Helmets can help for anything
"It's was a wonderful day in Equestria, the air was crisp, the sun was shining and the birds were singing." Twilight read aloud.
Pinkie raised her hand, "Twilight, we've already read this one!"
"Oh, sorry Pinkie." Twilight reached for another book.
When Twilight found a book to read to Pinkie for story time, Pinkie was bouncing off the walls, literally. She bounced off of bookshelves, she bounced off of Twilight's bed, heck, she bounced off of Spike!
"Pinkie, stop that!" Twilight screeched from Pinkie almost landing on her.
"Why? Do you not like when I bounce?" Pinkie had seemingly stopped in midair, floating.
"First, how are you floating like that? Second, no I don't mind it, unless it's in my house." Twilight sighed and began picking up the books on the floor.
Pinkie had thrown a helmet towards Twilight's direction, hitting Twilight in the torso.
"Pinkie, why did you do that?" Twilight screamed.
"That helmet will help you clean, silly filly!" Pinkie said in her usual upbeat voice.
"Yeah, just as soon as Spike gets over his crush on Rarity..." Twilight said to Pinkie.
"NEVER LOSE HOPE MY FRIEND!" Spike screamed from the kitchen.
"Don't knock it until you try it!" Pinkie said, bouncing up and down.
Twilight lifted the helmet with her horn, giving it a distasteful look. It was covered with Pinkie's sweat. None the less, Twilight put all the books in the helmet.
"You don't use it that way," Pinkie giggled. "Here let me show you." Pinkie grabbed the helmet and went to bouncing around again.
Pinkie had somehow picked up all the books with the helmet and slung the books in the proper sections. Fiction books in fiction, Biographies in non-fiction. Pinkie was a cleaning like a machine, Twilight's mouth was agape.
"How, wha, why?" Twilight stuttered, confused.
"This helmet can help you with anything!" Pinkie said, while picking up a book by Twilight's feet.
Twilight walked into the kitchen, dazed and confused. She went to the freezer, picked up ingredients for a Mayflower sandwich. Twilight lugged the ingredients towards a cutting board, and started to cut all the flowers and the bread. Pinkie again threw the blue helmet at Twilight's torso. Strike two.
"PINKIIIIIE!" Twilight shouted from the kitchen, frustrated.
"This will help you make your sandwich!" Pinkie said hopping into the kitchen.
"As soon as Fluttershy stops being shy." Twilight whispered.
Twilight looked out the window to see Fluttershy, not running away when somepony was taking a photo of her.
"That's... impossible." Twilight shuddered at the thought of that being real.
As soon as Twilight closed her shudders, The life-like Fluttershy memorial was moved to the middle of the park, along with most of it's fans. Whilst Twilight was turned around, the sandwich she wanted to make had magically appeared in front of her.
"No, that's impossible..." Twilight said in astonishment.
Twilight looked at the helmet once more and trotted off to the living quarters, or formally put, the bedroom.
"Hold on Twilight!" Pinkie screeched from the bottom of the staircase.
"Why?" Twilight turned around and moaned.
"The author can't think of any situation where I could throw my helmet at you up there!" Pinkie still had that simple smile on her face.
"Wait, what?" Twilight looked at Pinkie as if she were criminally insane or something like that.
Despite the fact that Twilight was tired, or could that be the fact that she was that she came down, she walked outside and trotted to Rarity's boutique. Pinkie kept rambling behind Twilight, asking if they would ever get there.
"We'll get there when we get there Pinkie." Twilight said irritated.
Pinkie threw another helmet at Twilight, this time Twilight dodged it.
"HA! I dodged it!" Twilight screamed, elated.
"No, you didn't." Pinkie kept on smiling.
All of a sudden, the helmet that was throw at Twilight had gotten under her hooves and she started sliding around.
"I never thought of using them as a way to get around! Thanks Twilight." Pinkie said as she took out a list of things a helmet can do.
Twilight had finally rammed into a wall and stumbled trying to get to a trash can of some kind. As soon as Twilight had finished losing all of the food she'd had in the last hour, she walked away from Pinkie, just waiting for a helmet to hit her as soon as Pinkie saw something that a helmet would somehow make easier.
She saw a paint can, looked back at Pinkie to see if any U.F.H's (Unidentified Flying Helmet) where soaring towards her. She saw nothing and kept trotting. Twilight had spotted Derpy, carrying her normal shipment of mail to all the ponies in Ponyville. Derpy was shot down by a helmet, thrown by, who else? Pinkie Pie.
"At least there's not a helmet massacre going on..." Twilight looked behind her to see Pinkie sitting on Celestia's throne, laughing whilst the helmets solved every problem, practically.
By that I mean, well she was still trapped in this story. The helmets could fix anything but that fact. Twilight kept trotting through her nightmare-ish town. The economy ran on helmets, the food was made by helmets. Helmets, helmets, HELMETS!
All of a sudden wild Rainbow Dash appears.
"Game over man, game over!" She shouted in a panic.
Twilight woke up, by an arcade, which was next to a hospital. Pinkie was rubbing smelling salts over her snout, as well as Twilight's.
"What was that dream?" Twilight said in a daze.
"You fell while you were riding your bike, you should really wear a helmet." Pinkie said, still upbeat.
Twilight ran out of the arcade screaming upon hearing the word, "helmet".
"Too bad, she forgot to pick up her one of a kind, super special, limited edition helmet, signed by all of her friends." Pinkie whispered.
"Hey, Pinkie what's up?" Rainbow Dash asked as she flew overhead.
"I gave Twilight a fear of helmets." Pinkie's smile was all too big.
Rainbow flew to ground level, just so she could slowly walk away from Pinkie.
Pinkie threw a helmet and Rainbow and laughed evilly.
"Never trust the helmets, my friend." Pinkie said as she grew two extra legs and tap danced away from Rainbow.
"What did we just write?" Twilight asked at her writing area.
"A masterpiece Twilight, a masterpiece." Pinkie whispered.
