Bow couldn't express his delight when Rainbow was born, he had become a father and he had an incredible daughter to raise, never once did the idea of one day being balls deep inside her enter his mind, that would have been sick to think about considering she was just a baby at the time! Rainbow squirmed a little and went "Well no, not really... I mean, I guess so? I dunno, it's complicated... it's just that I've noticed boys starting to pay attention to me y'know? I see their eyes kinda looking at my body and stuff and... I just wondered, what do boys like?"

Windy was never going to be good at this talk, she knew what boys liked certainly, there were a few universal things that all boys liked no questions asked, however she didn't want to voice what those exact things were and was no exactly a massive fan of imagining her daughter starting to do those things. Windy figured that she'd have to pass this one over to her husband, as a father he'd probably be the best one to give Rainbow the answers without having to delve into the sex talk, Rainbow would have to figure out that one on her own. Windy cleared her throat and said "Well, for that answer you're probably gonna wanna talk to your father. Once we get home and you do your homework, you can ask him anything you like about boys"

Bow nodded in agreement and said "You got it, geez.... I never thought about having to do this until just now, here we go I guess..", then he went upstairs to have a father-daughter talk that he had hoped to avoid but knew had to happen if Rainbow was to become a functional adult. As he walked into Rainbow's room, she was just finishing off her homework and only noticed her father had walked in when he sat on the bed and patted the spot next to him and said "Rainbow, take a seat"

Rainbow shrugged and sat down before saying "What's up dad?"

Bow cleared his throat and said "So, I hear you've become interested in boys, what's that all about?"

Rainbow blushed and went "Oh... y-yeah, well I was just wondering what boys like, boys have started noticing me at school and I just figured that I might as well... y'know, get ready for when they wanna start kissing or something..."

Bow remained calm, he knew that one day a boy might try to court her but that didn't mean he had to like it, nevertheless he kept his cool and said "Well Rainbow, the important thing to remember is that what the boys like doesn't matter, it's what you like"

Rainbow was confused, she looked at her dad and went "It is?"

Bow nodded and said "Of course it is, those boys who have been looking at you at school have been looking at every other girl your age in the same way. What's really important is to just be yourself and if any boy is worth getting your attention, then he's gonna like you for being you, not just because you're starting to look... well, let's say "womanly" shall we?"

Despite having a rather large ego, Rainbow had never actually considered that, though one question she did have was left unanswered and so she said "Well... what if there's a boy I like and I wanna get his attention?"

Bow thought for a moment and said "Well... getting a boys attention isn't too difficult I suppose, you just gotta be assertive and know when to give up, that's all"

Rainbow nodded and went "OK, thanks dad!"

Bow said "You're welcome sweetheart" and went to bed.

Soon enough, Windy joined him and immediately went "Well?"

Bow smiled and said "All taken care of, she'll be fine". Rarity had to hold back a scream of delight, Rainbow never seemed like a girl who was that into fashion, so to have her actually seeking advice was monumental. Rarity went "Rainbow Dash, darling! You're finally going to start finding your own style?! How magnifique! Though I absolutely refuse to let you go to a clothing shop, it just won't do, as your friend I insist that you allow me to design an entire wardrobe for you, free of charge! I assure you that I can make you clothes that will boldly show the world what you're made of! Come to my place after school so I can take some measurements and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!"

Rainbow chuckled, Rarity seemed like she was desperate to make clothes rather than simply being generous, though Rainbow wasn't about to turn down such an offer and said "Sure, I'll see you after school then"

When school was done, Rainbow met up with Rarity to go to her house. As they were walking Rarity said "So darling, what kind of garments are you interested in? You've never really been quite into the fashion scene as much as myself, so I don't know what kind of look you're going for"

Rainbow said "Well, I want stuff that's eye-catching I guess? Something that's... I dunno, womanly? I want clothes that will draw some attention to me, from like... boys..."

Rarity's ears perked as she giggled and went "My my Rainbow Dash, you want something pleasing to the male eye huh? Never thought of you as a girl who'd be interested in becoming eye candy, who's the lucky man?"

Rainbow, without really thinking about it and not particularly caring what Rarity thought, just went "My dad, I wanna start looking sexy around him so that one day he might do me"

As Rarity scampered off to start working, Rainbow just made herself comfortable and waited, thinking about what pose she could do for when she sent a photo of herself in her new outfit to her father. Rainbow text back saying "What do you mean? Provocative of what?"

Bow replied "Well, boys might get the wrong idea about you"

Rainbow had to smirk as she just text back "What idea is that?"

Bow wiped the sweat from his brow, he assumed that the outfit was chosen with an innocent mind and that in this instance he was probably being the depraved one for instantly viewing it from a sexual standpoint, with that in mind he simply text "Nevermind, you wear whatever you like honey"

Rainbow replied "Thanks Dad! I'm glad you like it, I plan to get more clothes soon so I'll keep you updated!" Rainbow was true to her word, every other day Rarity provided her with something new to wear, each one more risque than the last and for four weeks Bow was bombarded with pictures of his daughter striking slightly seductive poses in some of the most criminally sexual clothes he had ever seen. Bow always blushed awkwardly and said it was fine, he had brought up his concerns with his wife obviously, though she was of the same opinion as he was, that this whole fashion thing was up to her and that there was no harm in it. Bow agreed mainly because he didn't want to admit that he was finding his daughter to be looking rather... tempting. Eventually however, the amount of clothes Rainbow had built up became too much and she asked Rarity to stop making them, she had plenty of outfits now anyway and she always made a point to wear one of them whenever she was around the house, often seeing her dad catching sneaky glances and gauging which outfits he found particularly tantalizing. A couple of years went by the same way, with Rainbow basically being pure wank material for her dad, though when she hit the age of twenty she decided it was time to up the ante and put the years of internet "research" to the test, even if her dad caught on to what she was doing it would most likely work out in her favor.
