Life through the portal:my experience in equestria

Pinkie Pie yells into a megaphone and says,
“ hey everypony,let’s welcome our new member,everypony say Hiiii There to Sandra!”
*silence*
“Come on everypony,Say hiii!”
“Hiiii there Sandra”, everypony says with a smile!
I couldn’t believe it! Everyone in ponyville was finally here, acknowledging me as a citizen of equestria!
I finally feel like I belong!
But just as I begin to celebrate,I realized my family and boyfriend were probably very worried.
I had a choice to make:
Be friends with these awesome ponies,or go home to my friends and family and boyfriend who are worried about me.
I made a choice to stay for one more week,then go home .
What could possibly go wrong?
