, with the help of baby Starlight, she figured they should be able to find Rainbow and leave with her without much fuss from her mom.
“Ok, we’ll play along. Do you think that my little unicorn can help?” Lightning Dust asked.
“Oh, of course! But don’t you think the little one would like something to drink first?” Windy Whistles replied.
“Sure,” Lightning nodded. “I think Starlight would like that a lot.”
“Oh, Starlight, is it? What a beautiful name!” Windy chirped as she took hold of the grayish-purple coated filly and then plopped her down on the couch as she plopped a bottle into her mouth.
Starlight seemed rather surprised as she began to suckle down the contents!
Lightning Dust couldn’t help but giggle at the filly guzzling down the milk with a smile on her face. The pegasus waited for her to finish before the two started to search the house for the foals. Starlight went about looking under the coaches and the tables and chairs in the living room. While the little unicorn was looking around Lightning Dust decided to take the time to trot down the hallway.
As she made her way down the hall, Lightning couldn’t help but admire the embarrassing baby photos of Rainbow Dash that were hanging on the walls. Then as she opened the door to her former wingpony’s bedroom, she couldn’t help but place a hoof over her heart upon seeing how adorable her former wingpony’s room looked like a nursery. It was obvious that Rainbow Dash’s parents loved their daughter very much, and that they had redecorated her room just in case she was turned into a foal.
Lightning Dust paused with her heart thumping as she realized that her parents would never do anything like this. They’d always belittled her and told her she was never good enough as she seemed unable to meet their expectations. If she were turned into a foal they would just have her place in a daycare twenty-four/seven. It frustrated her to see somepony with loving parents, and it also made her feel like having Starlight foalnap Rainbow was wrong.
Lightning was actually starting to feel jealous of Rainbow but just then her thoughts were interrupted by something moving under the sheets of the crib. She then slowly trotted over, moved them, and gasped upon seeing a chubby, white-coated colt fly out of the crib and then run across the room!
The mare squealed as she chased him around the room and it was rather adorable with the little colt skipping around the room while flapping his tiny wings. The mare eventually stalled, then came over and snatched the foal up while cheering! “Got ya!” Lightning Dust took the foal and started to tickle the colt’s belly with the tips of her wings. It was so cute seeing the little colt squirm underneath her. She then said. “So, you’re Bulk Biceps, right?”
“Yeah, tats me!” Bulk replied, suspecting nothing.
Lightning Dust looked down the hall and saw Starlight struggling to chase the foals she’d found as they flapped around her. The pegasus mare then turned to Bulk Biceps and whispered, “So, where's Rainbow Dash?”
Bulk Biceps scoffed as he crossed his hooves across his chest. “I not gonna tew ya! Aren’t ya ta one who wied and put us in a daycawe?”
Lightning Dust looked downward with a rather disgruntled look in her eye. She’d been counting on Bulk not remembering. “Yes I did, and you have no reason to trust me.”
The older mare paused as she looked around the room and the guilt she felt before wasn’t going away. Lightning Dust sighed seeing she needed to stop Starlight’s plans somehow. Then an idea slowly appeared in her head she turned back to the little chubby colt and said, “would it be ok if we continue playing hide and seek in here?”
“Wight, wike we pwetending ta wook fow us to twick Stawwight!” Bulk Biceps exclaimed as he jumped up and down seeming to get where Lightning Dust was going.
“Yes, exactly you go hide and I’ll keep looking for you. That way we stop Starlight from finding all the foals.” Lighting Dust added.
“Otay but ya bettew not cheat!” Bulk chirped as he scurried off in his crinkly diaper to find a hiding spot
“You better not run away from me!” The mare shouted after him hoping he remained in the room. She then clapped her hooves over her eyes and started to count down from ten hoping that if Rainbow Dash was in the room somewhere hiding she heard her and continued to play along as well.
While Lightning Dust was playing hide and seek, Rainbow Dash was in a stroller being pushed by her father through the streets of Ponyville. Bow seemed to enjoy pushing his daughter, trotting about as if he was on a normal stroll. Meanwhile, the little filly was burying herself under a pile of blankets and trying not to be seen. She had a pacifier in her mouth and was suckling away, trying to calm herself. The filly was glad she at least was covered enough to where nopony could see her. She did that mostly just in case Starlight was going around trying to find her. But so far it was looking like things were going rather smoothly.
The other foals must be doing a good job keeping Lightning Dust distracted back at her house if Lightning hadn’t come for her yet. It was a rather good plan and Rainbow couldn’t help but feel a bit like an egghead at having gotten the idea not only from one of her baby photos but also from a Daring Do book where she tricked one of the villains to search her house for an idol she’d found while she was taking the artifact to a museum.
Rainbow then felt the stroller stop and her dad trotted over and pulled the blanket down as he took the pacifier out from her mouth a little and said with a smile. “We're here.”
Rainbow Dash gulped, feeling completely embarrassed at having Twilight see her like this, and she squirmed in her seat at the thought. She eventually got to the front door and she could already imagine Twilight babying and cooing at her.
“Oh, don’t be so embarrassed, Twilight has taken care of the princesses as babies before,” Bow pointed out. “I’m sure you won’t be any different.”
“Yeah! Weww, tis is stiww supa embewasin fow me!” Rainbow pouted. “Unwike the pwincessess, I hang out with hew aww ta time,” The little filly whined.
“I would bet it would be much more embarrassing if you stay like this, not that I'm complaining.” Bow smiled again. He quite liked the idea of having his little Dashie back, even just for a little while.
“Ugh! Wet’s just get tis ovew with!” Rainbow impatiently grumbled. The less humiliation she had to endure, the better.
Bow Hothoof proceeded to knock on the door, and Rainbow Dash looked down to see she had a cute Wonderbolt-style onesie around her body hiding her diaper (minus some of the material poking through the leg holes). At least her embarrassing padding wasn’t exposed, even though she could feel the diaper squish underneath.
The door opened and Twilight came out sporting a cute pink apron. She was looking rather confused at the stallion before her. “Hello, who are you?”
Bow bowed his head with a smile. “I’m her father, Bow Hothoof. And according to Rainbow Dash, you’re Twilight Sparkle. Is that right?”
“Yes, I am and it’s great to meet you,” Twilight smiled back. She then took a pause before adding. “I can see the family resemblance.”
“Yup, she’s got my mane and tail,” Bow replied. “But she got her coat color and attitude from her mother.”
This got a giggle from Twilight before she got a little worried and asked, “Speaking of Rainbow, do you know where she is? She was supposed to be at the Wonderbolt Academy but I got a letter from them saying that she dropped out. But that can’t be right. I was actually going to visit Cloudsdale to make sure she was ok.”
Bow scratched the back of his mane with a hoof, looking rather sheepish as he said. “Well, I’ve seen her, but… there has been an accident..” He then moved out of the way revealing Rainbow Dash laying down in the stroller. Upon seeing Twilight, the foal quickly pulled the blanket over her face!
The unicorn with a light purple coat squealed as she lit up her horn and pulled the filly out of the stroller using her magic, then levitated the filly right into her hooves! Twilight held the foal rather tightly as she cried. “Rainbow Dash! I can’t believe you're a foal!”
“Sewiouswy, stop it!”The little daredevil whined as she kicked about and crinkled her diaper rather adorably.
Twilight had the little filly placed on her back. “Oh on, this is just too adorable.”
“Yeah yeah, just dun say anyting to ouw fwiends, ok?!” Rainbow snapped as Twilight skipped into the library with Bow following behind.
“You guys came at the same time I was just going to feed Trixie.” Twilight explained. She then trotted into the library where Bow gasped upon seeing the entire library was covered in an adorable, pink foam-like material! Rainbow Dash wasn’t that impressed, having seen the library like this a few times now. Bow, however, was looking around the library with a wide-eyed expression on his face as he asked. “Wow! You babyfied your home?”
Twilight brushed a hoof over her mane and explained. “Well, there was an incident with a little lord of chaos causing my library to look like this. I’ll take this stuff down when I feel like this foal pandemic is finally over.”
“Well, it’s a good thing it's up with little Rainbow Dash flying about,” Bow chuckled. “Celestia knows she would bang herself up in our home, and it’s mostly made up of clouds.”
“Dad!” Rainbow shouted back at him, rather angry at having dozens of ponies now knowing embarrassing things about her foalhood!
But Twilight just burst out laughing. “Oh, don’t worry. I won’t tell anypony.” She then plopped Rainbow Dash in a highchair and tied a bib around her neck. Sitting across from the little daredevil sat Trixie in her own highchair waiting rather patiently. Then without warning Twilight used her magic to start spoon-feeding the two foals simultaneously. Shoveling glops of mashed yams into their mouths.
Rainbow Dash glared at Trixie, who had gotten rather used to her life as a foal as she smacked her lips on the mashed yams. Despite Twilight forgiving Trixie and adopting her, Rainbow was still rather cautious of the filly. But for now, she was paying attention to the feeding.
At first, the little pegasus tried to avoid the rubber spoon moving towards her, turning her head and clamping her hooves around her mouth. Twilight was too experienced though, as made faces at the little daredevil. Rainbow tried to resist but started giggling as she had the spoon plopped into her mouth while Twilight continued to talk to Bow.
The daredevil filly continued to chomp down on her own rubber spoon filled with mashed yams, having given up trying to avoid the food coming into her mouth. She continued to eat as Bow talked about how Rainbow Dash had turned into a foal and stayed at her parents’ house.
Rainbow was furious at this, she began flapping her wings and trying to shout at Bow when he went into embarrassing details like, how much milk she drank, how she didn’t leak her diapers, and worst of all how she came up with her silly plan to escape the daycare!
Twilight just laughed throughout Bow’s tale and continued to feed and wipe Rainbow Dash’s pouty face. Bow’s story also got some snickering from Trixie as Rainbow stuck her tongue out at her.
“Mom! Wainbow Dash stuck her tongue out at me!” Trixie whined.
“Oh Trixie, don’t worry about it. Rainbow Dash is just being her usual rude self and won’t be a foal for long, Twilight explained with a smirk. “But, if she was going to stay as a foal, Rainbow would be placed in time out.”
“Ya better not!” Rainbow whined as she kicked about like a toddler having a tantrum.
“Trust me you couldn't keep her in timeout even if you wanted to,” Bow teased.
“Dad!”
Twilight just laughed at all the teasing her friend was receiving while Rainbow Dash continued to shout at them. After Twilight cleaned the foals up, she then quickly took the two out of their high chairs. She placed Trixie down in the playpen set up in the middle of the room while she sat with Rainbow Dash in her lap as she said. “So, Bow already told me everything. I'm just going to change your diaper, then get you back to a big pony. Ok?”
“Wight now I dun gots time!” Rainbow complained! “We gotta go hewp my fewwow Juniowbowts! Tey in twoubwe!"
"Ok, I get it. Just hold still and stop making a fuss." Twilight grumbled as she picked up Rainbow Dash’s back legs with her magic, then began wiping her rump.
Rainbow just laid back down on the changing mat and grumbled. "Just be fast, dun wanna wisk Stawwight keeping my Juniowbowts hostage.”
After she was cleaned up and strapped in a fresh diaper, the filly was placed upright on the couch. She kicked about in her padding rather uncomfortably as Twilight and Bow both looked downward with lovely smiles. Rainbow felt her cheeks turning hot as she cried. “Stop wooking at me wike tat!”
Bow just gave a chuckle as he took out a camera and snapped a few more pictures of his daughter while Twilight took out her amulet. “Sorry, cutie. Let’s get you back to normal.”
Rainbow Dash closed her eyes as she waited for Twilight to perform her spell. The filly felt her body enlarge as the spell wrapped around her body. She felt herself age slowly and progressively, her wings sprouting outward as her mane and tail grew as well.
When Rainbow finally opened her eyes she saw that she was much taller, standing over baby Trixie, who just looked rather amazed. “Alright, enough gawking! I need to go save my Juniorbolts!” The rainbow-maned pegasus exclaimed as she shot out of the library like a speeding bullet!
Starlight was sweating rather profusely as she looked around the room, seeing that all of the Wonderbolt recruits were now in the middle of the living room. The little unicorn was rather confused as she was looking over them, wondering where Rainbow Dash could possibly be. She had searched almost the entire house for these annoying, boisterous foals who had flown all over the place. But the one pony the filly was looking for had yet to turn up and she couldn’t think of anywhere else to look.
The grayish-purple coated filly turned her attention down the hall towards Rainbow Dash’s room. Starlight then began to slowly trot down the hall, and as she opened the door she found Lightning Dust flying around the room chasing after a rambunctious little colt. The scene made Starlight furious, seeing as she had spent an hour chasing the rest of the other foals. And yet Lightning Dust was here, playing with this random, chubby colt!
“Wightning, what awe ya doing?!” Starlight bitterly snapped! “We need to find Rainbow Dash!”
The pegasus mare stopped as she looked over at her and then said, “Well, I was looking for Rainbow. But I got, well…sidetracked.”
Starlight pouted and shouted. “Weww, whiwe ya was sidetwakced ,I spent an hour wunning awound, chasing tese annoying pegasi evewywhere!”
“Well, it looks like your search has come to an end!” Starlight turned her head around and she looked right at Rainbow Dash as an adult standing over her, with her wings spread apart and looking furious.
The little filly’s mouth dropped open as she stepped back. “W..w..w…wait, how awe you back ta nowmaw?! I taught ya was hewe!”
“Well, you thought wrong. Sorry but I devised a little scheme to get myself back to normal and expose ya!” Rainbow Dash jeered.
Lightning Dust squeaked upon seeing the daredevil mare! And then said, “...W..wait…when did you turn into an adult?”
“That's not important!” Rainbow coldly replied, and then said to Starlight. “I guess we got you now, Starlight!” Rainbow Dash dove at the filly but before the pegasus could catch her, the little unicorn lit up her horn and teleported away.
Starlight then somehow ended up in Rainbow Dash’s crib where the daredevil mare peered over as she said. “That suits you well. With all the ponies you’ve regressed, you’ll be in a cell just like this for a pretty long time.”
Starlight however wasn’t phased at all by Rainbow Dash’s threats as she gave a smirk and snapped. “Tats what ya tink! Ya stopped yaself turning into a foaw fow now! But ya wiww be back in diapees soon enough!” Then the little unicorn lit her horn once more and disappeared as a bright light enveloped the room, and with a puff of smoke, Starlight was gone!
All that was left was Lightning standing there, looking rather guilty as she managed to say. “Well, I don’t have magic, so there’s no use running.”
Rainbow cursed as she looked over and snapped. “Yeah, so you know you're going to be in trouble! Not only for turning me into a baby, but the rest of these ponies as well.”
“As Stormy said, you can decide my fate. I really am sorry for turning you and the other Wonderbolt candidates into foals.” Lightning Dust mumbled as she bowed her head.
The daredevil was going to say something but Bulk Biceps came running over and pleaded, “Dun be too harsh! Pwease! She hewped keep Stawwight distwacted and kept her fwom finding out youw pwan.”
The daredevil mare eyed Lightning. “Is Bulk Biceps telling the truth?”
“Yeah, I thought that you were still hiding somewhere and played ‘hide and seek’ with Bulk Biceps in the hopes that you would play along,” Lightning confessed. “I thought you were just really good at hiding, I had no idea you were with Twilight.”
“Thank you for acknowledging how smart I am,” Rainbow Dash gloated as she tapped a hoof to her chin as she started to calm down. “And Stormy really said I can decide your fate, huh?”
“Yes she did, and I'll go with any punishment you see fit.” Lightning replied with a disgruntled look in her eye, seeming rather nervous about what punishment Rainbow would come up with.
Rainbow Dash took a moment to look around the room and seemed to admire the nursery for a bit. Then a smirk began to grow on her face as she said, “Lightning…as much as I wish to have Celestia exile you to the badlands for the rest of your life. I think I have a much better punishment for you…”

Chapter Six: Lightning Dust's Punishment?
Lightning Dust slowly woke up one morning not long after agreeing to punishment. As she looked around the room, she saw she was now much smaller, the room looking massive.
The filly turned to see a mirror by her crib, looking at her chubby teal body with a yellow and orange striped mane wisp. She gave a shy smile at her reflection; despite how embarrassing it was being a little foal, she did look rather adorable. She then turned to see that Rainbow Dash had a sleeping mat. As she got up, the filly rushed to a training potty nearby and tinkled.
Lightning would've laughed at the sight, but looking down at her diaper, she saw that it was soaked and had been throughout the night. So she laid her head back, looking up at a mobile spinning overhead, tiny clouds and rainbows dancing over her. It had only been a day since Twilight had turned the other Wonderbolt candidates back to adults and then regressed Lightning into a foal per Rainbow Dash's request.
And unfortunately for Lightning, the Wonderbolts did find out what had happened. Yet Rainbow insisted to Lightning that if she "played her part" in being babied for a month, she might be given a second shot at being a candidate.
Still, despite being in diapers and dealing with her small, young body, it was a lovely day for Lightning: She got to build blocks, drink a few bottles, had a few diaper changes, and went early. Overall, she could see why some ponies that got regressed had stayed this way. It was like a vacation from all the responsibilities of adulthood.
It wasn't long until Rainbow Dash smirked, trotting over and poking the soggy diaper through the bars. "How does it feel to be the one in diapers, huh?"
"Yeah, I deserve tis," Lightning mumbled rather bitterly as she threw her blanket over her padded rump and then added. "Stiww, ya used ta twaining potty."
"I told Twilight especially to have me be a toddler past potty training," Rainbow huffed. "Mom and Dad insisted I use the training potty to show ya."
Lightning Dust whined. "Tats siwwy! We onwy gonna do tis fow a month, then we gonna go back to big ponies."
"Yeah, I know, but my parents want the full experience of us acting like fools," Rainbow replied. "It's the least I can do for them helping me, seeing how much they miss me."
Lightning Dust reluctantly nodded as she laid down. "Fine, whatever!" She snapped, still jealous of Rainbow Dash's parents. She then rolled over in her crib with the intent to just go back to sleep.
But the daredevil filly paused and then said. "Come on, I want to show ya something."
"Like what?" Lightning angrily grumbled as she turned her head away.
Rainbow didn't care. She took Lightning Dust by the hoof, leading her into a nearby room.
As the door opened and epic music played, Lightning gasped, looking around in awe at what she saw. There were trophies all over the place, stacked on top of each other with pictures of Rainbow Dash plastered all over. Lightning continued to gape in awe as her head swerved around the room. "Wow! Can't believe ya parents did tis fow ya!"
"Yeah, it's a bit much, but I can appreciate it," Rainbow said with her cheeks flushing red.
Lightning giggled when Windy framed a diaper in a glass case. "Can't believe she did tat! Is that ya first diapee?!"
"Ugh! Why would she have that in here?!" Rainbow whined! She quickly ran out of the room with Lightning Dust following suit.
Rainbow soon opened another door, and inside were a few pictures of Lightning as a baby plastered about and her own "first diaper" placed in a glass case. "See? My parents are creating your own room even though you're not gonna be a foal for long." She pointed out.
Lightning had tears fill her eyes as her room didn't have much in it yet. She was speechless as the little filly trotted back to her room and climbed into her crib. There, she buried herself under the blankets and felt rather happy. Rainbow's parents were so patient and loving. She thought that maybe being their foal wouldn't be such a bad idea.
Lightning woke up later to be changed by Windy Whistles, who smiled down at Lightning as she went about the change. "Hello, little Lightning."
The filly squeaked as she covered her eyes with her hooves! "Windy! Ya could've warned me ya was changing my diapee."
"Sorry, sweetheart, if we waited any longer, you would've leaked." Windy cooed as she padded Lightning up in a fresh diaper.
The little filly looked away, feeling rather uncomfortable at her diaper firmly strapped around her rump.
Windy snickered as she slowly trotted over and bent Lightning on the ground, then started to blow a raspberry into her belly. The filly kicked and squealed in laughter, unable to stop as the mare raised her head and whispered. "See, wasn't it a good thing you were awake for your diaper change? Hmm?"
Lightning covered her face with her hooves again and cried. "Ya so embewassin', Windy!"
"Well, you're the second most adorable foal I've ever seen, seeing as little Rainbow takes first place!" Windy laughed, scooping the filly up and placing her on her back. She then trotted off down the hall and went down to the kitchen. There, she placed little Lightning in a highchair and started to spoon-feed her some foal food.
Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash was digging into a breakfast of pancakes and eggs and a sippy milk cup.
Lightning Dust guessed what the milk was, taking her own bottle and giving it a few chugs. It was delicious, and she could sense it was Windy's own milk, but she didn't care as she chugged down the bottle as fast as possible. Then as she finished sucking the contents down, Bow stopped a stopwatch and chirped. "Thirty seconds! That's even faster than Rainbow!" And Windy snapped a picture of Lightning, who was still messy from her meal.
Lightning knew she should've been feeling super embarrassed, but the filly loved all of this attention. After the foal's mouth was wiped, the filly was taken down from the highchair.
Meanwhile, Bow asked his daughter. "Now Rainbow, do you need to go potty?"
"Yes!" Rainbow squeaked as Bow nuzzled her. "Ok. Come on, then. Let's get going, don't want to make a puddle!"
Rainbow whined but ran off with Bow down the hall as Lightning was taken out of the highchair.
"Well, while Bow helps your big sister go potty, why don't you come to have some more of that milk?" Windy whispered into Lightning's ear, and Lightning nodded despite knowing that Windy would nurse her. Windy then scooped Lightning up and headed towards her bedroom.
An hour went by, and both Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust were in a new room, this one made entirely of clouds, just like at the Juniorbolts Academy.
Bow and Windy were standing by, taking pictures and cheering them on, as Rainbow taught Lightning the basics of flying. The filly giggled, using her diaper to bounce up and down on the clouds like Rainbow had when she'd escaped the daycare.
Lightning was so excited as she continued to bounce up and down and eventually flew right into Rainbow, the two tumbling over each other in the clouds.
Bow flew over, helping the two up as he asked. "Did anypony get hurt?"
"No." The two young flyers chimed together. Rainbow then hugged Lightning and said. "That was great! You're doing such a good job!"
Lightning nuzzled into the filly, feeling rather proud of herself despite not really flying. But at least she had mastered taking off.
"Well, you two have been bouncing and flying about nonstop for hours; I think it's time for some lunch." Windy chirped as she led the two foals to a table where they could eat together. Lighting spoon-fed some mashed yams, while Rainbow Dash had peanut butter and zap apple jam sandwich.
Both Bow and Windy dotted over Lightning a bit, cooing at how fast she was eating down her food (which was making her want to eat more and eat faster)! The filly continued to chomp and swallow the foal food down her throat, and then she started to bounce up and down, getting excited as the two adults continued to cheer her on.
After Lightning had her mouth wiped, Windy and Bow turned their attention to Rainbow Dash. They went about cleaning her up as well, claiming she's the fastest "sandwich eater," making the filly just shout at them.
After eating, Windy took Rainbow to the potty, and Bow changed Lightning's diaper, admiring how she didn't cry throughout the change. The filly cheeks flushed red upon seeing that regressed adults must be much easier to take care of than actual babies.
"Well, I think it's time for a nap. Just look at them." Windy chimed.
Rainbow yawned. "Yeah, I want nappie!"
Lightning seconded that with a few head nods. She was then tucked into her crib while Rainbow snuggled into her sleeping mat. The lights dimmed, and the door was left ajar, with a baby monitor placed nearby just in case they needed anything.
Lightning waited a bit before asking. "Hey Rainbow, ya wike me being ya sista?"
Rainbow pondered, taping a hoof. "I think I would prefer Scootaloo, but you're a close second. Honestly, you're not a bad pony; you just did many bad things. This time as a foal will do you some good, and maybe you can learn to care about others."
"Right, if I wasn't just thinking of myself, we would've been fine, and nopony would've been turned into a baby…maybe except me." Lightning added with a nod. She then dug herself under the sheet, feeling the cushiony fabric of the diaper next to her body. She felt comforted and wondered if she should consider growing up as a foal instead of being a baby for a month as long as Windy and Bow were ok with it.
