From Beyond The Infinite

Sitting on the steps of his front porch Anon contemplates recent events. He rubs his face in frustration as to what his dream could mean if it meant anything at all. He glances at his house for a brief moment and turns back around "Maybe my house is haunted"

Off in the distance he can hear flapping of wings "Can't mistakes this sound for anyone else" Anon chuckles to himself as Rainbow lands and approaches

"What is that supposed to mean huh?" Rainbow asks playfully

"It means you couldn't sneak up on anybody if you tried" Anon returns the playful banter

"Oh yeah!? Don't worry when Nightmare Night comes around, you're gonna be the one I scare the most"

"You'll have to compete with my dreams for that Dash" Anon laughs it off but returns quickly to a serious tone

Rainbow sits directly next to him and bumps his shoulder with her own "Your dreams huh? Wanna talk about it?"

"Well..." Anon hesitates "I'm having nightmares with this shadow creature that kinda looks human, It's hell bent on me coming back home"

"Aren't you hoping you'd go back though"

"Of course but I..." Anon stands up and walks down the steps leaving Rainbow who's still seated

Anon turns around to look at Rainbow "I do miss my world very much, but I've grown attached to this world... There's something here that my world was missing"

"Magic?" Rainbow asks legitimately

Anon laughs a little bit "Ha no, actually you could argue that science in my world is just magic explained, and whatever we can't explain, then we call THAT magic"

Rainbow giggled to herself "Alright Egghead then what is it?"

Anon pauses 'This might be my chance to tell her how I feel about her... Even if she doesn't feel the same way, I don't want to live a life of What Ifs...' "Rainbow Dash... You were the missing piece of my world"

There was a small silence before Rainbow responded "Anon what... what are you trying to tell me?" She asks tripping over her own words

Both Anon and Rainbow gazes lock onto each others eyes "I'm in love with you Rainbow"

Rainbow's face turns cherry "Anon this is... this is..."

"Happening fast? yeah it was sudden for me too"

"Anon I... I have to go" Rainbow gets up and make a mad dash for a clearing for her to take off

Anon's heart is racing as he tries to catch up to her "DASH WAIT!!!" However she was too fast and before Anon knew it she flew off into the sky and disappeared

"DAMN IT!!! I should've just kept it to myself!" Anon kicks the ground causing a clump of dirt to form on his front lawn. Anon walks back into his house and shuts it forcefully almost breaking the hinges and lunges onto the couch to retire for the day
