Technicolor Dreamboat

Rainbow Dash woke up from her nap, she'd been having a lazy day because the weather didn't need changing and she wasn't teaching any classes at the school of friendship, so she didn't have much else to do except read some daring do and have several naps. Rainbow figured she might as well visit one of her friends and see if they were up to anything interesting, there were only so many hours in the day that could be taken up by reading books and sleeping.

Rainbow decided she'd visit Twilight first, she wasn't usually into whatever egghead activities she was up to but she was making more of an effort to take an interest in the wonders of magic and science. She left her home and quickly zoomed over to the castle and knocked on the door which, after a few seconds, was opened by Spike. Spike smiled and said "Hey Rainbow Dash! What you been up to?"

Rainbow Dash shrugged and went "Meh, nothing much. Is Twilight around?"

Spike nodded and went "Uh-huh, she was out this morning visiting Zecora to get some ingredients, she wanted to try to learn how to craft potions, she should be brewing some stuff up right now in the throne room"

Rainbow Dash grinned and went "Sweet" before trotting off down the hallway, little did she know that after this visit, she'd be getting a little more than she bargained for.
