"My dear Twilight, we have a mission for you and Tempest Shadow. For three months you are to recon this tech firm and see who enters and leaves at all times. As you know already rifts seem to be opening up everywhere. Captain Celaeno reported to you about Fiora and Miss Fortune four months ago. Sunset in her world has rifts open up as well just three months ago. At any rate, if any open up, whoever comes through let them assist you. Any questions?"
"Just one Celestia, why send me back to that firm? It's the reason I can't see out of my right eye."
"I was foolish for not sending back up with you, this time I am. Tempest already is a trained fighter and scout so she'll be an ass-ette."
Twilight snickered as Luna was heard a few steps behind them. "Sister thou doest well in refraining in making such jokes. We all know Twilight is into Sunset Shimmer or possibly Rainbow Dash since the love the same book set." At that moment Tempest walked into the room, glaring because in her wake strode a girl wearing a red leather jacket with a black button up and a white tank top over it. The aforementioned girl also had a metal gauntlet on her right arm powered by some unusual tech and left armed wrapped up.
"Hi everyone, meet Vi. So for starts she has something to tell us."
"Hi I'm Vi, and I wanted to let you know that in my world we had rifts and portals opening and I came her to find a few.....acquaintances. Tempest here said that you ran into Fiora and Miss Fortune at the coast, and that a friend of yours in her realm met Ahri and Morgana; point being something big may happen and I want to know who and what comes here."
"Of course Vi, we'll keep you posted. For now you will join Tempest and I on a recon job." Vi after eating and getting something to drink joined them as they drove to their job site.
"The fucking hell!" Vi hissed as they got stationed in their position to observe; "In my god-damned world, we had a bastard named Silco....my crazy bitch sister shot his can't up and left him dead."
"Maybe the sho didn't kill him?"
"Look Twilight, she shot him with her mini gun and went to to town with him - he shouldn't be alive. My girl friend had checked his pulse and declared him dead and she's a hell of a good shot."
"All we know we are to watch...." At that moment two figures rolled into view from a portal rift.
"Camille? Orianna? How?"
"Well duh? The asshole dropped us here. So what is going down?"
"I'm Tempest and this is Twilight Sparkle, we are for now reconning this tech facility."
"We see, Orianna perform a scan."
"Well commrades, this building is going take an army to capture it. Vi....where's Caitlyn? Her skills will be useful for those sentry guns up top and give us cover as we we go in."
"We're not ordered to go in, just watch for fuck's sake!" Tempest shushed everyone as she point that someone appeared on the roof with a handheld radar. Signing to each other the party of five backed away from the window.
Two weeks later
"Celestia....we failed you."
"Not exactly, with what Orianna told me, we will keep the five of you here to train for potential next steps."
During the weeks of training, Camille made use of her grappling hooks and rope on the training buildings and getting aerial advantage before her attack. Orianna worked on creating a virus that her main frame could send into the tech firm - Silco Industries. News from Rainbow Dash told of someone named Shyvana arriving via portal in Cloudsdale.
Twilight was seen on the firing range with her Glock popping brass. She was soon joined by Orianna with her flavoring metal orb. The orb hovered and began to shoot at the moving targets. "Evening Princess Twilight, I'm sure you'd ask soon about my orb, it has the ability to shield allies and at the same combat any foe. Camille's legs double up as swords and are very lethal, she and Tempest are training else where. May I join you?"
"Sure" was the short reply. Orianna picked up Twilight's unused revolver and within seconds had shot six targets dead center.
"My Ai also allows me to acquire targets faster."
Meanwhile
"Damned it Camille stand still!"
"Why would I do that? I like to play hard to get!" Came the short smart-ass response from a fourth floor row of windows where Tempest hurled a throwing hatchet and missing again as Camille side stepped and then leapt downward. Once with in range Tempest ran part of the wall and did a backflip and tackled Camille.
"You're my bitch now!"
"I am not your hoe!" Camille's laughed as he kneed Tempest in the stomach." Tempest stood up and ducked suddenly as a fist of iron soared over her head. Dropping and doing a leg sweep brought Vi to the grounds; Tempest then performed a reverse roundhouse kick and after leaping up from the ground. The trio tossed crass insults at each other as they sparred.
"Damn Tempest! You fucking good!"
"You too, let's take a short break and rehydrate."
"Isn't it weird to have being from another world in your life."
"Just a tiny bit, but hell, it'll be fucking fun once we're cleared to wipe the building security out."
Meanwhile in Cloudsdale
"Shyvana! Quit hassling us Wonderbolts! We're trying to prep for an airshow. I know you got wings and can fly but the way your flying we could kill you."
"Crash is right, my jet almost hit you a couple hours ago."
"Uggh, fine I won't buzz your pussies anymore, but you gotta admit it....you like that rush of knowing that I am that close and yet you haven't scathed me once."
Canterlot
Celestia decided that the quintet should try to get jobs in the tech firm so spy it out from the inside. Twilight Sparkle was opposed to working for someone who got shot by a crazy woman with an mini gun and lived. However, the quintet managed to obtain jobs, by Vi stayed outside on the streets doing recon that way; Silco knew her and she needed to stay low.
Tempest had acquired a security position in Silco Industries and Twilight Sparkle had become a researcher for the company. Camille and Oriana were in the cyber security side of things and could watch the cyber world under Silco's nose. Vi was on the streets and managed to work as a delivery driver and drop off shipments and silco never saw her. The quintet had only one concern....just a few days ago Jinx wad reported by Sunset Shimmer to be active in CHS and being a pain in the ass. Twilight had to convince Susnet to keep Ahri and Morgana from killing Jinx off. The one Twilight recalled named Hermoine had been quiet.
Twilight saw the people working under Silco and found someone else was also running a job there as well.
Tempest Shadow became aware when she had a new security supervisor. This supervisor looked like an ex-special ops operator and dressed as a combatant than a guard. Tempest knew that she looked like an ex-soldier and didn’t care much. Her supervisor was named Double Tap but was called “Dub-Tap”. Tempest soon learned where the name came from.
Tempest caught her new boss tap dancing to dubstep and techno…the flip side of that name came to light as an intruder got shot by Double Tap in a rapid double tap from the semiautomatic pistol that Dub-Tap carried.
Double-Tap was about five feet and nine inches tall and looked like she weighed about one hundred fifteen pounds. Dub-Tap had very pale bluish skin and raven black hair that was a chopped pixie cut and usually fixed up in a messy fashion. Besides the pistol Double-Tap wielded a bull pup sub machine gun.
Twilight met up with Tempest, Camille and Oriana and examined the vile of Silco's drug known as Shimmer. The stuff wasn't the usual purple as Vi said it would be. The small empty diner where the group had met up was filled with gunmen. The group and the diner staff took cover as gun fire filled the air.
The sound of a door being kicked opened and a pistol fire filled the air. Tempest saw that Dub-Tap showed up and slid a pistol to Tempest and provided cover fire for the exit. The group now was very curious how Double Tap knew where they'd be and even come prepped with a second pistol for Tempest. Double-Tap had a now visible tattoo of a special forces emblem on her left forearm. None dared to ask who she worked for. She was obviously collecting Intel on Silco but who ordered it?
