Anon couldn't remember anything, his body also felt off, he didn't know why, but, everything felt off, not normal. "What, what happened?" I feel like I was hit with something big, and heavy," Anon thought to himself. Anon opened his eyes, then closed them, the light was unbearably bright, once he got used to the light, he looked around and saw he was in some sort of hospital room. The beeping noise was coming from a heart monitor. After looking at the room, Anon noticed he was no longer human, he saw that instead of arms he had an extra pair of legs, instead of hands or feet he had hooves. He was covered in green fur, he looked up and saw a horn on his head, the only thing that didn't change was his hair color. He started to hyperventilate, the heart monitor was beeping faster, he tried to stand up, he fell to the ground with a thud, Anon felt like his skull cracked open. The heart monitors sensors came off, it was now showing a flat line. He managed to stand up, the door opened and Anon saw two... Horses?... Ponies?... Run into the room. Anon managed to get under the bed before being seen. One had a horn on its head, a unicorn, and the other looked like a normal horse/pony. "I think they are ponies," Anon thought to himself. "Where did she go?" One of the ponies asked shocked. "Wait, they can talk?!" Anon thought shocked. "I don't know, the window isn't open, she might still be in the room," The unicorn implied. "Can you please turn that off?" The other pony asked. The heart monitor was turned off, Anon saw the door was still open, he didn't want to be found out by these big ponies, so, when the two looked away from the bed, he made his move. When you find yourself in a new body you know nothing about, the last thing to do, is run. Thankfully Anon got a lucky break, cause when he ran out of the door, the two, ponies were shocked. Nurse Redheart with Nurse Velvet Aurora ran into the room worried that something was wrong, they looked around and noticed the filly was not in the bed. "Where did she go?" Redheart asked shocked. "I don't know, the window isn't open, she might still be in the room," Velvet Aurora implied. "Can you please turn that off?" Redheart asked. "She is still in the room, look around, but, don't do anything to scare the filly, she might be shaken up after what happened to her," Redheart ordered. The two ponies were looking around, they heard the sound of small hooves running out of the room, Redheart turned around and saw the end of a black tail leaving the room. Redheart and Velvet Aurora followed behind, trying to catch up. "Don't use magic, we want her to be calm," Redheart called out. "Alright, but, we need to make sure she doesn't get out," Velvet Aurora replied. Anon, was running as fast as he could, everything looked the same, but, different. The world was somewhat brighter, sadly without his glasses, he was trapped with nearsightedness, thankfully it wasn't too bad. The two nurses were watching as the filly nearly run into multiple objects or ponies, Redheart thought the filly needed glasses with how she was running. The doors to the outside were coming up, running faster than before Anon was ready to run out. *SMACK* Anon bounced off the glass door, he landed on his back. Redheart and Velvet looked down at the filly, her eyes were spinning in her skull. "Oh my goodness, are you ok?" Redheart asked concerned. "I'm A PreTty, bUttErFly," Anon said in a slurred stupor. Anon fell into unconsciousness, Velvet picked the filly up with her magic, and she walked back to the room. "(Sigh), Hay, Silver Bolt, can you go get Princess Twilight Sparkle?" Redheart asked. "Yeah, I can," Silver Bolt said as he walked out. Ever since the day Twilight and her friends found that filly in that hunk of metal. The six have been meeting up at the castle, waiting for the day somepony from the hospital would come and say the filly was awake. Spike walked in with a scroll, twilight took it with her magic to read it, He walked back out of the room. "I will be back, I am going to make some tea for those who would want it," Spike stated as he walked out. Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle. I am writing to inform you about the investigation on the filly. I am sorry to inform you that more than 50% of the towns reported that there is no filly missing that matches what you described. We still are getting reports in, but, I wouldn't keep your hopes up, some of the towns are a bit far from Canterlot. And Luna has been having trouble getting into the dreams of the filly. I don't know what else to do at this moment, if anything changes, please let me know. From your faithful teacher, Princess Celestia. "So, what does it say?" Rainbow dash asked impatiently. Twilight looked at her friends, they were staring back at her waiting for her to speak. "(Sigh), I don't know how to tell you this, but, both Princess Celestia and Princess Luna could not find the fillies home," Twilight said. "So, that filly has no home?" Fluttershy asked saddened. "Well, some of the towns and cities, are farther, it will take time for them to send their reports," Twilight replied. "And what if they also say they also don't have records of that filly?" Applejack asked. "Well, I don't know, but, I assume she might be placed into an orphanage, due to nopony claiming her as their daughter," Twilight answered. "Darling, isn't there anything we can do to help?" Rarity asked. "I don't know if there is anything... Unless I adopted her," Twilight pointed out. Everypony went silent, they just looked at Twilight like she had just said the most insane thing ever. "Uh, Sugercube, I know ya want to help, but, are ya sure you know how to raise a filly?" Applejack questioned. "Yes, are you sure that you are up to the challenge?" A voice called out. "Discord, I know that's you, come out now!" Twilight called out. "Alright, you caught me," Discord said in a joking manner. He appeared out of nowhere, wearing the strange helmet. "I assume you had something to do with that portal in the sky," Rainbow dash accused. "I would love to take credit for that, but, that was not my chaos," Discord said. "Then who did?" Twilight asked. "That is something, I can't answer, Even I don't know who did that," Discord answered. "But, some pony did cause that storm?" Twilight questioned. "Yes, some pony did make that storm," Discord answered. Twilight began to think about who could have caused the storm, Discord rolled his eyes and disappeared in a puff of smoke, and Spike walked in with a poney. "Uh, hello, I'm Silver Bolt, I need to talk with Princess Twilight," Silver Bolt said. Rainbow dash flew over and tapped Twilight on her head. "GAH!" Rainbow dash, don't do that!" Twilight said annoyed. "Uh, Princess?" Silver Bolt called out. "Oh, sorry what is it you need?" Twilight asked. "I was sent by Nurse Redheart, you wanted to know when the filly woke up, well, she is awake," Silver Bolt said. Everypony got out of their seats when they heard the news. "What's the holdup, we need to go!" Rainbow dash stated inpatient. The group of ponies plus dragon, made their way out of the castle and to the hospital. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ The group made their way into the hospital, ponies were waiting to be treated, and Nurse Redheart walked out and saw the ponies. "Princess Twilight, thank goodness you are here, the filly, when she woke up, she tried to escape," Redheart said. "Wait, is she still here?! Twilight asked concerned. "The filly is still here, when she tried to escape she knocked herself out by ramming into the door, she is awake now, but, she is scared," Redheart answered. "Then what do we do?" Twilight asked concerned. "If you want to talk with the filly, there can only be two ponies in there at a time, I know everypony in this building trusts you, but, I don't think she will," Redheart answered. "You just can't tell a Princess what to do!" Rainbow dash said angered. "Yes, she can, if it comes to the well-being of ponies in this building, she can," Twilight stated. "But, we can see the filly right?" Fluttershy asked worriedly. "Yes, you still can, it would have to be with one of the hospital staff," Redheart answered. "Can I see her?" Twilight asked. "Yes, your friends just need to wait in here," Redheart stated. Redheart and Twilight walked down the hall, once they got to the room, they walked in, Twilight didn't see the filly. Before Twilight could panic, Redheart stopped her from blowing up. "She is under the bed, it is some sort of safe space... Just talk, don't try to get too close," Redheart said. Twilight walked halfway to the bed, she stopped and sat down, she saw the sheets move under the bed. Anon heard two ponies walk into the room, the door was closed cutting off any escape. During the time Anon was in the room, he discovered, that he was a she, it was alot to take in, different species, different gender, she might even be a different age. Anon felt like his life was taken right out from under him. "Hey, do you want to talk?" Twilight called out in a gentle voice. ~~Twilight's P.O.V.~~ Twilight just asked the filly if she wanted to talk, a full minute passed without any of the ponies talking. "No, I want to be alone, go away," Anon said. "Why do you want to be alone?" Twilight asked confused. "Where am I?" Anon questioned. Twilight looked at Redheart in confusion, she gave a confused look back, Twilight turned back around to look back at the bed. "You are in the Ponyville hospital, you are in safe hoofs," Twilight stated. "How can I trust you? I don't know who you are," Anon questioned. "Well, my name is Twilight Sparkle, what's yours?" Twilight asked. Anon wanted to leave, not to be in that building, not to be in the same place as those in the room, but, answered Twilight's question. "My... My name is... Anon," Anon answered. "That's a nice name, do you know who your mom's or dad's names are?" Twilight questioned. Anon didn't say anything for a good minute, Twilight could tell something was not right. "No," Anon answered a bit saddened. Twilight felt a twinge of pain in her heart after hearing the felly's sadness, she turned to Redheart, she had the same look, she must have heard the filly as well. "Is she ok to leave?" She doesn't seem ok staying here," Twilight whispered. "Well, I don't know if it is good if she left," Redheart whispered back. "I know you have the last say when it comes to the safety of everypony in this building, but, it might work better if she was in a home," Twilight Implied. Redheart looked at the bed with the filly, then looked back at Twilight, she thought for a minute. "(Sigh), Alright I just hope this doesn't blow up, Alright, I'll let you take her, it might help," Redheart said. "Thank you, I'll try to help her," Twilight replied. "First, before you take her, you need to sign her out," Redheart stated. ~~In The Lobby~~ Pinky pie was going through the cake book she had when a new pony came to town, Rainbow dash was hovering over the group lazily flying in circles, and Applejack was sitting on one of the chairs. Rarity was reading one of the magazines the hospital had, and Fluttershy was reading the same cake book Pinky pie was reading, Spike was sitting by Rarity. Twilight and Redheart walked into the room, The five ponies plus dragon, saw the two walk into the room. End of part 1. Author's Note Sorry I made a very dumb mistake, but, it's now be fixed. Princess Celestia was sitting on her throne, more letters were coming in from the towns and cities of Equestria, and what they had didn't make her happy. "(Sigh), now it is at least over, 70% of Equestria that didn't clam the mystery filly, over the hundreds of years I have lived never did a pony just show up out of nowhere," Celestia said to herself annoyed. The doors to the throne room opened, and Celestia looked up to see who had wanted to talk with her, she saw her sister Luna, who looked tired. Celestia gave a smile to her younger sister, she returned the look. "Luna, how are you? Did you sleep well?" Celestia asked happily. "I wish that I did, but, alas, I have not, I also have not been successful in getting into the fillies dreams, it is as if something or somepony has been stopping my attempts." We-I, have made some progress in learning something about the filly," Luna stated. "What is it?" Celestia questioned interested. "As you know the dreamscape can show a ponies type of magic, that is how we were able to tell what type of magic a mage would be able to use." Seeing that this pony is a unicorn, I looked to see what type of magic she had, and what I have found... shocked me," Luna said. Celestia saw the nervousness in Luna's eyes, she started to think of what was wrong. "What is it?" Celestia asked worriedly. "I found... Chaos magic... I found Chaos magic," Luna answered. Celestia's eyes went wide after hearing that, a pony having chaos magic, to the point that Luna worried. The only time that has happened was when Discord first appeared, one of Star swirled's students was the same until the magic corrupted him. Celestia needed to do something, if nothing was done, an innocent pony could face the same fate. "DISCORD!" I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME... COME OUT!" Celestia called out. Discord appeared in a cloud of smoke, he looked like his normal happy mood. "And what would the Sun Princess would like with the lovable Discord?" Discord asked in a joking way. "I am sure that you know about the filly... Right?" Celestia implied. "Why of course I know of the filly, I think the real question is... What would you and Luna want to know? Discord asked interested. "Well, you have more knowledge of Chaos Magic than even Star swirled the bearded... We need to know how the filly has chaos magic," Celestia answered. "Chaos Magic?" Hmm, chaos magic... (He starts to scratch the top of his head) Oh that chaos magic Nope, she does not have chaos magic," Discord answered. "What does thow mean, it has to be Chaos Magic there is nothing else it could be," Luna implied a bit angered. "Have you ever heard of mixed magic?" Discord questioned. "That is only theoretical, the only ones who could mix magic, are Cadence, Luna, Twilight, and me, and even we would have a hard time doing that," Celestia answered. "What does mixed magic have to do with this?" Luna asked confused. "Well, I thought of being a friend to the both of you and finding out where our little pony came from, and what I found, it was something interesting," Discord stated. "And where did she come from?" Celestia asked. "From a faraway land, the ponies there have found a way to mix magic without killing themselves." and before you ask." no... She won't be able to be stronger than twilight." From where she came from." She is average... Maybe even less, in magic power." The strongest mage they have, or had, was strong enough to have created their moon," Discord stated. Luna was shocked a mage was strong enough to create their moon, not even she was that strong to pull that off. "So, if there is nothing else you need I'll be making my way out," Discord added as he disappeared in a cloud of cotton candy. Coming out of the stupor she was in Luna asked with worry, "Can we trust him?" "I know he can be distrustful and miss leading, but, I do believe that he is telling the truth, I just hope that nothing bad happens," Celestia answered. A cloud of smoke flew into the room and turned into a scroll right in front of Celestia, she caught it before it had a chance to fall. Celestia untied the ribbon and opened it to read it out loud. Dear Princess Celestia. As you know, there was a filly that was found abandoned, after the mystory storm. I have decided to take her into my home, to keep a closer eye on her. I can't tell what it is about this pony, but, something is off about her, nothing bad, but, something is off. If anything comes up I will let you know. If it isn't too much trouble, I would like to know if anypony has called to claim the filly as her parents. If not, I was thinking of adopting her, I know it is a bit crazy, but, I would feel bad if she was placed in an orphanage. From your faithful student, Princess Twilight Sparkle. Celestia closed the Scroll and looked back at Luna. "So, Twilight is going to take the young filly under her wing," Luna stated. "Yes, it seems that Twilight is planning on making the filly her daughter, but, I don't know if she is ready to take this task on." But, I do trust her judgment," Celestia said. "In the previous letter, didn't young Twilight say that Discord knew that storm was made by somepony on purpose?" Luna questioned. "Yes after she got my letter, Twilight said not even Discord knew who it was, I feel like we may have a big problem on our hooves," Celestia stated. "What do we do then?" Luna asked. "For now, nothing, if there is somepony behind that storm, I don't want them to think we are on to them, it would make it hard to catch them if they truly mean harm," Celestia said. PONYVILLE, CASTLE OF FRIENDSHIP. Anon was looking around the castle, she thought it would have been small, but, it was bigger on the inside, the castle made no sense in how it worked. "Wow, this place is big," Anon stated in wonder. "Well, it is nice that you like it, cause you will be staying here until we find your mom and dad," Twilight replied. Anon went silent, Twilight saw the sadness in the fillies eyes, the silence grew until it was broken by Anon. "They are dead, I don't know how, but, I know they are dead," Anon stated in a monotone voice. Twilight knew something happened in this ponies past, she thought that Anon's parents were killed by something, either by a natural disaster, or something worse. Twilight didn't know what to say, she was left speechless, in the way that Anon talked, Twilight knew they died in front of the filly, and on how she is said it somepony did kill Anon's parents. That memory had to have been suppressed so far Anon must have forgotten it all together with a good amount of her past. Twilight hoped that it wasn't too late to help her. "So... Do you like ice cream?" Twilight questioned nervously. "I guess, I like Lemon flavored Ice cream," Anon answered. "I have never heard of lemon-flavored ice cream, but, it sounds like a good flavor, maybe Pinky pie could make some," Twilight implied interested. "Who is Pinky pie?" Anon asked confused. Twilight was never one to want to spread their adventures around all of Equestria, she wasn't the type to brag. Ponies from all of the land have wanted to talk with the ones who took down Nightmaremoon, King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis, and even Tirek. (Starlight's fight was only known to Twilight the Princess and her friends). But, the one part of Equestria that Anon was from must have never heard of Twilight and her friend's journey, that must have been the reason, Anon never heard of the six. Twilight was broken out of her thinking by Anon. "Miss, Twilight, Who is Pinky pie?" Anon asked again. "Oh, she is a friend of mine, she works in a bakery called sugercube corner." We might go there tomorrow," Twilight answered. "That sounds nice," Anon said a bit happy. "And you can just call me twilight," Twilight added. ~~Two Hours Later~~ Twilight, Starlight, Spike, and Anon were sitting at the dinner table eating, everypony except Anon. "Why are you not eating anon?" Twilight asked confused. "Why are you not using magic to eat?" Starlight added just as confused. "I-I don't know how to," Anon answered. "What do you mean?" Every unicorn can use their magic with ease," Starlight implied. Anon looked down feeling bad she couldn't do something others could do so easily. "Starlight, she had just gone through something bad, can you please not," Twilight said annoyed. "But, you can learn how, I bet you will get it no problem," Starlight stated a bit panicked. Anon looked up and asked saddened, "A-are you sure?" "Yes, you have two of the most powerful ponies of Equestria to teach you," Twilight answered. ~~One Hour Later~~ Anon was laying in the bed she was given to her, it was comfortable, Anon fell into the world of dreams. The world was misshapen but, still, it was there, Anon was able to make the world out, he was still a pony. "Where am I?" Anon asked himself confused. She noticed that there was a creature staring at her. It stood on two legs, it had two arms. The thing reminded Anon of Spike, but taller more slant, but most of all, it was covered in shadows. The creature started to walk forward, anon was starting to get scared, like having a lion stocking you, a predator walking to you, just waiting to rip the flesh off your bones. The monster was now stretching its claw out to catch Anon, but, before it could touch her Anon woke up. Anon woke up still in the same bed she went to sleep in, no scream, no jumping out of bed, almost no fear, but, she still felt the cold sweat on her back. Anon looked around the room, like the bed, the room was the same. For a second Anon thought she would have woken up in a different place, Anon heard her stomach growl, letting the pony know it was time to eat. "Well, I guess it is time to get up," Anon thought to herself. She got out of bed, walking was still sometimes hard to do. But, thankfully whatever turned her into a pony, gave Anon the knowledge of how to walk like a pony. "I wonder what will be for breakfast?" Anon said to nopony. She walked out of the room, thankfully the door was made with a handle so anypony could use it. Once Anon made her way into the dining room, she saw Twilight and Starlight setting up a small classroom of sorts. Twilight turned around to get something for the chalkboard and saw Anon walk into the room. "Good morning Anon, did you sleep well?" Twilight asked. "I did, what are you doing?" Anon questioned. "Well, that is good, We are setting up your class, I did say, we could teach you how to use magic," Starlight answered. "So how does magic work?" Anon asked confused. "Wow, this pony really doesn't know anything about magic, not even a watered downed version of how it works," Starlight thought to herself dumbfounded. "Well, the best way to describe how magic works is that it is an external magic." not internal." that our bodies passively collect." once it is in our bodies our mana pools collect it." the mana pool is an invisible organ in our body that stores our magic." If a pony ever uses all their mana reserves." the reserve magic is used." You must never let that be depleted." It is your life force, if you run out, you will die," Twilight finished. "That is confusing," Anon said. "Well, that makes sense, you are only hearing about how magic works for the first time," Twilight stated. "First let's do a simple levitation spell," Starlight said. Twilight picked up a spoon with her magic, she put it in front of Anon, who looked at it confused. "Anon, think of the spoon floating in front of you," Starlight stated. Anon closed her eyes, she concentrated on making the spoon float. Twilight and Starlight saw that the fillies horn was glowing a green glow, after a minute the spoon started to levitate slowly, but, it was. "Anon, look, you are doing it!" Twilight said excitedly. Anon opened her eyes and saw the spoon wrapped in a green glow. Anon looked at her own horn and saw the same glow, then looked back at the spoon in shock. "I, I'm doing it I am really doing it!" Anon stated excitedly. The green magic around the spoon disappeared, it fell to the table with a clatter. Anon looked at it saddened. "Hey, you did good for your first time," Twilight said trying to cheer up Anon. "Why don't we eat some breakfast," Starlight added. End of part 2. The dream realm was a vast expanse of space that existed due to the dreams of the millions of creatures that slept. There Luna stood in front of the door of the strange filly, she knew that it was the ponies door due to the door arriving after the pony did. The door was more than the others, it wasn't made of wood, but, metal. It looked like a vault door, with a big turning wheel with bars across the door giving more security to the dreams or nightmares of the pony. It wasn't the first time Luna faced somepony being stubborn about letting her in. But, it was also protected by a magic shield, Luna was wondering who did this, cause she knew no foal could do this level of magic on their own. "Alright, if this doesn't work we will need to wait for Starlight to come help," Luna said to herself. Luna shot a beam of turquoise magic at the door, the barrier sprong to life. The beam of magic made contact with the shield, sparks flew everywhere, Luna put more power into the attack, and after what seemed like hours, the shield broke into small shards. "Finally, that, stupid... (Gasp) Barrier, is gone," Luna said out of breath. Taking a minute to get her bearings together, Luna stood tall, using her magic to turn the wheel, only to find it was not moving. "WHAT NOW! Oh, it turns the other way, thank goodness nopony saw that," Luna said to herself a bit embarrassed. The wheel turned smoothly and the bars slid inwards, letting the hefty door open. When Luna opened the door, she saw the filly, it looked like she was in a trance, moving but looking like she wanted to go somewhere else. Luna tried to walk over, the air was thick like molasses. After casting a spell the world stopped, the filly looked around like she was awakened from an enchantment. She looked around and when she saw the alicorn, she backed up out of fear, Luna at first mistaking this as fear of nightmaremoon. She noticed the foal would have been scared even if she was Celestia, so this fear was more, a fear of the unknown. "Fear not, I promise no harm will come to you, little one," Luna said as she shifted into a smaller version of herself to be the same height as the filly. "Now, pray tell, what is your name?" Luna asked in a calming tone. Anon was not sure if she could trust this pony, but, whatever she did, it helped. "My, name... is, Anon, what is your name?" Anon asked. "I am Princess Luna, but you can call me Luna," Luna answered. "Is this a dream?" Anon asked. "Yes, this is, it is my job to watch over the dreams of everypony," Luna answered. "But, if you are here, how can you go help others who are having nightmares?" Anon asked confused. Luna was shocked at first, she put her hoof on Anon's lips and said, "We don't talk about that." Luna took her hoofs off of Anon's face who looked more confused than annoyed. Luna saw the world was starting to grow dark, Anon was waking up, before luna could say anything, she was forced out of the dream, the door slammed closed and the wheel turned with the metal bars sliding back locking the door more. "Well, at least I know her name, that's a start," Luna stated with some pride. Even though Luna was keeping her mind on her duties, she can't help but, think about what discord said. About there being a mage strong enough to have created the moon. "Discord said their moon, so, Anon must have come from a different world, is that even possible, even so, the ponies are stronger there, for everyponies sake. We hope the ones who pulled Anon to this world are caught, or we could have a war unlike anything we have ever seen," Luna said to herself. The sound of an alarm clock could be heard throughout the dream realm, Luna knew that the day was starting. With a flash of blue light, Luna left the realm. CASTLE OF FRIENDSHIP. The light of the sun was shining into the room, Twilight started to wake up. Twilight felt somepony was lying next to her, she looked to see who it was and saw Anon asleep. At first, Twilight was shocked, but, felt like Anon was starting to open up. As best she could Twilight got out of bed without waking up Anon. ~~Ten Minutes Later~~ "Hello Starlight, Spike, did you two sleep well?" Twilight asked. "I did sleep well," Starlight answered "As did I," Spike added. "Has Anon been doing well?" Twilight questioned interested. "Well, she is doing better with her magic, she can write really good, and she can read books far above her own age," Starlight answered. The sound of hooves could be heard, both Twilight and Starlight turned around and saw Anon walk in, looking tired. Starlight and Spike went into the kitchen to make breakfast. "Hey, Anon, did you sleep well?" Twilight asked. "I slept fine, do you know someone named Luna?" Anon questioned. "So, Luna was able to get into her dream, I just hope she was able to help," Twilight thought to herself. "Yes I know who Luna is, she is a good friend," Twilight answered. The sound of baking could be heard, it smelled good. PONYVILLE TRAIN STATION. "Well, if you need to go now, I wish you the best of luck," Twilight said. "Yeah, I won't be gone for that long, once I am finished, I will be back," Starlight replied. The train conductor called out, starlight picked her bags up and started to walk to the train. She turned around and waved at Twilight, and She returned the jester. After the door was closed, the train started to move. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ Twilight, Spike, and Anon teleported to the Ponyville apple farm, Sweet Apple Acres. "Where are we?" Anon asked a bit worried. "We are at my friend's farm, it's called Sweet Apple Acres," Twilight answered. "Well howdy, Twilight, how ya doing?" Applejack asked as she walked up. "Hey Applejack, I was showing Anon here the town," Twilight answered. "Well, how do ya do Anon?" Applejack asked with one of her hooves out to great the pony with. Anon back up out of fear, Applejack was confused about the filly's actions. "Hey, Twi, why is Anon acting like that?" Applejack asked confused. Twilight got close to Applejack to whisper in her ear. "She has had a troubled past, I can't tell how bad it was, but, it was really bad," Twilight said. "Really, well, what can you tell?" Applejack whispered back. "Well, on how she talked about her mom and dad, they most likely were killed in front of her," Twilight answered. Applejack's eyes went wide after that and replied, "Are you sure about that? Saying something like that should not be taken lightly." "I know, I know, but, from how she talked about them, it was bad, I am trying to help her, I need you to help with that," Twilight said. Applejack looked at Anon with sympathy, she also knew the pain of losing her parents, but, Anon went threw that pain at a younger age than she did. "Well, you don't have to shake my hoof, but, I would like to say, welcome to ponyville," Applejack said. "T-thank you," Anon replied. "Are you going to stop by Fluttershy's house?" Applejack asked interested. "Yes, we will, I want Anon to meet all of my friends," Twilight answered. The three walked off to go to Fluttershy's house, as they were walking Anon saw the Everfree forest. "What is that?" Anon asked while pointing at the forest. "That is the Everfree forest, it is a dangerous place don't ever go there alone," Twilight stated. "Why is it dangerous?" Anon asked confused. "It has large pony-eating animals, plants, and monsters, please don't go there," Twilight answered. By the time the three made their way to Fluttershy's house, the sun was halfway to noon. Twilight walked up to the door and knocked on the door. "Coming... (The door was opened halfway), Oh hey, Twilight, How are you?" Fluttershy asked. "I'm fine, I came to introduce you to Anon the filly we found," Twilight answered. The door opened fully without warning. "Oh, my goodness, is she ok?" Fluttershy asked concerned. "She is fine nothing is wrong, I promise," Twilight answered trying to calm the pegasus down. "Did you say her name was Anon?" Fluttershy asked. "Yes, her name is Anon, I am introducing her to all of my friends," Twilight answered. "Well, I would like to talk, but, I'm busy right now, maybe I can talk later," Fluttershy stated. "Alright, it was nice to talk with you," Twilight replied. The three made their way to town, the morning rush hour was over. "So are we going to go see Rarity?" Spike asked. "Yes, we are, she will be the last pony Anon will meet, and, I would like to know how my dress is for the Grand Galloping Galla is," Twilight answered. "Oh, yeah, isn't that a month away?" Spike questioned confused. "Yep, depending on how it goes, we might not be there for long," Twilight said. The fashion store was coming up. "Here let me," Spike said as he opened the door with a ding of the bell. The trio made their way into the store. After a couple of seconds the ponies, plus dragon, heard Rarity call out, "Coming darlings." Rarity walked down and saw the three. "Oh, hello Twilight I assume you are doing good," Rarity implied. "Yes, I am, I came here to introduce you to Anon the pony we found," Twilight stated. "Oh, yes and how are you doing?" Rarity asked Anon. "I-I-I'm fine," Anon answered hesitantly. "I am also here to ask about my dress," Twilight said. "Well it is over here, just follow me," Rarity replied in a joyful tone. Anon was waiting by the front door with Spike, they watched as the two looked over the dress. The door to the shop was flung open, and three fillies flew into the store, one was an orange pegasus, the second was a yellow earth pony with a big red bow, and the last one was a white unicorn. The three were talking amongst themselves until Rarity interrupted the three. "Sweetie bell, Apple bloom, Scootaloo, how many times must I tell you to not burst into Carousel boutique like that," Rarity said a bit angered. "Sorry Rarity, we won't do it again," the three said at once. The three sat on one of the couches in the room, Scootaloo noticed Anon across the room. "Hey, Sweetie bell who is that?" Scootaloo asked confused. Sweetie bell looked to where Scootaloo pointed out, and answered, "I don't know, she might be new to ponyville." "Hey, she doesn't have a cutie mark, Apple bloom pointed out. The two looked with a bit more attention and saw that the green filly did indeed not have a cutie mark. "Hey, why don't we try to help her?" Apple bloom questioned. "And what do you mean by that?" Scootaloo asked confused. "I mean, we could help if she needs help with her cutie mark," Apple bloom answered. "Well, if we do, why don't we introduce ourselves first," Sweetie bell implied. Apple bloom asked. "Oh, uh, m-my, n-name is Anon," Anon answered hesitantly "Well, Anon, do you want to be friends?" Sweetie bell asked happily. "Uh, friends?" Anon replied confused. "Well duh, we want to be friends with you," Scootaloo stated a bit annoyed. "Hey, you don't need to be like that, now say your sorry" Sweetie bell said annoyed. "(Sigh), Sorry Anon," Scootaloo said begrudgingly. "So do you want to be friends?" Apple bloom asked again. "Uh, well, ok," Anon answered. "Awesome! Now that we are friends, we can go on cool adventures," Apple bloom said. "Like what?" Anon asked a bit confused. "Like finding out what your special talent is by getting your cutie mark," Apple bloom answered excitedly. "Cutie mark? What is a cutie mark?" Anon asked confused. The three went silent until Scootaloo broke it. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT IS A CUTIE MARK?!" Scootaloo shouted in shock. The two had just finished looking over Twilight's dress. "So, what do you think?" Rarity asked interested. "It is just as amazing as ever, Rarity you are the best dressmaker," Twilight answered. The two were interrupted when they heard Scootaloo from across the room. Spike called out as he left. CANTERLOT TRAIN STATION. Starlight got off the train, she looked around and saw two royal guards waving at her, and walked over. "We are here to escort you to the castle," one of the guards said. The three walked to the castle, once the trio was in front of the doors to the throne room, the two guards walked off. Starlight made her way into the throne room she saw both Celestia and Luna. "Princesses, (Starlight said as she bowed) why did you need me?" Starlight questioned. "There is no need to act former, we are good friends," Celestia said. Getting out from bowing, Starlight responded, "So, I was wondering why I was asked here?" "Yes, that, before anything is said, guards please leave us," Celestia ordered. After the guards left, both Celestia and Luna breathed out sighs of relief. "Alright, now that we are alone, Starlight, we believe that somepony is tending to harm Equestria, but, we don't have a lead on who it could be. Furthermore, we do believe the pony plans on using Anon, I don't know for what," Celestia said. "You, Starlight, will be our eyes of ponyville, we mustn't let our ponies be harmed, even Anon," Luna added. "So, what do we do?" Starlight asked concerned. "For now we wait, I know Twilight is a Princess, but she can't know about this, when things like this happen, Twilight can overwork herself," Celestia said. "But, she is taking care of Anon, I think it is a bad idea to leave her in the dark," Starlight pointed out. "I know, I know, but, for now, it is for the best for everypony," Celestia stated. PONYVILLE SQUARE. As the three were making their way back to the castle they were stopped by Apple bloom Sweetie bell, and Scootaloo. "Hay Twilight can we hang out with Anon?" Apple bloom asked interested. "That is up to Anon, so you will have to ask her," Twilight answered. "Well, ya want to hang out?" Apple bloom asked. Anon was thinking of saying no to the pony, she doesn't even know anything about this Apple bloom, Anon just said yes to being friends with the three just so they wouldn't get closer. Ever since waking up, Twilight was the only one Anon truly trusted, even though their time together was short, Anon saw Twilight as a mother. Someone to trust, and who would love back without condition. Apple Bloom and Sweetie bell were giving a big-eyed sad look at Anon, Scootaloo joined the look. Twilight could tell Anon wanted to go home, at first she was going to take Anon home, but, thought that it would be better if she learn how good friendship was. "Hey, why don't you go Anon, it would be good if you go," Twilight stated. "O-ok, I guess I could go with you," Anon said. Anon walked off with the C.M.C. Spike turned to Twilight and began to speak. "Are you sure that was a good idea, I know those three are good friends, but, they do tend to get into trouble?" Spike implied. "Let's just hope they don't do anything too reckless," Twilight said. ~~One Hour Later~~ The four fillies were walked through the town, making their way to Sweet Apple Acres. "Wait, before we do, let's go to the treehouse, I would say secret hideout, but most of our classmates know about it," Apple bloom said a bit annoyed. The group made their way to the C.M.C. clubhouse, once they got into the small tree fortress, they sat in a curcle. "This is our treehouse, we used to plan on how we got our cutie marks," Apple bloom announced. "I still don't know what a cutie mark is," Anon stated. "Well, it is what tells a pony what their special talent is," Scootaloo answered. "What if someone has more than one talent?" Anon asked a bit confused. "Well, that pony would have a cutie mark showing those talents... I think?" Apple bloom Implied confused. "Well, what about you, what type of cutie mark do you think you will get?" Sweetie bell asked interested. "I don't know... Is it important to have one?" Anon questioned confused. The three went silent after hearing that, it was a shock that their life's goals were put into question like that, Scootaloo was becoming a bit annoyed at that. "What do you mean by that?" To prevent a fight, (A one sides fight), and avoid the wrath of Princess Twilight Apple bloom stepped between the two. "She insulted what we have spent at least the last five years trying to do! She needs to be taught a lesson," Scootaloo said angered. "THAT'S ENOUGH!" Applejack called out annoyed. The two turned around and saw Applejack there not looking happy. "Scootaloo what in the hay are ya thinking of doing?" Applejack asked annoyed. Scootaloo looked at Anon who had a face of fear, deep in Scootaloo, she felt something make her back down. "Well, I, uh," Scootaloo tried to speak but the words didn't come to her. "You should be ashamed of yourself, I dont know what happened but, violence is never the answer. (Sigh), I am going to take Anon back home, I hope ya think about what you were going to do," Applejack said as she took Anon out of the house. "That was too far Scootaloo, why would you hurt Anon?" Apple bloom asked confused. "Anon insulted what we did, what, did you think, I was just going to let that go?" Scootaloo asked a bit annoyed. "So, the only answer was to act like a jerk? She didn't insult us Scootaloo, she gave us her opinion. I know Diamond tiara is better, but, Silver spoon isn't, I know when Anon goes to school Silver will make fun of her for not having a cutie mark, and some of the ponies there will join in. Remember when we were treated like that, Anon is going to need friends, and trying to beat her up won't help," Sweetie bell said. Scootaloo looked at both of her closest friends and remember the times that Diamond tiara was a bully, Some of those times were Scootaloo's lowest moments. Remembering Anon's fear brought out her memories of what it was like to be in that same spot. "I messed up didn't I?" Scootaloo asked concerned. "(Sigh), Yeah, ya did," Apple bloom answered with a stern voice. Scootaloo winced at the tone Apple bloom used, she only talked like that when she was really mad. Never did Apple bloom use that voice on her friends, so for her to use it on Scootaloo one of her closest friends like that, meant she was mad. "But, if you apologize to Anon she might forgive you," Sweetie bell said trying to cheer her friends up. "I just don't understand, how could she not care about her cutie mark," Scootaloo replied confused. "Well, not everypony is going to care about the same things we do, she might have grown up being taught a cutie mark was not everything," Apple bloom implied. "I guess, that makes sense," Scootaloo said. "Are ya all right sugercube?" Applejack asked Anon a bit concerned. "Y-yeah, I-I'm f-fine," Anon lied. "I guess," Anon answered. The two made their way to Sugercube corner, once inside they walked to the counter. Applejack saw the lemon-flavored ice cream, she was curious about the new item in the shop, and out from behind the counter Pinky pie jumped. "Hey, A,J, what's up? Do you want to try our new ice cream flavor?" Pinky pie asked. "One-second Pinky... Hey, Anon what flavor do you want?" Applejack asked. "Oh, hi Nonny, that lemon ice cream idea you had was really good," Pinky pie said. Applejack was at first shocked, but, remembered yesterday, either Anon or Twilight must have told her. "Can I please get a lemon ice cream cone?" Anon asked. "Make that two, please," Applejack added. "Okey Doki Loki, just give me a super second," Pinky pie said. CASTLE OF FRIENDSHIP. There was a knock at the door, spike opened the door to see Applejack and Anon. "You do know you don't have to knock right?" Spike implied. "I know, it's an old habit I have, is Twilight home?" Applejack asked. "I'm here, did you need something?" Twilight questioned confused. "Well, some of the girls got in a bit of a heated fight, so I thought it was better that I brought Anon back," Applejack answered. Twilight was shocked that something happened like that. "Is everything alright?" Twilight asked concerned. "Everything is fine Twi, I don't know what happened, but, I think Anon said something by mistake that made Scootaloo mad," Applejack answered. "Well, alright, thank you for bringing Anon back home," Twilight said. Anon walked into the castle, waiting for the two to finish. "Your welcome, now I need to get back to work," Applejack said as she walked off. Twilight closed the door and sighed, she turned around to look at Anon. "What did you say?" Twilight asked confused with a hint of disappointment. "I only asked if cutie marks were important, that's all... Are you going to get rid of me?" Anon questioned saddened. "What no, I would never get rid of you, why would you ask something that bad?" Twilight asked shocked. Before Anon could answer, spike burped up a scroll, with a thick manila envelope. Twilight picked the scroll up and opened it. Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle. The last report came in, and sadly, no town or city reported the filly missing. Due to that, I have sent over adoption papers, and some other things you will need with this scroll. It will cover your claim as Anon's mother throughout all of Equestria. Ten ponies were staring at a crystal ball, none of them looking happy at all. "I thought this plan was going to work, instead of the moon mage we got that weakling," A mare said angered. "I can't believe this was a failure, Silver bolt you said that if we got the moon mage, we could use its power to kill the sisters and take this world for ourselves," a stallion said just as angered. "Bitcoin, I said, we could get the moon mage, not we 100% would get it, this summoning magic has not been perfected yet," Silver bolt answered a bit annoyed. "And besides how would we convince something so strong it makes Nightmaremoon look like an ant, we saw how it created a moon twice the size of our own," another mare pointed out. "Don't remind me, I still have nightmares of that thing," Bitcoin said. ~~One Month Ago~~ The same ten ponies were staring at a mirror, it allowed them to stare into different worlds and this one had what they needed. On a cliff was a bipedal creature, it had claws like a dragon, but the tips of the digits were blunt, it was wearing some sort of strange silvery armor. The creature had its eyes closed, it was facing an island that had a large blob of slime that had a white glow on it. Everything that came in contact with the thing was absorbed into the blob allowing it to grow in size as if the light was consuming everything it touched. Plants shriveled to dust, and animals that were unlucky to be caught by it died. Once the creature opened its eyes everypony gasped out of shock. The iris and pupils were fused into one color, making it look like the moon, and the whites of its eyes were replaced with the starry night. Its legs were different from every bipedal creature on Equis, But, it was not from Equis. The ponies saw as the creature put its claws together in front of its chest, they started to glow with a turquoise color. It got brighter and brighter, once it was blinding, the creature threw its claws out making a circle with them and yelling something in a deep masculine tone that was like the royal canterlot voice but more thundering. "FORSE OF NATURE, PLANETARY DISASTER, 7 SEAL PRISON!" Once that was said the island glowed the same as the creature's magic, it started to rise from the ocean with more chunks of the earth following. The large landmass was starting to form into a ball, trapping the blob creature. It didn't stop there, the other land chunks broke into smaller parts and formed into the growing mass. After the mass was made large enough so the blob monster could not escape, the bipedal creature flew one of its claws into the sky. The mass following the command flew up so fast the sonic rain boom would be put to shame. Where it rests in the sky for the rest of time, as the greatest prison... the moon. It was a sight that could be inspiring and fear-inducing, to see such power, even through the all-seeing mirror. It was enough to send the ponies into a nearly unconscious state of terror. Not being able to take any more Silver bolt turned the mirror off. But, unknown to everypony an extra guest was watching. It was Discord, he didn't feel like that power would make him faint, but, it did make him think that human was trouble. "That is the same power Luna has, but, that human was able to master it farther than even Luna was able to. If these ponies get a hand on him, that could spell out disaster for Equestria. I would do something about this, but, Twilight and her friends should be able to take care of this, (plus the plot won't allow me to, and that would be a boring story)," Discord thought to himself. ~~Back To The Present~~ "We could try to convince it the sisters are tyrants, that tactic has worked in the past with other countries," Bitcoin pointed out. "No, we need something else, if we want to try again we need to be ready this time," a mare said. "Melody note, we will need to find a new base," Silver bolt stated. "Why? We haven't been found out," Melody note pointed out. "We have been, my spies, have told me the Princesses are acting unusual, Starlight is at the castle," Silver bolt said. The ponies were looking around shocked. "Do they know it was us?" Bitcoin asked concerned. "At the moment, no, but we should be prepared if they do find out in the future. For now, we stay low, we don't need the eyes of Celestia ruining our plans, we make our way to Saddle Arabia and wait," Silver bolt answered. "Who knows, we could even make that one we got before useful," Melody note said with an evil grin. "What do you have in mind?" Bitcoin asked confused. "Well, that pony was the same species as the one we wanted, even though the thing is weak, I found out its true strength lies in its blood. Harvest that, and we could get the moon mage this time," Melody note stated with a hint of bloodlust. Bitcoin shivered at the thought of harvesting any creature's blood. "Well, if that is all, let this meeting be over, go back we can't be caught," Silver bolt ordered. The ponies left the room they were in, all except one, Silver bolt was waiting for there to be no one left. After confirming nopony was near, Silver bolt burst into green flame. "Finally, I was getting tired of waiting for those stupid ponies to leave, it was angering to get that thing. (Chrysalis said as she thought of Anon), It will take longer to exact my revenge, but, I am a patient Queen, when we try again, we will get the moon mage. And I will have my revenge on Equestria," Queen Chrysalis said with pride. The door opened and a pony walked in, Chrysalis was shocked at first, noticing the pony didn't notice her. The pony was a mare maid, she looked young, at least around her early-mid 20's. Chrysalis may have hated ponies, but, she could not lie, the mare did look good. The maid turned and saw Chrysalis, she was going to scream but, Chrysalis grabbed the mare's mouth with her magic, she lifted the mare in the air binding her. Again Chrysalis might hate ponies, but, this mare looked really good, and tasty. "Now, you know I feed off of love right?" Queen Chrysalis asked. The mare nodded yes, her eyes started to tear up. "Good, but, we changelings need physical food as well... And I haven't had anything to eat. And I can't let you live, so this kills two birds with one stone, or one pony and one problem," Queen Chrysalis said. The mare knew what was going to happen next, she tried to get out of the grasp but was not strong enough. Chrysalis wasting no time quickly turned the mare's neck a full 180 degrees, the mare stopped moving, teleporting the body away Chrysalis turned back into Silver bolt. "With food taken care of, I can focus on getting that pony, and use its blood for the next time," Queen Chrysalis thought with an evil smile. Walking out, she made her way to her next goal, in ponyville. CANTERLOT CASTLE. "Now, Starlight we need you to stay here until we get a lead on our mysterious enemy," Celestia ordered. "Yes Princess," Starlight said. "Sister, does thow think we should use that?" Luna questioned. "No Luna, you know how dangerous it is," Celestia answered a bit concerned. "What are you two talking about?" Starlight asked confused. The sisters looked at each other not saying a word. even though they didn't say anything they both knew what the other was thinking. "Well, since we did ask you to help, it would seem the best to show you," Celestia answered. With her magic, Celestia teleported the group into a large cave, under the mountain. Luna used her magic to light torches on the walls, Starlight was getting used to the sudden changes of light levels. But after adjusting she saw a large globe of Equis floating in the middle of the large cave, there were replicas of the sun and the moon over the globe. "This Starlight is how we really control the sun and moon," Celestia announced. Starlight was shocked at the scale of this artifact, she turned to Celestia with a shocked look. "Yes, after the sun and moon stopped moving on their own, we looked for what caused it, my sister and I found this. After using our magic on it, we found we had natural control over the sun and moon," Luna added. "We used it once to find Tirek, but, as a result, it formed the badlands stripping all life from there," Celestia said with guilt. "So, it is the last result thing?" Starlight asked interested. "Yes, it is, that is why we won't use it unless it was utmost needed," Celestia answered. "But, sister what if our enemy does that again and summons something truly dangerous?" Luna asked concerned. "I know Lulu, I want to find them just as much as you, but, when we used it the last time, 1,000 ponies lost their lives. Not only grown ponies, but foals, and some newborns," Celestia stated saddened. Starlight got that this was truly deadly this artifact was. Celestia teleported the group back to the throne room. "Alright sister, you make a point, we-I won't use it," Luna said. "Thank you, Luna, really thank you," Celestia replied. "So, what will we do now?" Starlight asked. The school opened and twilight walked out a bit annoyed. Word about Anon spread around town, and that she is an orphan, some of the ponies didn't like that fact. Spoiled rich made her complaints known to the class, and Twilight was annoyed at that. she turned to see Anon playing with Sweetie bell, Apple bloom, and Scootaloo. That brought a smile to her face that Anon and the C.M.C. made up and are back to being friends, And that Anon was having real fun. "I think I will give her some more time to play with her friends," Twilight thought to herself. ~~Five Minutes Later~~ As the four fillies were playing their game of hide and seak, Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow dash walked over. "Howdy Twi, what are ya doing?" Applejack asked a bit confused. "Just making sure nothing bad happens to the girls," Twilight answered. The three turned to see Sweetie bell, Apple bloom, and Scootaloo playing with Anon. "Well, I'll be darned, they made up," Applejack said. "Yeah, when I heard about what happened, I was a bit concerned for... What is her name again?" Rainbow dash asked. "Her name is Anon," Twilight answered. "Well, it is simply nice that there are no bad feelings between them darling," Rarity said. "Well, we need to get back, I have plans, and I would like Anon to be there with me," Twilight stated. "And what are you doing Twi?" Applejack asked. "this week my family is getting together, I want them to meet Anon," Twilight said. "Well that's nice that Anon is meeting your parents," Applejack replied happily. "Anon can you come over, I need to talk with you!" Twilight called out. After hearing Twilight call for her, Anon made her way over. "Hey, Anon, we are going to see my family this week, what do you think of that?" Twilight questioned. "Ok, that sounds nice," Anon said. Twilight was happy that Anon was starting to become more open to more ponies, the two walked back to the castle to get ready to leave. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ The walk to the castle was not eventful, even though Anon was starting to open up it would take more time to fully open up. "I guess we take baby steps," Twilight thought to herself. When the two got to the castle, the royal chariot was parked outside with some royal guards, Twilight started to freak out at the fact Princess Celestia was there waiting for her. When she walked in, her shock was doubled when she saw luna as well. "Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, what a surprise to see you, I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long," Twilight said with nervousness. "Don't worry Twilight, we just got here only a minute ago," Celestia replied. "Oh, well, that's good," Twilight said. "Hello Luna," Anon called out. "Hello, little one," Luna replied with a smile. "Twilight we need to talk with you, in private," Celestia said with a serious tone. Twilight knew something was wrong, she only heard that tone when Equestria was in danger. With a nod of her head, the three Princesses walked into a secluded room, where they could talk without being disturbed. "What is the problem?" Twilight questioned concerned. "Do you remember the nightmare that plagued me?" Luna asked. "Yes, I do... Are you saying it has returned?" Twilight implied shocked. "No, but, during one of the times we-I was in the dreams of little Anon, I saw a being made of shadows, like the nightmare, I tried to take care of it at that moment. I saw the thing while I was leaving, I tried to stop myself, but, I was too late, by the time I was out of the dream Anon was awake," Luna stated. "What does this mean?" Twilight asked scared for Anon. "I don't know, but, we must keep a close eye on Anon until we know what to do," Celestia said. "It might be hard to hear, but, if this is not taken care of, Anon could become the next Nightmaremoon," Luna stated with sadness. "The next Nightmaremoon?! But, she is not an alicorn," Twilight pointed out a bit shocked. "Even if I was an earth pony Nightmaremoon would have still come out as an alicorn, our shadows are more powerful than we would like to admit," Luna said. Twilight's head was spinning, she was not trying to imagine Anon as an evil alicorn, but, if what Luna was saying was true, something drastic had to be done to prevent that from happening. "There is something else you need to know," Celestia stated. Twilight could only look at her teacher waiting for more news, most likely bad. ~~Ten Minutes Before~~ "Sister, we need to talk," Luna called out. "Yes, Luna, what is it?" Celestia asked confused. "I think we should tell Twilight what is going on," Luna answered. "(Sigh), We had this talk with Starlight, Twilight can't know, when faced with a threat to Equestria, she can go overboard," Celestia said. "You always said you would put your trust in Twilight, I think it's time you did," Luna pointed out. Celestia was going to argue with that point, but, luna was right, if Celestia wanted Twilight to take the throne, someday, she needed to trust that Twilight would know how to act. "Yes... Yes, you are right, I need to trust Twilight," Celestia replied. ~~Back To The Present~~ "We believe that somepony is going to go after Anon," Celestia stated. Twilight's eyes were the size of pinpricks, a heavyweight fell on her heart, everything that she heard to take in, it was like everything was falling apart around her. "H-how, d-do you know?" Twilight asked with fear. "We believe the ones who cause that storm tend to cause harm to Equestria, and Anon was unwillingly dragged into this plan," Celestia answered. "Young Twilight, please calm down, we need to come up with a plan to stop this," Luna stated. "B-but... No, your right, I need to keep a level head," Twilight replied. "Until we really know what is going on, we will put royal guards in the town," Celestia stated. "Alright, I'll make sure to let you know if something happens, also, Spike, Anon, and I are going to Canterlot, this week is our family reunion," Twilight said. "That will be nice that Anon will meet the rest of your family," Celestia replied. "It will only be my parents, Shining armor and Cadence," Twilight said. "Sister, we need to go," Luna stated. "Yes, sorry that we didn't stay for long," Celestia said. "It is always nice to talk with you both," Twilight replied. The three walked out of the room, to find everypony in the castle on the ground some were dead, Spike was on the ground knocked out, with Anon missing. One of the guards on the ground called out, the Princesses made their way over, worried about what happened. "Prin, cess, they, came out of nowhere, they took the f-filly," the guard said before falling into unconsciousness. Twilight heard Spike wake up, she ran over and hugged Spike out of worry. "Twi, light, I can't... Breath," Spike said as he tried to get out of the hug. "Oh, sorry, I thought you were, (Twilight wiped away some tears), I just am glad you are alright. Where is Anon?" Twilight questioned. "I remember, the ponies were wearing some weird armor, it was red with... Blackout lining," Spike said. "Did the armor have an orange sun surrounded by black fire?" Celestia asked. "Yeah, how did you know?" Spike asked confused. "They are a group of mercenaries I have had a hard time getting rid of, but, we need to get Anon back," Celestia said with steel in her voice. "I have a spell that can track Anon, I put a tracking spell on her glasses," Twilight stated. Celestia, Luna, and Spike gave Twilight a deadpan look. "W-well, I was worried about her safety, and I-I thought it was a good idea," Twilight said with a nervous laugh. "We will talk about that later, now we need to get Anon back," Luna stated. Twilight cast the tracking spell, soon the three alicorns were in pursuit of the mercenaries. When the three flew out of the castle some of the pegasus guards followed. "Captin Golden wing, go get the elements of harmony, then follow us!" Celestia ordered. The pony gave a salute and flew off to do what he was ordered. "Whoever these ponies are they are fast," Twilight said annoyed. "Yes, I didn't think they were this bold in attacking a castle with three alicorns in it," Luna replied. "Clearly they had a plan, Twilight how far are we?" Celestia asked. "They are not getting any farther, but, we are not getting closer," Twilight answered. The group heard the sound of a pegasus flying behind them, Twilight looked behind them and saw Rainbow dash flying up. "Twilight, what is happening?!" Rainbow dash asked confused. "Somepony took Anon, we are trying to get her back," Twilight said with concern. Rainbow dash had gotten a face of rage then it turned into one that was determined. "Well, what are we waiting for!" Rainbow dash said as she sped off. After a couple of seconds, she flew back with an embarrassed smile and asked, "So, where are they?" "We will catch up before anything bad happens," Twilight said. It took longer but, the group made it to a cave where the spell was pulling, Celestia gave a silent order to surround the cave entrance. "Alright, what is the plan?" Rainbow dash asked. Behind them, a golden light appeared and just as fast as it came it disappeared leaving more guards and the rest of the elements of harmony. They joined the rest of the group. "We came as fast as we could," Applejack said. "I can't bleve these ruffians would do something so barbaric," Rarity said annoyed. "I hope we can help Anon," Fluttershy added worriedly for Anon. "First we need to make sure none of the pegasi in there could just fly off, second we need to use an anti-teleportation field so they don't teleport out. After that we neutralize the earth ponies, they are trained to be strong enough to kill. Don't think these ponies won't use deadly force, cause they will kill," Celestia stated. The main six paled at the fact if they let their guard down, they could die. Both Celestia and Luna used magic to teleport a set of armor on themselves, Luna had a set of dual swords that looked like they were made of silver, and Celestia had a Halpert that looked like it was made of gold. The group made their way into the cave to confront the mercenaries. "I know you want to help, but, I think you should stay out of this, Fluttershy, these ponies are not like the others we faced," Rainbow dash said concerned. "I want to help Anon that's why I came," Fluttershy said determinedly. "Your right, we did come here to help Anon," Rarity replied with the same tone. Not noticing the ponies the mercenaries threw Anon into a cage, she was scared like her life was going to end there. Twilight fought to keep a level head, she looked over to see Rainbow dash was doing the same thing. Luna used a spell that would stop all that tried to teleport out, she gave Celestia the nod to go. "This is the last time you avoid me!" Celestia called out. The ponies turned around shocked that they were found so fast. "Did thow really think thow would escape, after attacking a castle with three alicorns in it?!" Luna asked angered. The mercenaries took their weapons out and charged the group, Celestia sighed at the stupidity of these ponies, she got her weapon and got ready to attack. The royal guards charged, and when the two forces clashed, the sound of metal clashing followed. Once the fighting was over and the dust settled, most of the mercenaries were dead, while the rest of them were tied up, Sadly some of the guards died in the fight. "Who paid you to go after Anon?!" Rainbow dash asked one of the mercenaries with anger. "Go to Tartarus," one of the mercenaries said. He spat in Rainbow dash's face, she went to hit the pony but was stopped by Luna. "What the heck?!" Rainbow dash asked annoyed. "I'll take it from here, go help the others," Luna ordered. Rainbow dash flew off, but before she gave a death glare at the pony. "I won't tell you anything Nightmaremoon!" he said. Luna didn't show anger, she lit her magic up and slammed the ponies face into the ground. "Now, let's try this again, Luna said with malice in her voice. ~~Ten Minutes Later~~ "Sister, we found out who hired these mercenaries to kidnap Anon," Luna said. "Who did it?" Celestia asked interested. "It was Silver bolt, one of the elite ponies of Manehattan," Luna answered. "Why would he want Anon?" Twilight asked confused. "Not even the mercenaries knew, but, we believe it had to do with the same ponies who made that portal," Luna answered. Anon was staying close to Twilight, and Twilight was making sure Anon was close to her. "I don't think it will be good if we went to Canterlot," Twilight said. "I think it would be good for you, Anon, and Spike if you went to that family reunion, don't worry, I will help keep Anon and your parents safe," Celestia stated. "Well, alright," Twilight replied. "Sister we also found out this isn't the main headquarters for the Dark Sun Guild," Luna stated. "Well, I guess it is back to searching," Celestia said annoyed. End of part 2. Chapter 10: To the city on the mountain.Chapter 10: To the city on the mountain. The trip back to the castle of friendship was done in silence, once the ponies were at the castle Anon went to her room. "Is Anon going to be ok?" Fluttershy asked concerned. "I don't think she will, after something that awful it would not surprise me if she goes back to trying to hide from the world," Rarity stated. "Well, I hope this trip to Canterlot will help," Twilight implied. "I have been doing some thinking, and I think it will be better if you and Anon stayed at the castle, Silver bolt went to the extreme to hire the Dark Sun Guild. Anon has something that Silver bolt wants so badly to the point he would get killers to do his bidding," Celestia said. "Well, what could it be?" Applejack asked concerned. "Sister, do you remember what Discord said, Anon can mix magic?" Luna asked. "Wait, mix magic?! But, that can't be, no pony can pull that off!" Twilight implied with extreme shock. "Yes, but, we learned that Anon, came from a different world, their strongest mage was able to create their moon," Celestia stated. Twilight was spinning, (Not literally spinning), at the new information that had to do with Anon. But, Twilight thought about how levitation was somewhat difficult on Anon. "Wait, she has a hard time using magic, how could she mix magic?" Twilight asked confused. "Well, I don't know myself, if she does have a hard time with magic then it must be through some other form," Luna stated. "Well, she could have limiters on her magic flows. So her body didn't make mixed magic, it might be affecting her normal magic. Well, now that I think about it what if... Wait, that's it!" Twilight stated in an exciting shock. "What is it Twilight?" Celestia asked confused. "I realized we were looking at mixed magic all wrong," Twilight answered. "Yeah, none of us are understanding you Twi, can you please tell us?" Rainbow dash said. "Alright, so everypony knows we have magic blockers to control our magic flow. What if they were doing more, like making sure we can't mix magic. Wherever Anon came from, they must have learned that and worked around those limits," Twilight said with excitement. "So, if we find out how to do that, we can use more powerful magics," Luna implied. "Well, that is an interesting turn of events, but, now that makes the attack for Anon more important, and we need to work harder to keep her safe," Celestia stated. "Why is that?" Twilight asked concerned. "I was thinking about why Silver bolt went to this extreme to abduct Anon, and Luna I think you know what it is as well," Celestia implied with worry. "You don't mean that?!" Luna asked worriedly. "What? What is going on? Please tell me!" Twilight questioned scared. "Sorry Twilight, if what was brought to light is true, we think Silver bolt is going to try to summon something far stronger than us, through... Anon's blood," Celestia said. Everyone was silent, a single tear fell down Twilight's face, she teleported away, and all of the ponies plus dragon were shocked at the action. Everyone except Celestia and Luna was freaking out. "EVERYPONY CALM DOWN!" Luna yelled in the royal canterlot voice. All of the ponies stopped due to having to cover their ears, Celestia was a bit annoyed at that, Luna gave a sheepish smile. "Everypony calm down, Twilight is with Anon," Celestia stated. "And how do you know that?" Rainbow dash asked a bit annoyed that her hearing was put to the test. "Well, it does make sense, Anon was holding on to Twilight's leg for life while we were coming back. And Twilight would not allow anypony unless it was us to get close," Fluttershy said. "Ya do make a good point, Anon did look like she would break at any moment," Applejack added. "Well, if Twilight is going to Canterlot, we will go as well, she needs her friends," Rarity stated. "That is noble of you, but, it is up to twilight if she wants you to go or not," Luna pointed out. "Well, we will just need to convince her that we need to come," Rainbow dash said with a determined tone. "We won't force her to choose," Fluttershy said with a small bit of anger. Rainbow dash backed up after hearing Fluttershy's anger. "We just can't leave her alone, we are her friends," Rainbow dash said in defense. "I know, but, we won't force her to take us with her," Fluttershy responded. We just have to wait for her to decide," Celestia said. ~~Two Hours Later~~ "Why is she taking so long?" Rainbow dash asked annoyed. "Have patience, she will come out sometime," Celestia stated. The door opened and Twilight and Anon came out, Twilight holding packing bags in her magic, she then turned her attention to Spike. "Do you have everything you were going to bring packed?" Twilight asked. "Yes I do," Spike answered. "Good, we are leaving now," Twilight stated. "Wait, Twilight, let us come, we have a better chance of keeping Anon safe together," Rainbow dash implied. Twilight was thinking about if she should allow her friends to come or not. It was true that they risked their lives to get Anon back, but, the real reason they didn't get injured or killed was due to the royal guard being there. They were civilians even being the elements of harmony, even Rainbow dash would not fare well in a true fight to the death. And that they were lucky that the ones they faced were only a small group of those mercenaries. "(Sigh), Fine, you can come, but, we need to be careful," Twilight stated. "Alright! I mean, yeah I understand that," Rainbow dash said. "Ok, if you all want to go, head back, and pack, I planned on staying at Canterlot until the threat on Anon is over," Twilight stated. The ponies left to get ready to leave as the last pony went, Twilight wrote a letter and had Spike send it away. "Alright, now we just wait for them to get back," Twilight thought to herself. CANTERLOT CITY. As the group was making their way through the city, ponies were moving out of the ways of the Princess's not wanting to seem improper in front of royalty. After what seemed like an hour the group made their way to Twilight's first home. *KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK* "Coming!" The muffled voice of a stallion called out. The door opened and on the other side was Nightlight, and behind him was Twilight velvet. "Twilight, I got the letter you sent, so, what is wrong? Your letter didn't give that much to tell us," Velvet asked worriedly. "Well, do you mind if we come in first?" Twilight asked a bit embarrassed by the group of ponies behind her. "Of course, your brother and Cadence are already inside," Nightlight answered. "If you are wondering, my friends, are staying at the castle," Twilight stated. "Hey, Twi!" Cadence called out. Twilight and Cadence did their normal routine when they saw each other after a long time apart. Cadence noticed the green filly on Twilight's back and gushed at how cute she was. "And who is this cutie?" Cadence asked with a loving tone. Anon tried to hide from the pink alicorn, unknown to everypony Anon had a small blush. "I will tell you everything, I need Shining armor to hear this as well," Twilight said with a serious tone. Cadence noticed the tone Twilight was using and felt like something was truly wrong, After everypony plus dragon was in the living room Twilight started to talk. "First, I want to introduce Anon... I adopted her, she is my daughter," Twilight started with. The four ponies were silent, then Cadence picked Anon up with her magic and pulled her over to hug Anon. "I can't believe I'm an aunt!" Cadence said with excited joy. Twilight and her friends were expecting Anon to freak out. Anon felt scared that this pony picked her up out of nowhere, but, felt calming love, for some reason she felt happy. Twilight at first was mad that her sister, (In-law), would do that without asking but before saying something she saw that Anon was fine, Twilight started to calm down. And she noticed that Anon was happy more than her normal self. "Well, I guess being the Princess of love can do that," Twilight thought to herself. "Well, it isn't what I expected, but, congratulations on becoming a mother," Nightlight said. "It is nice that both of my babies are parents now," Velvet said with happiness. Everypony noticed that Shining armor was silent, his eyes were closed. "Shining, are you ok?" Twilight asked worried he might be mad. Twilight was pulled into a bone-crushing hug by Shining armor. "I can't believe that my baby sister is a Mon!" Shining armor said with tears of joy. "Can't... Breath... Need, AIR!" Twilight replied trying to get out of the hug. "Oh, sorry, I was, excited for you, that's all," Shining armor stated while wiping away tears away. Twilight got back on the seat she was sitting in before being dragged to a death hug. "Now I need to tell the rest," Twilight stated. For the last two hours, Twilight explained how the filly was found, how Twilight took the filly in, and how Celestia helped with the proper paperwork that needed to be done. After that, she told on what was going to happen, but, that a group of mercenaries called the Dark Sun Guild tried to foalnap Anon, and how it was all because of Silver bolt. The whole time Twilight spoke Cadence was keeping Anon closer to her, out of reflex, Cadence thought if she let go, Anon would disappear into thin air. Twilight left out the part of Anon saying that her biological parents were killed, she still needed to process that info. Also, the whole harvesting of Anon's blood thing, that in itself nearly put Twilight into a coma of pure shock. Once she was finished the four were in silence, Twilight velvet fell to the ground out of shock, everypony was worried something was wrong. Velvet opened her eyes after a second, she stood up on shaky legs. "Take it easy, you had a bad fall," Nightlight stated in a loving worried tone. "I-I'm fine, it was just a lot to take in at once," Velvet said trying to stop the shaking. "Are you going to be ok mom?" Twilight asked concerned. "Yeah, I need some time to take everything in," Velvet implied. "We should take our leave for the castle," Luna said. Those who were going to stay at the castle were starting to leave the house, all except for Rainbow dash, who wanted to be a good friend to Twilight. It took a lot of convincing, but, the cyan pegasus gave in and left with the rest. "So, you hungry?" Nightlight asked Twilight. "Yeah, I am, thanks for letting me stay," Twilight answered. "It's no problem, you are our daughter, even if you are a princess," Nightlight said. The group made their way to the dining room, once there she saw that Anon was sitting next to Twilight velvet, and flurry heart was with Cadence and Shining Armor. "So, your name is Twilight velvet, and mom's name is Twilight sparkle?" Anon asked confused. Velvet gave a small laugh at that and said, "Yes it is, why do you ask?" "Why do you not have the same last name? Isn't the last name supposed to be your family name?" Anon asked confused. Twilight's heart skipped a couple of beats at Anon referring to Twilight as a mom, she felt like she could burst into flames at how much love she had for her daughter. Of course, Cadence felt the immense aura of love Twilight had for Anon, she felt like she could be crushed under all that love. "I wonder if other ponies in the empire can feel that with me and flurry heart?" Cadence thought to herself. "So, are you going to come over or just stare?" Cadence asked in a teasing tone. Twilight blushed at that and sat down by Anon. "What do you mean by that? We do have a family name," Velvet questioned confused. "Always asking the big questions I see," Twilight said with a smile. "Well, it's nice to see she has the same way of asking questions as you," Shining armor stated. "What do you mean?" Anon asked confused. "I am saying you have a keen eye for things, and that is a good thing," Shining armor answered. "Oh, ok," Anon said with a small hint, (And I mean small), of pride. The rest of dinner was spent asking questions, at least half of them were for Anon. Everypony made their way to their rooms, Twilight was not going to let anon sleep in a different room than her. After tucking Anon into bed, she assured Anon was going to be alright, Twilight got into her own bed and fell asleep. The cave was large and scary, but, most of all it was dark, darker yet darker, the darkness was spreading. The shadows cut deeper into the flesh the sound of a silent scream was everywhere yet nowhere. Eyes of hate and hunger everywhere and everywhere, a sun with black flames. A blue tree with glowing leaves was in front of the cage, it was larger than the mountain that had Canterlot. Out of sight, Luna was trying to break out of the tree that had her, her goal was to get to the filly. Her pained screams could be heard through the whole of the dream realm, but, only heard by Luna. She watched as Anon's own mind was on the verge of self-destruction. With one push she teleported out of the tree and used her most powerful wake-up spell to stop the night terror from ripping the mind past the line of return. Anon woke out of bed in a cold sweat, she looked around to see she is no longer in danger of any monsters. She got out of bed and made her way to Twilight's bed. Luna was making her way to let Twilight know what happened, it was a good thing Luna had that spell to let her know if something was wrong. As she was in front of Twilight's door she tried to open it, only to find it won't open. "I guess Anon woke Twilight up then," Luna thought to herself. Twilight felt a heavy thump on her side, enough to wake her up, she noticed somepony was in the bed with her, she lifted the blankets to see two sad-filled hazel eyes looking back. Twilight pulled Anon closer to the pillows so she can sleep more comfortably while sleeping. "(Sigh), All of this is insane, I sware, but, not everything is bad," Twilight thought to herself. She allowed herself to fall asleep hoping Luna could help with Anon. Chapter 1: A fate unknown to me.Chapter 1: A fate unknown to me. EARTH. "Alright, calm down, you got this," a man said to himself. "Hey anon, calm down you will do fine this is only a test flight, you passed the written exams with flying colors, I know you can pass this," another man stated. "(Sigh) I know, and why are you calling me by my call name?" Anon asked. "You know how the general can get, he thinks everyone flying a machine has to call each other by our call tags, I only do it so he doesn't have me wash the toilets." Again, just to let you know if you forgot, my call tag is Desert Fox, so if you don't want to wash toilets remember it," Fox stated. "Who came up with our call tags anyway?" Anon asked confused. "You know... I don't know, it is a bit weird, I wish we could pick our own," Fox said. A man walked into the hanger and made his way to the two men. "ATTENTION!" The man called out. Both, Anon and Fox got to attention and saluted, then Fox said, "YES, GENERAL VOX SIR!" "At ease, I just came here to let you both know that your tests will start soon, normally we would use a simulation." But, due to them being rushed they have bugs that need fixing, so, you will be flying the real things," Vox stated. "Wait so we are flying the experimental helicopters,?!" Fox questioned shocked. "Yes you both will be flying the experimental XO-1556 Scorpion, these are the only ones of their kind, so don't crash them," Vox stated. "When do we start, sir?" Anon asked. "In thirty minutes, so get ready," Vox ordered. He turned around and walked off. "So, I guess we should get our gear," Anon implied. "Yes, we should go," Fox said. The two walked over to the lockers by the wall, they got their flight suits on. "We better get to the helicopters soon, before we get in trouble," Fox stated. EQUESTRIA. The sky over ponyville was clear and bright, ponies were walking without a care in the world. Twilight was walking through the town reading her book. "Hay, Twilight, I need to talk with you," Pinky pie called out. "Yes, Pinky, what is it?" Twilight asked. "Well, I was wondering if I should use chocolate or vanilla?" Pinky questioned. "What do you mean?" I don't remember any holiday today," Twilight stated. "Nope, we are going to get a new friend, also you want to get your umbrella there is going to be a nasty storm, and our new friend will need all the help they can get," Pinky pie implied. "A, storm... The last I checked the weather team didn't have a storm scheduled for today," Twilight stated. Pinky pie bounced off, leaving twilight confused, she just shook her head and continued to walk. "Hay Twilight, have you heard, a new pony is coming to town, and we are getting a storm," Rainbow dash said. "Yes, but, I don't understand why she said there would be a storm," Twilight replied. "Yeah that was weird, but, Pinky tends to say things that do come true, so, we might want to take what she says with some truth," Rainbow dash implied. "I guess, but, it is just nagging at my mind, on what kinda storm, Pinky pie would call nasty," Twilight stated. EARTH. The sound of two helicopters could be heard. "This is Desert Fox of Scorpion 0-1 reporting in," Fox called out. "This is Anon of Scorpion 0-2 reporting in" Anon added. "I see the targets, do we have the go-to attack?" Fox questioned. "This is air control, you have the go-to attack, I repeat, you are, go for the attack," A man said on the radio. Both helicopters fired missiles at the dummy targets and exploded. "Targets are eliminated, I repeat, Targets are eliminated," Anon stated. "We are returning to base now," Fox said. The two turned around to head back, after a minute clouds came in and blocked out the sky. "Uh, air control, Where did these clouds come from?" Fox asked in concern. "What do you mean?" I don't see any clouds on any of my scanners," the man said. "Well, I am seeing a lot of clouds," Fox stated. He waited for a response, but, nothing came through but static. "Air control, this is Scorpion 0-2 please come in," Anon said. Nothing but static. The clouds started to spin in a circle, then started to form a hole in the sky, in the center was a green light. "FOX FLY DOWN, NOW!" Anon called out. Fox had gotten to a safe distance from the strange weather phenomenon when Anon went to follow he found the controls to be unresponsive and saw he was being dragged to the portal. Everything went dark. EQUESTRIA. Clouds were circling over the town of ponyville, winds were moving fast enough to throw small branches and small stones. "Where did this storm come from?!" Twilight asked in shock. "Nopony knows, it just came out of the ever-free forest out of nowhere," Rainbow dash stated in a panic. "Well, thank goodness the castle of friendship is large enough to keep everypony safe," Rarity said worriedly. The windows of the castle were rattling due to the wind. But after a minute it stopped, Rainbow dash looked out of one of the windows. "What ya see out there?" Applejack asked. "I don't see... Wait, there is a thing that just fell through the eye of the storm, it looks like it's on fire!" Rainbow dash answered. Anon was watching as the ground was coming closer, he thought he was going to die, before smashing into a large fireball. The nosedive turned into a failing flight, he remembered the Scorpion had an anti-crash system, but, the engines were still on fire, so, once the craft hit the ground he blacked out. ~~One Hour Later~~ Once the storm left the ponies made their way out of the castle, Twilight looked around. "Rainbow, where was that object that fell from the storm?" Twilight asked. Rainbow flew up and looked around and pointed out, "Over there, I see it!" Twilight with her friends followed Rainbow dash, after running through the town they came across what looked like a large chunk of metal, it looked like a Scorpion. "W-What is that?" Fluttershy asked with fear. "It looks like some sort of Scorpion... I don't think it's alive," Twilight said. "IT'S DEAD!" Fluttershy shouted in more fear. Fluttershy started to hyperventilate and tear up. "No darling, I think what Twilight meant is that it is not a real living thing, I mean it does look like it is made of metal," Rarity pointed out. Fluttershy looked at the metal thing and took a more detailed look, she noticed that the thing was more like a large piece of metal. And not the normal multiple plates of chitin of a Scorpion would have, she saw a pool of black liquid on the ground and froze. Twilight looked where her friend was looking and saw the black liquid, she thought that it wasn't some sort of blood, it looked like some form of oil, what kind of oil, she didn't know. "I don't think that is blood, it looks like some sort of oil," Twilight implied. "Uh, Twilight, you might want to come here!" Rainbow dash called out. Twilight walked over to where Rainbow dash was standing, she saw part of the machine, (Twilight thought it was some sort of machine), it was made of some sort of tinted glass. And there were cracks on it, but, it wasn't broken, whatever it was, it was strong, twilight looked inside and saw an unconscious filly. "What the?!" Twilight shouted in shock. "What is it darling?" Rarity asked worriedly. "There is a filly inside!" Twilight answered. She used her magic and pried the glass off the metal contraption, then used her magic to pick up the filly, the pony was wearing some sort of weird helmet, Rarity took the headgear in her magic. "Well, this is definitely not in style, but, it doesn't look like it was made with good looks in mind. It looks like it was made with practicality in mind," Rarity stated with a critical eye. "We need to go to the hospital," Twilight stated. The group made their way to the hospital, once they ran in the staff noticed the group needed help, and one of the nurse ponies walked up. "Princess Twilight, do you need help?" Redheart asked concerned. "Yes, this filly needs medical attention now!" Twilight answered. "Yes Princess, I need a stretcher here now!" Redheart called out. Some other ponies ran over with a stretcher, a unicorn placed the filly on the stretcher and left to go deeper into the hospital. "Princess do you know anything about this filly?" Redheart asked. "No, sorry, I know nothing about that filly," Twilight answered. "Can't you look at her background?" Rarity asked. "Well, no, I have seen every foal in this town, and that filly, I have never seen before, I can send requests to other towns if they have any information," Redheart implied. "That would be nice, I will send a letter to the Princess to ask if she can help," Twilight stated. "That will help, I don't want to think some poor ponies were worried sick over the loss of their daughter," Redheart said. "Can you let me or any of my friends know if the filly wakes up?" Twilight requested. "Yes, will let any of you know when the filly wakes up," Redheart said. "Thank you, is there anything else you need?" Twilight asked. "No, not now, there isn't anything we need at this moment, if we need anything else, we will let you know," Redheart answered. "Think you, I need to go and let the princess know what happened," Twilight stated. The six made their way out of the building and made their way to the castle. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ "Spike, where are you? I need you to write a letter!" Twilight called out. After a couple of seconds, later the sound of claws on the floor could be heard and a small green lizard came from around the corner holding a piece of paper in one claw and a quill in the other. "Ok Twilight I got everything," spike stated. Dear Princess Celestia. I am writing to you about the freak storm I wrote to you about earlier. Thankfully nothing bad happened to the town of ponyville only small damages, and nopony was hurt, but, this isn't the reason why I am writing to you. Earlier an object of unknown origins came through a portal the storm made, inside the object was an unconscious filly found inside. The filly is a unicorn with a green coat with a black mane and tail. I am asking if you can help with finding the filly's parents, you do have a farther reach across Equestria than I or the ponyville hospital has. From your faithful student, Princess Twilight Sparkle. After writing Spike tied the letter up with a red ribbon and breathed green fire on it. The paper turned into a magic cloud of smoke, it made its way out of the window, and into the distance. "Well, now that is taken care of what do we do now?" Rainbow dash asked. "(Sigh) For now, we wait for the Princess to write back, I rather not miss anything," Twilight answered. "So, what do you all think of this?" Twilight asked. "I just hope that filly is ok, it would be heartbreaking if she was hurt," Fluttershy said. "Yes, I do agree with Fluttershy darling, I do hope that poor filly was not hurt," Rarity added. "I'm confused about how that filly was in that thing in the first place," Applejack stated. "Well, if anypony did anything to that filly I will show them the good one-two," Rainbow dash said angered. Spike burped up a cloud of smoke it turned into a letter, before it hit the ground, Twilight caught it in her magic and opened it. Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle. It is good to hear that, nopony was harmed in the storm. And about the mysterious filly, I will be sending a notice to every city and town of Equestria about her. Until then keep me updated, Luna will try to find out all she can through the dreams of the filly. From your faithful teacher, Princess Celestia. "Well, now we know what Princess Celestia will be doing, it is getting late I suggest that we all go to bed, and see what tomorrow has in store for us," Twilight stated. Chapter 2: Things we do to help those who need it, part 1.Chapter 2: Things we do to help those who need it, part 1. ~~One Week And Five Days Later~~ The world felt like it was spinning, Anon felt like there was a heavyweight on his head, there was a beeping noise, he tried to stand up, but, something felt wrong. Anon couldn't remember anything, his body also felt off, he didn't know why, but, everything felt off, not normal. "What, what happened?" I feel like I was hit with something big, and heavy," Anon thought to himself. Anon opened his eyes, then closed them, the light was unbearably bright, once he got used to the light, he looked around and saw he was in some sort of hospital room. The beeping noise was coming from a heart monitor. After looking at the room, Anon noticed he was no longer human, he saw that instead of arms he had an extra pair of legs, instead of hands or feet he had hooves. He was covered in green fur, he looked up and saw a horn on his head, the only thing that didn't change was his hair color. He started to hyperventilate, the heart monitor was beeping faster, he tried to stand up, he fell to the ground with a thud, Anon felt like his skull cracked open. The heart monitors sensors came off, it was now showing a flat line. He managed to stand up, the door opened and Anon saw two... Horses?... Ponies?... Run into the room. Anon managed to get under the bed before being seen. One had a horn on its head, a unicorn, and the other looked like a normal horse/pony. "I think they are ponies," Anon thought to himself. "Where did she go?" One of the ponies asked shocked. "Wait, they can talk?!" Anon thought shocked. "I don't know, the window isn't open, she might still be in the room," The unicorn implied. "Can you please turn that off?" The other pony asked. The heart monitor was turned off, Anon saw the door was still open, he didn't want to be found out by these big ponies, so, when the two looked away from the bed, he made his move. When you find yourself in a new body you know nothing about, the last thing to do, is run. Thankfully Anon got a lucky break, cause when he ran out of the door, the two, ponies were shocked. Nurse Redheart with Nurse Velvet Aurora ran into the room worried that something was wrong, they looked around and noticed the filly was not in the bed. "Where did she go?" Redheart asked shocked. "I don't know, the window isn't open, she might still be in the room," Velvet Aurora implied. "Can you please turn that off?" Redheart asked. "She is still in the room, look around, but, don't do anything to scare the filly, she might be shaken up after what happened to her," Redheart ordered. The two ponies were looking around, they heard the sound of small hooves running out of the room, Redheart turned around and saw the end of a black tail leaving the room. Redheart and Velvet Aurora followed behind, trying to catch up. "Don't use magic, we want her to be calm," Redheart called out. "Alright, but, we need to make sure she doesn't get out," Velvet Aurora replied. Anon, was running as fast as he could, everything looked the same, but, different. The world was somewhat brighter, sadly without his glasses, he was trapped with nearsightedness, thankfully it wasn't too bad. The two nurses were watching as the filly nearly run into multiple objects or ponies, Redheart thought the filly needed glasses with how she was running. The doors to the outside were coming up, running faster than before Anon was ready to run out. *SMACK* Anon bounced off the glass door, he landed on his back. Redheart and Velvet looked down at the filly, her eyes were spinning in her skull. "Oh my goodness, are you ok?" Redheart asked concerned. "I'm A PreTty, bUttErFly," Anon said in a slurred stupor. Anon fell into unconsciousness, Velvet picked the filly up with her magic, and she walked back to the room. "(Sigh), Hay, Silver Bolt, can you go get Princess Twilight Sparkle?" Redheart asked. "Yeah, I can," Silver Bolt said as he walked out. Ever since the day Twilight and her friends found that filly in that hunk of metal. The six have been meeting up at the castle, waiting for the day somepony from the hospital would come and say the filly was awake. Spike walked in with a scroll, twilight took it with her magic to read it, He walked back out of the room. "I will be back, I am going to make some tea for those who would want it," Spike stated as he walked out. Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle. I am writing to inform you about the investigation on the filly. I am sorry to inform you that more than 50% of the towns reported that there is no filly missing that matches what you described. We still are getting reports in, but, I wouldn't keep your hopes up, some of the towns are a bit far from Canterlot. And Luna has been having trouble getting into the dreams of the filly. I don't know what else to do at this moment, if anything changes, please let me know. From your faithful teacher, Princess Celestia. "So, what does it say?" Rainbow dash asked impatiently. Twilight looked at her friends, they were staring back at her waiting for her to speak. "(Sigh), I don't know how to tell you this, but, both Princess Celestia and Princess Luna could not find the fillies home," Twilight said. "So, that filly has no home?" Fluttershy asked saddened. "Well, some of the towns and cities, are farther, it will take time for them to send their reports," Twilight replied. "And what if they also say they also don't have records of that filly?" Applejack asked. "Well, I don't know, but, I assume she might be placed into an orphanage, due to nopony claiming her as their daughter," Twilight answered. "Darling, isn't there anything we can do to help?" Rarity asked. "I don't know if there is anything... Unless I adopted her," Twilight pointed out. Everypony went silent, they just looked at Twilight like she had just said the most insane thing ever. "Uh, Sugercube, I know ya want to help, but, are ya sure you know how to raise a filly?" Applejack questioned. "Yes, are you sure that you are up to the challenge?" A voice called out. "Discord, I know that's you, come out now!" Twilight called out. "Alright, you caught me," Discord said in a joking manner. He appeared out of nowhere, wearing the strange helmet. "I assume you had something to do with that portal in the sky," Rainbow dash accused. "I would love to take credit for that, but, that was not my chaos," Discord said. "Then who did?" Twilight asked. "That is something, I can't answer, Even I don't know who did that," Discord answered. "But, some pony did cause that storm?" Twilight questioned. "Yes, some pony did make that storm," Discord answered. Twilight began to think about who could have caused the storm, Discord rolled his eyes and disappeared in a puff of smoke, and Spike walked in with a poney. "Uh, hello, I'm Silver Bolt, I need to talk with Princess Twilight," Silver Bolt said. Rainbow dash flew over and tapped Twilight on her head. "GAH!" Rainbow dash, don't do that!" Twilight said annoyed. "Uh, Princess?" Silver Bolt called out. "Oh, sorry what is it you need?" Twilight asked. "I was sent by Nurse Redheart, you wanted to know when the filly woke up, well, she is awake," Silver Bolt said. Everypony got out of their seats when they heard the news. "What's the holdup, we need to go!" Rainbow dash stated inpatient. The group of ponies plus dragon, made their way out of the castle and to the hospital. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ The group made their way into the hospital, ponies were waiting to be treated, and Nurse Redheart walked out and saw the ponies. "Princess Twilight, thank goodness you are here, the filly, when she woke up, she tried to escape," Redheart said. "Wait, is she still here?! Twilight asked concerned. "The filly is still here, when she tried to escape she knocked herself out by ramming into the door, she is awake now, but, she is scared," Redheart answered. "Then what do we do?" Twilight asked concerned. "If you want to talk with the filly, there can only be two ponies in there at a time, I know everypony in this building trusts you, but, I don't think she will," Redheart answered. "You just can't tell a Princess what to do!" Rainbow dash said angered. "Yes, she can, if it comes to the well-being of ponies in this building, she can," Twilight stated. "But, we can see the filly right?" Fluttershy asked worriedly. "Yes, you still can, it would have to be with one of the hospital staff," Redheart answered. "Can I see her?" Twilight asked. "Yes, your friends just need to wait in here," Redheart stated. Redheart and Twilight walked down the hall, once they got to the room, they walked in, Twilight didn't see the filly. Before Twilight could panic, Redheart stopped her from blowing up. "She is under the bed, it is some sort of safe space... Just talk, don't try to get too close," Redheart said. Twilight walked halfway to the bed, she stopped and sat down, she saw the sheets move under the bed. Anon heard two ponies walk into the room, the door was closed cutting off any escape. During the time Anon was in the room, he discovered, that he was a she, it was alot to take in, different species, different gender, she might even be a different age. Anon felt like his life was taken right out from under him. "Hey, do you want to talk?" Twilight called out in a gentle voice. ~~Twilight's P.O.V.~~ Twilight just asked the filly if she wanted to talk, a full minute passed without any of the ponies talking. "No, I want to be alone, go away," Anon said. "Why do you want to be alone?" Twilight asked confused. "Where am I?" Anon questioned. Twilight looked at Redheart in confusion, she gave a confused look back, Twilight turned back around to look back at the bed. "You are in the Ponyville hospital, you are in safe hoofs," Twilight stated. "How can I trust you? I don't know who you are," Anon questioned. "Well, my name is Twilight Sparkle, what's yours?" Twilight asked. Anon wanted to leave, not to be in that building, not to be in the same place as those in the room, but, answered Twilight's question. "My... My name is... Anon," Anon answered. "That's a nice name, do you know who your mom's or dad's names are?" Twilight questioned. Anon didn't say anything for a good minute, Twilight could tell something was not right. "No," Anon answered a bit saddened. Twilight felt a twinge of pain in her heart after hearing the felly's sadness, she turned to Redheart, she had the same look, she must have heard the filly as well. "Is she ok to leave?" She doesn't seem ok staying here," Twilight whispered. "Well, I don't know if it is good if she left," Redheart whispered back. "I know you have the last say when it comes to the safety of everypony in this building, but, it might work better if she was in a home," Twilight Implied. Redheart looked at the bed with the filly, then looked back at Twilight, she thought for a minute. "(Sigh), Alright I just hope this doesn't blow up, Alright, I'll let you take her, it might help," Redheart said. "Thank you, I'll try to help her," Twilight replied. "First, before you take her, you need to sign her out," Redheart stated. ~~In The Lobby~~ Pinky pie was going through the cake book she had when a new pony came to town, Rainbow dash was hovering over the group lazily flying in circles, and Applejack was sitting on one of the chairs. Rarity was reading one of the magazines the hospital had, and Fluttershy was reading the same cake book Pinky pie was reading, Spike was sitting by Rarity. Twilight and Redheart walked into the room, The five ponies plus dragon, saw the two walk into the room. End of part 1. Author's Note Sorry I made a very dumb mistake, but, it's now be fixed.

Princess Celestia was sitting on her throne, more letters were coming in from the towns and cities of Equestria, and what they had didn't make her happy. "(Sigh), now it is at least over, 70% of Equestria that didn't clam the mystery filly, over the hundreds of years I have lived never did a pony just show up out of nowhere," Celestia said to herself annoyed. The doors to the throne room opened, and Celestia looked up to see who had wanted to talk with her, she saw her sister Luna, who looked tired. Celestia gave a smile to her younger sister, she returned the look. "Luna, how are you? Did you sleep well?" Celestia asked happily. "I wish that I did, but, alas, I have not, I also have not been successful in getting into the fillies dreams, it is as if something or somepony has been stopping my attempts." We-I, have made some progress in learning something about the filly," Luna stated. "What is it?" Celestia questioned interested. "As you know the dreamscape can show a ponies type of magic, that is how we were able to tell what type of magic a mage would be able to use." Seeing that this pony is a unicorn, I looked to see what type of magic she had, and what I have found... shocked me," Luna said. Celestia saw the nervousness in Luna's eyes, she started to think of what was wrong. "What is it?" Celestia asked worriedly. "I found... Chaos magic... I found Chaos magic," Luna answered. Celestia's eyes went wide after hearing that, a pony having chaos magic, to the point that Luna worried. The only time that has happened was when Discord first appeared, one of Star swirled's students was the same until the magic corrupted him. Celestia needed to do something, if nothing was done, an innocent pony could face the same fate. "DISCORD!" I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME... COME OUT!" Celestia called out. Discord appeared in a cloud of smoke, he looked like his normal happy mood. "And what would the Sun Princess would like with the lovable Discord?" Discord asked in a joking way. "I am sure that you know about the filly... Right?" Celestia implied. "Why of course I know of the filly, I think the real question is... What would you and Luna want to know? Discord asked interested. "Well, you have more knowledge of Chaos Magic than even Star swirled the bearded... We need to know how the filly has chaos magic," Celestia answered. "Chaos Magic?" Hmm, chaos magic... (He starts to scratch the top of his head) Oh that chaos magic Nope, she does not have chaos magic," Discord answered. "What does thow mean, it has to be Chaos Magic there is nothing else it could be," Luna implied a bit angered. "Have you ever heard of mixed magic?" Discord questioned. "That is only theoretical, the only ones who could mix magic, are Cadence, Luna, Twilight, and me, and even we would have a hard time doing that," Celestia answered. "What does mixed magic have to do with this?" Luna asked confused. "Well, I thought of being a friend to the both of you and finding out where our little pony came from, and what I found, it was something interesting," Discord stated. "And where did she come from?" Celestia asked. "From a faraway land, the ponies there have found a way to mix magic without killing themselves." and before you ask." no... She won't be able to be stronger than twilight." From where she came from." She is average... Maybe even less, in magic power." The strongest mage they have, or had, was strong enough to have created their moon," Discord stated. Luna was shocked a mage was strong enough to create their moon, not even she was that strong to pull that off. "So, if there is nothing else you need I'll be making my way out," Discord added as he disappeared in a cloud of cotton candy. Coming out of the stupor she was in Luna asked with worry, "Can we trust him?" "I know he can be distrustful and miss leading, but, I do believe that he is telling the truth, I just hope that nothing bad happens," Celestia answered. A cloud of smoke flew into the room and turned into a scroll right in front of Celestia, she caught it before it had a chance to fall. Celestia untied the ribbon and opened it to read it out loud. Dear Princess Celestia. As you know, there was a filly that was found abandoned, after the mystory storm. I have decided to take her into my home, to keep a closer eye on her. I can't tell what it is about this pony, but, something is off about her, nothing bad, but, something is off. If anything comes up I will let you know. If it isn't too much trouble, I would like to know if anypony has called to claim the filly as her parents. If not, I was thinking of adopting her, I know it is a bit crazy, but, I would feel bad if she was placed in an orphanage. From your faithful student, Princess Twilight Sparkle. Celestia closed the Scroll and looked back at Luna. "So, Twilight is going to take the young filly under her wing," Luna stated. "Yes, it seems that Twilight is planning on making the filly her daughter, but, I don't know if she is ready to take this task on." But, I do trust her judgment," Celestia said. "In the previous letter, didn't young Twilight say that Discord knew that storm was made by somepony on purpose?" Luna questioned. "Yes after she got my letter, Twilight said not even Discord knew who it was, I feel like we may have a big problem on our hooves," Celestia stated. "What do we do then?" Luna asked. "For now, nothing, if there is somepony behind that storm, I don't want them to think we are on to them, it would make it hard to catch them if they truly mean harm," Celestia said. PONYVILLE, CASTLE OF FRIENDSHIP. Anon was looking around the castle, she thought it would have been small, but, it was bigger on the inside, the castle made no sense in how it worked. "Wow, this place is big," Anon stated in wonder. "Well, it is nice that you like it, cause you will be staying here until we find your mom and dad," Twilight replied. Anon went silent, Twilight saw the sadness in the fillies eyes, the silence grew until it was broken by Anon. "They are dead, I don't know how, but, I know they are dead," Anon stated in a monotone voice. Twilight knew something happened in this ponies past, she thought that Anon's parents were killed by something, either by a natural disaster, or something worse. Twilight didn't know what to say, she was left speechless, in the way that Anon talked, Twilight knew they died in front of the filly, and on how she is said it somepony did kill Anon's parents. That memory had to have been suppressed so far Anon must have forgotten it all together with a good amount of her past. Twilight hoped that it wasn't too late to help her. "So... Do you like ice cream?" Twilight questioned nervously. "I guess, I like Lemon flavored Ice cream," Anon answered. "I have never heard of lemon-flavored ice cream, but, it sounds like a good flavor, maybe Pinky pie could make some," Twilight implied interested. "Who is Pinky pie?" Anon asked confused. Twilight was never one to want to spread their adventures around all of Equestria, she wasn't the type to brag. Ponies from all of the land have wanted to talk with the ones who took down Nightmaremoon, King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis, and even Tirek. (Starlight's fight was only known to Twilight the Princess and her friends). But, the one part of Equestria that Anon was from must have never heard of Twilight and her friend's journey, that must have been the reason, Anon never heard of the six. Twilight was broken out of her thinking by Anon. "Miss, Twilight, Who is Pinky pie?" Anon asked again. "Oh, she is a friend of mine, she works in a bakery called sugercube corner." "And you can just call me twilight," Twilight added. ~~Two Hours Later~~ Twilight, Starlight, Spike, and Anon were sitting at the dinner table eating, everypony except Anon. "Why are you not eating anon?" Twilight asked confused. "Why are you not using magic to eat?" Starlight added just as confused. "I-I don't know how to," Anon answered. "What do you mean?" Every unicorn can use their magic with ease," Starlight implied. Anon looked down feeling bad she couldn't do something others could do so easily. "Starlight, she had just gone through something bad, can you please not," Twilight said annoyed. "But, you can learn how, I bet you will get it no problem," Starlight stated a bit panicked. Anon looked up and asked saddened, "A-are you sure?" "Yes, you have two of the most powerful ponies of Equestria to teach you," Twilight answered. ~~One Hour Later~~ Anon was laying in the bed she was given to her, it was comfortable, Anon fell into the world of dreams. The world was misshapen but, still, it was there, Anon was able to make the world out, he was still a pony. "Where am I?" Anon asked himself confused. She noticed that there was a creature staring at her. It stood on two legs, it had two arms. The thing reminded Anon of Spike, but taller more slant, but most of all, it was covered in shadows. The creature started to walk forward, anon was starting to get scared, like having a lion stocking you, a predator walking to you, just waiting to rip the flesh off your bones. The monster was now stretching its claw out to catch Anon, but, before it could touch her Anon woke up. Anon woke up still in the same bed she went to sleep in, no scream, no jumping out of bed, almost no fear, but, she still felt the cold sweat on her back. Anon looked around the room, like the bed, the room was the same. For a second Anon thought she would have woken up in a different place, Anon heard her stomach growl, letting the pony know it was time to eat. "Well, I guess it is time to get up," Anon thought to herself. She got out of bed, walking was still sometimes hard to do. But, thankfully whatever turned her into a pony, gave Anon the knowledge of how to walk like a pony. "I wonder what will be for breakfast?" Anon said to nopony. She walked out of the room, thankfully the door was made with a handle so anypony could use it. Once Anon made her way into the dining room, she saw Twilight and Starlight setting up a small classroom of sorts. Twilight turned around to get something for the chalkboard and saw Anon walk into the room. "Good morning Anon, did you sleep well?" Twilight asked. "I did, what are you doing?" Anon questioned. "Well, that is good, We are setting up your class, I did say, we could teach you how to use magic," Starlight answered. "So how does magic work?" Anon asked confused. "Wow, this pony really doesn't know anything about magic, not even a watered downed version of how it works," Starlight thought to herself dumbfounded. "Well, the best way to describe how magic works is that it is an external magic." not internal." that our bodies passively collect." once it is in our bodies our mana pools collect it." the mana pool is an invisible organ in our body that stores our magic." If a pony ever uses all their mana reserves." the reserve magic is used." You must never let that be depleted." It is your life force, if you run out, you will die," Twilight finished. "That is confusing," Anon said. "Well, that makes sense, you are only hearing about how magic works for the first time," Twilight stated. "First let's do a simple levitation spell," Starlight said. Twilight picked up a spoon with her magic, she put it in front of Anon, who looked at it confused. "Anon, think of the spoon floating in front of you," Starlight stated. Anon closed her eyes, she concentrated on making the spoon float. Twilight and Starlight saw that the fillies horn was glowing a green glow, after a minute the spoon started to levitate slowly, but, it was. "Anon, look, you are doing it!" Twilight said excitedly. Anon opened her eyes and saw the spoon wrapped in a green glow. Anon looked at her own horn and saw the same glow, then looked back at the spoon in shock. "I, I'm doing it I am really doing it!" Anon stated excitedly. The green magic around the spoon disappeared, it fell to the table with a clatter. Anon looked at it saddened. "Hey, you did good for your first time," Twilight said trying to cheer up Anon. "Why don't we eat some breakfast," Starlight added. End of part 2.

The dream realm was a vast expanse of space that existed due to the dreams of the millions of creatures that slept. There Luna stood in front of the door of the strange filly, she knew that it was the ponies door due to the door arriving after the pony did. The door was more than the others, it wasn't made of wood, but, metal. It looked like a vault door, with a big turning wheel with bars across the door giving more security to the dreams or nightmares of the pony. It wasn't the first time Luna faced somepony being stubborn about letting her in. But, it was also protected by a magic shield, Luna was wondering who did this, cause she knew no foal could do this level of magic on their own. "Alright, if this doesn't work we will need to wait for Starlight to come help," Luna said to herself. Luna shot a beam of turquoise magic at the door, the barrier sprong to life. The beam of magic made contact with the shield, sparks flew everywhere, Luna put more power into the attack, and after what seemed like hours, the shield broke into small shards. "Finally, that, stupid... (Gasp) Barrier, is gone," Luna said out of breath. Taking a minute to get her bearings together, Luna stood tall, using her magic to turn the wheel, only to find it was not moving. "WHAT NOW! Oh, it turns the other way, thank goodness nopony saw that," Luna said to herself a bit embarrassed. The wheel turned smoothly and the bars slid inwards, letting the hefty door open. When Luna opened the door, she saw the filly, it looked like she was in a trance, moving but looking like she wanted to go somewhere else. Luna tried to walk over, the air was thick like molasses. After casting a spell the world stopped, the filly looked around like she was awakened from an enchantment. She looked around and when she saw the alicorn, she backed up out of fear, Luna at first mistaking this as fear of nightmaremoon. She noticed the foal would have been scared even if she was Celestia, so this fear was more, a fear of the unknown. "Fear not, I promise no harm will come to you, little one," Luna said as she shifted into a smaller version of herself to be the same height as the filly. "Now, pray tell, what is your name?" Luna asked in a calming tone. Anon was not sure if she could trust this pony, but, whatever she did, it helped. "My, name... is, Anon, what is your name?" Anon asked. "I am Princess Luna, but you can call me Luna," Luna answered. "Is this a dream?" Anon asked. "Yes, this is, it is my job to watch over the dreams of everypony," Luna answered. "But, if you are here, how can you go help others who are having nightmares?" Anon asked confused. Luna was shocked at first, she put her hoof on Anon's lips and said, "We don't talk about that." Luna took her hoofs off of Anon's face who looked more confused than annoyed. Luna saw the world was starting to grow dark, Anon was waking up, before luna could say anything, she was forced out of the dream, the door slammed closed and the wheel turned with the metal bars sliding back locking the door more. "Well, at least I know her name, that's a start," Luna stated with some pride. Even though Luna was keeping her mind on her duties, she can't help but, think about what discord said. About there being a mage strong enough to have created the moon. "Discord said their moon, so, Anon must have come from a different world, is that even possible, even so, the ponies are stronger there, for everyponies sake. We hope the ones who pulled Anon to this world are caught, or we could have a war unlike anything we have ever seen," Luna said to herself. The sound of an alarm clock could be heard throughout the dream realm, Luna knew that the day was starting. With a flash of blue light, Luna left the realm. CASTLE OF FRIENDSHIP. The light of the sun was shining into the room, Twilight started to wake up. Twilight felt somepony was lying next to her, she looked to see who it was and saw Anon asleep. At first, Twilight was shocked, but, felt like Anon was starting to open up. As best she could Twilight got out of bed without waking up Anon. ~~Ten Minutes Later~~ "Hello Starlight, Spike, did you two sleep well?" Twilight asked. "I did sleep well," Starlight answered "As did I," Spike added. "Has Anon been doing well?" Twilight questioned interested. "Well, she is doing better with her magic, she can write really good, and she can read books far above her own age," Starlight answered. "How long can she use her magic before she can no longer use it?" Twilight asked. "Well, it isn't getting worse, but, it is slow work, I would say she can use it for ten minutes," Starlight answered. "(Sigh), I just hope we can change that, it would be nice if she could be stronger," Twilight said. "I know, but, I do believe that she can get stronger," Starlight replied. The sound of hooves could be heard, both Twilight and Starlight turned around and saw Anon walk in, looking tired. Starlight and Spike went into the kitchen to make breakfast. "Hey, Anon, did you sleep well?" Twilight asked. "I slept fine, do you know someone named Luna?" Anon questioned. "So, Luna was able to get into her dream, I just hope she was able to help," Twilight thought to herself. "Yes I know who Luna is, she is a good friend," Twilight answered. The sound of baking could be heard, it smelled good. PONYVILLE TRAIN STATION. "Well, if you need to go now, I wish you the best of luck," Twilight said. "Yeah, I won't be gone for that long, once I am finished, I will be back," Starlight replied. The train conductor called out, starlight picked her bags up and started to walk to the train. She turned around and waved at Twilight, and She returned the jester. After the door was closed, the train started to move. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ Twilight, Spike, and Anon teleported to the Ponyville apple farm, Sweet Apple Acres. "Where are we?" Anon asked a bit worried. "We are at my friend's farm, it's called Sweet Apple Acres," Twilight answered. "Well howdy, Twilight, how ya doing?" Applejack asked as she walked up. "Hey Applejack, I was showing Anon here the town," Twilight answered. "Well, how do ya do Anon?" Applejack asked with one of her hooves out to great the pony with. Anon back up out of fear, Applejack was confused about the filly's actions. "Hey, Twi, why is Anon acting like that?" Applejack asked confused. Twilight got close to Applejack to whisper in her ear. "She has had a troubled past, I can't tell how bad it was, but, it was really bad," Twilight said. "Really, well, what can you tell?" Applejack whispered back. "Well, on how she talked about her mom and dad, they most likely were killed in front of her," Twilight answered. Applejack's eyes went wide after that and replied, "Are you sure about that? Saying something like that should not be taken lightly." "I know, I know, but, from how she talked about them, it was bad, I am trying to help her, I need you to help with that," Twilight said. Applejack looked at Anon with sympathy, she also knew the pain of losing her parents, but, Anon went threw that pain at a younger age than she did. "Well, you don't have to shake my hoof, but, I would like to say, welcome to ponyville," Applejack said. "T-thank you," Anon replied. "Are you going to stop by Fluttershy's house?" Applejack asked interested. "Yes, we will, I want Anon to meet all of my friends," Twilight answered. The three walked off to go to Fluttershy's house, as they were walking Anon saw the Everfree forest. "What is that?" Anon asked while pointing at the forest. "That is the Everfree forest, it is a dangerous place don't ever go there alone," Twilight stated. "Why is it dangerous?" Anon asked confused. "It has large pony-eating animals, plants, and monsters, please don't go there," Twilight answered. By the time the three made their way to Fluttershy's house, the sun was halfway to noon. Twilight walked up to the door and knocked on the door. "Coming... (The door was opened halfway), Oh hey, Twilight, How are you?" Fluttershy asked. "I'm fine, I came to introduce you to Anon the filly we found," Twilight answered. The door opened fully without warning. "Oh, my goodness, is she ok?" Fluttershy asked concerned. "She is fine nothing is wrong, I promise," Twilight answered trying to calm the pegasus down. "Did you say her name was Anon?" Fluttershy asked. "Yes, her name is Anon, I am introducing her to all of my friends," Twilight answered. "Well, I would like to talk, but, I'm busy right now, maybe I can talk later," Fluttershy stated. "Alright, it was nice to talk with you," Twilight replied. The three made their way to town, the morning rush hour was over. "So are we going to go see Rarity?" Spike asked. "Yes, we are, she will be the last pony Anon will meet, and, I would like to know how my dress is for the Grand Galloping Galla is," Twilight answered. "Oh, yeah, isn't that a month away?" Spike questioned confused. "Yep, depending on how it goes, we might not be there for long," Twilight said. The fashion store was coming up. "Here let me," Spike said as he opened the door with a ding of the bell. The trio made their way into the store. After a couple of seconds the ponies, plus dragon, heard Rarity call out, "Coming darlings." Rarity walked down and saw the three. "Oh, hello Twilight I assume you are doing good," Rarity implied. "Yes, I am, I came here to introduce you to Anon the pony we found," Twilight stated. "Oh, yes and how are you doing?" Rarity asked Anon. "I-I-I'm fine," Anon answered hesitantly. "I am also here to ask about my dress," Twilight said. "Well it is over here, just follow me," Rarity replied in a joyful tone. Anon was waiting by the front door with Spike, they watched as the two looked over the dress. The door to the shop was flung open, and three fillies flew into the store, one was an orange pegasus, the second was a yellow earth pony with a big red bow, and the last one was a white unicorn. The three were talking amongst themselves until Rarity interrupted the three. "Sweetie bell, Apple bloom, Scootaloo, how many times must I tell you to not burst into Carousel boutique like that," Rarity said a bit angered. "Sorry Rarity, we won't do it again," the three said at once. The three sat on one of the couches in the room, Scootaloo noticed Anon across the room. "Hey, Sweetie bell who is that?" Scootaloo asked confused. Sweetie bell looked to where Scootaloo pointed out, and answered, "I don't know, she might be new to ponyville." "Hey, she doesn't have a cutie mark, Apple bloom pointed out. The two looked with a bit more attention and saw that the green filly did indeed not have a cutie mark. "Hey, why don't we try to help her?" Apple bloom questioned. "And what do you mean by that?" Scootaloo asked confused. "I mean, we could help if she needs help with her cutie mark," Apple bloom answered. "Well, if we do, why don't we introduce ourselves first," Sweetie bell implied. "Yeah, we could be her friends," Apple bloom said excitedly. "CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS FOREVER!" The three shouted at once.

Apple bloom saw that Anon was wearing a set of rounded glasses with a silver rim. The three got off the couch and made their way to Anon. "Well howdy, how are ya? What's your name?" Apple bloom asked. "Oh, uh, m-my, n-name is Anon," Anon answered hesitantly "Well, Anon, do you want to be friends?" Sweetie bell asked happily. "Uh, friends?" Anon replied confused. "Well duh, we want to be friends with you," Scootaloo stated a bit annoyed. "Hey, you don't need to be like that, now say your sorry" Sweetie bell said annoyed. "(Sigh), Sorry Anon," Scootaloo said begrudgingly. "So do you want to be friends?" Apple bloom asked again. "Uh, well, ok," Anon answered. "Awesome! Now that we are friends, we can go on cool adventures," Apple bloom said. "Like what?" Anon asked a bit confused. "Like finding out what your special talent is by getting your cutie mark," Apple bloom answered excitedly. "Cutie mark? What is a cutie mark?" Anon asked confused. The three went silent until Scootaloo broke it. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT IS A CUTIE MARK?!" Scootaloo shouted in shock. The two had just finished looking over Twilight's dress. "So, what do you think?" Rarity asked interested. "It is just as amazing as ever, Rarity you are the best dressmaker," Twilight answered. The two were interrupted when they heard Scootaloo from across the room. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT IS A CUTIE MARK?!" Twilight turned to see if Anon was ok. When she saw that Anon was scared, she walked over to comfort the filly. "What in Equis is going on here?" Twilight asked concerned. "Scootaloo just got a bit... Jumpy that Anon didn't know what a cutie mark was," Sweetie bell answered. "Well, alright, Scootaloo can you please not scare Anon like that," Twilight said. "Ok, I won't," Scootaloo replied. "Well, rarity we need to go, we have plans today," Twilight said "Alright, don't be a stranger, it would be nice for you to visit a bit more often," Rarity replied. "See ya Rarity!" Spike called out as he left. CANTERLOT TRAIN STATION. Starlight got off the train, she looked around and saw two royal guards waving at her, and walked over. "We are here to escort you to the castle," one of the guards said. The three walked to the castle, once the trio was in front of the doors to the throne room, the two guards walked off. Starlight made her way into the throne room she saw both Celestia and Luna. "Princesses, (Starlight said as she bowed) why did you need me?" Starlight questioned. "There is no need to act former, we are good friends," Celestia said. Getting out from bowing, Starlight responded, "So, I was wondering why I was asked here?" "Yes, that, before anything is said, guards please leave us," Celestia ordered. After the guards left, both Celestia and Luna breathed out sighs of relief. "Alright, now that we are alone, Starlight, we believe that somepony is tending to harm Equestria, but, we don't have a lead on who it could be. Furthermore, we do believe the pony plans on using Anon, I don't know for what," Celestia said. "You, Starlight, will be our eyes of ponyville, we mustn't let our ponies be harmed, even Anon," Luna added. "So, what do we do?" Starlight asked concerned. "For now we wait, I know Twilight is a Princess, but she can't know about this, when things like this happen, Twilight can overwork herself," Celestia said. "But, she is taking care of Anon, I think it is a bad idea to leave her in the dark," Starlight pointed out. "I know, I know, but, for now, it is for the best for everypony," Celestia stated. PONYVILLE SQUARE. As the three were making their way back to the castle they were stopped by Apple bloom Sweetie bell, and Scootaloo. "Hay Twilight can we hang out with Anon?" Apple bloom asked interested. "That is up to Anon, so you will have to ask her," Twilight answered. "Well, ya want to hang out?" Apple bloom asked. Anon was thinking of saying no to the pony, she doesn't even know anything about this Apple bloom, Anon just said yes to being friends with the three just so they wouldn't get closer. Ever since waking up, Twilight was the only one Anon truly trusted, even though their time together was short, Anon saw Twilight as a mother. Someone to trust, and who would love back without condition. Apple Bloom and Sweetie bell were giving a big-eyed sad look at Anon, Scootaloo joined the look. Twilight could tell Anon wanted to go home, at first she was going to take Anon home, but, thought that it would be better if she learn how good friendship was. "Hey, why don't you go Anon, it would be good if you go," Twilight stated. "O-ok, I guess I could go with you," Anon said. Anon walked off with the C.M.C. Spike turned to Twilight and began to speak. "Are you sure that was a good idea, I know those three are good friends, but, they do tend to get into trouble?" Spike implied. "I know that they can be like that, I have full confidence they will stay out of harm's way," Twilight stated. "Famous last words," Spike said with sarcasm. Twilight gave a little glare at Spike but after a couple of seconds, she sighed. "Let's just hope they don't do anything too reckless," Twilight said. ~~One Hour Later~~ The four fillies were walked through the town, making their way to Sweet Apple Acres. "So what are we going to do?" Scootaloo asked a bit confused. "Well... I forgot," Apple bloom said. "Why don't we learn about you Anon?" Sweetie bell implied. "Oh, ok," Anon said a bit nervous. "Wait, before we do, let's go to the treehouse, I would say secret hideout, but most of our classmates know about it," Apple bloom said a bit annoyed. The group made their way to the C.M.C. clubhouse, once they got into the small tree fortress, they sat in a curcle. "This is our treehouse, we used to plan on how we got our cutie marks," Apple bloom announced. "I still don't know what a cutie mark is," Anon stated. "Well, it is what tells a pony what their special talent is," Scootaloo answered. "What if someone has more than one talent?" Anon asked a bit confused. "Well, that pony would have a cutie mark showing those talents... I think?" Apple bloom Implied confused. "Well, what about you, what type of cutie mark do you think you will get?" Sweetie bell asked interested. "I don't know... Is it important to have one?" Anon questioned confused. The three went silent after hearing that, it was a shock that their life's goals were put into question like that, Scootaloo was becoming a bit annoyed at that. "What do you mean by that?" Scootaloo asked annoyed. Both Apple bloom and Sweetie bell noticed that Scootaloo was starting to get mad. To prevent a fight, (A one sides fight), and avoid the wrath of Princess Twilight Apple bloom stepped between the two. "I think she means is that she isn't looking to get her cutie mark right now," Apple bloom said trying to calm the orange pegasus down. "She insulted what we have spent at least the last five years trying to do! She needs to be taught a lesson," Scootaloo said angered. "THAT'S ENOUGH!" Applejack called out annoyed. The two turned around and saw Applejack there not looking happy. "Scootaloo what in the hay are ya thinking of doing?" Applejack asked annoyed. Scootaloo looked at Anon who had a face of fear, deep in Scootaloo, she felt something make her back down. "Well, I, uh," Scootaloo tried to speak but the words didn't come to her. "You should be ashamed of yourself, I dont know what happened but, violence is never the answer. (Sigh), I am going to take Anon back home, I hope ya think about what you were going to do," Applejack said as she took Anon out of the house. "That was too far Scootaloo, why would you hurt Anon?" Apple bloom asked confused. "Anon insulted what we did, what, did you think, I was just going to let that go?" Scootaloo asked a bit annoyed. "So, the only answer was to act like a jerk? She didn't insult us Scootaloo, she gave us her opinion. I know Diamond tiara is better, but, Silver spoon isn't, I know when Anon goes to school Silver will make fun of her for not having a cutie mark, and some of the ponies there will join in. Remember when we were treated like that, Anon is going to need friends, and trying to beat her up won't help," Sweetie bell said. Scootaloo looked at both of her closest friends and remember the times that Diamond tiara was a bully, Some of those times were Scootaloo's lowest moments. Remembering Anon's fear brought out her memories of what it was like to be in that same spot. "I messed up didn't I?" Scootaloo asked concerned. "(Sigh), Yeah, ya did," Apple bloom answered with a stern voice. Scootaloo winced at the tone Apple bloom used, she only talked like that when she was really mad. Never did Apple bloom use that voice on her friends, so for her to use it on Scootaloo one of her closest friends like that, meant she was mad. "But, if you apologize to Anon she might forgive you," Sweetie bell said trying to cheer her friends up. "I just don't understand, how could she not care about her cutie mark," Scootaloo replied confused. "Well, not everypony is going to care about the same things we do, she might have grown up being taught a cutie mark was not everything," Apple bloom implied. "I guess, that makes sense," Scootaloo said. "Are ya all right sugercube?" Applejack asked Anon a bit concerned. "Y-yeah, I-I'm f-fine," Anon lied. It didn't take the element of honesty to tell Anon was lying, instead of pushing to get the truth, she would tell Twilight later. "Ya, want to get some ice cream?" Applejack asked. "I guess," Anon answered. The two made their way to Sugercube corner, once inside they walked to the counter. Applejack saw the lemon-flavored ice cream, she was curious about the new item in the shop, and out from behind the counter Pinky pie jumped. "Hey, A,J, what's up? Do you want to try our new ice cream flavor?" Pinky pie asked. "One-second Pinky... Hey, Anon what flavor do you want?" Applejack asked. "Oh, hi Nonny, that lemon ice cream idea you had was really good," Pinky pie said. Applejack was at first shocked, but, remembered yesterday, either Anon or Twilight must have told her. "Can I please get a lemon ice cream cone?" Anon asked. "Make that two, please," Applejack added. "Okey Doki Loki, just give me a super second," Pinky pie said. CASTLE OF FRIENDSHIP. There was a knock at the door, spike opened the door to see Applejack and Anon. "You do know you don't have to knock right?" Spike implied. "I know, it's an old habit I have, is Twilight home?" Applejack asked. "I'm here, did you need something?" Twilight questioned confused. "Well, some of the girls got in a bit of a heated fight, so I thought it was better that I brought Anon back," Applejack answered. Twilight was shocked that something happened like that. "Is everything alright?" Twilight asked concerned. "Everything is fine Twi, I don't know what happened, but, I think Anon said something by mistake that made Scootaloo mad," Applejack answered. "Well, alright, thank you for bringing Anon back home," Twilight said. Anon walked into the castle, waiting for the two to finish. "Your welcome, now I need to get back to work," Applejack said as she walked off. Twilight closed the door and sighed, she turned around to look at Anon. "What did you say?" Twilight asked confused with a hint of disappointment. "I only asked if cutie marks were important, that's all... Are you going to get rid of me?" Anon questioned saddened. "What no, I would never get rid of you, why would you ask something that bad?" Twilight asked shocked. Before Anon could answer, spike burped up a scroll, with a thick manila envelope. Twilight picked the scroll up and opened it. Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle. The last report came in, and sadly, no town or city reported the filly missing. Due to that, I have sent over adoption papers, and some other things you will need with this scroll. It will cover your claim as Anon's mother throughout all of Equestria. Twilight closed the scroll, she opened the envelope to find the papers she needed, with papers of citizenship of Equestria. One was a blank birth certificate. Chapter 7: Behind the scenes, where evil is afoot, part 1. ~~One hour after the C.M.C. clubhouse incident~~ UNKNOWN PART OF EQUESTRIA. Ten ponies were staring at a crystal ball, none of them looking happy at all. "I thought this plan was going to work, instead of the moon mage we got that weakling," A mare said angered. "I can't believe this was a failure, Silver bolt you said that if we got the moon mage, we could use its power to kill the sisters and take this world for ourselves," a stallion said just as angered. "Bitcoin, I said, we could get the moon mage, not we 100% would get it, this summoning magic has not been perfected yet," Silver bolt answered a bit annoyed. "And besides how would we convince something so strong it makes Nightmaremoon look like an ant, we saw how it created a moon twice the size of our own," another mare pointed out. "Don't remind me, I still have nightmares of that thing," Bitcoin said. ~~One Month Ago~~ The same ten ponies were staring at a mirror, it allowed them to stare into different worlds and this one had what they needed. On a cliff was a bipedal creature, it had claws like a dragon, but the tips of the digits were blunt, it was wearing some sort of strange silvery armor. The creature had its eyes closed, it was facing an island that had a large blob of slime that had a white glow on it. Everything that came in contact with the thing was absorbed into the blob allowing it to grow in size as if the light was consuming everything it touched. Plants shriveled to dust, and animals that were unlucky to be caught by it died. Once the creature opened its eyes everypony gasped out of shock. The iris and pupils were fused into one color, making it look like the moon, and the whites of its eyes were replaced with the starry night. Its legs were different from every bipedal creature on Equis, But, it was not from Equis. The ponies saw as the creature put its claws together in front of its chest, they started to glow with a turquoise color. It got brighter and brighter, once it was blinding, the creature threw its claws out making a circle with them and yelling something in a deep masculine tone that was like the royal canterlot voice but more thundering. "FORSE OF NATURE, PLANETARY DISASTER, 7 SEAL PRISON!" Once that was said the island glowed the same as the creature's magic, it started to rise from the ocean with more chunks of the earth following. The large landmass was starting to form into a ball, trapping the blob creature. It didn't stop there, the other land chunks broke into smaller parts and formed into the growing mass. After the mass was made large enough so the blob monster could not escape, the bipedal creature flew one of its claws into the sky. The mass following the command flew up so fast the sonic rain boom would be put to shame. Where it rests in the sky for the rest of time, as the greatest prison... the moon. It was a sight that could be inspiring and fear-inducing, to see such power, even through the all-seeing mirror. It was enough to send the ponies into a nearly unconscious state of terror. Not being able to take any more Silver bolt turned the mirror off. But, unknown to everypony an extra guest was watching. It was Discord, he didn't feel like that power would make him faint, but, it did make him think that human was trouble. "That is the same power Luna has, but, that human was able to master it farther than even Luna was able to. If these ponies get a hand on him, that could spell out disaster for Equestria. I would do something about this, but, Twilight and her friends should be able to take care of this, (plus the plot won't allow me to, and that would be a boring story)," Discord thought to himself. ~~Back To The Present~~ "We could try to convince it the sisters are tyrants, that tactic has worked in the past with other countries," Bitcoin pointed out. "No, we need something else, if we want to try again we need to be ready this time," a mare said. "Melody note, we will need to find a new base," Silver bolt stated. "Why? We haven't been found out," Melody note pointed out. "We have been, my spies, have told me the Princesses are acting unusual, Starlight is at the castle," Silver bolt said. The ponies were looking around shocked. "Do they know it was us?" Bitcoin asked concerned. "At the moment, no, but we should be prepared if they do find out in the future. For now, we stay low, we don't need the eyes of Celestia ruining our plans, we make our way to Saddle Arabia and wait," Silver bolt answered. "Who knows, we could even make that one we got before useful," Melody note said with an evil grin. "What do you have in mind?" Bitcoin asked confused. "Well, that pony was the same species as the one we wanted, even though the thing is weak, I found out its true strength lies in its blood. Harvest that, and we could get the moon mage this time," Melody note stated with a hint of bloodlust. Bitcoin shivered at the thought of harvesting any creature's blood. "Well, if that is all, let this meeting be over, go back we can't be caught," Silver bolt ordered. The ponies left the room they were in, all except one, Silver bolt was waiting for there to be no one left. After confirming nopony was near, Silver bolt burst into green flame. "Finally, I was getting tired of waiting for those stupid ponies to leave, it was angering to get that thing. (Chrysalis said as she thought of Anon), It will take longer to exact my revenge, but, I am a patient Queen, when we try again, we will get the moon mage. And I will have my revenge on Equestria," Queen Chrysalis said with pride. The door opened and a pony walked in, Chrysalis was shocked at first, noticing the pony didn't notice her. The pony was a mare maid, she looked young, at least around her early-mid 20's. Chrysalis may have hated ponies, but, she could not lie, the mare did look good. The maid turned and saw Chrysalis, she was going to scream but, Chrysalis grabbed the mare's mouth with her magic, she lifted the mare in the air binding her. Again Chrysalis might hate ponies, but, this mare looked really good, and tasty. "Now, you know I feed off of love right?" Queen Chrysalis asked. The mare nodded yes, her eyes started to tear up. "Good, but, we changelings need physical food as well... And I haven't had anything to eat. And I can't let you live, so this kills two birds with one stone, or one pony and one problem," Queen Chrysalis said. The mare knew what was going to happen next, she tried to get out of the grasp but was not strong enough. Chrysalis wasting no time quickly turned the mare's neck a full 180 degrees, the mare stopped moving, teleporting the body away Chrysalis turned back into Silver bolt. "With food taken care of, I can focus on getting that pony, and use its blood for the next time," Queen Chrysalis thought with an evil smile. Walking out, she made her way to her next goal, in ponyville. CANTERLOT CASTLE. "Now, Starlight we need you to stay here until we get a lead on our mysterious enemy," Celestia ordered. "Yes Princess," Starlight said. "Sister, does thow think we should use that?" Luna questioned. "No Luna, you know how dangerous it is," Celestia answered a bit concerned. "What are you two talking about?" Starlight asked confused. The sisters looked at each other not saying a word. even though they didn't say anything they both knew what the other was thinking. "Well, since we did ask you to help, it would seem the best to show you," Celestia answered. With her magic, Celestia teleported the group into a large cave, under the mountain. Luna used her magic to light torches on the walls, Starlight was getting used to the sudden changes of light levels. But after adjusting she saw a large globe of Equis floating in the middle of the large cave, there were replicas of the sun and the moon over the globe. "This Starlight is how we really control the sun and moon," Celestia announced. Starlight was shocked at the scale of this artifact, she turned to Celestia with a shocked look. "Yes, after the sun and moon stopped moving on their own, we looked for what caused it, my sister and I found this. After using our magic on it, we found we had natural control over the sun and moon," Luna added. "We used it once to find Tirek, but, as a result, it formed the badlands stripping all life from there," Celestia said with guilt. "So, it is the last result thing?" Starlight asked interested. "Yes, it is, that is why we won't use it unless it was utmost needed," Celestia answered. "But, sister what if our enemy does that again and summons something truly dangerous?" Luna asked concerned. "I know Lulu, I want to find them just as much as you, but, when we used it the last time, 1,000 ponies lost their lives. Not only grown ponies, but foals, and some newborns," Celestia stated saddened. Starlight got that this was truly deadly this artifact was. Celestia teleported the group back to the throne room. "Alright sister, you make a point, we-I won't use it," Luna said. "Thank you, Luna, really thank you," Celestia replied. "So, what will we do now?" Starlight asked. Chapter 9: Paper can make a difference part 2.Chapter 9: Paper can make a difference part 2. The school opened and twilight walked out a bit annoyed. Word about Anon spread around town, and that she is an orphan, some of the ponies didn't like that fact. Spoiled rich made her complaints known to the class, and Twilight was annoyed at that. she turned to see Anon playing with Sweetie bell, Apple bloom, and Scootaloo. That brought a smile to her face that Anon and the C.M.C. made up and are back to being friends, And that Anon was having real fun. "I think I will give her some more time to play with her friends," Twilight thought to herself. ~~Five Minutes Later~~ As the four fillies were playing their game of hide and seak, Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow dash walked over. "Howdy Twi, what are ya doing?" Applejack asked a bit confused. "Just making sure nothing bad happens to the girls," Twilight answered. The three turned to see Sweetie bell, Apple bloom, and Scootaloo playing with Anon. "Well, I'll be darned, they made up," Applejack said. "Yeah, when I heard about what happened, I was a bit concerned for... What is her name again?" Rainbow dash asked. "Her name is Anon," Twilight answered. "Well, it is simply nice that there are no bad feelings between them darling," Rarity said. "Well, we need to get back, I have plans, and I would like Anon to be there with me," Twilight stated. "And what are you doing Twi?" Applejack asked. "this week my family is getting together, I want them to meet Anon," Twilight said. "Well that's nice that Anon is meeting your parents," Applejack replied happily. "Anon can you come over, I need to talk with you!" Twilight called out. After hearing Twilight call for her, Anon made her way over. "Hey, Anon, we are going to see my family this week, what do you think of that?" Twilight questioned. "Ok, that sounds nice," Anon said. Twilight was happy that Anon was starting to become more open to more ponies, the two walked back to the castle to get ready to leave. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ The walk to the castle was not eventful, even though Anon was starting to open up it would take more time to fully open up. "I guess we take baby steps," Twilight thought to herself. When the two got to the castle, the royal chariot was parked outside with some royal guards, Twilight started to freak out at the fact Princess Celestia was there waiting for her. When she walked in, her shock was doubled when she saw luna as well. "Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, what a surprise to see you, I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long," Twilight said with nervousness. "Don't worry Twilight, we just got here only a minute ago," Celestia replied. "Oh, well, that's good," Twilight said. "Hello Luna," Anon called out. "Hello, little one," Luna replied with a smile. "Twilight we need to talk with you, in private," Celestia said with a serious tone. Twilight knew something was wrong, she only heard that tone when Equestria was in danger. With a nod of her head, the three Princesses walked into a secluded room, where they could talk without being disturbed. "What is the problem?" Twilight questioned concerned. "Do you remember the nightmare that plagued me?" Luna asked. "Yes, I do... Are you saying it has returned?" Twilight implied shocked. "No, but, during one of the times we-I was in the dreams of little Anon, I saw a being made of shadows, like the nightmare, I tried to take care of it at that moment. I saw the thing while I was leaving, I tried to stop myself, but, I was too late, by the time I was out of the dream Anon was awake," Luna stated. "What does this mean?" Twilight asked scared for Anon. "I don't know, but, we must keep a close eye on Anon until we know what to do," Celestia said. "It might be hard to hear, but, if this is not taken care of, Anon could become the next Nightmaremoon," Luna stated with sadness. "The next Nightmaremoon?! But, she is not an alicorn," Twilight pointed out a bit shocked. "Even if I was an earth pony Nightmaremoon would have still come out as an alicorn, our shadows are more powerful than we would like to admit," Luna said. Twilight's head was spinning, she was not trying to imagine Anon as an evil alicorn, but, if what Luna was saying was true, something drastic had to be done to prevent that from happening. "There is something else you need to know," Celestia stated. Twilight could only look at her teacher waiting for more news, most likely bad. ~~Ten Minutes Before~~ "Sister, we need to talk," Luna called out. "Yes, Luna, what is it?" Celestia asked confused. "I think we should tell Twilight what is going on," Luna answered. "(Sigh), We had this talk with Starlight, Twilight can't know, when faced with a threat to Equestria, she can go overboard," Celestia said. "You always said you would put your trust in Twilight, I think it's time you did," Luna pointed out. Celestia was going to argue with that point, but, luna was right, if Celestia wanted Twilight to take the throne, someday, she needed to trust that Twilight would know how to act. "Yes... Yes, you are right, I need to trust Twilight," Celestia replied. ~~Back To The Present~~ "We believe that somepony is going to go after Anon," Celestia stated. Twilight's eyes were the size of pinpricks, a heavyweight fell on her heart, everything that she heard to take in, it was like everything was falling apart around her. "H-how, d-do you know?" Twilight asked with fear. "We believe the ones who cause that storm tend to cause harm to Equestria, and Anon was unwillingly dragged into this plan," Celestia answered. "Young Twilight, please calm down, we need to come up with a plan to stop this," Luna stated. "B-but... No, your right, I need to keep a level head," Twilight replied. "Until we really know what is going on, we will put royal guards in the town," Celestia stated. "Alright, I'll make sure to let you know if something happens, also, Spike, Anon, and I are going to Canterlot, this week is our family reunion," Twilight said. "That will be nice that Anon will meet the rest of your family," Celestia replied. "It will only be my parents, Shining armor and Cadence," Twilight said. "Sister, we need to go," Luna stated. "Yes, sorry that we didn't stay for long," Celestia said. "It is always nice to talk with you both," Twilight replied. The three walked out of the room, to find everypony in the castle on the ground some were dead, Spike was on the ground knocked out, with Anon missing. One of the guards on the ground called out, the Princesses made their way over, worried about what happened. "Prin, cess, they, came out of nowhere, they took the f-filly," the guard said before falling into unconsciousness. Twilight heard Spike wake up, she ran over and hugged Spike out of worry. "Twi, light, I can't... Breath," Spike said as he tried to get out of the hug. "Oh, sorry, I thought you were, (Twilight wiped away some tears), I just am glad you are alright. Where is Anon?" Twilight questioned. "I remember, the ponies were wearing some weird armor, it was red with... Blackout lining," Spike said. "Did the armor have an orange sun surrounded by black fire?" Celestia asked. "Yeah, how did you know?" Spike asked confused. "They are a group of mercenaries I have had a hard time getting rid of, but, we need to get Anon back," Celestia said with steel in her voice. "I have a spell that can track Anon, I put a tracking spell on her glasses," Twilight stated. Celestia, Luna, and Spike gave Twilight a deadpan look. "W-well, I was worried about her safety, and I-I thought it was a good idea," Twilight said with a nervous laugh. "We will talk about that later, now we need to get Anon back," Luna stated. Twilight cast the tracking spell, soon the three alicorns were in pursuit of the mercenaries. When the three flew out of the castle some of the pegasus guards followed. "Captin Golden wing, go get the elements of harmony, then follow us!" Celestia ordered. The pony gave a salute and flew off to do what he was ordered. "Whoever these ponies are they are fast," Twilight said annoyed. "Yes, I didn't think they were this bold in attacking a castle with three alicorns in it," Luna replied. "Clearly they had a plan, Twilight how far are we?" Celestia asked. "They are not getting any farther, but, we are not getting closer," Twilight answered. The group heard the sound of a pegasus flying behind them, Twilight looked behind them and saw Rainbow dash flying up. "Twilight, what is happening?!" Rainbow dash asked confused. "Somepony took Anon, we are trying to get her back," Twilight said with concern. Rainbow dash had gotten a face of rage then it turned into one that was determined. "Well, what are we waiting for!" Rainbow dash said as she sped off. After a couple of seconds, she flew back with an embarrassed smile and asked, "So, where are they?" "We will catch up before anything bad happens," Twilight said. It took longer but, the group made it to a cave where the spell was pulling, Celestia gave a silent order to surround the cave entrance. "Alright, what is the plan?" Rainbow dash asked. Behind them, a golden light appeared and just as fast as it came it disappeared leaving more guards and the rest of the elements of harmony. They joined the rest of the group. "We came as fast as we could," Applejack said. "I can't bleve these ruffians would do something so barbaric," Rarity said annoyed. "I hope we can help Anon," Fluttershy added worriedly for Anon. "First we need to make sure none of the pegasi in there could just fly off, second we need to use an anti-teleportation field so they don't teleport out. After that we neutralize the earth ponies, they are trained to be strong enough to kill. Don't think these ponies won't use deadly force, cause they will kill," Celestia stated. The main six paled at the fact if they let their guard down, they could die. Both Celestia and Luna used magic to teleport a set of armor on themselves, Luna had a set of dual swords that looked like they were made of silver, and Celestia had a Halpert that looked like it was made of gold. The group made their way into the cave to confront the mercenaries. "I know you want to help, but, I think you should stay out of this, Fluttershy, these ponies are not like the others we faced," Rainbow dash said concerned. "I want to help Anon that's why I came," Fluttershy said determinedly. "Your right, we did come here to help Anon," Rarity replied with the same tone. Not noticing the ponies the mercenaries threw Anon into a cage, she was scared like her life was going to end there. Twilight fought to keep a level head, she looked over to see Rainbow dash was doing the same thing. Luna used a spell that would stop all that tried to teleport out, she gave Celestia the nod to go. "This is the last time you avoid me!" Celestia called out. The ponies turned around shocked that they were found so fast. "Did thow really think thow would escape, after attacking a castle with three alicorns in it?!" Luna asked angered. The mercenaries took their weapons out and charged the group, Celestia sighed at the stupidity of these ponies, she got her weapon and got ready to attack. The royal guards charged, and when the two forces clashed, the sound of metal clashing followed. Once the fighting was over and the dust settled, most of the mercenaries were dead, while the rest of them were tied up, Sadly some of the guards died in the fight. "Who paid you to go after Anon?!" Rainbow dash asked one of the mercenaries with anger. "Go to Tartarus," one of the mercenaries said. He spat in Rainbow dash's face, she went to hit the pony but was stopped by Luna. "What the heck?!" Rainbow dash asked annoyed. "I'll take it from here, go help the others," Luna ordered. Rainbow dash flew off, but before she gave a death glare at the pony. "I won't tell you anything Nightmaremoon!" he said. Luna didn't show anger, she lit her magic up and slammed the ponies face into the ground. "Now, let's try this again, Luna said with malice in her voice. ~~Ten Minutes Later~~ "Sister, we found out who hired these mercenaries to kidnap Anon," Luna said. "Who did it?" Celestia asked interested. "It was Silver bolt, one of the elite ponies of Manehattan," Luna answered. "Why would he want Anon?" Twilight asked confused. "Not even the mercenaries knew, but, we believe it had to do with the same ponies who made that portal," Luna answered. Anon was staying close to Twilight, and Twilight was making sure Anon was close to her. "I don't think it will be good if we went to Canterlot," Twilight said. "I think it would be good for you, Anon, and Spike if you went to that family reunion, don't worry, I will help keep Anon and your parents safe," Celestia stated. "Well, alright," Twilight replied. "Sister we also found out this isn't the main headquarters for the Dark Sun Guild," Luna stated. "Well, I guess it is back to searching," Celestia said annoyed. End of part 2.

The trip back to the castle of friendship was done in silence, once the ponies were at the castle Anon went to her room. "Is Anon going to be ok?" Fluttershy asked concerned. "I don't think she will, after something that awful it would not surprise me if she goes back to trying to hide from the world," Rarity stated. "Well, I hope this trip to Canterlot will help," Twilight implied. "I have been doing some thinking, and I think it will be better if you and Anon stayed at the castle, Silver bolt went to the extreme to hire the Dark Sun Guild. Anon has something that Silver bolt wants so badly to the point he would get killers to do his bidding," Celestia said. "Well, what could it be?" Applejack asked concerned. "Sister, do you remember what Discord said, Anon can mix magic?" Luna asked. "Wait, mix magic?! But, that can't be, no pony can pull that off!" Twilight implied with extreme shock. "Yes, but, we learned that Anon, came from a different world, their strongest mage was able to create their moon," Celestia stated. Twilight was spinning, (Not literally spinning), at the new information that had to do with Anon. But, Twilight thought about how levitation was somewhat difficult on Anon. "Wait, she has a hard time using magic, how could she mix magic?" Twilight asked confused. "Well, I don't know myself, if she does have a hard time with magic then it must be through some other form," Luna stated. "Well, she could have limiters on her magic flows. So her body didn't make mixed magic, it might be affecting her normal magic. Well, now that I think about it what if... Wait, that's it!" Twilight stated in an exciting shock. "What is it Twilight?" Celestia asked confused. "I realized we were looking at mixed magic all wrong," Twilight answered. "Yeah, none of us are understanding you Twi, can you please tell us?" Rainbow dash said. "Alright, so everypony knows we have magic blockers to control our magic flow. What if they were doing more, like making sure we can't mix magic. Wherever Anon came from, they must have learned that and worked around those limits," Twilight said with excitement. "So, if we find out how to do that, we can use more powerful magics," Luna implied. "Well, that is an interesting turn of events, but, now that makes the attack for Anon more important, and we need to work harder to keep her safe," Celestia stated. "Why is that?" Twilight asked concerned. "I was thinking about why Silver bolt went to this extreme to abduct Anon, and Luna I think you know what it is as well," Celestia implied with worry. "You don't mean that?!" Luna asked worriedly. "What? What is going on? Please tell me!" Twilight questioned scared. "Sorry Twilight, if what was brought to light is true, we think Silver bolt is going to try to summon something far stronger than us, through... Anon's blood," Celestia said. Everyone was silent, a single tear fell down Twilight's face, she teleported away, and all of the ponies plus dragon were shocked at the action. Everyone except Celestia and Luna was freaking out. "EVERYPONY CALM DOWN!" Luna yelled in the royal canterlot voice. All of the ponies stopped due to having to cover their ears, Celestia was a bit annoyed at that, Luna gave a sheepish smile. "Everypony calm down, Twilight is with Anon," Celestia stated. "And how do you know that?" Rainbow dash asked a bit annoyed that her hearing was put to the test. "Well, it does make sense, Anon was holding on to Twilight's leg for life while we were coming back. And Twilight would not allow anypony unless it was us to get close," Fluttershy said. "Ya do make a good point, Anon did look like she would break at any moment," Applejack added. "Well, if Twilight is going to Canterlot, we will go as well, she needs her friends," Rarity stated. "That is noble of you, but, it is up to twilight if she wants you to go or not," Luna pointed out. "Well, we will just need to convince her that we need to come," Rainbow dash said with a determined tone. "We won't force her to choose," Fluttershy said with a small bit of anger. Rainbow dash backed up after hearing Fluttershy's anger. "We just can't leave her alone, we are her friends," Rainbow dash said in defense. "I know, but, we won't force her to take us with her," Fluttershy responded. We just have to wait for her to decide," Celestia said. ~~Two Hours Later~~ "Why is she taking so long?" Rainbow dash asked annoyed. "Have patience, she will come out sometime," Celestia stated. The door opened and Twilight and Anon came out, Twilight holding packing bags in her magic, she then turned her attention to Spike. "Do you have everything you were going to bring packed?" Twilight asked. "Yes I do," Spike answered. "Good, we are leaving now," Twilight stated. "Wait, Twilight, let us come, we have a better chance of keeping Anon safe together," Rainbow dash implied. Twilight was thinking about if she should allow her friends to come or not. It was true that they risked their lives to get Anon back, but, the real reason they didn't get injured or killed was due to the royal guard being there. They were civilians even being the elements of harmony, even Rainbow dash would not fare well in a true fight to the death. And that they were lucky that the ones they faced were only a small group of those mercenaries. "(Sigh), Fine, you can come, but, we need to be careful," Twilight stated. "Alright! I mean, yeah I understand that," Rainbow dash said. "Ok, if you all want to go, head back, and pack, I planned on staying at Canterlot until the threat on Anon is over," Twilight stated. The ponies left to get ready to leave as the last pony went, Twilight wrote a letter and had Spike send it away. "Alright, now we just wait for them to get back," Twilight thought to herself. CANTERLOT CITY. As the group was making their way through the city, ponies were moving out of the ways of the Princess's not wanting to seem improper in front of royalty. After what seemed like an hour the group made their way to Twilight's first home. *KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK* "Coming!" The muffled voice of a stallion called out. The door opened and on the other side was Nightlight, and behind him was Twilight velvet. "Twilight, I got the letter you sent, so, what is wrong? Your letter didn't give that much to tell us," Velvet asked worriedly. "Well, do you mind if we come in first?" Twilight asked a bit embarrassed by the group of ponies behind her. "Of course, your brother and Cadence are already inside," Nightlight answered. "If you are wondering, my friends, are staying at the castle," Twilight stated. "Hey, Twi!" Cadence called out. Twilight and Cadence did their normal routine when they saw each other after a long time apart. Cadence noticed the green filly on Twilight's back and gushed at how cute she was. "And who is this cutie?" Cadence asked with a loving tone. Anon tried to hide from the pink alicorn, unknown to everypony Anon had a small blush. "I will tell you everything, I need Shining armor to hear this as well," Twilight said with a serious tone. Cadence noticed the tone Twilight was using and felt like something was truly wrong, After everypony plus dragon was in the living room Twilight started to talk. "First, I want to introduce Anon... I adopted her, she is my daughter," Twilight started with. The four ponies were silent, then Cadence picked Anon up with her magic and pulled her over to hug Anon. "I can't believe I'm an aunt!" Cadence said with excited joy. Twilight and her friends were expecting Anon to freak out. Anon felt scared that this pony picked her up out of nowhere, but, felt calming love, for some reason she felt happy. Twilight at first was mad that her sister, (In-law), would do that without asking but before saying something she saw that Anon was fine, Twilight started to calm down. And she noticed that Anon was happy more than her normal self. "Well, I guess being the Princess of love can do that," Twilight thought to herself. "Well, it isn't what I expected, but, congratulations on becoming a mother," Nightlight said. "It is nice that both of my babies are parents now," Velvet said with happiness. Everypony noticed that Shining armor was silent, his eyes were closed. "Shining, are you ok?" Twilight asked worried he might be mad. Twilight was pulled into a bone-crushing hug by Shining armor. "I can't believe that my baby sister is a Mon!" Shining armor said with tears of joy. "Can't... Breath... Need, AIR!" Twilight replied trying to get out of the hug. "Oh, sorry, I was, excited for you, that's all," Shining armor stated while wiping away tears away. Twilight got back on the seat she was sitting in before being dragged to a death hug. "Now I need to tell the rest," Twilight stated. For the last two hours, Twilight explained how the filly was found, how Twilight took the filly in, and how Celestia helped with the proper paperwork that needed to be done. After that, she told on what was going to happen, but, that a group of mercenaries called the Dark Sun Guild tried to foalnap Anon, and how it was all because of Silver bolt. The whole time Twilight spoke Cadence was keeping Anon closer to her, out of reflex, Cadence thought if she let go, Anon would disappear into thin air. Twilight left out the part of Anon saying that her biological parents were killed, she still needed to process that info. Also, the whole harvesting of Anon's blood thing, that in itself nearly put Twilight into a coma of pure shock. Once she was finished the four were in silence, Twilight velvet fell to the ground out of shock, everypony was worried something was wrong. Velvet opened her eyes after a second, she stood up on shaky legs. "Take it easy, you had a bad fall," Nightlight stated in a loving worried tone. "I-I'm fine, it was just a lot to take in at once," Velvet said trying to stop the shaking. "Are you going to be ok mom?" Twilight asked concerned. "Yeah, I need some time to take everything in," Velvet implied. "We should take our leave for the castle," Luna said. Those who were going to stay at the castle were starting to leave the house, all except for Rainbow dash, who wanted to be a good friend to Twilight. It took a lot of convincing, but, the cyan pegasus gave in and left with the rest. "So, you hungry?" Nightlight asked Twilight. "Yeah, I am, thanks for letting me stay," Twilight answered. "It's no problem, you are our daughter, even if you are a princess," Nightlight said. The group made their way to the dining room, once there she saw that Anon was sitting next to Twilight velvet, and flurry heart was with Cadence and Shining Armor. "So, your name is Twilight velvet, and mom's name is Twilight sparkle?" Anon asked confused. Velvet gave a small laugh at that and said, "Yes it is, why do you ask?" "Why do you not have the same last name? Isn't the last name supposed to be your family name?" Anon asked confused. Twilight's heart skipped a couple of beats at Anon referring to Twilight as a mom, she felt like she could burst into flames at how much love she had for her daughter. Of course, Cadence felt the immense aura of love Twilight had for Anon, she felt like she could be crushed under all that love. "I wonder if other ponies in the empire can feel that with me and flurry heart?" Cadence thought to herself. "So, are you going to come over or just stare?" Cadence asked in a teasing tone. Twilight blushed at that and sat down by Anon. "What do you mean by that? We do have a family name," Velvet questioned confused. "Always asking the big questions I see," Twilight said with a smile. "Well, it's nice to see she has the same way of asking questions as you," Shining armor stated. "What do you mean?" Anon asked confused. "I am saying you have a keen eye for things, and that is a good thing," Shining armor answered. "Oh, ok," Anon said with a small hint, (And I mean small), of pride. The rest of dinner was spent asking questions, at least half of them were for Anon. Everypony made their way to their rooms, Twilight was not going to let anon sleep in a different room than her. After tucking Anon into bed, she assured Anon was going to be alright, Twilight got into her own bed and fell asleep. The cave was large and scary, but, most of all it was dark, darker yet darker, the darkness was spreading. The shadows cut deeper into the flesh the sound of a silent scream was everywhere yet nowhere. Eyes of hate and hunger everywhere and everywhere, a sun with black flames. A blue tree with glowing leaves was in front of the cage, it was larger than the mountain that had Canterlot. Out of sight, Luna was trying to break out of the tree that had her, her goal was to get to the filly. Her pained screams could be heard through the whole of the dream realm, but, only heard by Luna. She watched as Anon's own mind was on the verge of self-destruction. With one push she teleported out of the tree and used her most powerful wake-up spell to stop the night terror from ripping the mind past the line of return. Anon woke out of bed in a cold sweat, she looked around to see she is no longer in danger of any monsters. She got out of bed and made her way to Twilight's bed. Luna was making her way to let Twilight know what happened, it was a good thing Luna had that spell to let her know if something was wrong. As she was in front of Twilight's door she tried to open it, only to find it won't open. "I guess Anon woke Twilight up then," Luna thought to herself. Twilight felt a heavy thump on her side, enough to wake her up, she noticed somepony was in the bed with her, she lifted the blankets to see two sad-filled hazel eyes looking back. Twilight pulled Anon closer to the pillows so she can sleep more comfortably while sleeping. "(Sigh), All of this is insane, I sware, but, not everything is bad," Twilight thought to herself. She allowed herself to fall asleep hoping Luna could help with Anon.
Chapter 1: A fate unknown to me.Chapter 1: A fate unknown to me. EARTH. "Alright, calm down, you got this," a man said to himself. "Hey anon, calm down you will do fine this is only a test flight, you passed the written exams with flying colors, I know you can pass this," another man stated. "(Sigh) I know, and why are you calling me by my call name?" Anon asked. "You know how the general can get, he thinks everyone flying a machine has to call each other by our call tags, I only do it so he doesn't have me wash the toilets." Again, just to let you know if you forgot, my call tag is Desert Fox, so if you don't want to wash toilets remember it," Fox stated. "Who came up with our call tags anyway?" Anon asked confused. "You know... I don't know, it is a bit weird, I wish we could pick our own," Fox said. A man walked into the hanger and made his way to the two men. "ATTENTION!" The man called out. Both, Anon and Fox got to attention and saluted, then Fox said, "YES, GENERAL VOX SIR!" "At ease, I just came here to let you both know that your tests will start soon, normally we would use a simulation." But, due to them being rushed they have bugs that need fixing, so, you will be flying the real things," Vox stated. "Wait so we are flying the experimental helicopters,?!" Fox questioned shocked. "Yes you both will be flying the experimental XO-1556 Scorpion, these are the only ones of their kind, so don't crash them," Vox stated. "When do we start, sir?" Anon asked. "In thirty minutes, so get ready," Vox ordered. He turned around and walked off. "So, I guess we should get our gear," Anon implied. "Yes, we should go," Fox said. The two walked over to the lockers by the wall, they got their flight suits on. "We better get to the helicopters soon, before we get in trouble," Fox stated. EQUESTRIA. The sky over ponyville was clear and bright, ponies were walking without a care in the world. Twilight was walking through the town reading her book. "Hay, Twilight, I need to talk with you," Pinky pie called out. "Yes, Pinky, what is it?" Twilight asked. "Well, I was wondering if I should use chocolate or vanilla?" Pinky questioned. "What do you mean?" I don't remember any holiday today," Twilight stated. "Nope, we are going to get a new friend, also you want to get your umbrella there is going to be a nasty storm, and our new friend will need all the help they can get," Pinky pie implied. "A, storm... The last I checked the weather team didn't have a storm scheduled for today," Twilight stated. Pinky pie bounced off, leaving twilight confused, she just shook her head and continued to walk. "Hay Twilight, have you heard, a new pony is coming to town, and we are getting a storm," Rainbow dash said. "Yes, but, I don't understand why she said there would be a storm," Twilight replied. "Yeah that was weird, but, Pinky tends to say things that do come true, so, we might want to take what she says with some truth," Rainbow dash implied. "I guess, but, it is just nagging at my mind, on what kinda storm, Pinky pie would call nasty," Twilight stated. EARTH. The sound of two helicopters could be heard. "This is Desert Fox of Scorpion 0-1 reporting in," Fox called out. "This is Anon of Scorpion 0-2 reporting in" Anon added. "I see the targets, do we have the go-to attack?" Fox questioned. "This is air control, you have the go-to attack, I repeat, you are, go for the attack," A man said on the radio. Both helicopters fired missiles at the dummy targets and exploded. "Targets are eliminated, I repeat, Targets are eliminated," Anon stated. "We are returning to base now," Fox said. The two turned around to head back, after a minute clouds came in and blocked out the sky. "Uh, air control, Where did these clouds come from?" Fox asked in concern. "What do you mean?" I don't see any clouds on any of my scanners," the man said. "Well, I am seeing a lot of clouds," Fox stated. He waited for a response, but, nothing came through but static. "Air control, this is Scorpion 0-2 please come in," Anon said. Nothing but static. The clouds started to spin in a circle, then started to form a hole in the sky, in the center was a green light. "FOX FLY DOWN, NOW!" Anon called out. Fox had gotten to a safe distance from the strange weather phenomenon when Anon went to follow he found the controls to be unresponsive and saw he was being dragged to the portal. Everything went dark. EQUESTRIA. Clouds were circling over the town of ponyville, winds were moving fast enough to throw small branches and small stones. "Where did this storm come from?!" Twilight asked in shock. "Nopony knows, it just came out of the ever-free forest out of nowhere," Rainbow dash stated in a panic. "Well, thank goodness the castle of friendship is large enough to keep everypony safe," Rarity said worriedly. The windows of the castle were rattling due to the wind. But after a minute it stopped, Rainbow dash looked out of one of the windows. "What ya see out there?" Applejack asked. "I don't see... Wait, there is a thing that just fell through the eye of the storm, it looks like it's on fire!" Rainbow dash answered. Anon was watching as the ground was coming closer, he thought he was going to die, before smashing into a large fireball. The nosedive turned into a failing flight, he remembered the Scorpion had an anti-crash system, but, the engines were still on fire, so, once the craft hit the ground he blacked out. ~~One Hour Later~~ Once the storm left the ponies made their way out of the castle, Twilight looked around. "Rainbow, where was that object that fell from the storm?" Twilight asked. Rainbow flew up and looked around and pointed out, "Over there, I see it!" Twilight with her friends followed Rainbow dash, after running through the town they came across what looked like a large chunk of metal, it looked like a Scorpion. "W-What is that?" Fluttershy asked with fear. "It looks like some sort of Scorpion... I don't think it's alive," Twilight said. "IT'S DEAD!" Fluttershy shouted in more fear. Fluttershy started to hyperventilate and tear up. "No darling, I think what Twilight meant is that it is not a real living thing, I mean it does look like it is made of metal," Rarity pointed out. Fluttershy looked at the metal thing and took a more detailed look, she noticed that the thing was more like a large piece of metal. And not the normal multiple plates of chitin of a Scorpion would have, she saw a pool of black liquid on the ground and froze. Twilight looked where her friend was looking and saw the black liquid, she thought that it wasn't some sort of blood, it looked like some form of oil, what kind of oil, she didn't know. "I don't think that is blood, it looks like some sort of oil," Twilight implied. "Uh, Twilight, you might want to come here!" Rainbow dash called out. Twilight walked over to where Rainbow dash was standing, she saw part of the machine, (Twilight thought it was some sort of machine), it was made of some sort of tinted glass. And there were cracks on it, but, it wasn't broken, whatever it was, it was strong, twilight looked inside and saw an unconscious filly. "What the?!" Twilight shouted in shock. "What is it darling?" Rarity asked worriedly. "There is a filly inside!" Twilight answered. She used her magic and pried the glass off the metal contraption, then used her magic to pick up the filly, the pony was wearing some sort of weird helmet, Rarity took the headgear in her magic. "Well, this is definitely not in style, but, it doesn't look like it was made with good looks in mind. It looks like it was made with practicality in mind," Rarity stated with a critical eye. "We need to go to the hospital," Twilight stated. The group made their way to the hospital, once they ran in the staff noticed the group needed help, and one of the nurse ponies walked up. "Princess Twilight, do you need help?" Redheart asked concerned. "Yes, this filly needs medical attention now!" Twilight answered. "Yes Princess, I need a stretcher here now!" Redheart called out. Some other ponies ran over with a stretcher, a unicorn placed the filly on the stretcher and left to go deeper into the hospital. "Princess do you know anything about this filly?" Redheart asked. "No, sorry, I know nothing about that filly," Twilight answered. "Can't you look at her background?" Rarity asked. "Well, no, I have seen every foal in this town, and that filly, I have never seen before, I can send requests to other towns if they have any information," Redheart implied. "That would be nice, I will send a letter to the Princess to ask if she can help," Twilight stated. "That will help, I don't want to think some poor ponies were worried sick over the loss of their daughter," Redheart said. "Can you let me or any of my friends know if the filly wakes up?" Twilight requested. "Yes, will let any of you know when the filly wakes up," Redheart said. "Thank you, is there anything else you need?" Twilight asked. "No, not now, there isn't anything we need at this moment, if we need anything else, we will let you know," Redheart answered. "Think you, I need to go and let the princess know what happened," Twilight stated. The six made their way out of the building and made their way to the castle. ~~Thirty Minutes Later~~ "Spike, where are you? I need you to write a letter!" Twilight called out. After a couple of seconds, later the sound of claws on the floor could be heard and a small green lizard came from around the corner holding a piece of paper in one claw and a quill in the other. "Ok Twilight I got everything," spike stated. Dear Princess Celestia. I am writing to you about the freak storm I wrote to you about earlier. Thankfully nothing bad happened to the town of ponyville only small damages, and nopony was hurt, but, this isn't the reason why I am writing to you. Earlier an object of unknown origins came through a portal the storm made, inside the object was an unconscious filly found inside. The filly is a unicorn with a green coat with a black mane and tail. I am asking if you can help with finding the filly's parents, you do have a farther reach across Equestria than I or the ponyville hospital has. From your faithful student, Princess Twilight Sparkle. After writing Spike tied the letter up with a red ribbon and breathed green fire on it. The paper turned into a magic cloud of smoke, it made its way out of the window, and into the distance. "Well, now that is taken care of what do we do now?" Rainbow dash asked. "(Sigh) For now, we wait for the Princess to write back, I rather not miss anything," Twilight answered. "So, what do you all think of this?" Twilight asked. "I just hope that filly is ok, it would be heartbreaking if she was hurt," Fluttershy said. "Yes, I do agree with Fluttershy darling, I do hope that poor filly was not hurt," Rarity added. "I'm confused about how that filly was in that thing in the first place," Applejack stated. "Well, if anypony did anything to that filly I will show them the good one-two," Rainbow dash said angered. Spike burped up a cloud of smoke it turned into a letter, before it hit the ground, Twilight caught it in her magic and opened it. Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle. It is good to hear that, nopony was harmed in the storm. And about the mysterious filly, I will be sending a notice to every city and town of Equestria about her. Until then keep me updated, Luna will try to find out all she can through the dreams of the filly. From your faithful teacher, Princess Celestia. "Well, now we know what Princess Celestia will be doing, it is getting late I suggest that we all go to bed, and see what tomorrow has in store for us," Twilight stated.
