Princess Twilight's friendship table has spoken, and Derpy finds herself sent to a mysterious town in the middle of nowhere to solve a nebulous friendship problem, much to her consternation. It's out of the way, and everyone seems off. They all kinda talk the same and wear the same clothes and act the same and even look the same - which makes Derpy and her colossal breasts stand out all the more. Which, it turns out, is not exactly a welcome trait in this town, something that the Mayor intends to drive home whether Derpy likes it or not.
