Some context please

•Twilight P.O.V•

I had a hard time sleeping the night before. The memory of what happened still wouldn't leave me. The fact that this thing took another life, and didn't even show any care was just horrible, but what was worse is the princesses hugged him, they seemed happy about him.
And Fluttershy she will be lucky if she isn't traumatized by the event, but the matter is they married him.
A demon, a monster worse than Discord, he won't kill anyone. Worst case scenario they go crazy, or they just get annoyed.
I was drawn from my thoughts by the streams of sunlight through my window.
I got up, and dressed in my usual attire a purple shirt, and skirt with my favorite socks.
After I was dressed in clean clothes I walked downstairs, and saw Spike cooking pancakes, and eggs.
"Good morning Spike".

The little drake turned to me, and smiled.
"Good morning Twilight breakfast is almost ready".

I sat down, and tried to let the smell of breakfast take my mind to better thoughts.

Until the little drake spoke up again.
"So Twilight what are we doing today"?

I sighed thankful he was asleep during the attack.
"We are going to go visit the princesses".

He turned around with the food in his hands, and set it on the table.
"Really, why do they need us for something? Is it another diplomatic mission"?

I wanted to not mention it to him, so I kept it to myself.
"No, I needed to ask them for some information about a recent turn of events".

He looked at me curiously as he served me a stack of pancakes, and two eggs.
"Really, turn of events, what do you mean by that Twi"?

I kept my head down, and was about to answer when there was a knock at the door.

"I'll get it".
The purple little dragon ran off towards the door, I sat, and started until I realized something, what if it was one of the girls I got up to stop him, but too late.

"Tirek attacked when"!?
The little scaled draconic child exclaimed.

I walked over, and saw none other than Applejack at the door bright, and early.
Her blonde hair lit up in the morning sun in her signature ponytail, and her signature hat holding her hair down.
She wore a set of short shorts, and a flannel shirt that was tied up into a knot in the middle, and her usual boots.

She looked at me after looking up from Spike.
"Mornin' Twi say ya didn' tell spike about last night"?

"No I didn't applejack because after what happened I didn't think he's ready to know yet".
I sighed, and walked back to the kitchen.
"Are the rest of the girls ready to go"?

Applejack stood at the kitchen entrance as Spike continued to eat his food.
"Twi far as I know I'm th' first one here".

Just after she said that the others walked in, and stood in the kitchen entrance.
Each one voicing their presence.

"Twilight Darling are you in here"?
Rarity of course with her iconic flare walked in her hair fixed up as usual.
She wore a nice sundress with sunflowers, and a simple sun hat.

"Yeah where are you at egghead".
Rainbow Dash walked in with a hand on her hip.
She was wearing a pair of gym shorts, and a tank top with her cutie mark on both

"Ooh is this a surprise party? I love surprise parties".
Pinkie Pie being the party pony she is got excited, and began rambling about party related things.
She was dressed simply in a regular pink shirt, and her favorite blue pants.

"H-hello is anyone home"?
Fluttershy just hid in the back in her signature yellow sweater, and long pink skirt.

I offered everyone some food, but everyone had already eaten, save for me, and spike. As we ate I explained the plan to the others about what we were about to do.
"Alright girls, here's the plan we are going to Canterlot to talk to the princesses about certain events that have arised, so if we want to get there quickly, then we better leave for the train station now. Is everypony ready?

The others looked to each other, then back to me, and nodded.
I wiped my mouth, got up, and made my way out the door, the girls, and Spike in tow straight to the train station.
As we walked we were greeted by some of the local business ponies. We all waved hello, and continued to make our way to the train station.
When we arrived I got seven first class tickets, and we boarded, the trip was relatively quiet until we got to Canterlot.
We began to walk from the station to the castle.
There was something odd though the pace seemed oddly quiet like no one was out.

We all were confused, but paid no mind, and continued on our way to the castle when we entered we all noticed no guards were present, the maids, and such did continued to clean, and do their jobs.
We continued our walk in, and I saw Shining armor standing in front of the entrance to the dining room.

"Twily what are you doing here"?
He looked at me in full armor, and spear in hand.

"We're here to talk to the princesses. What are you doing here Shiny"?
I looked at the other guards that stood with him all clad in full armor, and weapons drawn.

"We got a report of some sort of monster in the castle with the princesses, and that it tried to violate Princess Celestia".
He had a look of full seriousness on his face.

I was in shock tried to violate Princess Celestia, that's just plain horrible.
Who would try to do such a thing, and to one of the princesses at that?
Then it dawned the stallion from the night before the demon.
I was going to tell him, but I was too late they bursted through the door before I could say anything, and sitting there was Princesses Celestia, and Luna, with him sitting between them with a chef leaving what looked like three bowls of cereal, and two pieces of meat.

Now that there was light I couldn't believe what I was looking at, his right half wasn't just missing flesh, his eye was gone, there was a crack over where it would have been, his teeth were like ours, but with more of an edge to them, and molars like a diamond dog.
Shining, and the other guards stood in defensive positions around the table most really close to the princesses.

Shining was the one to speak out to him.
"Stand up monster you are under arrest in the name of the princesses by order of the captain of the solar guard, me Captain Shining Armor."

He turned his head, and looked at Shining, then back to his food, and started to eat his food.
One of the guards didn't like this, and tried to attack him, but was stopped by the seat of the chair being pushed back into him.
Some of the other guards took more firm stances, and another tried to attack again with the same result. The only difference was the chair was picked up with a foot, and kicked at him with enough force to shatter on impact.
Shining armor stood his ground as the guards moved closer.

"Captain Armor stand down before you, and your guards get hurt, or worse".
Princess Celestia stood up in her seat looking at him with a stern expression.

"But Princess we got a report from one of the staff that this thing attempted to violate you".
He kept his eye on the demon with his weapon up.

"Sister thou tried to lay with our husband before telling me your sister".
Luna shot up with her hands on the table.

"Lulu, now is not the time, and it was not my fault he hugged me, and things were going from there".
She crossed her arms with a huff, and slight blush.

"Why didn't you ask this of us, love we would have been happy to satisfy thy needs".
Luna stood up from her seat, hands on the table.

"Cause baby I didn' expect it to go that route jus' well you know shit happened, and listen to her boy you, and your girlfriends stand down, or I'll fuck y'all up".
His voice was deep, and coarse, but also authoritative.

Shining tried to attack him, but I ran over, and held him back.
"Shiny don't do it, trust me you don't know what he can do".

He turned around, and looked at me the best he could.
"Oh, and you do Twily? Do you"?

I looked him in the eyes as I answered.
"Yes all of us except Spike do even Discord".

"No let him try somethin' he'll know what it's like to fight a real soldier".
Steel skirked as Shining looked at him with hate.

"A real soldier, I am the captain of the royal guard, and".
Before he could finish his sentence Steel got right in his face, his one red eye staring right into Shinings two as he towered over the guard.

"You are nothin', boy! I served in the military of my country from my world for over eighty years! I fought from 1914 at 22 all th' way into 1975 to th' day I died!
I was in two world wars, a cold war, and in some other political war! I've seen shit no one needs to ever see. I've held my best friends in my arms, and watch them die.
Their guts spilled out, or a limb missing, or just plain out turned into swiss cheese they got shot so many times".

He then did something that shook almost everypony in the room to their core. He took off his shirt, and underneath the article of clothing were scars, and still fresh wounds from the fight with Tirek.
"These are my reminders of my time served. Every gunshot, stab, slash, piece of shrapnel left it's mark on me, an' th' parts of me that are gone that you can see are a reminder of my sins!
I was a real soldier a warrior when have any of you ever had to look a little child in the eye after you shot them through the gut, an' have them ask you 'shoot me shoot me', as they lay there, then put a bullet between their eyes, never 'cause you've never been in a war where a country was so desperate for soldiers they made little kids fight in a war that they shouldn't fight in.
When have you done that, when!
I've been to the deepest parts of Hell itself, then got thrown here. I even Killed some dude named Tirek single handedly last night I've slaughtered other demons like me.
Now look me in the eye, and say you can stop me from murdering every single one of y'all 'cause I can, an' will, an' I won' think twice 'bout it I'll sleep like a baby.

At the time Cadence walked in, and saw what was happening her husband was being yelled at by somepony, but what scared her when she saw was his forearms were bare they were just bones, and his scars his whole torso was just covered almost no part of him was not covered in scares.
Then he said something that made her shake.

"Then at that you little shits, y'all walk in here with these boys expecting me to leave your princesses my wives here while I take shit from you nuh uh hell fucking no the only reason why your not dead already is that I said to my wives that I would not kill anyone today. I AM A FUCKING MARINE I TAKE SHIT FROM NO ONE, AM I CLEAR"!?

Shining shook his head looking him dead in the eye not showing fear.
Cadence could feel the pure love he felt for Celestia, and Luna she almost could say he had more love for them than even her own husband does for her.

"SOUND OFF LIKE YOU GOT A PAIR. AM I CLEAR"!?

Shining didn't drop his look, and replied calmly.
"Yes you ar".

He was stopped mid-sentence by a slap to the face.
"I SAID AM I CLEAR THE FIRST, AND LAST WORDS OUT OF YOUR MOUTH BETTER BE SIR MAGGOT"!

Shining got into a straight posture.
"SIR YES SIR"!

"Good dismissed get out of here before I break my boot off in your ass boy, and send someone over here with some sewing needles, and thread".

Shining, and the other guards who were shaking like a cart with a loose wheel all walked out of the room leaving us, Cadence, and the princesses in the room.
He sat down, and continued eating his food.

We all approached cautiously until he looked up at us.
"What do you eight want"?

We all looked at each other until we noticed Cadence in the back just watching him curiously as she continued to approach him.
He acknowledged her presence, but didn't do anything. All he did was eat.
She sat next to him on the floor, then looked at Celestia, and Luna.
Rainbow dash, and Pinkie pie noticed the ink marks on her face starting to fight back laughing at the practical joke that had been played on the princess.

"I can't believe it he has more love for you two than I've ever felt somepony feel love towards another. How did you three meet"?
Cadence never took her eyes off of the sisters husband feeling the intense force emanating from the creature before her.

He stopped eating, and looked to the floor.
"I was brought here. I'd died in Vietnam after saving a man who I thought was my friend who had actually stolen my fiance away from me. We were bringing some P.O.Ws home from Nam.
I'd began to bite their necks after running out of ammo, and breaking my combat knife in one guy's head. shit I even started to beat some of them with chain I stole from them.
The enemy started coming after us guns hot, and mortars incoming well there was one mortar shell that was coming in, and I looked over there was one man with me the one who took my fiance, so I was left with two things leave him to die for taking her from me, or shove him out of the way, and let him go home to what I never experienced, well as you can see what my choice was the shell came down at my feet, and boom I was thrown into a tree, then left to bleed.
Years later I was in hell fighting in another war, but in the middle of the fight poof.
I was in a forest, I wandered around, and got this feeling to follow this one direction turns out there was a demon from my world too, so I killed him, and ate what I could my starved mind more focused on that for a short time, then I continued my journey that's when I met them.

He told his side of the story, and Celestia continued it.
"Yes it is true Discord had however summoned another as he said it was a bit more subtle on it's plan to take over, so discord cast it out into the city when it tried to overthrow him, some time past when me, and my sister got our strength back up we made our way to stop him, but were almost defeated until he showed up.
He climbed up from a ledge that was nearby, and what we saw scared us to our core he was thin, and pale, then the missing parts of him didn't help any, but he helped us we of course stopped Discord.
But we didn't know what to do with him so he was kept under a watchful eye of the original tenants of Ponyville me, and my sister would visit, and over time we fell in love Luna because of his love for the night sky, and the moon. I fell for him because well he appreciated the natural world around him brought by what both the sun, and moon he showed us things we didn't know our two elements brought like Luna's moon he showed us a flower that in his world is called a Lunar flower that blooms only when there is a full moon, and they produce a sweet, and beautiful fragrance.
And me, and my sun he showed us a special way that it can be used to help in survival.
Our two elements different, but the same loved equally by the same man, so when the time was right he asked us to marry him, and we said yes after we were wed we brought him home with us, and he made us rings, and some of the weapons he bares like his spear".

He cut Princess Celestia off, and spoke up.
"Gungnir the spear of the all-father Odin, or Óđinn if you want to pronounce it right, my axe is Gjallarhorn one of the weapons of heimdall, or Hāmdæl the god of foresight, the guardian of Asgard.
My bow is a recurve bow with a five-hundred pound draw, with arrows made with broad tips that are meant to cause maximum amounts of damage, penetration, and bleeding.
My sword is like that of Týr, its name is Týrfing it is said that the real Týrfing was forged by the same dwarves that made Gungnir.
Last, but not least my 1897, twelve gauge shotgun, or M-97, and my Smith & Wesson 500. Magnum revolver".
He laid the weapons in question before him as he listed them off, and their significance to him.

Twilight wrote down everything he was saying on a piece of parchment not missing one bit of information.
Rainbow Dash was just bored lazily leaning against a wall letting out a yawn.
Fluttershy being the adorable, and caring mare she is, came forward, and held up a medical kit.

"Uh c-can I t-treat your wounds that's if you want".
Fluttershy sheepishly stood next to him, and held up the medical kit.

He looked at her, and nodded.
"Sure go for fit get th' big one's, then th' minor ones"

Fluttershy looked in her kit, and grabbed a sewing needle, and a small roll of thread.
"Ok hold still this might hurt a bit".

Luna was about to say something, but was stopped by a hand.
"Don' worry 'bout it can't feel pain anyway, just do it".

She did as she was told, and started sewing. He sat in his place, and started to tear into one of his steaks.
Fluttershy continued to work carefully trying not to hurt him, or cause any discomfort.
He looked at Luna, and Celestia, then blew them both a kiss each.

When she was done he looked over his arms, and chest looking at the cuts he had, that Fluttershy patched up.
"Nice work you must have done this before on someone who has had something similar before".

She hid in her hair, and squeaked.
"I have some animal friends at home that get hurt sometimes".

He started eating the other steak as they talked.
"That's cool. I used to know a veterinarian myself she was great never let me win at checkers. Hey uh sorry 'bout last night I didn' know y'all was there I didn' mean to cause any harm mentally that is".

She had a more solemn look before it changed into a slightly more cheerful one.
"It's ok it happens to most of us eventually".

•Steel P.O.V•

She tended to my wounds as I ate. Her touch was very tender, and full of care for what she was doing.
She looked like a nice girl, but all good things had to come to an end because not two seconds later I had a face full of pink fur, and big blue eyes. My first thought, and probably the dumbest was the heart attack joke.
I put my hands to my chest, and started to gag, and wheeze, then drop to the floor still as a corpse 'hehe corpse', I laid there my eye wide open the purple one rushed over.

Cele tried to tell her not to, but no she put two fingers to my neck, and felt for a pulse.
"Sweet Celestia he's dead we have to try to help him, he has so much information that we can't lose".

Then the perfect moment showed itself. I shot up, and yelled like a psycho.
Everyone save for Celestia, and Luna jumped they started laughing at the seven currently trying to not have a heart attack themselves.

"Hahaha oh my god I can't believe that's still funny after all these years".
I couldn't stand up I felt my sides ache so much.
"I'm a demon purple I'm already dead hahahaha you should have seen the looks on your faces".

The cyan one tried to play it off, but too late she was scared like satan himself just came up.

I looked at my phone that I had charged sometime during the night court, and looked at the time.
"Hey Cely we have to go".

She stopped laughing, and put on a neutral face, and quickly got up heading back to the new throne room.
I got up after her, and made my way to the throne room with her.
When we arrived there were new banners, and guards even more, so now there were even more nobles this time they looked awfully snobby.
I knew this was going to be one long day.

So I won't be able to post these as often as when I first started off some things came up, and I'm going to have a bit of a challenge working on these, but you can look forward to more.
