Over many years of my life, before moving to Equestria and studying it’s culture, I was born in a realm of darkness and disturbance, which I unfortunately I can’t disclose it’s name, because I would risk explaining to the dangers and it’s inhabitants that reside there.

Enter this encyclopedia.

For those of you why in Celestia’s name why I would start making this guide about dark creatures of unholy and disturbing origins, I wanted to give you a view as to not only what it was like to live on a choked-out and spat of island that was my home, but witness some of the most terrifying and horrifying creatures that I’ve met and came across in my time from there.

Now, unlike some creatures that you may know like Diamond Dogs, Hippogryphs, or Changelings, which may not seem predatorial, there are some creatures that are hostile, dangerous, and wicked in their own ways. Some creatures that are in this encyclopedia can change you for either the better or for worse, while some would want to straight up kill you for sport, or for the heck of it. However, we have a system that we would classify them from levels one through five, one being the least harmful and five being incredibly hostile.

In covering these monsters and creatures, I will be covering their origins, behaviors, dieting, and life cycle, this will include (if not excluding) their hunting, their understand and views of the world, and what would happen if such a creature would walk onto Equestria today. From the terrifying Hell-Roach, to my species, the Broodians.
