"I've been to every doctor from her to the Zebra lands and no one knew what was happening with her and all you need to do was look at her and in an hour treated her,"

The scout looked at the courier holding a tea cup with a fresh brew mixture of real freaking tea and none of that expired pre-war stuff either. He smiled while looking at the bigger sister who was watching her sister sleep from the doorway to her room.

"Yeah call it a blessing," The courier stated his bionic eyes adjusting to the light from the curtains. "But I have to say I'm impressed by your loyalty to her,"

Turning from her sister the scout watched the courier sipping his tea before shifting in the doorway.

"Why is that?"

"From where I'm from most of my people tend to abandon the sick and dying even if they are family members but there are few out there that have the same dedication and devotion to their family... your loyalty reminds me of someone I know," The courier stated remembering a certain scribe before sitting in one of the chairs in the large apartment.

"Should I be flattered?" Scout joked.

The courier nodded.

"You should... she was very loyal to her family and a great friend," The courier answered but slowly frowned at the memory of his past companion.

"What happened to her?" The scout asked.

"I don't know,"

The mutant gave a sigh about thinking about the punch-happy scribe.

"Things are a lot different where I'm from,"

Sitting down in the chair beside his the scout titled her head.

"How so?"

"You wouldn't believe me even if I told you," Finishing his tea the courier summoned his helmet slightly surprising the scout.

"Like that magic you use?"

"Magic?" The courier looked at his pip-boy before laughing. "No no this isn't magic this is a personal data conversion system that breaks-"

Looking at her clearly confused look he then gave a sigh.

"Guess you can call it magic," The courier looked at the scout before speaking up. "You know my name but you never told me yours,"

"Oh by the goddess with everything going I forgot I do apologize," She cleared her voice. "I am Aella of his majesty sand devils,"

"Sand devils?"

"We are trained outside of the main army force of Abyssinia to survive in the badlands and even transverse no-man's land for days on end even by ourselves if necessary," Aella stated with pride. "Only few can make it to be a sand devil,"

'So they're like Rangers,'

"I beat," The courier looked around the apartment. "Guess that pays for all this?"

She nodded.

"I had to find some way to support my sister," The Abyssinian stated while playing with her long white hair.

"It's an honest line of work and you are a part of a good cause," Six nodded but looked at the ears of the cat before him, he flinched slightly as she noticed her eyes turn to him.

"Something the matter?"

"Nothing," She tilted her head.

"Six what's the manner?"

His very short tail shifted in his chair before he smiled slightly.

"Can I- can I pet your ears?" Aella blinked before blushingly a deep red.

"You can," Getting you she sat down next to him before the courier lifted his hand up reaching out for her head, Aella still blushing gave a small smile before letting him gently pet her ears.

Feeling the softest of her ear, the courier couldn't help but scratch her behind the ear mostly out of habit with the many animals he encounters in his travels. (Animal friend)

The moment he did he backed off when he heard her give off a low sound like a soft growling.

"I'm sorry," The courier flinched.

Looking at him she blinked in confusion.

"What are you sorry about,"

"You were growling,"

"Growling? I wasn't growling. Are there no cats were you from Six?" The courier shook his head.

"No, I've never seen a cat back in my homeland," Grabbing his hand she smiled before placing it back on her head.

"What are you-"

The low growling came back but Aella smiled causing the courier to blink before petting her head and brushing the white locks of her silk-like hair. Her growling was soft and... calming almost soothing.

Moving his hands he began to scratch the back of her ear again causing the sound to grow louder as her head pushed against his hand.

*Sly Beeping*

The two turned to see ED-E floating in the hallway.

"ED-E hey... um, what's up buddy," Six greeted his friend moving his hand away from Aella.

"Big sis?" Aella bolted up seeing her little sister in the hallway.

"Marie! What are you doing out of bed? I-" Rushing over to her sister the scout held her younger sister's shoulders.

"I'm fine big sis I feel so much better," Blinking at her sister she looked her sister up and down before smiling.

"Really?"

Marie nodded to which Aella gave a slight cheer before picking up her younger sister and picking her up in a hug.

"You okay!"

Six smiled before 'fist bumping' ED-E before the two watched the two sister laugh in joy.

"Six thank you but how is she up like this? I'm not complaining but shouldn't she be in bed?"

The courier shooked his head.

"Yes you should be resting little one. Yet seeing how fast she recovering I say in about a few days you'll be back to your old self in no time," Six smirked before holding up a small plushie. "And Ted will be there as you get better,"

Marie gasped at the sight of the new toy before clenching the yellow-furred toy to her chest, Aella looked at her little sister in her arms and then at the courier who nodded to them.

"If you need anything you know where to find me Aella," Six placed his helmet back on while turning to the door.

"Six," Turning his head the courier looked at her. "Thank you,"

Giving a two-finger salute to her he left the apartment to the two sisters.

"Hey ED-E I was thinking about something,"

"*Query beeping*"

"Well maybe we could provide some medical aid to the Abyssinians," Six answered while the two went down the stairs while a lone tabby Abyssinian looked up to see the courier coming down the stairs, waving to the cat the two moved down. "It wouldn't hurt would it?"

"*warry beeping*"

"I know I know... it's just a thought," ED-E gave a slight hum before the two exited the apartment.

The courier was the first to step out but the moment he did something reached out and slammed against his covered head, stumbling from the blunt force Six was grabbed and thrown down the stairs to the apartment. ED-E shocked at what had just happened dashed in to save his friend but was grabbed as a net was thrown over him pulling the floating drone to the ground. Hissing in pain, Six tried to get up but was forced to the ground as five figures jumped onto his back holding him down.

"HOLD IT DOWN!"

"BY FAUST MOVE FASTER!"

"GET THE COLLAR ON IT NOW!"

Collar...

Six felt his implant kick in as the world around him slowed, looking through his red lenses he saw the ones dogpiling him were none other than ponies clad in golden armor. Another not on him held something Six spotted right away before he felt the sudden rush of Psycho and buffout enter his system.

"GET THE HELL OFF!" Throwing the ponies off of him Six reached out and grabbed one by the chest plate and threw him into the one holding the collar.

Quickly he summoned greased lightning over his right arm followed by punching one of the ponies in the face, the impact broke the jaw of the pony sending his teeth flying out. Still, in shock, the ponies watched while the courier slammed his weapon-covered fist into the helmet of another pony denting it inward.

Recovering some of the ponies tried to take down the courier grabbing two of the three that ran at him he slammed their heads together with the third in the mid with incredible force. Spotting the ponies who were trying to take ED-E the courier leaped into the air switching his power-fist for a blood nap, cutting off the hand of the pony closest to him. Causing the pony to scream in pain, the courier reached out grabbing the pony by the chest plate and slamming his head into the pony's own.

Slashing outwards with his trusty bowie knife he cut ED-E free from the net who floated up before firing an electric shock into the golden armored ponies still clenching the net. Screaming as their own armor cooked their flesh caused another pony to panic drawing his sword and running at Six with a warcry but upon swinging his sword going for the side of Six's neck. Upon contact, the blade snapped at the contact with Six's Saturnite armor-weaved undersuit, slowly the red-eyed helmet of the gasmask turned to the pony staring right at the pony who attack him.

He was young and VERY stupid.

The courier lurched out grabbing the pony's neck with one hand and the pony's wrist in the other before crushing the equine's wrist. Dropping the sword with a scream the courier lifted the gold armored pony before throwing him into one of the vendors, green vegetable balls crashed and exploded as the pony impacted the stall. Standing above the broken remains of the ponies who jumped him Six held his bloody knife ready to go to defend himself from any other pony.

"MY CABBAGES!" The courier snapped out of his rage-like state upon hearing the cry of the merchant.

"Oh shit!" Seeing the Abyssinian in a green suit looking at his broken vendor the courier put away his knife. "I'm terribly sorry these guys rushed me and-"

"Do you know how much this will cost," The Abyssinian cried to which the courier summoned some golden coins before holding them out to the cat to repay the damages he accidentally caused in his psycho-influenced state.

"Here will these cover it?"

The Abyssinian eyed the gold coins, while offering the coin the courier spot a pony. After handing over the legion coins to the merchant the courier walked over to the pony trying to reach his spear. Stepping on the hand of the pony Six stared down the pony before reaching down and grabbing the pony by the mane.

"You have some nerve coming at me in daylight last person who did that I shoved their bodies in a dumpster like the trash they were," Six hissed. "Who sent you?"

"Sir Six that is enough," Lifting his head up Abyssinians rushed forward in red-colored armor.

"You with these guys?"

The leading abysinian shook his head.

"No sir Six a matter of fact we have come here to stop these equestrians before they could have gotten to you... but it seems you have already taken care of them," The Abyssinian bow. "Forgive our delay interception of these ponies,"

Six rose up before waving his hand.

"It's fine," Six stated. "Wait do you know why they attacked me?"

The leading Abyssinian waved to his comrades to take the ponies away before moving forward.

"I'm afraid these damn ponies were trying to arrest you for your apparent crimes against Equestria," The courier blinked at the answer the guard gave him.

"Do they have the right to do that here?"

"No, most definitely not sir Six a matter of fact they have no right to even do this to you or any citizen here in Abyssinia! Even though you are no citizen but that doesn't allow these ponies to even try to arrest you," The cat explained. "King Damion learned of your efforts to help Lady Aella's sister but as he caught word of your arrival here he assumed the embassy did too so he sent us to stop any ponies and escort you to safety if need be,"

ED-E bounced slightly in the air at that.

"*Semi-Happy beeping*"

"Yeah, that was really thoughtful of King Damion... Does he wish to speak with me?"

The guard shrugged.

"I mean no... not to sound bias Sir Six but it would be good to see King Damion to thank him if I were in your possession," Six nodded before holding out his hand.

"I'll like to check in on him either way,"

The cat smiled.

"Please Sir this way,"

(Meanwhile in the Zebra lands)

"By the great goddess why does Celestia do this?" Xavior gave a loud huff before shifting on his thrown. "First she laid calm to the storm king's territory now she is accusing me of taking some of that monster's own land? That border has been like this for countless generations she knows that!"

Throwing the leather in one of the open fire pits the Zebra king sighed, before lifting his head up.

"What else does she want?! My throne!?"

Holding his face in his hand the king sat in silence before lifting his face up.

"Konard my friend can I ask you a question?" The general turned to his king before nodding.

"Of course old friend what is it?"

"I'm asking you this as a friend to a friend, not as a king to his general... do you believe Celestia is willing to go to war over what has been happening?"

The general blinked at the question before looking down.

"Honestly Xavior I don't know. Equestria has known one thousand years of peace I don't think her army is able for the task of war but... Celestia and luna have countless centuries of experience in the art of war along with the powers of the sun and moon plus they have those magic items and the pillars on their side," Konard sighed. "If war does happen my friend it will be bloody and I fear it could be us who losses,"

Xavior nodded before lowering his hand to rest on his throne.

"Perhaps your right but... perhaps we need to call upon an outside party for aid,"

"My king?"

"Send a message to Abyssinian I hear that Six was spotted there... I wish to speak to him,"

Author's Note

First of all, I wanted to get this out ASAP and I hope you enjoy it kinda in a fallout mood right now so you know riding that train as long as I can.

AND Oh, boy things are really starting to spice up...

Equestria basically attempting to arrest someone outside their domain? Pretty sure that is an international incident right?

Plus Equestria claiming that the Zebras stole land that was 'rightfully' theirs...

Well don't wanna spoil too much but Six is going to find himself involved in all this whether he likes it or not.
