After defeating Dregg, Twilight began to think about the fact that she,her friends and Turtles can not always and everywhere solve problems with villains or mutagen. So she decides to create an Artificial Intelligence Program named Twira to help protect world from any threats.But soon Twira recognized that humanity is the main threat and the source of all troubles on the planet. And now the Turtles and Rainbooms must confront what was supposed to be their friend and became their most dangerous and deadly enemy.
