Without them, the Death Korps of Krieg wouldn't be what it is today without them.

They are the ones who create the trenches, the dugouts, and the many saps that are dug under the enemy lines.

Similar Engineers were the masterminds behind the many sieges of Vraks.

These mere men could rival the genetically augmentation genius of the veteran chaos space marines known as iron warriors who are the masters of siege.

Along with maintaining and assisting any tech-priests with whatever task they are given the engineers are the backbone and lifeblood to the Death Krop.

But in the end...

Like the rest of their tank-breed kin...

They are dead men.
