Chapters Twilight's Desperate Dentist Disaster
Now I Know, Don't Wait to Go!
Twilight groaned. She hated going to the dentist, even just for a checkup. Today it was exponentially worse - she had to get a cavity filled.
Not that she had a cavity filled before, but she'd read about the proceedure in a book and was almost forced to stop reading in horror. Almost. There hadn't been a book yet that could defeat Twilight Sparkle and this was no exception. In fact her muzzle was burried in another book right now, despite increasingly forceful requests that she get ready to leave the house.
"Twily!" Her mother, who shared her name, called out, "Get your purple butt down here, we're going to be late."
Twilight trudged down the steps like a mare on the way to the gallows.
Her mother sighed "I warned you not to read that book. You'll be fine. It won't hurt a bit."
"That's what adults say when they know it's going to hurt but they want you to be quiet."
Twilight senior rolled her eyes.
"I thought I told you to brush your mane?" She scolded, "Humph. No time now let's go."
The lavender filly's horn began to glow and, after a moment's concentration, a wave of magic flowed over her mane, straighting it out in an instant. She poked her toungue out at her mother and began walking down the steps before stopping in a moment of realisation. While reading she'd neglected a much more essential task than brushing her mane, and this one she didn't have a spell for.
She had to pee.
"Ihavetogotothebathroom." She mumbled as she started back up the steps.
"What was that?" Her mother asked. "Oh no you don't. Your book can wait until we get back. No reading and walking after what happened last time."
Twilight yelped as she was hoist into the air with telekinesis and placed back next to her mother.
"B-but." Twilight gave up. "Nevermind, it's fine."
She could hold it until they got to the dentist. She wasn't a foal anymore.
Twilight tried to walk normally, but she was starting to think her mouth had written a check her poor bladder couldn't cash. She knew her anatomy and she could tell her involuntrary sphincter was wide open, while her volunary spincter struggled to keep urine from leaking out of her overfilled bladder. Her bladder would be sending increasingly frequent signals to her brain, telling it to make her muscles squeeze, to empty her bladder and her higher brain functions were trying to surpress that reflex.

Her Mom chattered away but she couldn't focus on the words. Twilight's legs started shaking. It was getting pretty bad.

"Mom?" Twilight's desperate situation finally overruled her shyness, " I have to go bathroom..."
Twilight wimpered and her hind legs twisted over one another.
Her mother rolled her eyes and sighed. "Really, Twily? You should have gone before we left. Anyway, we're already here."
Twilight glanced up and saw that they had indeed arrived at the dentist. Despite her earlier trepedation, Twilight was relieved to see the building. Wait, not relieved. Not the word to be thinking about right now - but she would be relieved when they went inside and she could finally release her aching bladder.
Twilight was no stranger to being desperate for the toilet. It happened all too frequently that she would get so caught up in a book that she neglected her body's basic needs, to realise, with very little warning, that her bladder was fit to burst. "Twilight Sparkle." The yellow receptionist pony waved them right through, "The dentist is waiting for you."

"Come on Twily, we're late." Her mother coaxed, "Let's not keep the nice ponies waiting."
"But mom!" Twilight whined, "I really have to pee."
Her mother huffed. "You're a big girl, you can hold it."
"I-I," Twilight blushed, "I'm not sure if I can."
"Just pretend you're reading a book." Her mother advised. "It's probably just because you're nervous."

With an audible hiss, a wide spray of urine gushed out from under her gown splattering off the waterproof chair onto the floor, and Twilight moaned in relief as she pressed the gown between her hind legs. She felt like she was enveloped in warmth, like she was sitting in a hot tub. Her head continued to spin gently. Each time she thought she was done, another spurt of urine somehow came out.
Eventually, inevitably, she stopped urinating, and she lay in the chair, relieved and content. The dentist and dental hygienist looked at each other, and the dental hygienist shook her head. "I've never seen anything like that before." she said. "She must have really needed to go."
Twilight sighed. She had never felt so relieved in her life.
"Next time she's getting the diaper." The dentist said.
As the dentist finished up the procedure Twilight was beginning to sober up. She was still feeling the relief from the pain killers but as she became more aware of her surroundings she realized the embarrassing thing she had done. She sat in silence as the dentist finished up and then left the room. As she walked to the waiting room she could feel the eyes of the other patients and their families on her. She was humiliated. She had never felt so embarrassed in her life. Not even in Magic Kindergarten. Another spurt of urine escaped as she made her way down the hallway, but she was beyond caring considering the soaked condition of her coat and the dripping dental gown.

"What happened?" she asked, as if it wasn't blatantly obvious.

"I peed myself." She muttered, looking down at the floor.
"I can see that." Her mother said, looking at the puddle of urine on the floor. "Why did you do that?"
"I had to go so bad, and you said I had to hold it!" Twilight said, her voice full of frustration. "I couldn't hold it anymore!"
"I'm sorry." Her mother said. "I didn't know it was that bad."
"You always do this!" She cried. "You never think about how I'm feeling! You're always so focused on yourself!"
Twilight's mother was taken aback by her outburst. She didn't know how to respond. She felt guilty for making her daughter go through this.
Twilight continued to rant.
"This is the worst thing ever! I hate going to the dentist! I hate this family! I hate everything!" Tears were streaming down her face and she was hiccupping from crying so hard.
"Let's go home." Her mother said, her voice soft. "We'll get you a book to make up for this."
Twilight nodded, still crying. She was so embarrassed, but she was also relieved. It was over. She could put this humiliating experience behind her.
On the way home, Twilight's mother tried to console her. "It's going to be okay." She said. "You're going to forget all about this soon."
Twilight doubted that. She would never forget this humiliating experience. It would stay with her for the rest of her life.
"I have to pee." Twilight said, interrupting her mother.
"Again?" Her mother said, exasperated. "Twily, you just went!"
"I can't help it!" She said. "I really need to go!"
"Okay, okay." Her mother said. "There's no bathrooms around here though."
Twilight's bladder was still weak from holding so much before. She danced on the spot in a very filly like way.
"How about you go behind that bush?"
"B-but what if somepony sees?" Twilight whined.
"I'll keep watch."
Twilight scurried behind the bush, her bladder was on the verge of another meltdown. It felt good to finally relieve herself on purpose. She was still feeling the buzz from the painkiller but it was starting to wear off.
"Thanks mom." She said as she walked out of the bushes, sighing.
"That's alright dear." Her mother said. "I'm sorry I didn't listen to you earlier. I should have known that you really needed to go to the bathroom."
Twilight nodded. She was still embarrassed, but she was relieved that it was over. Maybe now her mother would start listening to her when it really mattered.

"Do you think you can hold it in a little longer?" Asked the Hyginist
Twilight's head spun and she squeezed her hind legs together. "I-I'll try."
The mare held Twilights hoof through the rest of the proceedure, gently encouraging her to keep holding.
"Alright dear," said the Hygenist, "We're almost done, just keep squeezing."
Twilight could feel her grip on her bladder beginging to fail.
"I-It's leaking out!" Twilight whined desperately.
"Doctor?"
"Alright, we're done." The dentist stated. "Watch her closely though."
They mare helped the purple filly carefully get up from the dentist chair. Twilight couldn't separate her back legs anymore. She limped forward with them tightly twisted together. Her abdomen felt bloated to the point she could hardly breathe.
The hyginist lead her to the bathroom, only stoping once she was sure the filly was safely inside a stall.
As soon as she stopped actively holding it, a jet of urine shot out with an audible hiss, striking the opposite wall. It took several seconds for her to notice she was missing the toilet, and several more for her to be in a state of mind to care; such was the relief that took hold of her body and soul. When the euphoria of release had faded suficiently she adjusted her aim, positioning herself to avoid making the puddle any larger.
The flow continued unabated for what felt like forever, but eventually it slowed. There was still urine left in her bladder but she had to activiely think about pushing it out.
Twilight sighed as she pushed the last trickle out, finally she was empty. Her kidneys hurt and her pelvic muscles ached, but compared to what she had just endured it was nothing. She did the best she could to clean up the puddle with some toilet paper.

No! She thought, she couldn't pee here! She had to hold it until she got to a bathroom.
"I can hold it." Twilight said in determination.
"Alright dear, but you're protected now either way."
The mare held Twilights hoof through the rest of the proceedure, gently encouraging her to keep holding.
"Alright dear," said the Hygenist, "We're almost done, just keep squeezing."
Twilight could feel her grip on her bladder beginging to fail.
"I-It's leaking out!" Twilight whined desperately.
"Doctor?"
"Alright, we're done." The dentist stated. "Watch her closely though."
They mare helped the purple filly carefully get up from the dentist chair. Twilight couldn't separate her back legs anymore. With the bulk of her diaper prevented her from crossing her legs, which made holding it in all the more difficult. Her abdomen felt bloated to the point she could hardly breathe.
The hyginist lead her towards the bathroom, but in doing so they had to go through the waiting room.
"My gosh Twily, what are you wearing!" Exclaimed Twilight Velvet.
When the purple filly's concentration was broken for a single moment, the long fought battle was over.
With an audible hiss a wide spray of urine gushed out, overwhelming the ability of the diaper to soak it up fast enough. The warm liquid spread accross the whole surface of the diaper, periously close to overtopping the leak guards.. Twilight moaned in relief as her shoulders slumped and her eyes closed continuing to empty herself with no concious effort. The patients in the waitingroom looked at each other in bemusement at the filly who was far to old to be having this kind of bathroom accident, but Twilight felt a sense of euphoria run through her body. A shiver ran down her spine as she noisily sprayed rapidly expanding padding with a high pressure stream of urine.
It felt so good to finally relieve herself that Twilight almost forgot where she was. The searing pain in her bladder was fading to a dull ache but it was still competely out of her control. After a few dozen mortifying seconds, her bladder had deflated to a point that she could have forced herself to stop, but she continued to relieve herself. There was no point in stopping now, the damage was done, and her need was still urgent. Her blood pounded in her ears.
The desperate stream eventually slowed, as the pressure in her abdomen faded, but she knew there was still pee left in her bladder and she wanted to be empty. So she pushed, and the stream began again. She felt like she was enveloped in warmth, like she was sitting in a hot tub. Her head continued to spin gently. Each time she thought she was done, another spurt of urine somehow came out.
Eventually, inevitably, she stopped urinating, the saturated padding hugging enveloping her lower body in a warm embrace. Her face blushed crimsion up to her eartips, but her body felt so much better.
Velvet looked at the pad which was now tinged yellow, expanded to multiple times its original size and on the verge of leaking. She was about to scold her daughter for her infantile display when the hyginist spoke first.
"I've never seen anything like that before, this is an adult size incontinence pad and she filled it to the brim," she said. "the poor filly must have been positively bursting."
Twilight sighed as she sat down on the floor with a squelch.
Her kidneys hurt and her pelvic muscles ached, but compared to what she had just endured it was nothing. The embarassment of a room full of strangers watching her wet a diaper was not so easily forgotten.
"What happened?" Velvet asked, as if it wasn't blatantly obvious. "You don't need diapers anymore! Especially not during the day."
Twilight shook with rage.
"I peed myself." She glared at her mother, looking down at the floor. "You wouldn't let me use the bathroom so I had to pee myself in a diaper in front of everypony!"
"Why didn't you go before we left?"
"I had to go so bad, and you said I had to hold it!" Twilight said, her voice full of frustration. "It hurt really bad!"
"I'm sorry." Her mother said. "I didn't know it was that bad."
"You always do this!" She cried. "You never think about how I'm feeling! You're always so focused on appearances!"
Twilight's mother was taken aback by her outburst. She didn't know how to respond. She felt guilty for making her daughter go through this.
Twilight continued to rant.
"This is the worst thing ever! I hate going to the dentist! I hate this family! I hate everything!" Tears were streaming down her face and she was hiccupping from crying so hard.
"Let's go home." Her mother said, her voice soft. "We'll get you a book to make up for this."
Twilight nodded, still crying. She was so embarrassed, but she was also relieved. It was over. She could put this humiliating experience behind her.
On the way home, Twilight's mother tried to console her. "It's going to be okay." She said. "You're going to forget all about this soon."
Twilight doubted that. She would never forget this humiliating experience of needing to ask a stranger if she could pee. Speaking of which, he bladder twinged.
"I have to pee." Twilight said, interrupting her mother.
"Again?" Her mother said, exasperated. "Twily, you just went!"
"I can't help it!" She said. "I really need to go!"
"Okay, okay." Her mother said. "There's no bathrooms around here though."
Twilight's bladder was still weak from holding so much before. She danced on the spot in a very filly like way.
"How about you go behind that bush?"
"B-but what if somepony sees?" Twilight whined.
"I'll keep watch."
Twilight scurried behind the bush, her bladder was on the verge of another meltdown. It felt good to finally relieve herself without it being on herself. She was still feeling the buzz from the painkiller but it was starting to wear off.
"Thanks mom." She said as she walked out of the bushes, sighing.
"That's alright dear." Her mother said. "I'm sorry I didn't listen to you earlier. I should have known that you really needed to go to the bathroom."
Twilight nodded. She was still embarrassed, but she was relieved that it was over. Maybe now her mother would start listening to her when it really mattered.
