Sunset Shimmer and her friends have saved the human world countless times against many villains.

After their victory at the Battle of the Bands, Sunset had fully redeemed herself in front of her friends and they were enjoying a long time of peace.

However, one by one, they were all kidnapped by mysterious robots and taken to an underground laboratory, where their own bodies were experimented on by a scientist known as Dr. Gero. Even Crystal Prep student, Twilight Sparkle (Sci-Twi) was taken by the Red Ribbon Robots.

Their bodies were surgically opened as they were all turned into Gero's Android killing machines.

They later awaken with no memories of their past lives, Androids 22-28 only have one prime objective: Destroy Goku and avenge the Red Ribbon Army.

Nevertheless, there may be a little bit of humanity hidden inside these android's programming, and with every familiar place they find, more fragments of their memories begin to open.

However, not only will they have to deal with the z-fighters, The Overconfident Prince Vegeta, and the twisted Bio-Android Cell, but a reject android that left a severe scar on Gero's past.

What will the destinies of these new Androids be, only time will tell.
