Pinkie Pie's Playful Tickle Trap
Pinkie Pie's Playful Tickle Trap
It was time for a new day in Equestria, and the morning light was poking through Pinkie Pie's window. The mare yawned as it gently woke her from a deep slumber. Her eyes opened lazily, and to her surprise, she felt a little tired this morning. That’s when she recalled her plans with Fluttershy. Oh my gosh, I almost forgot!
The thought subsided her grogginess rather quickly as she tossed up the covers and hopped out of bed, giving a little stretch before preparing for the day ahead.
Pinkie had found a previously unexplored area of The Everfree Forest while on a daring, if slightly precarious trot, or so she told Fluttershy. The yellow pony was scared at the thought of poking around a new part of an already intimidating area. Truthfully, however, Pinkie Pie was planning something special for her friend. Something more playful, silly, and very on-brand for The Element of Laughter.
Heading downstairs for breakfast, Pinkie Pie couldn't stop imagining all the fun they were going to have, even though she knew the yellow pegasus would be a tad nervous at the start. It was food for thought, a lot to digest, and it had kept Pinkie awake for most of the night as well. While her plan was simple, the meat and potatoes would be convincing Fluttershy to visit the new spot without giving away the whole oatmeal... I mean ordeal.
Hehe! I think mentioning breakfast is making the narrator hungry. Pinkie thought as she devoured her panca- wait. Did you just... you can hear me?
Only when I choose to, which could be anytime. Say “hi” to the readers for me!
I swear to Celestia... moving on!
At the other end of Ponyville, Fluttershy was rushing so as to not be late. All the animals had been fed, and she finally set aside some time to get herself breakfast too. Though, picturing the forthcoming trek was putting her a little on edge.
Angel nudged her leg as it bounced anxiously. “Oh,” she began with a mouthful of cereal, before swallowing it, “It's okay, Angel. I forgot to tell you: Pinkie is taking me on a special trip today.” She smiled, but any creature could clearly see the nervousness behind it. Angel raised an eyebrow as Fluttershy sighed and finished her meal. “Okay, fine. Pinkie wants to take me with her into... The Everfree Forest.” She shuttered. “Pinkie assures me that she knows how to navigate it safely, but we're headed to a brand new area she found.” Fluttershy gulped, and Angel whispered something to her. “Of course I trust her, she's my best friend! But I'm a little sca-“
There was a loud knock on the door. “Fluttershy?” A familiar voice sang. “Are you ready to go?”
The yellow pony jumped, her sentence interrupted by a squeak. “C-coming!” She opened the door and grinned. “Good morning, Pinkie Pie. I think I'm about ready to depart.” A nervous chuckle escaped her.
Fluttershy pivoted to grab her bag, but was met with her friend's concerned expression upon turning back.
“Fluttershy, I know this isn't just The Everfree Forest, it's a super new, super unknown, super duper ominous part of the forest!” Fluttershy flinched away and Angel facepawed. As usual, Pinkie's reassurance had the opposite effect. “But you know me, I'm your best friend! I've been there a few times myself and I've got it all figured out.” She giggled. “Plus, it's one of the safest parts of Everfree. Nothing should be out to get us.”
The pegasus still wasn't convinced. I mean, would you be? Pinkie smirked. “Besides, if any creature tries to hurt you...” she reached into her mane. “I'll defeat them with the power of friendship and this ax I found!” She stated proudly, dropping a comically sized ax in front of her friend. It was blunt side down so it wouldn't embed itself in the floor; it made a considerable dent instead. The loud bang on impact made Fluttershy leap backward. “W-well I feel more protected, but are you absolutely sure you know where your goi-“
“Of course, silly!”
“And if we're attacked...?”
“We won't be. I've walked this route a hooffull of times now. You're safe with me.”
“A... hoof... full?”
“Come on, no time to waste!” Ignoring her friend's confused tone, Pinkie Pie slipped the ax back into her mane, hopping down to the bridge preceding Fluttershy's cottage.
The yellow pony secured her bag as she galloped after her friend. “W-wait up, Pinkie!”
If you asked Fluttershy what was going through her mind, she'd tell you that her friend's aloofness was confusing. Pinkie always laughs in the face of danger, to be sure, but even then, she was weirdly unbothered and was so sure of their safety. Something wasn't adding up, and her imagination ran wild. Either she's simply much too overconfident, or she’s planning something. Fluttershy gulped. Perhaps both.
As the duo delved deeper into The Everfree Forest, Fluttershy kept close to Pinkie Pie. The hike was a decent length, but it wasn’t overly taxing due to the flatness of the path. Pinkie would soon halt and turn to Flutters in a seemingly random spot. Pinkie wore a slightly smug look, and now more than ever, Fluttershy felt that something was up.
“Okie-dokie! You ready for the super secret new place?” Fluttershy felt torn. How could she voice her suspicions without it sounding totally out of left field? If she assumed wrong it would make her look untrusting, which wasn’t the case, of course. And so she decided to go along with Pinkie. Prank or not, Fluttershy knew there were no bad intentions at play. “I-I'm ready!” She declared with a brave face, not totally faking it this time, she would tell you.
Pinkie Pie's ear twitched. “Great! You’ll love it, I promise!” She extended a hoof, pulling back the branches covering an overgrown pathway.
Fluttershy paused and gazed down what she considered to be a path of mystery, in a forest that already had an abundance of such things. The pegasus took a deep breath and trotted confidently, taking the lead into the unknown.
“You feeling better now?” Pinkie asked from behind her.
“Y-yes. Did I seem upset on the way here?”
“Not upset, but distracted.” Pinkie put her silliness to one side to make something clear. “Hey, Fluttershy?”
She stopped and turned around. “Hm? Yes, Pinkie?”
A genuine smile spread across the earth pony's face. “You were brave today. I'm sorry if I got you worried about where we're headed.” A giggle was heard as she wrapped her front hooves around her friend, a hug that was returned even tighter. “Thank you, Pinkie!” Fluttershy beamed; that was just what she needed to hear. Combined with Pinkie's tight squeeze, Fluttershy felt much more content. “I was just a bit nervous about a new place, is all. I still kind of am, but I'll admit I’m curious more than anything.” She grinned and Pinkie Pie chuckled. “Then keep on trotting around that corner, and we're there!”
With a pivot and a tilt of the head, Fluttershy could see the path did indeed end just past the curb. She jogged towards whatever lay ahead with a grin on her face. Pinkie Pie grinned too, admiring her friend’s peppiness. Gosh, Fluttershy could be so adorable sometimes.
In an anticlimactic turn of events though, Fluttershy hopped into a clearing that was just that: a clearing. Her eyes darted around in search of a landmark or defining feature, but there was nothing to be found. “What? Pinkie... there's nothing here.”
Unphased by the confusion in the air, Pinkie Pie snickered. “Oh, you might think that.” And with a deep inhale, shouted. “HEY, WE FINALLY MADE IT!”
Fluttershy's ears instinctively pinned against her head. Why was Pinkie so loud, and who was she calling to? Nopony got a clear answer, as many magical tendrils appeared and headed Pinkie Pie's way. Fluttershy gasped at the apparent attack. “Pinkie!” And with a speed boost from her wings, she closed the gap between herself and the earth pony, standing guard in front of her.
“Huh? Fluttershy, don't worry!” The magical vines dodged around Fluttershy and continued towards the pink pony, scooping her up and giving a gentle pat on the head. “They aren't out to hurt us, look!”
Fluttershy was relieved. “But wait, if there's nopony in sight, who's controlling- EEP!!” The pegasus was apprehended by magic in the same manner, her head being stroked in the same fashion. She couldn't help but smile. “G-gosh, I can't lie... this feels n-n-nice...” At that, two more tendrils appeared and kissed Fluttershy's cheeks, which were now glowing red. A giggle escaped her. “Ohoho gosh, they're p-playful!”
Pinkie Pie nodded. “Very, very playful!” She leaned back. “Alright, do your stuff, vines!” As soon as the words left her mouth, they wrapped around her limbs, holding them up and apart in a revealing, but still comfortable position.
“P-Pinkie! What are they...?”
“Hehehe! It's the best part!” Pinkie Pie wiggled in her restraints happily, awaiting what was to happen next. Before either of them could blink, more little tendrils had appeared around her belly and began tracing in a circular motion. “EEEhehehehe!” The Element of Laughter squealed and fell into a giggling fit, her chest rising and falling with each forest filling laugh.
Fluttershy was caught between feeling shocked, infatuated, and amused at her friend's joyful laughter. “Ohoho goodness!” She laughed along with Pinkie. “They like to have fun?”
Pinkie nodded as the little tickle teasers stroked all over her stomach, chest and sides, producing a hearty belly laugh. “Thehehehey love tohoho tihihihickle poniehehehehes!” She responded, wiggling around as more spots were scribbled.
It was at this point that Fluttershy saw the tendrils wrapping around her limbs too, holding them still. “W-wait! I've never been tickled like this before!” The yellow pegasus wiggled, but unlike her friend, it was out of anxiousness. She was so sensitive, especially to tickling, could she take this much of it?
“Fluhuhuhuttershy!” Pinkie called through her squeaks and snorts. “Dohohon't worry! Ihihihi've been here befohohohore! They'll nehehever hurt anypon- GAHAHAHAHA!” A cheeky little tickler was slipping into the pony's belly button, swirling gingerly and yet hitting all the right spots. “HAHAHAHA! I KNOHOHOW THEY WOHOHON'T GO TOOHOOHOOHOO FAR!” Pinkie's eyes sparkled as her tiny, tender little button was tickled. One of the softest tummies in Ponyville, folks. It makes for a heartwarmingly adorable ticklee!
Fluttershy smiled upon hearing the joy emanating from Pinkie’s laugh. No way would she have taken her here if she thought it would be unsafe, and the tendrils still hadn't touched her. Are they waiting for me to ask? She looked at them, and five or six started gently rubbing her belly. It was even more relaxing than the previous head pats, but with Pinkie's hysterical laughter echoing through the forest, she could only anticipate joining her in a ticklish trance. Best not keep them waiting. A bashful smile spread across her face as she took a deep breath.
“D-do it! I wanna be t-t-tickled too!” Fluttershy's cheeks turned deep crimson as she fumbled her words. She had asked to be tickled, what a silly sounding question! But there was no time to overthink it. Within a second, the rubs turned to strokes, which sent ticklish sensations through the yellow pegasus’ body. “EEEHEEHEEHEE!!! Ohoho my gahahash!” She arched her back a tad and wiggled much more than Pinkie Pie, just because of how new this sensation was to her. The tugging on the vines minimized, however, as Fluttershy let the feeling wash over her. “Pihihinkie! I lohohohove it sohohohohoho much!”
“HAHAHAHA! MEHEHE TOO, FLUHUHUTTERSHY!” Pinkie Pie replied just as the vine in her belly button left for a coffee break. The omission of her sweet spot allowed Pinkie a little more breathing room. “Hehehehey! You shouhouhouhould try her wihihihings!” She shouted to seemingly nopony.
Fluttershy gasped. “B-buhuhuhut my wings ahahahare dehehehelicate!” The tendrils kept tickling her belly while her sides got some much needed attention. “Hahaha! EEEheeheehee! My sihihihides!” Each side got two vines each, both squeezing rhythmically and giving a squeak inducing tickle every time.
Pinkie Pie shook her head as the tendrils started dancing around her thighs. “HER WIHIHIHINGS! HAHAHAHA! S-SOFT SPOT! GAHAHAHA!” She informed the unseen tickler once more as the inner thigh scribbles made her sing with laughter. Fluttershy concurred that her vocal solo was coming up shortly.
“Ohkahahahay!” She slowly lifted her wings from her sides and spread them out. “J-just behehe gentle! Hahahahaha!”
Never to turn down a tickle spot, purple magic surrounded the yellow pony's wings, ready to test just how sensitive she really was.
A swift head tilt in either direction revealed the extent of her wings’ immobilization. “I sahahahahaid gentle! Hahahaha! Please!” She reaffirmed anxiously, just as one tendril ran across the top edge of each wing, from the furthest tip all the way to the base on her back. “EEEHEEHEEHEEHEE OHOHO MY GAHAHAHASH!! AHAHAHAHAHA!!” The mare jolted in surprise. The feeling was overwhelming, and butterflies filled Fluttershy's fluttery belly from the beginning of the long stroke all the way to the end. “Thahahahat was sohohoho intense, Pihihihikie!” She shouted, glancing over to see her friend still having her thighs treated to an endless barrage of scribbles, caresses and pokes.
“YOHOHOHOU'RE TELLING MEHEHEHEHE?!?” Pinkie locked eyes with her fellow ticklee. It was impossible to tell, but she and Fluttershy were indeed giggling at her joke.
But the yellow pegasus couldn't stand waiting anymore. She needed to feel those butterflies again. Holding in her laughter for a second, she threw her wings up and begged, “Plehehehehelease mohohohore!!” And before she had a moment to feel bashful of such a request, her soft, fluffy wings were encased in a ticklish heaven, held still as those magical little tendrils tickled back and forth over the top. “AHAHAHAHAHA!!! OHOHOHOHO PIHIHIHIKIE IT TIHIHIHICKLES!!!” Fluttershy's face lit up with the same pure delight that her friend had been showing for almost a minute now, but she wasn't as prepared for it. “I CAHAHAHAN'T! GAHAHAHAHA! OH CELESTIA IHIHI'M SO TIHIHIHIHICKLISH!”
Pinkie Pie, now tiring out from the scribbling on her thighs, still kept her gaze locked onto Fluttershy. Partially to monitor if she was doing okay, but mostly so she could watch those glimmering eyes as her best friend laughed her heart out. Rarely had she heard Fluttershy laugh so loud, or sound so overwhelmed with joy. It was beautiful, but Pinkie knew Fluttershy wasn't used to laughing this hard like she was, and the visible tears of joy in her eyes proved it. “BREAHAHAHAKE! HAHAHA! BREAK PLEHEHEHEHEASE!”
And at that, the tickling stopped, for both of them in fact. The magic untied the two ponies and placed them down on a bed composed of the same purple magic that had held Fluttershy's wings in place, hence how soft it felt. Pinkie was catching her breath, Fluttershy was panting, but both had big, dumb grins plastered on their faces.
“So...” Pinkie Pie began between huffs. “Did you enjoy your surprise?”
Fluttershy was nodding before the question was finished. “Yes... it was amazing!” The mare turned onto her side to face Pinkie. “I’ve never laughed or been tickled like that before.”
Pinkie Pie rolled to face her as well. “I knew you would love it! After last weekend I just had to plan a secret tickle trap for you.” She winked.
“Last weekend? You mean when I slept over at your place?” Fluttershy recalled that some tickling had ensued. She really liked it, but had tried to mask the extent of her enjoyment for fear of it being strange or awkward. Though, given who was tickling her, the mare’s worry made no sense in hindsight.
Pinkie Pie sat up on the bed. “Yeah! I remember nuzzling your belly to tickle you which worked surprisingly well, and then I tried your wings which made it even better! You didn’t ask me to stop so it must have gone on for minutes.” She rambled with a warm smile. “You shouldn’t hold in your happiness like that though.” Pinkie shuffled towards Fluttershy. “And on that day, I could tell you did.” The pink pony lifted a hoof and booped her friend's nose. “But those sparkles in your eyes told me everything I needed to know.” The innocent playfulness of her voice combined with the boop had them both giggling as they flopped back down again.
“Was it that obvious?” Fluttershy asked.
“Only to a pony like me. I can tell when somepony’s happiness is a bunch of hippy dippy baloney, or, in your case, when somepony’s scared to show just how happy they are.” Pinkie Pie grinned. “On top of that, I’ve known you for so long, Fluttershy...“ she jumped up and over her friend, pinning her with one hoof on either side. “You can’t hide laughter, of all things, from me!” And with that, a pony muzzle was buried into Fluttershy’s chest, the back and forth nuzzles fueling an eruption of giggles. “AH! Hahahahaheeheeheehee!! Pinkieeheeheeheehee!”
“Whaaaat? I’m only giving my best friend what she loves!” Pinkie Pie snuck a glance up at Fluttershy’s goofy smile, causing the earth pony’s snout to shift closer to her neck. Continued nuzzles near the collarbone caused Fluttershy’s hind leg to twitch and kick slightly, catching Pinkie’s attention. “Ooo, what was that?” Her right ear twitched and there was a brief moment of silence.
“O-oh nothing! Just t-ticklish is all!”
“Oh, okay! Then I guess you won’t mind if I...” Pinkie Pie nuzzled into the crook of Fluttershy’s neck and felt her leg kick faster, tapping the magical bed repeatedly. “Eheeheeheeheehee!! Thahahahat’s a s-soft spot!!” Laughed the mare. It wasn’t quite a loud belly laugh, rather a hysterical giggle fit, the likes of which melted her right into Pinkie Pie’s hooves.
“Awww, I think I’ve discovered my new favourite spot!”
Blissful laughs, yips and squeals filled the forest as a sensitive mare found herself within the gentle clutches of her best friend, getting the ticklish treatment she had always dreamed of. That is, until a familiar voice cut through the giggles. “You two having fun?”
Fluttershy jumped, but Pinkie Pie only gasped, hopping off the bed toward the questioning pony. “Oh, gosh! I’m sorry, Twilight, I forgot to give you the okay to come on out.”
Twilight smiled warmly. “Oh, no worries! I needed to rest anyway. Using such precise magic like that will wear you out in no time.”
A confused Fluttershy piped up. “Wait... that purple magic... that was all you?”
Twilight nodded with a smile. “Yes, it was. It was a lot of fun too, getting to tickle you two like that. Hard to see what I was doing from the hiding spot Pinkie Pie set up for me, though.” She gestured behind her to a bush with a hole parted in the middle, just small enough not to be noticed from a distance. It seemed a little out of place now that they were all staring at it, though.
“I’m sorry, Twi.” Pinkie remissed. “I’m just glad it all worked out. I couldn’t have done it without you.”
“Oh, no worries! Like I said, it was really fun for me, so I can only imagine how great it felt for you two.” Twilight winked at Fluttershy, who proceeded to blush and smile toward the ground. “Y-you did an amazing job, Twilight...” She complimented.
The alicorn chuckled. “Thank you, and I’ll be happy to do it again anytime. You two are adorable ticklees!”
Fluttershy’s smile only grew, her face reddening faster. “W-w-well, thank you Tw-”
“Yeah, you're right!” Pinkie Pie interjected with a mischievous smirk. “Fluttershy really does have the sweetest laugh in all of Ponyville.” She watched as her friend’s heart melted once more. First the tickling, and now compliments on her laughter? She was getting all the love today, much more than she bargained for.
“My laugh is not cuhuhute!” She said, while laughing and proving their point.
Twilight giggled at her friend’s blatant denial of the truth before looking up at the sky. The sun was farther along than expected. “I think we should head back to Ponyville soon. We want to get home before nightfall.”
Pinkie Pie was shocked. “Wow, is it that late already?”
“It was a bit of a trek to get here, and we’ll be slower going back because we’re all a little tired.” She smiled. “But we should all be home just in time to get a good night’s sleep.”
“Sounds good!” Pinkie Pie affirmed. “Come on Fluttershy, let’s head back.”
The pegasus followed, still blushing like mad as she took up the rear of the group. When it seemed nopony was looking, she let herself smile even wider, unable to contain the lingering butterflies. Pinkie peaked over her shoulder, however, and caught a glimpse of her friend’s glee. The earth pony exchanged glances with Twilight who also turned to find a very flustered Fluttershy, fully aware she had been caught and now trying to hide her smile, to no avail. They giggled to themselves, knowing they had made their precious pegasus friend very happy that day.
The trio were about three quarters of the way home, but still in good spirits as the sun began to set. Twilight’s horn emitted a dim glow and muffled giggles caught Pinkie’s ear. “Huh? Fluttershy?” She looked and saw two little tendrils sliding up and down Fluttershy’s sides. “Oh, I see, heehee!” She winked once more at Twilight, who returned a little smirk.
The teases would continue until they made it out of the forest, when Twilight turned to both of them. “This was a great time, girls. I needed a break from royal duties, and I don’t think I could have asked for a better one.”
“Yeah!” Pinkie Pie beamed. “We have to do this again sometime soon.”
“Well, we don’t have to part yet.” Fluttershy took a gingerly step forward. “If you want, you two can sleep at my place tonight. I’d love the company.” She traced the ground with her hoof. After the wonderful day she had, the last thing Fluttershy wanted was to spend the last moments of it on her own.
Twilight nodded in approval. “That sounds great! I’m beat though, so I’m probably gonna fall asleep as soon as I get through the door.” The alicorn let out a gargantuan yawn. “Or maybe even before then.” She chuckled.
Pinkie Pie liked the idea as well. “Okie dokie lokie! To Fluttershy’s it is!”
Fluttershy fittingly took the lead this time, but she too was almost ready to pass out as they got in the front door. “Twilight, Pinkie, one of you can sleep in my bed tonight. I changed the sheets this morning so it should be all ready to go.” A yawn interrupted her. “Oh, please excuse me... There’s a guest room for whoever wants it, and I’ll sleep on the couch.”
“Oh goodness, Fluttershy.” Twilight began, “I can sleep on the couch, it’s no big deal.”
“Or I could!” Offered a somehow still energetic Pinkie Pie, flopping on the sofa.
Fluttershy couldn’t help but snicker at her friends’ generosity. “You sure you won’t mind the couch, Pinkie Pie?”
“Pfft, nah.” Pinkie Pie kicked back, laying her head on the cushion. “Just give me a blanket and we’re all set.”
“That I can do.” She trudged upstairs to grab one. “Twilight?” She called, “I’ll take the spare room and you can have my bed.” Twilight rolled her eyes with a humoured exhale, not determined to fight her on this. “Sounds good, Fluttershy.” She trotted up the stairs to claim her bed, passing by her friend as she brought Pinkie’s blanket to her.
“There you are, let me know if you need anything else, okay?”
“Mm-hmm. Can and will do.”
Just as Fluttershy was about to head up the stairs, Pinkie cooed. “Oh, Fluttershy?”
“Huh? Yes?” She backtracked halfway across the room.
Pinkie Pie wore a grateful smile. “Thanks for trusting me today.”
“Of course I did.” She swiftly trotted the rest of the way over and nose-booped Pinkie. “It was a weird adventure, but I knew that if you were bringing me into it, it was safe.”
“And remember, if anything did go wrong...” She pointed to her mane. “I still had that ax hidden away up there.”
The two ponies shared a moment of laughter before saying goodnight. Pinkie Pie was snuggled up on the couch, Twilight enjoyed Fluttershy’s cozy master bedroom, and the yellow mare herself flopped onto the spare bed, out like a light in a matter of seconds.
As the clock ticked past five, it started to rain outside, with a loud thunderclap shaking the cottage shortly after. All three ponies jerked awake.
Twilight realized she was clutching her pillow rather tight, having been torn out of a pleasant dreamscape. With a few deep breaths, however, she was able to soothe herself and drift back to sleep, the rain striking the window serving as a soothing backing track to her slumber, thunder notwithstanding.
Fluttershy, on the other hoof, laid staring at the ceiling for a good thirty minutes before finally getting up for a glass of water. Her hooves hardly touched the stairs as she tiptoed along, careful not to disturb anypony more than they already had been.
Nevertheless, The Pinkie Sense hears all. “Storm woke you up too?” The high pitched whisper spooked Fluttershy as she approached the kitchen sink, followed by a sigh of relief as she remembered who was on her sofa. “Yes, it did.” The sound of running water filled the room. “Would you like a glass as well?”
Pinkie Pie sat up and turned around, hanging her forelegs over the back of the couch. “Sure thing!” A hoof covered her mouth as she lowered her volume. “I mean, sure thing, hehe.”
With two glasses of water, one held in each wing, Fluttershy carefully made her way over to the sofa. There was just enough moon glow lighting the room to navigate it with confidence. “It’s okay, but we do have to be quiet. I hope Twilight was able to sleep through the noise.” She handed Pinkie her drink and leaned back next to her, sighing. “The rain can be calming... b-but I hate loud thunder.”
There was a tiny slurp as Pinkie Pie chugged the glass of water in one fell swoop. “Ahh. I don’t mind it, but it’s not what’s keeping me up.”
“It’s not?” Fluttershy cocked her head just as another thunderclap, abit not as loud as the last, passed over. There was a muffled squeak as she covered her mouth, and a giggle from Pinkie Pie. “Aw, there, there.” She snaked her hoof around her friend's midsection and pulled her in for a hug.
“S-sorry...” Fluttershy shivered. “I don’t know what it is, but thunder has always gotten to me.”
“Oh, that’s nothing to be ashamed of, silly.” Pinkie Pie leaned back down on the pillow. “Come on, get closer and snuggle up with me.”
The corners of Fluttershy’s mouth turned up as she was encased in her best friend’s all encompassing cuddle, her shivers subsiding at the touch of Pinkie Pie’s velvet chest fluff on her cheek. To refrain from nuzzling would be a crime.
“Heehee~” The nuzzles tickled a little, and Pinkie dragged a hoof up and down Fluttershy’s back. “Sleep well, Flutters.”
Fluttershy only responded by wrapping her wings tight around Pinkie Pie, linking the two together in a warm, heavenly cuddle until the morning light.
[To be continued...?]
Author's Note
I finally finished my first story! It came out a bit like a Pinkie Pie x Fluttershy fic (especially in the ending), even though that wasn't exactly my intention. It's cute though, and that's my goal!
The idea came to me one insomnia filled night a few months ago. I imagined that Pinkie Pie would have a whale of a time taking Fluttershy on a little excursion, only for it to end up being a puckish way to get some laughs from her best friend.
Fun fact: This story was originally going to be called: "Pinkie Pie's Puckishly Playful Tickle Trap". I loved the extra alliteration, but decided against it as "puckishly" is such an obscure and strange word and sounds like something related to a hockey match.
