As Rainbow and FrostBite got their much needed rest Twilight returned to her place to check on how her owl and Spike was doing. Unfortunately, when she arrived. An odd mare was waiting for her with Rarity.

"Rarity? What's wrong? And who's she?" Twilight asked.

"Spike…. He took over Canterlot. And wants me to go to him." She replied nervously. "Or else he'll attack Ponyville." After a moment she waved her hoof to the mare. "Oh. I don't know who she is. But she wants to join the herd."

Twilight thought for a moment before asking. "Do you want to go to Spike? Or do you want us to keep you safe?"

"I want… to stay with my friends." Rarity sighed. "Even if it means joining the herd."

Twilight smiled and hugged her. "We'll be happy to have you." She extended a hoof to the mare. "Both of you." The mare smiled and rushed over hugging the two.

After grabbing a few things, the three mares started to make their way out for their new home before noticing the train come in. As it stopped they noticed Pinkie was holding a sign. "I think we should make our way to the house before she does." Rarity whispered. The others nodded before they quickly made their way home to warn the herd of the coming storm that Pinkie likely had a hoof in starting.

At the station
Pinkie giggled as the crowd gathered around her. "Wow. All of you want to have fun with FrostBite too? This is going to be super fun." She giggled. "Ok. Let's see… oh. Before we go. I have a special drink I want to pass out as my way of welcoming you to the party." She cheered as she bounced from one to the next passing out the 'milk'. "Drink up. And don't worry. You can always get more at the party." She waited and watched as the groups slowly drank their cups. "Great. Now follow me to the fun!" She cheered as the now dazed group kept their eyes on her as they did as she said. "Who knew helping the herd was so much fun."

Back at the house
Twilight bursted into the house in a panic. "Herd meeting. Now. We have a problem."

"What is it Twi?" Applejack asked.

"Two things. One Pinkie is coming. And the other is Spike took over Canterlot and is planning to invade Ponyville."

Applejack thought for a moment. "You have a point with Pinkie. But I don't understand why Spike would…"

"Because something happened to him." Twilight explained. "Just like it has to several other ponies in town and likely all across Equestria. I fear we may be approaching a war."

Applejack gulped and looked over at the sleeping couple. "Then I reckon it's time we let HER into the herd."

"You think Smolder will be able to send us more help?" Rarity asked.

"I hope so." Twilight sighed. "If not. It'll be up to us to get the town ready."

After a few moments Scootaloo came down the stairs with Sunset, Gallus and Sandbar. "Hay! What's with the worried looks?"

"Other than worrying about the coming attack from Canterlot or the coming orgy Pinkie is bringing?" The mare asked. "Either way you look at it. This town is going to go through a big change soon."

Scootaloo blinked and sat on the couch before looking over at Rainbow. "Is she?"

"Dash is fine." Gleaming confirmed. "She's just going to be out of it for a bit."

Scootaloo looked her over and licked her lips. "Well. I'm not sure if I should be worried or excited. But I can smell how excited everyone is."

"A little bit of both." Twilight sighed. "For now let's rest and wait for Pinkie or FrostBite. And hope that we survive what she has planned so we can prepare for Spike."

"We'll leave the planning to you Twi." Applejack laughed. "Y'all know him better than we do." Twilight nodded as they found a spot in the livingroom to lay down and rest.

At the castle of the Two Sisters
Smolder landed and let out a soft groan. This wasn't good. She had barely enough time to get a message sent to the other places she planned to go. And now she's being forced back and this happens. Her ear twitched as the sound of a branch snapping caught her attention.

At the scent of the air, her body wanted her to get on all fours and submit to the male that was coming for her. However, her willpower was just a little stronger. At least for now and she stood in defiance as a timberwolf came out.

"If you value your life. Pass off." She snarled. "I'm saving myself for a REAL alpha." At this the wolf stopped and tilted its head. "What? You want to meet him? What about your pack?" It looked back as several timberwolves started to come out. Smirking, she nodded. "This will work. Give me a lift to town and I'll introduce you to him. And if you're extra nice. He might just be your alpha too." With a nod from the pack she got on the back of the biggest one. "Let's move. Next stop Ponyville!"
