Extraction

"This is not normal." Riley sighed as he looked. He saw he was in a desert of some kind. In fact this looked nothing like he saw in the show. No rail road tracks or civilization any where. "Come on this sucks!" Riley shouted, as he kicked the dirt in frustration. Riley scanned the area more and saw a hill about two kilometers away. Riley quickly began jogging as the hot desert sand and sun made the heat unbearable. Riley quickly stopped for a quick breather, he looked and saw nothing not even in the sky. The sun was all he saw and no clouds.

'No chance on rain great.' Riley thought as he kicked the sand. His body was all ready covered in sweat, Riley quickly thought of something to cool him down. He pulled out his knife and held out his arm, Riley bit on his shirt and quickly cut off the sleeve and the other on his next arm. The sun felt hotter and hotter almost like it wanted him dead.

Riley walked to maintain stamina, he wanted to get out of the desert. But not if it cost his life to get out of the desert sooner.
By the look of the sun it was around four, Riley knew he had a couple of hours till dark. Riley quickened his pace, the sleeve made bandanna blocked out a lot of the sweat. The sun was starting to cool, which meant it was going to be dark soon. The sand slowing him down, Riley's boots were beginning to warm up faster then he hoped. He stopped for a second and noticed he was a top of the hill.

"Wow took me long enough." Riley sighed to himself. Riley surveyed the area around him and saw woods in front of him. Desert from behind him, and on both sides more desert. Riley sighed until he went into his bags and pulled out food. He pulled out some water and quickly chugged two bottles, only to throw up some of it a minute later. Riley set up camp on the hill for now until day break, then he would make his way into the forest.

Riley grabbed his sniper and looked down his scope, he zoomed it in to get a better view of his area. Riley saw the same thing, until he faced forward and saw smoke coming far away. "Easily a six hour run if I don't run into trouble." Riley noted. The moon was now rising, and Riley quickly lit a fire to scare away animals so he could sleep. Riley slept through most of the night, until he awoke and saw the moon was still bright in the sky. He sighed and checked his watch it was only two in the morning. Riley quickly packed up his items, and grabbed his flash light.

"I guess an early bird get's the hell out of the desert alive and sooner." Riley chuckled at his lame joke. He quickly put out the fire and packed it up in his bag. Before he did he check the usage left on it.
"Only two more left better make them count." Riley said. Electronic fires were an old thing invented in 2020.

Riley flipped on his flash light and saw a purple pair of eyes glowing.
"Ah who the hell is there?" Riley asked panicked. He quickly pulled out his gun, only to see it ripped out of his hands by an unseen force. He pulled out his side arm only to watch in shock, as it glowed and aimed at him.

"Stand down now." The voice said. Riley could tell whoever it was that it was female. Riley quickly got on his knees and held up his hands.

"Who are you?" The voice asked.

"Ri-Reiley Con-Conner." Riley mumbled in fear.

"What are you?" She asked.

"A hum-human ma'am." Riley stated.

"Never heard of your kind." The voice said.

"I come from Earth I'm from extraction." Riley told the female voice.

"Stand up Riley." She ordered. Riley quickly stood up and awaited his commands.

"Walk to me." The voice commanded. Riley walked to the voice.

"Stop!" She shouted, as he was only a few inches away from her. Riley pulled out his knife and rushed at the female, he quickly grabbed the head of the figure and held his knife at it's throat.

"Unhand me!" She ordered trying to struggle out of Riley's grip.

"Now it's my turn who are you?" Riley asked.

"My name is Twilight Sparkle!" Twilight shouted. Riley quickly let go of Twilight after hearing the name.

"Twilight I'm here to save you." Riley said as he sat down.

"Wait my message got to this planet called Earth?" Twilight asked.

"Well of course we pick up messages from all over." Riley said proudly.

"So then are you taking me back to Earth?" Twilight asked.

"Yes hold on." Riley said, digging through his bag and pulling out a metal beam.

"Oh I have a million questions planned out." Twilight said in joy. Riley sighed in frustration.

"Those questions are going to have to wait." Riley sighed out.

"Why is that?" Twilight asked.

"The portal it's not working." Riley said.

"What why?" Twilight asked in fear and rage.

"I don't know!" Riley shouted. He looked at the metal canister and shook it. "Come on and work you stupid thing!" Riley shouted as he shook it. The canister made a beeping sound and a flash of light happened.

"Ouch my head." Riley sighed as he opened his eyes. He looked around and saw the inside of a tree, filled with many books.

"My house! No this is bad we are in Ponyville!" Twilight shouted in fear.

"No usage left." The canister spoke before it turned off.

"Wait no come on!" Riley shouted. He turned it around, and saw the red light on it meaning it was dead.

"This is bad we are in Ponyville." Twilight exclaimed pacing around.

"Why is it bad?" Riley asked.

"I'm wanted for..."
