The Elements of Harmony and the royal couple were seconds away from victory. King Sombra had entered the city, he was making his approach toward- Wait. Where is he going?

Trapped with the most evil pony to have ever lived, Twilight must survive the mad king with only Princess Luna and King Sombra to keep her company. Unfortunately, the king opens up to her when she least expects it, giving her thoughts pause.

Now realizing they all may be wrong about the king, Twilight must decide what she will do. Will she assist King Sombra in carrying out his noble, if questionable, goals? Or will she return to her old life in blissful ignorance?
