Upstairs in FrostBite's home
Fluttershy smiled as they went into the room where Sunset was resting with Sandbar and Gallus. "Would you ladies like to help our new herdmate?" Fluttershy asked as the three looked over at Scootaloo and her new tools.

Scootaloo smiled and blushed at the attention. Biting her lip she sat back to give them a better view. The three mares smiled eagerly at the chance of serving a male member of the herd. Sunset presented her flank to Scootaloo as the other two went into action preparing them. She announced as she thought of how to put it. Even if the looks she received said that they suspected it. She knew it meant more for her to tell them. "You're pregnant."

Even though he was prepared for it. The news still hit FrostBite. However, that wasn't the end of it. "You're having twins." Yeap. That would do it. With a loud thud, FrostBite passed out with a goofy grin on his face. Rainbow on the other claw looked at her in shock, then at her stomach. She didn't look pregnant. "It's still early. But I am top in the field when it comes to this." The nurse explained as she helped get FrostBite onto Rainbow's back. "I'm never wrong. And with my early news. I've been able to help several couples prepare for parenthood."

"That would be great. And maybe we can set up something for the other members. You know. Just to be safe." Rainbow suggested as they made their way upstairs.

"I already have them scheduled for a monthly checkup. But I must admit that it's rather surprising how you changed and yet. Most of your organs haven't. At least not to the same extreme." The nurse marveled. "I'd like to set up a weekly checkup for you. That way we can keep an eye on your pregnancy and how your new body is affecting them."

"HER WHAT?!?!?!?!" Several voices called out at once, causing the two to look in realization that they had already gotten to the living room.

"Surprise…" Rainbow replied sheepishly. "It's twins."

"Y'all realize that Pinkie's gonna-" Applejack started as the front door burst open with the arrival of said pony in mid pre party excitement. "Never mind."

Pinkie bounced over as she started her usual rapid-fire way of talking when she got excited.

Even though the girls do their best to listen politely, it becomes clear that most of it were twitches she got about random events. "Then I rushed to see lira and Bonbon's. Because I…" the girls knew there was no stopping her when she got like this and decided to let her talk as they set FrostBite on the couch. "Then Big Mac got his hoof stuck and…" Applejack snickered at that as she played cards with Glitter. "Then I came here where the narrator wouldn't let me tell you what happened…" Pinkie blinked. "Hay! I can talk! Now I can tell you-"

Rainbow shoved her hoof in Pinkie's mouth. "First, We don't need to hear about your day. Second, my mate needs his rest. So no parties right now. And thirdly, if you're going to plan a party for us. Then go do it. Just stay away from him till I say so. Ok?"

Pinkie found and pulled away from her hoof. "But… but…"

"How about this? If you can go… one full day without having anything to do with sex or the consumption of sexual fluids…" Rainbow gave Twilight a quick glance to make sure she used the right terms. Receiving a nod she turned back to Pinkie. "Then you can have fun with him."

"But my twitches…"

"One day." Rainbow reinforced.

"Fine." Pinkie sighed. "I should go plan the parties…" She instantly picked up. "Later!" And with that she was gone. The girls had a sudden bad feeling about this. Looking down, Rainbow picked up some paper Pinkie dropped.

"Scoots is WHAT?!?!"
