Neighsay revolves around an Trottignhamian Mafia by the same name who, in search of Gold, sets out to his homeland, Canterlot. His intentions, however, take a turn and his enemies change as he hops on the fight against the evil conglomerate of Babel.

At the age of 8, Vladmir Francisco is adopted and sent off to Trottingham. Now an adult, he is known as Neighsay Cassano.

He is a Mafia lawyer and consigliere. ( Advisor and dispute reconciliation expert.) Warring factions within the Mafia force him to flee to Canterlot. There he falls in love with Tempest Shadow. a lawyer who will do anything to win a case. Neighsay manages to achieve some social justice there, and in his own way.

Flam is an intelligent and hardworking first-year law intern at the firm, who is polite and sincere. Despite his boyish charm and good looks, Flam can come a cross as awkward and naive. Prone to making mistakes, he is often trouble at work.
