During Maretime Bay Day, the city's annual unity festival, use of money is prohibited and all goods and services are exchanged with trade to help "lift ponies' spirits" by getting them talking. In search for some paint to help her friend Pipp whose billboard was vandalized, Sunny bites off more than she can chew and gets caught up with a seedy crowd.
