Destroyed Are The Fragile Friendships
The Poem of tears
Load Full StoryLegends of chaos and evil was found, sitting atop a tall statues mound.
Innocent argument bringing a crack, allows ancient evils to renew and enact.
Vengeance and hatred born from his sin, reign of destruction is soon to begin.
gathered together six friends will unite, in an attempt to return that which is right.
Chaos and treachery are to much to defend, element of magic will lose in the end.
The power of madness soon will amass, bringing the power of friendship to be second class.
Deviant games that are played on five brains, will ruin the friendships that once saved the day.
Apples of honesty will fall from the trees, growing deception and the lies they will breed.
Pink bubbles laughing once filled with joy, will despair as depression leaves deep the void.
Generosity once held whole white and pure, is corrupted by greed turned grey and obscure.
Soft gentle kindness on sweet innocence voice, now words of madness and cruelty are choice.
Prisms of loyalty trailed on swift wings, betrayal and apathy has grounded those things.
Sparkling magic held it most clear, but Death's cold embrace has broken this peer.
Discord’s delight sends ponies alight, where once there was unity, now there is strife
Chaos undefeated the six not united, conflict gone wrong as they all fell divided.
Five converged on the one until nothing remained, minds had been twisted by Discord's sick game.
Harmony lost and chaos entertained, by five other elements as the sixth has been slain.
The certainty gone, left empty and cold, drained of the light, that burned in their soul.
No longer these six held high in esteem, now minus one no longer a team.
Celestial tears fall to the ground, hearts heavy burden from the guilt worn her down.
Broken and beaten those friends once so strong, left empty and saddened by Death’s cruel song.
Black crows now fly where rainbows once tread, constant reminders that a pony is dead.
Carousels of coffins cover a floor, where glamorous fashion had once adorned.
Dirt dust and grime now cover plates, cupcakes and sweets now decayed full of hate.
Furry and small all left to die, no longer the care of an innocent eye.
Orchards of lies covering fields, no longer blooming and no food they will yield.
Ancient tomes once filled her grand tree's walls, now toppled over no longer stands tall.
Gone now the colors Equestria craves, as a lavender pony now fills a grave.
The nation now fallen to chaos despairs, while monochrome hearts no longer care.
No longer now will elements protect, this once happy land can only lament.
No longer the sun's rays warm up the sky, while lunar light casts as pale as death’s eye.
Queen of darkness no longer restrained, drove to insanity from the sisters deep pain.
Unicorn horns no longer will light, no magic will now ward off the night.
Together with Chaos nightmares now share, the crazed minds of those fallen into despair.
The darkness grows deeper with release of the Vampire hoard, morphing into those who's love they will gorge.
Converting the masses in cocoons made of green, needing new subjects to rule it would seem.
Felt was the loss of the lavender mare, whom held all the magic for others to share.
Consider no more hearts fond desires, this once lively town consumed by the fire.
The castles have crumbled, the walls left decayed, this once shining palace where ponies have played.
The love of the brother long has been spent, the shine is no more and the armor is bent.
Princess of Love once so divine, now courts with hatred that ravaged her mind.
Spreading her perversions for all to share, a shadow of this once loving mare.
Six that were one now are left shattered, five that remain their lives have been scattered.
The lavender heart once held the key, to save all of us from this most unpleasant dream.
Now that she's gone, all will despair, nothing is left, and none shall be spared.
