It's been months after the castle was attacked by Monokuma's as I Cadance and Flurry escaped and went to the badlands because the Monokuma's followed us but then suddenly Monokuma's stole Cadance from me and seperated us which made me tired as I thought my fate was sealed and just when I got that idea Flurry who was frightened hugged me tightly

"It's alright Flurry, were going to find your aunt sooner or later, wherever she is" Shining suggested

"Dada okay?" Flurry asked

"I sure am Flurry" Shining said

Speaking of which just when we were about to run away from home an Monokuma had the audicity to scratch my poor eye

After a long way of walking I noticed an abandoned Ponyville just up the streets as I then heard sounds "Be quiet okay Flurry" I suggested as Flurry nodded and when she did I started running towards a few bushes and when I did I noticed some Monokuma soldiers marching and searching for other survivors and when they left I sneaked towards Sugarcube Corner and hid inside "Alright I should search for some food" I suggested

Then we went to search for food privately in the bakery as we noticed them either being Rotten, Expired or didn't taste good but we did find a handful of cookies, bread, water and two blueberry muffins as I went to put it in my backpack before I checked to see if there were more Monokuma bots around before grabbing Flurry as we then left after that but while we were walking we heard something

"Somepony help me!" A pony called out

"I'm coming!" I called out putting Flurry down "Stay here and don't move" I suggested

Then Flurry nodded frightened as I then ran as fast as my legs could keep to the pony before using my magic to hit the Monokuma bot as it flew against a wall as it then broke down and glitched "You okay ma'am?" I asked

"Yeah" The pony said grunting "Just a little hurt is all" The pony said in pain

"Don't worry, just hide outside of their sight and don't ever come out until the situation is resolved" I suggested

"Alright Shining" The pony said before running off

Just then I heard Flurry screaming

"Flurry! Daddy's coming!" I yelled out

Then I ran towards Flurry and grabbed her just when they were about to stab her as I used my magic to damage them but suddenly more Monokuma's appeared

"Wat now?" Flurry asked

"I don't know Flurry but we gotta run" Shining said

Then I started running before noticing an Ponyville Café as I ran in scared and panting heavily as then I had to back off as the door was kicked down by an Monokuma making us realize we were surrounded "We're surrounded!" I called out in shock and fear

"Wat now?" Flurry asked

"I'm not sure but I do know that if we don't fight it could mean doom to us" Shining said

"Oh!" Flurry said before clutching her hooves against my chest as I closed my eyes and hugged her back

Just then shots were heard as Monokuma's got hit one by one by an unknown person

"Whoa! They're falling one by one!" Shining called out in shock

Just then an girl of an average height with fair skin and a slender but somewhat muscled physique. She has extensively long, ankle length, dark brown hair tied into two low twintails with large, red, puffy scrunchies. Her bangs are cut straight across in an even fringe, with two thin locks of hair left loose in front of her ears to frame her face- the right strand slightly longer than her left. Her head accessories include a small, two-piece silver hairpin looped into an infinity symbol found pinned at the right side of her face, and two, small, silver stud earrings. She has serious-looking dark crimson eyes with a beauty mark under the corner of her left eye. She also wears a red seifuku uniform the same color as her scrunchies with black sleeve cuffs, breast pocket, and sailor collar striped with a single white line. Her previous high school's symbol can be found in white at the hem of her uniform. An off-white scarf is tied in a simple bow at her collar, printed with a barely visible star pattern in a slightly darker color. With this, she wears a short, pleated, black plaid skirt. Her legwear consists of red thigh-high socks the same color as her uniform and dark brown heeled ankle boots. Her accessories consist of a small silver lotus brooch with a red center pinned to her collar at her right shoulder, a small silver pin of her previous high school's symbol on her breast pocket, and a dark gray wristband on her left wrist which I gotta admit she may be feisty but is really cute (I still like Cadance though)

"Hey miss..." I started before being cut off

"Run, now!" The girl ordered

"But I don't know your name!" I said

"Just do as I say and you'll be fine" Maki suggested

"Okay I'm going already" I said before I started running with Flurry in my hoof

While I was running I noticed the person with dark brown hair following me

"Sorry for not answering you but my name is Maki Harukawa the Ultimate Assassin" Maki answered

"Cool, I'm Shining Armor the Ultimate Royal Guard" I answered running "And this is Flurry but we still don't know what her talent is after all she's still young" Shining said

"Yep" Flurry said in agreement

"Anyways what are you doing?" I asked

"I'm saving you duh" Maki answered

"And why?" I asked

"I saw you scavenging for food before noticing Monokuma bots ready to attack you so I went and shot them with guns so that they'll be distracted since if you didn't know Monokuma's are always distracted with bullets, blows and guns so I hope that makes it easier for you to understand" Maki said

"It doesn't but nevermind" I said

Just then we heard more Monokuma voices in the distance so Maki pulled me against the tail towards the behind of the abandoned 'Sofa's and Quills' Shop before she checked if the Monokuma bots were still there until they left as Maki sighed in relief

"Thank you for saving our butts" I said

Then Flurry clung hardly on my chest

"Don't worry Flurry it's gonna be alright, we're gonna figure a way out of this okay" Maki said in a baby tone of a voice

"Doesn't assassins hate kids and babies?" I asked

"Yes but they also keep them safe like you two as I feel you two have a really close bond" Maki said

"Thanks" I answered "Anyways is it safe now?" I asked

Then Maki got out of the bushes to double check before returning

"Yes now let's quietly exit the bushes" Maki suggested

"Okay" I said

Then we quickly went out of the bushes while being quiet and when we did I turned to Maki

"Do you know what's up with the Monokuma bots?" I asked

"Yes, they were ordered to enslave any survivors in order to get the Killing Game to continue, it even happened to me and a few other participants and if I were to be honest most of them didn't survive but now that Shuichi isn't here I'm taking revenge on every Monokuma bot" Maki explained

"Can you explain most of the Killing Game?" I asked

"Sure can, so a killing game is a game where 16 students of some sort get trapped in some specific place which can be anything from planes to schools, mansions to castles and anything in between without memories of each other or that's what I've been told with no escape open, and then the 16 students are ordered to kill but if they don't they'll recieve a motive and a warning and after that one Creature dies and when they do there's an Investigation what comes first before an trial where most of the time the Protag and a few people get it right and as soon as the answers are fully right the Participants vote for the killer and when they got it right the killer will be executed" Maki answered between breaths

And yep Flurry's quietly crying in fright

"Have you seen Twilight by the way?" I asked

"Nope but you won't like what I say next" Maki answered

"Why would I freak out, I'm a Royal Guard" I said

"Okay but still don't freak" Maki said pulling her hand out

"I promise, I won't" I said putting my hoof over her hand as we then shook our hands/hooves

"Okay then, Twilight's trapped on an airship where you guys and the rest of your family went to and is forced to participate in a Killing Game" Maki said

"WHAT!" I yelled out in fright

But what I didn't know was that it gained the attention of a few Monokuma bots surrounding the area

"Why did you have to freak out!" Maki yelled out in anger

"Because, Twilight's forced into a Killing Game of course!" I yelled out

"Whatever let's just run" Maki ordered

Then Maki and I started running before we ended up on a bridge side which broke off

"Oh no!" I exclaimed

"JUMP!" Maki ordered

Then the three of us jumped into the water but not before I got hit by a Monokuma bot and lost conciousness

Oh boy this is really bad but will they be able to escape or not find out whenever intermission 2 happens also one more thing Chapter 2 Daily Life is the last Chapter that will come out later so be prepared for what happens next
