My Little Pony/Transformers: Magic than Meets the Eye

After traveling for a few hours, Optimus Prime, Jazz and Ironhide stopped outside a large circular building.

"We have arrived," Optimus announced, opening his truck door for the ponies to get out his cab.

"Arrived where?" Sunny asked, as she and her friends exited the truck cab.

"The Hall of Records," Optimus replied, as he transformed back into his robot mode, "the repository for all Cybertronian history, it should provide all the answers you are looking for."

"Me and Jazz will stand guard outside, Prime," Ironhide said, as he and Jazz transformed back into their robot modes, "the cons could easily ambush us here while we are away from the base."

"Thank you, Ironhide," Optimus Prime answered, "we shouldn't be gone too long."

With that, Optimus and the ponies headed inside the Hall of Records.

As they proceeded inside, they didn't notice Laserbeak, Ravage and Ratbat watched from nearby, the Decepticons had been tracking them and had found out the ponies current location.

Galvatron had been informed and had dispatched Flamewar, Slipstream, Dreadwing, Snowcat and Demolisher to randevu with them.

Inside the Hall of Records.

"Before you, my little ponies," Optimus declared, "is the full existent of Cybertron's history and culture."

"Wow," Sunny and the others all said, in unison.

As if in answer, an old looking Cybertronian stepped out from the shadows.

"Oh, visitors," he said.

Then he noticed it was Optimus Prime.

"Optimus," he greeted, "my old friend, it is good to see you after so long."

"It is good to see you, Alpha Trion," Optimus replied, "I have brought some who seek knowledge."

Alpha Trion then noticed Sunny and her friends.

"I take it you're referring to these beings?" he asked.

"Indeed," Optimus answered, "for the time being, they are stranded here and were wondering about our history with their race."

"So you came seeking the help of an old archivist?" Alpha Trion smiled.

"I knew that if anyone who could tell them about our history," Optimus responded, "it would be you."

"You are correct, Optimus," Alpha Trion nodded.

He turned and began to walk into the depths of the hall.

Optimus, Sunny and the others followed the archivist, passing by rows and rows of information storage units in the form of golden disks.

"Who is that?" Sunny asked, as Alpha Trion stopped at a one rows and pulled one of the disks off the shelves, this disk covered in symbols of the cutie marks of the Guardians of Harmony.

"Alpha Trion," Optimus explained, "is the master archivist, custodian of the Hall of Records and the keeper of all of Cybertron's history, the art, science, including our recent history as well.

"From where may I ask do you hail from?" Alpha Trion asked, "if you'll forgive my curiosity."

"Me and my friends come from Equestria," Sunny answered.

Alpha Trion smiled and nodded "I thought that something about you seem familiar, young one," he said, "your world and ours have met twice before in the distant past."

Sunny thought for a moment, "If thats true," she said, "then why isn't there any record of you in Equestria's history?"

"Patience," Alpha Trion replied, "all will revealed soon."

With that, Alpha Trion activated the golden disk, projecting images from the past around Sunny and everyone else.

The first images it showed was the beginning Cybertron and life first starting to flourish on it, leading to the Golden Age.

Megatron founding and the rise of the Decepticons, the flames of the Great War beginning to ignite.

A naive dock worker named Orion Pax and his girlfriend Ariel, being gunned down by Megatron and then being rebuilt into Optimus Prime and Elita 1 by Alpha Trion.

The Autobots being created and Optimus leading them in the fight against Megatron and his Decepticons, the Great War truly getting started.

Some of Cybertron's inhabitance leaving the planet to escape the war, leading to the birth of Cybertron's various colonies planets, Velocitron, Eukaris, Caminus, Micron, Dominus, Devisiun, Gigantion and more.

The next image showed the first meeting of the Autobots, Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends along with their defeat of the Decepticons and Queen Chrysalis by Twilight and Optimus Prime combining the Magic of Friendship and the power of the Matrix of Leadership.

The second meeting, in which the Decepticons invaded Equestria to harvest its magic for energy and accidentally unleashed King Sombra, who mind controlled both pony and Cybertronian to conquer both worlds.

The ponies managed to convince the Autobots and Decepticons to form an alliance in order to break Sombra's mind control and free those under his control.

Once Sombra had been defeated Twilight had arranged a culture exchange between the two worlds.

For a time, both Cybertron and Equestria coexisted is perfect harmony.

Until, the Quintessons tried to invade and conquer both Equestria and Cybertron, an invasion that was successfully repelled by pony and Cybertronian

The Quintessons weren't the only ones to attempt to invade Equestria, the tyrant and scientist Jhiaxus tried to make Equestria part of his Cybertronian empire by draining its energy, exterminating its inhabitance and transforming it into a mirror image of Cybertron.

Equestria faced problems on their end when Queen Chrysalis returned alongside fellow Equestrian villains Lord Tirek and Cozy Glow to try to divide the ponies and all the different creatures of the land in order to conquer it.

The three villains were also joined by three Cybertronian despots Lord Straxus and his masters Liege Maximo and Megatronus (also known as the Fallen), two of the original thirteen Primes, beings created by the Cybertronian god Primus.

Both armies of Equestria and Cybertron, once again, banded together to defeat and or imprison the evil threatening their worlds.

The Elements of Harmony, their allies and the Autobots were victorious and peace was restored, along with reestablishing contact with Cybertron's various colonies planets and gaining new friends and allies.

But with great victory, comes great loss.

Megatron, suffering defeat after defeat, his body started to reach its limit, breaking down, but he knew couldn't let his spark extinguish yet, he wouldn't let it end until he had defeated his brother, Optimus Prime.

Thus, Shockwave rebuilt Megatron, along with a few other battle damaged Decepticons, into Galvatron, Cyclonus, Scourge and Soundblaster.

But, not all the Decepticons were lucky enough to be rebuilt into completely new forms. Shadow Striker had been rebuilt from the remains of her comrades, creating a bot with a Frankenstein-esque appearance.

The Decepticons rose again and the Great War was reignited, with Equestria caught in the middle.

An image showed injured ponies and other creatures, along with damaged Autobots looking over the destruction of their cities.

It also didn't help that another threat, other than the Decepticons, would arise within Equestria's own boarders, a mysterious alicorn began spreading mistrust and disharmony throughout all the different species and the Cybertronians.

With the Decepticons on one side and mysterious Alicorn on the other, it was eventually decided by Princess Twilight, now the ruler of Equestria, her friends, as the Council of Friendship and Optimus Prime, for Cybertron and Equestria to be separated and for magic to be removed from Equestria entirely, as they saw it, it was the only way to keep Equestria safe from any threat, be it from Cybertron or Equestria.

In Princess Twilight's eyes, if Equestria had no magic, then the Decepticons or any other threat from Cybertron would realise that Equestria had no value in anyway and the mysterious alicorn would be drained of her magic and become powerless and no longer pose a threat to ether pony or Cybertronian.

Thus, all Spacebridges between the two worlds were abandoned and decommissioned and the Unity crystals were created. After all the magic in Equestria was drained into them, the crystals were separated, each one given to one of the three pony tribes: Unicorns, Pegasi and Earth Ponies.

With Equestria no longer having magic, the Decepticons deemed it no longer of interest to them and left to continue the war back on Cybertron.

As for the mysterious alicorn, she vanished, swearing that she would regain her power, amass even more power and take her revenge on all of Equestria.

Princess Twilight had extended an offered to any Autobots or Decepticons who didn't want to continue or were tied of fighting to stay in Equestria, but Optimus had refused, in his eyes, he and the Autobots had duty to protect their home as they had protected Equestria, also because some of the citizens of Equestria, thanks to the mysterious alicorn, had started to distrust not just the Decepticons but the Autobots as well, Optimus thought it best that they no longer involve another civilisation in their war.

Optimus had also insisted that no record of them remain as that would only be a reminder of the ones responsible for bring fear, destruction and doom to Equestria.

And with that, the storage disk finished showing its contents and the images faded and the room returned to normal.

The five ponies were struggling to process what they had just witnessed.

After a while Alpha Trion broke the silence.

"That," he stated, "is the history between our world and yours."

"Whoa," Hitch murmured.

"I wish I could have got that on video," Zipp breathed.

Sunny was the next to speak, "I think there's something you should know," she said, turning to Optimus Prime.

And Sunny began explaining their story to the four.
