Chapters Chapter 1: The Winds of Fate
It's a beautiful day in the magical land of Equestria. Many creatures such as the dragons, hippogriff, the yaks, Griffins, and all three ponies kind are gathering to Canterlot for the coronation of Princess Twilight Sparkle as the new ruler of Equestria. One of those ponies is a stallion unicorn, with a long white beard, rice hat, and a bamboo staff. This stallion look up at Canterlot before he continued on. Meanwhile in what looked to be a taining ground near Canterlot Castle, an orange pegasus with a blue main in royal guard armor is practicing with his spear. "To be the best royal guard, you must stay focus and to follow orders." The pegasus told himself as he back flipped and hit a dummy with his spear.
"That was impressive." He turned to see a white unicorn with a blue main, a pink alicorn with a dark pink, yellow, and purple main, and a baby alicorn with a white coat and her main is light blue and dark purple.
The pegasus quickly stood at attention when he saw them. "Prince Shining Armor and Princess Cadance." The pegasus said.
"I see you're keeping up with your training, Flash Sentry." Shining Armor said. "Maybe you should take it easy. You don't want to strain yourself before the ceremony starts." Cadance added in.
"Thank you, your highness." Flash said. "But I don't want to take any chance. I won't let anything bad happen to the newly crowned princess and be a great guard there was." The baby alicorn fly out of Cadance's hoof and she was caught by the unicorn from earlier.
"Oh so sorry about that sir. Flurry Heart is excited for aunt being crowned today." Cadance said as the old stallion hands her back Flurry Heart.
"No need to apologize your highness." The stallion said before he directed his attention to Flash. "As for you, your armor is too heavy and too loud. It will weigh you down in combat and give you a way when in stealth. All tools for a soldier, but nothing for a ninja."
"A ninja? Sorry sir, but you're a long way from finding any ninja around here." Flash told the stallion. "And I'm afraid you're not supposed to be here for the ceremony isn't until later."
The stallion scoffed a bit. "Well, I'm just here to find something special here." He told Flash as he walked past him. The three ponies looked at each other and wonder what the old stallion meant.
"Well if you need help looking, I could help you-" Flash said as he looked at the stallion, only to see he disappeared. "Huh, where'd he go?"
It wasn't long before the horns blew as it's almost time for the coronation to begin. "Well, we better get going." Shining Armor said. "You should get to your post, Sentry. I have a feeling that this is going to be great."
"That coronation could have gone better." A royal guard said. The fireworks went off just as the Wonderbolts were doing their aerial flight, the applesauce was place in the drinks, and Princess Twilight had to jump to catch her crown when it fell. The coronation was a complete disaster. As Flash was walking alone through a hall, somepony bumped into him. It was the newly crowned princess of Equestria, Princess Twilight Sparkle.
"Oh your highness, we got to stop bumping into each other like this." Flash said as he helped the princess up.
"It feels like we're always bumping into each other. It's Flash Sentry, right?" Twilight asked as Flash gave a nod. "I was just on my way to meet my friends. Would you care to join?"
"I wouldn't mind, your highness." Flash said as they went on their way to meet her friends. He noticed that Twilight was looking a bit upset. "A little upset about your coronation was a disaster?" He asked witch she gave a nod to. "Hey, it could have been worse. Somepony in Cloudsdale would have mixed up the weather schedule and you could have had your coronation in a hurricane." She giggled at his joke.
"Yeah, I guess it could have been worse." Twilight said. Flash got her to her friends and they laughed about what happened. Flash saw Twilight's friends giving her a book that holds moving images of her and her friends adventures, he even heard her decree that she and her friends would meet once every moon. This seemed like a perfect happy ending, but unfortunately it wasn't as black clouds rolled in and blackened the sky. Every creature took notice of it, including the two retired princesses, Twilight Sparkle, her friends, and Flash Sentry.
Every creature then heard strange rumbling off in the distance, before skeleton stallions on odd beasts on two wheels road in before a big one with four wheels and a giant skeleton face on the front jumped in. "Oh, oh! Let me go down there first! Oh please oh please, I've been dying to go down there!" A skeleton stallion with one eye bagged.
"You nitwit, you're already dead! Try and control yourself in front of Master Samukai!" One with helmet if he pointed to another in a cloak. "Um, with all due respect sir, you did say I could go first." He whispered to Samukai as he looks at the two.
"Sorry boys, this one's on me." Samukai told the two. "Just remember what we're here for and find that other half of the map. ATTACK!!" With that, the skeletons ride those metal things right towards Canterlot.
Every creature saw the skeletons approached Canterlot before most of them ran for cover as the royal guards and the rest preparing to fight back. "What are they?" Spike asked.
"Don't know, but they won't hurt anyone here." Flash said as he ready his spear. "Stay safe..." He told the princess as he flew towards a few skeletons. Some of the guard were defending the civilians from the skeletons as Flash use his spear to knocked down a few of them. Flash manage to knock one head off its body and before he could attack another, the head hopped behind him and bit his leg. "Ow! Bite on this!" He shouted as he bucked the head over two poles that look like a football goal. Two skeletons clapped at that before Twilight blast them from behind them. "Your highness?! It's not safe out here."
"I maybe the ruler of Equestria, but I'm not helpless!" Twilight told as they continue to fight the skeletons. Her friends, ponies, and all other creatures were working together to fight the skeletons. The two skeletons that were on the big machine on four wheels snuck their way into the castle. They checked each room in the castle as if they're looking for something as the other skeletons were fighting outside.
They found their way into the Royal Guards Armory and continue to search. The one with one eye saw one of their helmets and tried it on. "You're not looking hard enough, Nuckal!" The one with helmet shouted as threw one at Nuckal.
"Ow! YOU'RE not looking hard enough, Kruncha!" Nuckal shouted as they got into a slap fight with each other. Kruncha then punched Nuckal into some armor that fell like dominoes before one knocked over some wepons, then it knocked down a bored that fell to the floor from the wall. Both Nuckal and Kruncha jumped when it fell before they saw what is on it. It looked like part of an old map showing three locations of three wepons that looked to be made of gold. "The map!" They both shouted as they found what they were looking for.
Back outside, every creature was having a hard time with the skeletons because the skeletons keep rebuilding themselves each time they were knocked down. "Jeez! Why can't these guys go down?!" Rainbow Dash asked.
"We found it!" Nuckal shouted as he and Kruncha ran out of the castle with the part of the map. Luna blast a few skeletons before she saw Nuckal and Kruncha run off with the map.
"Celestia, the map!!" Luna called out with a worried tone.
"Oh no, somepony stop those two!!" Celestia shouted as she fought a few skeletons. Flash heard her and went after the two before Samukai jumped infront of him and stood in his way. Flash took a battle stands with his spear as Samukai chuckled before he threw off his cloak and revealed that he is centaur skeleton with six arms, each one with its own dagger. Flash back up a bit when he saw his six arms before Samukai attack. Flash use his spear to block a few attacks from Samukai before he lock his daggers on Flash's spear before he yanked it out his hooves then kicked him into a wall.
Flash struggle to get up as Samukai approached him as he spinning his daggers so fast as he was about to end Flash. "NINJA GO!" A familiar voice shouted as a small tornado that was golden and pushed Samukai back. Flash watched in aw as the small tornado attack Samukai a few times before it stopped spinning and it was the old stallion from before.
"Sensei Wu, your Spinjitzu looks rusty." Samukai told the stallion.
"Nothing like bone to sharpen its edge, Samukai." Wu respond. Samukai took notice of Flash before he looked at a water tower behind Sensei Wu. Samukai chuckled before he threw his daggers right at Wu, but Wu dodged the daggers and they hit the legs of the water tower, causing it to tip over. Wu saw the tower falling over as Flash was trying to get out of the way before he was going to get crushed by it. "NINJA GO!" Wu shouted as he did Spinjitzu and saved Flash from being crushed by the water tower as Samukai returned to the big machine on four wheels.
"Lord Garmadon says take the princess!" Samukai order and the name he spoke of made Wu, Celestia, and Luna worry.
"Lord Garmadon?" Wu and the Royal Sisters repeated in fear as Kruncha got on top of the machine and launched a claw right at Princess Twilight. The claw grabbed her and as it pulled her back, she dropped the book her friends gave her and her crown fell off.
The rest of the skeletons returned to their machines before they all ride away. "Twilight!!" All her friends and her family called out as the skeletons took off with her.
"T-They took Twilight..." Fluttershy said as Spike picked up Twilight's crown and the book.
"It's going to be okay sugarcube, we'll get her back." Applejack told her as she hug Fluttershy to comforter.
"It...it can't be..." Flash said as he felt like he failed her.
"As I told you, too heavy and too loud." Sensei Wu told Flash.
"Uh who's the old guy here?" Rainbow Dash asked before Flash walked up to Wu with a mad look.
"Somepony who should have done something, you could have use your twist-itzu or torna-zu and save the princess." He shouted.
"Spinjitzu." Wu corrected.
"Spin-what-zu?" Rainbow Dash asked before Celestia and Luna came up.
"Spinjitzu, it's a ancient art where the warrior spin so fast his entire being become a tornado." Celestia told them.
"And at the center of the tornado is a powerful weapon, and that weapon is that warrior." Luna finish.
"But he did nothing. Now I'm going to rescue the princess." Flash said before he turned to go.
"You're not going alone, darling." Rarity told him as she, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy joined him.
"I'm afraid where they go no one can follow." Wu told them that they stop. "That centaur skeleton was Samukai, the king of the underworld, and if it's true that he's carring out orders for Lord Garmadon. Then I fear things are far worse than I thought."
"Garmadon? Underworld? You're not making any sense!" Shining Armor told Wu.
"Yeah, what is it that you're talking about and what is it that's so important that they to take the princess?!" Flash asked.
"What's important? How about everything in our world itself." Wu said. "You all might want to sit down and hear the tale of the first Spinjitzu master." Then Flash, the five mares, Shining Armor, Cadence, Spike, and the young six sat down and listen to Wu.
"Long before time had a name, the first Spinjitzu Master created our world using 6 elemental golden weapons of Spinjitzu. The Scythe of Quakes, the Sword of Fire, the Shurikens of Ice, the Nunchucks of Lightning, the Sais of Life, and the Bo of Wind." Wu told them. "These six golden weapons were so powerful, not one mortal can handle all six. When he past, he left his two sons to guard the weapons. But the oldest was consumed by Darkness and wanted the weapons for himself to recreate Equestria in his own image. A fight between two brothers broke out and the oldest was struck down to the underworld, never to be seen again. Peace had returned to Equestria and fearing his brother's return, the youngest brother hid the golden weapons and put a guardian and protect each one. The youngest brother even drew a map it to show the location of each wepon. Knowing his brother would come for it once he knows, he ripped the map in 2 and gave one half of it to an honest stallion blacksmith and gave the other to two alicorn sisters. One of the sun, the other of the moon. Those two alicorn is Celestia and Luna, the older brother is Lord Garmadon, and I need to find those weapons before he does." It was then and there that Flash realized something.
"Wait, are you the younger brother?" Flash asked as Wu gave a nod.
"We are sorry Wu." Celestia said as she and Luna bow their heads to him. "We saw two skeletons make off with the part of the map you gave us."
She said before Luna spoke. "If you come to reclaim the part of the map you gave us, I'm afraid you're too late."
"It was not the map I came here for." Wu told the sisters. "I came for something greater, him." He said as he pointed his staff at Flash. Everyone, especially Flash Sentry, was surprised by that. "Since my brother cannot enter this realm, it's obvious he has struck a deal with Samukai. If he were to collect all six wepons, even I would not be able to stop him again. But you, Flash Sentry, you are swift as the wind. I will train you to harness that wind, use it, become a Spinjitzu master."
"Look I'm flattered that you think I'm all that, but we have a princess to save. Not get involved in your sibling rivalry." Flash told Wu before he turned to go after the skeletons. Wu then jumped kicked Flash while his back was turned and knocked him to the ground.
"You have much to learn little pony, you're not ready to face the tip of my hoof." Wu told him as he wiggled his backhoof as he had Flash pin down with his staff. "If you want to get your princess back, you must control the wind around us. Only when you become Spinjitzu master, will you be able to face Lord Garmadon."
"Okay, then when do we start?" Flash asked Wu before he got off of him.
"Whoa whoa whoa! If he is going somewhere, then so are we!" Rainbow Dash told Wu as she, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie stood side by side each other.
"We ain't going to lose our friend or let some other evil take over Equestria again!" Applejack said firmly as the others agreed.
"We'll come to! You'll need all the help you can get." Sandbar said as he, Gallus, Sliverstream, Yona, Ocellus, and Smolder stood tall.
"I'll come too." Shining Armor said as he stepped up. "Twilight is my sister, and those skeletons made me mad by taking her."
"Just promise me to come home safe with her Shining." Princess Cadance told Shining Armor.
"Me and Luna will stay here and watch over Canterlot." Celestia told them before she looked back at the frightened ponies of Canterlot.
"Yes, after what has just transpired here today they will need somepony to watch over them till Twilight has been rescued." Luna said.
"Very well, we begin traveling tomorrow. First thing in the morning, we will begin the journey." Wu told them before they all prepare for the journey tomorrow.
Meanwhile in the Underworld, Twilight was thrown into a cell with a magic dampener ring around her horn. "You won't get away with this!!" She shouted at the skeletons that are walking away. When they were gone, she try to remove the ring so that she can escape.
"Don't even bother, I already tried and no luck." A mare's voice told Twilight from the shadows in the same cell she is in.
"Who's there?" Twilight asked as she looked around the cell. A unicorn mare with a water blue coat, with short black main and blue eyes step out from the shadows. Twilight could see that she too has a magic dampener ring around her horn. "Who are you?" She asked the unicorn.
"I'm Aqua Stream, and those skeleton creeps took me away from my family's blacksmith shop and my brother a few months ago." Aqua answered Twilight.
"But what could they possibly gain by doing this?" Twilight asked before they both heard laughter coming from the shadows.
They looked around before the shadows took form of a stallion with glowing red eyes. "Hello your highness." The shadow spoke. "How pleasant it is to have you here."
"I'm going out on a limb here and say he's the stallion in charge." Aqua said after seeing the shadow.
"Who are you and what do you want?!" Twilight asked as she took a defensive position at the shadow.
"Who I am is somepony who will tip the balance of Good and Evil. As for what I want, I want to be free from the prison and recreate the world in my image." The shadow answered.
"You're not the first I've met to have that idea. My friends will come save me and who ever you are, we will stop!" Twilight told the shadow, but it just laugh.
"What's so funny?!" Aqua asked the shadow.
"It's adorable that you think you can defeat me." The shadow told them. "As for your friends, they won't be able to come here. So I suggest you both sit tight, you're going to be here awhile. But don't worry, I have plans for both of you." The shadow told them before it vanished into the darkness.
"What do we do now?" Aqua asked Twilight.
"All we can do is hope. But I know my friends and they will save us." Twilight told her. Twilight may not know how to get out, but she knows to have faith in those she believes in.
The next day Flash, Twilight's friends, Spike, the young six, and Shining Armor were ready to head out with Sensei Wu. Wu had Flash's wings tied down for he told him that he wants Flash to follow him without flying. He told the group that it is a long journey to where they're going, but Flash didn't care for he was focus on the task at hand. Flash was going to train to become a Spinjitzu master, but in order to do that he must learn The Way of the Ninja.
Author's Note
I will need help with these oc's names. A red Pegasus stallion will be the master of fire. A blue unicorn stallion will be the master of lightning. A white unicorn will be the master of ice. As for the master of earth, I don't know if I should make him black or brown earth pony. But a gree earth pony mare will be the master of life. Please help with their names by posting what they should be in the comments down below please.
Chapter 2: The Way of the Ninja.

Chapter 2: The Way of the Ninja.
For many days, the group have traveled far as they followed Sensei Wu. Through blistering winds and scorching deserts they have gone through. Flash however had been following Wu's orders as they travel. When ever it's push-ups with his hooves, swimming though cold water, or carring Yona on his back, Flash did it all without question. As the others took the stairs up a mountain, Flash and Wu was climbing on the other side. Flash was doing his best to keep a grip as he climb with his wings tied down, but Wu was able to climb the mountain with ease. Flash finally reached the top where the others are waiting before he rest to catch his breath. On the top are gates with tall walls around next to them. "Not to sound impatient or anyting." Spike said to Wu. "But aren't we in a rush considering they might go after the other half of the map?"
"Yeah, not to mention they have Twilight!" Rainbow Dash said. "If you're going to teach Flash that Spinjitzu thing, can't you do that now?! And how long is his taining going to be?"
"Patience." Wu told them before he opened the gates. As they enter, the group saw what was inside and was confused. "He will be ready when he is ready, not a minute sooner."
"Wait, this is a monastery." Flash said when he saw it. "You brought us to a place of peace?" He asked Wu.
"Yona don't understand." Yona spoke up. "Old pony wants winged pony to fight in a place not for fighting?"
"Not fight, train." Wu told them as he stood next to a small dragon statue. "To become a true ninja, first you must be able to see what others do not."
"That's nice and all, but there's nothing here." Smolder told Wu before he grabbed the head of the dragon statue. He then pulled it down like a lever and they the area change. They were amazed by how the empty area changed into a training ground. "Huh, I stand corrected." She said when she saw it.
"Whoa, is this going to teach me Spinjitzu?" Flash asked before he jumped on top of one of the wooden poles. But as he did a crane pose, the pole lower down witch confused the others but made Wu worry.
"Oh dear..." Wu said before the pole launch Flash into the air. He bumped into the revolver in the center before he crashed into ground. The others went over to him and helped him up from the ground. "Complete the training course before I finished my tea." Wu told Flash as he sat infront of temple as he place a napkin on his lap. "Then we will see if you are ready." He said before he picked up his cup and pour his tea. He then drank up his tea before Flash could even start. "Today you failed." He told Flash before he sat his cup down and back flipped into the open room behind him. "Tomorrow you will try again."
"Failed?! But I didn't even start to-" Flash try to say before Wu slide the door close. "I...guess we should settle in for now." Everyone head inside and went to their own rooms. Ocellus, Smolder, and Spike were walking through the halls of the monastery till they stopped and found its library filled with scrolls.
"If only Twilight was here. She would so love this." Spike said as they enter the library. Ever since Twilight was taken by the skeletons, Spike has been worried sick for the pony that raised him like a son and treated him like a brother.
"Hey cheer up Spike." Smolder told him as Ocellus picked up one of the scrolls and unraveled it. "We're going to get Twilight back. We just need to wait a bit longer." She gave him a hug to comfort him.
"Hey guys, listen to this." Ocellus said before she read the scroll out loud. "Dragons are known through out Equestria, but they still hold many mysteries. They our reason to believe they can control many elements other than fire, such as water, earth, lightning, wind, and many others. It is also believed that thing belong to many realms and can travel to them." This has pinked both Spike's and Smolder's interest.
"I didn't know that about us." Spike said as he looked at the scroll.
"To be honest, neither did I." Smolder said. "I wonder if Dragon Lord Ember knows about this." She wondered.
"If you wished to know more about your kind, you're more than welcome to keep reading." Wu said, making the three jump. "You see dragons have been here alone side the first Spinjitzu master. They have been around longer than any creature then any other. My father have kept records of many different dragons across the world. Feel free to look to your heart's content." He left the three alone in the library.
The next day, the training course was start up as the centre spun around. As did the four wheels on each side while the wooden beams moved. Flash was given a wooden sword before the course was start up. Flash then began to run through the course as Wu poured his tea in his cup and the others watched. He dodged two of the dummies one the first part of the course before another knocked him back. "Failed." Wu said.
The next day, Flash tried again as he was on the sword wheels before he jumped on to the next obstacle. He was able to get pass the ball and chains before he was knocked around a bit. "Failed." Wu said as he poured more tea in his cup. When he tried again the next day, Flash was being juggled by the wooden thing going up and down. "Failed!" Wu called out. Flash tried again the next day as he was on the ball and chains before it knocked him into the wall. "Oh so failed." Wu said when that happen.
Flash was determined to get through this course as he tried again the next day. He run and knocked down one dummy before he kicked another before he was infront of the next obstacle. Wu and the others watch as Flash spun with the sword wheel before he jumped on the beams that went up and down with ease. When he made it sticks that went from side to side, he made it half way before the sand bag swung around and knock him back to the start. "And, failed." Wu said as he sat his cup down.
The next day, Flash was perpar to face the training course and complete it. As soon as Wu reached for his napkin, Flash quickly jumped in the course by first by knocking down two dummies before he jumped through the spinning beams. As Wu poured his tea, Flash went with the spinning sword wheel before he jumped off. Wu quickly put two sugar cubes in his tea as Flash jumped on the beams. Flash noticed Wu was about to take a sip of his tea, he quickly threw his wooden sword at the cup and spilled his tea. Flash soon jumped pass the axis as Wu was making another cup. When Wu looked to check on Flash he was nowhere in sight. "Where did he go?" Rarity asked as she and the others were looking for him too.
"Is that one sugar or two?" Flash asked as he was sitting next to Wu on the steps. This meant that he have completed the training course. Wu was impressed by this as he sat down his cup.
"Nice job, Sentry." Shining Armor said as he messed with Flash's hair.
"Yeah, you were pow before one the first day! But now your whoosh, and all ninja like!!" Pinkie Pie shouted as she jumped around and nearly missing the course.
"Thanks." Flash said before he looked at Wu who was about to head inside. "So, when do I learn this Spinjitzu thing?"
"You already have. Your final test comes tomorrow." Wu told Flash before he closed the door, leaving him and the others baffled. "My advice is to get some sleep." He said through the door.
"That fella don't make any sense." Applejack said. "How can you already know Spinjitzu, when he hasn't even taught you yet?"
"Maybe his final test will help him realize it?" Sliverstream asked.
"I think we should just sleep on it." Gallus said. "I know not to question the elderly."
"Perhaps you are right, darling." Rarity said. "Besides, this whole ninja business has inspired me for a new line of clothing." She said before they all headed inside for tomorrow.
Later that night, five ninjas in black were outside and sneaking around. Two of them are unicorns, two of them are earth ponies, while just one is a pegasus. Even though they have their masks on, you can tell their colours by looking at the eye holes. The unicorn stallion with nunchucks has a blue coat, the other with shurikens is white. The earth pony stallion with the scythe is light brown while the earth pony mare with the two sais is green, and the pegasus stallion with the sword is red.
They each jumped on to the roof before they head inside. Inside Wu, Shining Armor, Twilight's friends, Spike, and the young six were fast asleep as the ninjas were on the support beams on the ceiling. They checked each room as they they are looking for a certain pegasus who had his lights on in his room while he brush his teeth. While Flash looked in the mirror as he brush his teeth, he was thinking about what Wu said when he told him that he already learned Spinjitzu.
"Just hang on a little longer Princess Twilight." Flash said as if she was right here. "Once I figured out what Sensei said, I'm going to save you." The ninja with nunchucks dropped down behind a wall in Flash's room. "And if any of those skeletons get in my way, they're going to get some of this!" He swing his toothbrush like it was a bo staff just as the ninja with the scythe and the ninja with the shurikens dropped down next to a planet in his room. "And this!" He shouted as swing his toothbrush around as the ninja with the sais jumped down infront of the door before Flash spun around like he was doing Spinjitzu. "And this!" He shouted when he stopped and pointed his toothbrush at the last ninja with the sword. Flash took a moment before he noticed that he is surrounded by five ninjas. "Oh boy..."
Each ninja had their wepon out as they stood on their back legs. As they were about to attack, Flash quickly shoved his toothbrush inside the mare's mouth with her mask still on. She spit it out and it hit the one with the nunchucks in the face when Flash ducked down before it went up in the air, then went down the one with the sword back. It felt weird as it went down his back before they saw Flash get up on the sport beams on the ceiling to make a run for it. As Flash made his way on the beams, one of the ninjas appeared infront of him before he try to kick Flash. But he quickly turned to one side and that ninja fell to the floor. Flash laughed a bit before one the ninjas tackled him and they fell into a dining room.
Flash kicked the ninja off him before he quickly grabbed a few plates and threw them at the ninjas. They have managed to dodge or struck each plate before the one with a scythe jumped over and kicked Flash through a wall and out in the courtyard. When the ninjas came outside, Flash quickly pulled down the dragon head statue to activate the training course, which took the ninjas by surprise as they were each knocked down by each obstacle. Flash then saw a bo staff next to him and quickly picked it up. With his bo staff in hoof, he attacked or blocked each ninja as they did the same with him with their own weapon. None of them showed any signs of giving up as they clashed weapons with one another.
"Stop!" Wu shouted as they were in a dogpile and they saw him, Shining, Twilight's friends, Spike, and the young six came out. Flash and the ninja got off each other and off the ground when they saw them come out.
"Yes sensei." Each ninja said as they bow to Wu.
""Sensei"? Wait a minute, they're your students too?" Flash asked Wu as he gave a nod in response. "This was my final test wasn't it?"
"Couldn't you have done it in the morning, dude?" Sandbar asked before he yawned. "It's like 11:34."
"Whoa whoa whoa!" The ninja with nunchucks spoke up. "You never said anything about a sixth. We thought it was just five of us." He then went on about things that go in five and you could tell the mare ninja was getting annoyed by him.
"Uh what he is trying to say Sensei Wu is that the five of us have trained together." The ninja with the scythe spoke up. "We're solid."
"Didn't look so solid to me." Flash said with a smirk.
"Watch it bud." The mare ninja said as she hold up her sai up to Flash. "You're just lucky sensei told us not to go all out on you."
"Master, what is the meaning of this?" The one with shurikens asked.
"Each of you have been chosen, each in tune with elemental properties." Wu told them. "But first...Ninja Go!" He shouted as he did Spinjitzu and whisk by Flash and the ninja. After he spun them around, their ninja outfits change colors but the one with a scythe. Flash was put in a ninja outfit that is yellow with a falcon on the front made of wind as the emblem of wind. The one with shurikens was in a white ninja outfit with the emblem of ice on the front. The one with nunchucks is in a blue ninja outfit with an emblem of lightning on the front. The ninja with the sword is wearing red with a emblem of fire on the front. The mare ninja is in a green outfit with a fox made of leaves as emblem of life on the front. The one with the scyth is still black, but with the emblem of earth on the front. They each looked over themselves as they were amazed by how Wu did that.
"Do you think he could teach me Spinjitzu so I could do that?" Rarity whispered to Fluttershy when she saw what Wu just did.
"Whoa, how did he do that?" Gallus asked.
"Wow, look what color I am!" The ninja in blue said as he amazed by his new look.
"Wait a minute, I'm still black." The ninja in black pointed out.
"Flash Sentry, Master of Wind." Wu said as he pointed his staff at Flash. "Swift and quick as it. Trail Blazer, Master of Fire." He said as he pointed his staff at the red ninja. "It burns bright in you. Thunder Crack is blue, Master of Lightning." He pointed at the blue ninja when introduced him.
"That's not all I'm the master of. I do a little inventing, I dabble in model building, touch of cooking, a little poetry." Thunder bragged.
"More like mouth of lightning." Trail complained.
"Black ninja is Landrush, solid as rock, Master of Earth." Wu introduced as he pointed his at him before Lqndrush took out his scythe and show off his moves. "The Master of Life is Gaia, watcher and protector of every living thing." He said as Gaia back flipped before she swings her sais around then putting them away.
"Oh that's nice to hear." Fluttershy said before Gaia flipped over to her. Fluttershy quickly closed her eyes as if she thought Gaia was about to hurt her.
"Nice to meet you kid." Gaia said as she hold out her hoof. Fluttershy saw this and gently shook Gaia's hoof. "I got your friend's back and for the record, there's an't nothing in this world I'm afraid of." She as she took off her mask and they can see her main is dark green with lime green streaks in it.
"Except for dragons." The white ninja said.
"Seriously, you're afraid of dragons?!" Smolder asked as she try to hold back her laughter.
"It was a fillyhood fear, I'm over it now." Gaia said after she rolled her eyes.
"And white ninja is Frost Gear." Wu said as he pointed his staff at the last ninja. "Master of Ice, and seer with a sixth sense." He said as Frost bow before he spin around and took out his shurikens. After spinning them around, Frost put them away.
"I sense this one takes things a little too seriously." Flash said to Trail and Landrush.
"You too have the gift?" Frost asked Flash as he took off his mask. His main is white with crystal blue streaks in it.
"He's just making a joke Frost." Thunder told him before he took off his mask. His main is dark blue. "Remember what we talked about, your sense of humor?"
"Yes, it was a joke. Haha." Frost said with a straight face while Landrush took off his mask. His main is black.
"Yeah, he's a bit on the weird side." Landrush told Flash and the others.
"Pay attention!" Wu said as they all looked at him. "You six are the chosen ones, who will protect the six wepons of Spinjitzu from Lord Garmadon."
"But what about Princess Twilight?" Flash asked him.
"Wait, we're saving a princess too? Is she hot?" Thunder asked making Shining Armor glare at him.
"Thunder." Gaia said when he asked that.
"I I just want to know what we're getting ourselves into. Plus in the fairy tales, the princess always falls in love with the hero that saves her." Thunder said. "Does she like blue?"
"Back off, it's my sister they took. So don't push it." Shining Armor said as he in Thunder's face.
"Those skeletons took your sister too huh?" Trail asked getting the others attention as he took off his mask and show his main is red mix with black. "Those boney freaks took my sister, Aqua Stream, back my parents blacksmith shop. They came there for the other half of the map and they took Aqua on their way out. The only reason why I'm a ninja is that I will get her back."
"Whoa whoa! Back up there!" Rainbow Dash spoke up. "You mean the honest stallion blacksmith was related to you, and now they have both halfs the map?!"
"When we find the wepons, we will find both Princess Twilight and your sister, Trail." Wu told them. "It is time. We go to the first weapon."
"Whoa hold on a minute!" Landrush spoke. "You said you were going to teach us Spinjitzu."
"Spinjitzu is inside each and everyone of you. But it will only be unlocked when the key is ready to be found." Wu told them. "Come! My hooves are tired, we will take the carriage." He said as he walked back inside.
"Great, now we to find a key?" Thunder complained.
"Yeah, I'm feeling like he's taking us for a ride." Gaia said.
"Well if it means finding the princess, then sign me up." Flash said as he puts on his ninja mask. He, Shining Armor, Twilight's friends, Spike, and the young six followed Wu as the rest of the ninjas did too. They were ready to head out and find the first golden wepon, the scythe of quakes.

Chapter 3: The Wepon, The Key, and The Guardian
As the sun rises into the sky, we find the ninjas pulling a horse carriage up hill with Wu, Shining Armor, Spike, Twilight's friends, and the young six riding it. "Sign me up! Way to go wind bag!" Thunder mocked Flash as they pulled the carriage.
"I sense this is some strange form of...team building." Frost said to the others.
"Just keep pulling, we have a long way to go!" Landrush told the other ninjas.
"So, where did sensei find you five?" Flash asked them as they continue to pull.
"Let's just say if it wasn't for Sensei Wu, I don't think we would ever be seen together." Gaia said as they each remember when and how they met Sensei Wu.
"She's right, I was testing my limits." Landrush told Flash as he remembered. He was mountain climbing with no gear. Just his bare hooves as he made it passed other climbers. But when he reached the top, Wu was there waiting for him.
"I was testing my invention." Thunder said as he remembers. He was on top of a building with home made wings. He jumped off the building and flew for a short sec before he crashed on to the next building's roof, where Wu was waiting for him.
"I was testing my stamina." Gaia said as she remembers. She was in a forest and swinging on vines and branches. She soon stopped on a large branch, one where Wu was having a cup of tea.
"I was testing myself." Frost said as he remembers. He was in a village's pond while it was frozen over and meditating in the water. When he looked to his side, he jumped and almost drowned in the water as he saw Wu there.
"And before the skeletons attacked, I was testing my metal." Trail said as he remembers. He was in his family's blacksmith shop, working on a sword. After he cooled it off by placing it in water, the end of it was all twisted just when Wu entered the shop.
"You're right! If it weren't for sensei would have-" Flash said before Wu shushed them.
"Stop!" Wu told them before they did. He, Shining, Spike, Twilight's friends, the young six, and the ninja hide behind rocks as they watched the skeletons set up camp and were digging. "The Caves of Despair. Samukai must be close to unearthing the Scythe of Quakes. Remember, do not use the weapon. For its power-"
"Yeah yeah yeah, its too much for us mortals." Thunder interrupted Sensei Wu.
"Well you don't have to be rude about it." Rarity told Thunder, and making Gaia sigh.
"For about five minutes, can you not be a snob?" Gaia asked Rarity. "And you can drop the accent, I can tell that's not what you sound like." That just made Rarity glare at her.
"All right guys, let's chop sucky this lemonade stand." Thunder said before he looked at Landrush. "Landrush, you got a plan?"
"Sure do." Landrush answered. "First, those who can fly can work together to lower the rest of us down on one of those ledges and then-" He stopped when he noticed that Trail Blazer is gone. "Where's Trail?" The group looked around till they saw Trail was already sneaking around in the skeleton's camp.
"What in tarnation is that idiot doing?" Applejack asked when they saw him.
"Let's go, and stick to the shadows." Flash said as he and the others went into the camp. Ocellus turned into a small bug to not to be seen, Yona stick with Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy as they stay out of sight. Gallus and Sliverstream went with Rainbow Dash as they used a few clouds to hide in. Sandbar was with Shining Armor and Spike as they snuck behind some rocks. Pinkie Pie was using her Pinkie logic to get around.
Trail sneak pass some skeleton guards, while the other ninjas stayed on him. After Trail flipped pass a guard without him noticing, the others quickly jumped down from a rock and hide behind a poll. When the guard wasn't looking, they quickly sneak pass him and quickly put an old minecart over them. Two skeletons looked when they heard the thud, but saw nothing. When they looked away, the ninjas lifted the cart and keep moving. The ninja soon were moving pass some skeletons who are working together pass rocks down. The ninjas couldn't see where they were going, so they bumped into a rock and the cart fell. When the skeletons looked to where they heard the noise before a rock on a conveyor belt hurt one of the skeleton's leg.
When the skeletons went back to work, the ninja got up and continue on. They stopped behind one skeleton before they lift up the cart to see where Trail is. The skeleton infront of them saw Trail and Pinkie Pie go different ways and before he could warn the others, the ninjas quickly put the cart over him with them and beat him up. They soon left that skeleton in pieces with one of his bones in his mouth. Trail was looking around till he saw Samukai in one of the towers they built looking at the restored map. "The map." He whispered when he saw it.
"Oh oh, I found something!" Nuckal shouted as he picked up something from the conveyor belt while the ninja were holding underneath it while it moved.
"That's another rock, you bonehead!" Kruncha told Nuckal when he saw what it was.
"But it's shaped like a donut! Mmm, I wonder if it tastes like a donut." Nuckal said before he try to take a bite out of the rock. But the moment he did, one of his teeth fell out. Trail went to where Samukai is while the others saw where he was going. They each followed Trail up the tower where Samukai is and they all join on the roof. Rarity and Shining used their magic to hold up Yona to where they are. Trail was looking down into the room in a hole in the roof and sees Samukai looking at the map.
"What's the matter with you?" Thunder whispered after he slapped Trail in the head. Trail shushed before looking back down. Samukai laughed before putting the map down and the group can see why it's taking the skeletons so long to find the spelt wepon.
"The map's upside down, they're digging in the wrong spot." Pinkie Pie whispered.
"But the golden wepon is still near." Frost whispered. Ocellus turned back before using her magic to pick up the map and bring it to them. Once they got it, they looked at it the right way to where the golden wepon really is.
"It looks like it's over there." Spike whispered as he pointed to a cave.
"There's no time to waste." Trail whispered before he back flipped down.
"What is it with that guy? Always in a rush." Thunder whispered before they went after him. Trail managed to sneak pass two skeletons guarding the cave and headed inside. The others have managed to get in as well. But the moment they enter the cave, those who can fly fell to the ground and their magic stopped working.
"Hey, what happened?!" Rainbow Dash whispered as she flapped her wings but couldn't take flight.
"It's the cave, it must be enchanted." Shining Armor said before they saw Trail trying to move a large boulder out of the way.
"Hey hot head, before you race off again you need to remember that we're a team." Gaia told Trail.
"Yeah, whatever." Trail said before he try to move the boulder again. The others went over and helped him with the boulder. When Yona helped moved it out of the way, they saw a chamber was revealed and inside was the thing they are looking for. The Scythe of Quakes in what looked to be in the mouth of a dragon head statue. They looked at it in aw as they walked into the chamber.
"Whoa, that is so cool!" Thunder shouted when he saw it and his echoes went through the caves. Every skeleton heard his echoes that they stopped working.
"Be quite! We don't want their attention." Applejack told Thunder as Landrush was pulling the scythe out of the mouth.
"But it is super cool." Pinkie Pie said as Rarity wrap the weapon in a cloth.
"Come on, don't be paranoid. We're totally on the opposite side of the caves." Thunder told them.
"Zip it, okay?" Gaia asked as they were about to head out. "Now that we got the scythe, let's sneak out while those boneheads are still busy."
"By the time they find this place, we'll already be long gone for the next wepon." Gallus said. As they headed out, they didn't notice the dragon head statue moved its mouth open on its own.
"Alright team, everyone stick together. The way out is right around the corner." Landrush told them before he turned his head forward and jumped when he saw Samukai infront of him. The group saw the whole skeleton army have arrived and come for the scythe. As Samukai drew out his daggers, the ninjas quickly stood on their back legs and drew out their weapons. The others took a defensive postions as the skeletons charged at them. Yona charged through and knocked down a few skeletons as Applejack bucked one into others like a bowling ball. Rainbow Dash kicked a few skeletons as Rarity and Pinkie Pie threw some rocks at them.
Shining Armor, Sandbar, Gallus, Ocellus and Sliverstream worked together with Gaia as they took down a few skeletons. Fluttershy ducked as two skeletons try to tackle her. Flash use his bo to spin around and kicked each skeleton around him while both Spike and Smolder used their fire breath to roast a few of them. Trail swung his sword at a few skeletons while Frost threw his shurikens at a few of them. Landrush used his scythe to knock a few skeletons as Thunder attack them with his nunchucks. Trail soon got surrounded by the skeletons for he hold the Scythe of Quakes. "Trail! Throw it here!" Frost called out from the other side of the cave. Trail quickly passed the scythe to Frost. As soon as Frost caught it, he quickly threw it towards Landrush who is punching a few skeletons.
Landrush caught the weapon as more skeletons came. "There's too many of them!" Trail shouted as he swing his sword at some.
"We can't let them have the weapon, keep fighting!" Flash said as he used his bo to knock a few skeletons back.
"Let me handle that." Thunder said as he used his nunchucks to strike a few more of them. After he kicked another one back, he started to see the training course Sensei Wu put them through. "Hey guys, it's just like the training course!" He told them as he followed the rhythm. "Jump up, kick back, whip around, and spin!" As he hit a skeleton with his nunchucks when he spin around, he didn't stop spinning but went faster. He began to spin so fast that his entire being became a blue tornado made of lightning, he was doing Spinjitzu and knocked down a few skeletons.
"Whoa, is that...?" Fluttershy asked as she and the others saw Thunder.
"Spinjitzu." Shining Armor said in aw.
"Thunder, what's the key?!" Flash asked him.
"I'm just going through the motions!" Thunder answered. Within Thunder's Spinjitzu tornado, everything was slow motion as he attacked each skeleton he came across. "This is what sensei must have meant when he said we already know it!" Flash thought if Thunder could do it, so can he.
"Jump up, kick back, whip around, and spin!" Flash said as he followed the rhythm while he fought some skeletons. He spun so fast that he did Spinjitzu and his is bright yellow made of wind. He used it knock away a few skeletons that surrounded Fluttershy and Ocellus.
"My turn! But I see it more like this!" Gaia shouted as she followed the rhythm too. "Over the planks, dodge the swords, here comes the dummy!" Her Spinjitzu is a green tornado made of life. She pass by Nuckal and Kruncha as she attack a few skeletons that charged at her. Kruncha was laughing so hard after she did Spinjitzu.
"She just called you a dummy." Kruncha told Nuckal as he laughed.
"No, she called you a dummy." Nuckal argued before they saw Frost Gear doing his Spinjitzu right at them, so they made a run for it. Frost's Spinjitzu tornado is pure white made of ice.
"I sense that you do not stand a chance." Frost said after he stopped.
"Retreat!!" Samukai shouted before he and all the other skeletons run out of the cave and away from the six Spinjitzu Masters. Landrush and Trail Blazer were doing Spinjitzu with the others as the skeletons run away. Landrush's Spinjitzu is a brown tornado made of earth while Trail's is fire red made of fire.
"Look at them run!" Applejack shouted as she and the others celebrated a bit.
"I guess they didn't want a second serving of these babies." Landrush bragged after he and the other ninjas stopped before he flexed his muscles. The others rolled their eyes when he did. "Good thing they didn't check out the merchandise in the back." He said as he turned around and his pupils shrank when he saw what was behind them.
"Yeah, and don't any of you mess with us again!!" Sliverstream shouted at the skeletons, unaware of what's behind them.
"Uh...guys..." Landrush said as he backed up a bit and sounding scared.
"Didn't sensei said that there was a guardian protecting the weapon?" Frost asked as he felt something off.
"Yeah, I'm surprised that thing didn't show up because of all the noise we've made." Rainbow Dash said.
"Maybe it knew we were here and saw the goodness in us." Fluttershy said.
"Guys, I don't think it sees the good in us and it's here..." Landrush told them and made them turned to see what he is seeing. Their faces that are not covered by a ninja mask, had looks a fear and they backed up a bit from the the guardian of the Scythe of Quakes. It is a large brown dragon with a black frill around it’s neck, green eyes and a large club tail.
"Is that a...?" Gaia stammered fearfully, “That’s not what I think it is?”
“Y-y-you mean a big angry dragon?” Thunder asked as the Dragon stood up on it’s back legs, and as Thunder said, it looked very angry.
“Umm, that sure looks like a dragon." Shining Armor said as they continue to back up. Fluttershy was hiding behind Yona while she whimpered. Rainbow Dash and Applejack took a defensive postions as they backed up while Rarity and Pinkie Pie stood infront of their students.
"I sense we won't be able to spin our way out of this one." Frost said as he backed up.
"Maybe it's friendly and will let us go." Spike said with a bit of hope in his voice. Smolder however noticed the dragon taking a deep breath and she knew what it's about to do.
"Not friendly. IT'S DEFINITELY NOT FRIENDLY!!" Smolder shouted before the dragon breath earth right at them and they quickly jumped out of the way. The earth breath may have missed them, but it has sealed off the exit.
"Thieves!! You dare come into my home and try to steal the Scythe of Quakes!?!" The earth dragon roared at the group before he breath earth at them as they run out of the way. "I have been guarding it for thousands of years and I will NOT let it be taken by a troop of cowardly robbers like you!!"
"I thought dragons only breath fire!! How is that breathing earth?!" Gaia shouted with fear.
"This might be one of those elemental dragons we read back at the monastery!" Ocellus shouted.
"You know, it would have been nice to know that the guardian of the weapon is a dragon!!" Gallus shouted as the dragon had them cornered.
"You know that fear of dragons I had? Well it's coming back!" Gaia shouted.
"Wait, we not here to steal the weapon! We're trying to protect it!" Flash try to resone with the dragon.
"Liar! That's what they all say!! This Cave shall become your Grave!!!" The dragon roared as he prepared to end them. Trail took the scythe and unwrap the cloth as he is about to use it.
"No no Trail, bad idea!" Thunder told him. "Sensei told us not to!"
"You better keep your mouth shut!" Trail told Thunder before he ran infront of the dragon and everyone can see what he's about to do.
"Trail, don't!" Flash called out but it was too late. Trail had raised the weapon before slamming the blade part into the ground, causing a tremor to go everywhere.
"You fool! What have you done?!" The earth dragon shouted as the ground began to split part. The inside of the cave began to fall apart as rocks fell on top of the dragon. It didn't let that stop it as it got up as the others made a run for it.
"We got to escape!" Sandbar shouted as the place was caving in.
"But how?! The exit is blocked off!" Spike pointed out before they noticed the roof was splitting apart.
"We'll spin our way out!" Flash answered. "Landrush, you take Yona and Applejack. Gaia, take Pinkie Pie and Sliverstream. Trail, carry Rarity and Ocellus. Thunder, Rainbow Dash and Gallus. Frost, Shining Armor and Sandbar! I will carry Fluttershy, Smolder, and Spike!" They all agreed as Twilight's friends, Shining Armor, Spike, and the young six hold on to the ninjas.
"NINJA GO!!" The ninjas shouted as they did Spinjitzu as the dragon as it charged at them. They spin on the wall and through the crack before the dragon could reach them. Outside, Sensei Wu waited by a tree as the ninjas jumped out from a large crack in the ground. Once they were out, they stopped spinning and they celebrated.
"That was awesome!!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she flew up.
"Hey yeah it was!!" Landrush shouted. "Did you see us back there?!"
"Ninja smash real good!!" Yona shouted as she stomp the ground.
"Yes! We are unbelievable!" Trail shouted while Wu looked at him with a disappointed look.
"We are the best!" Frost said.
"Did you that?! I was like pow and you were like bam!" Thunder shouted as he thrust his hooves like he was punching someone.
"Enough!" Wu shouted and getting their attention. "I told you NOT to use the scythe!"
"He did it!" Thunder shouted as they all pointed at Trail Blazer.
"What?!" Trail asked when they point at him.
"We try to warn him, sensei." Landrush told Wu.
"Using it was my only option." Trail explained.
"And what makes you think you are more important than the team?" Wu asked Trail. "Did you not even think about the young ones, their teachers, or the prince of the Crystal Empire? Huh, huh?!"
"They took my sister and the ruler of Equestria, remember?" Trail asked.
"Hey, I want to save my sister as much as you want to save yours. But I know she wouldn't want me to disobey orders and put others in danger to do so." Shining Armor told Trail.
"There are five weapons left, maybe next time you can do it right." Wu told Trail before they set off for the next weapon.
Meanwhile in the Underworld, Samukai kneels down in a throne room after returning. "Master, I have failed you. They have learned Spinjitzu and they have the Scythe of Quakes."
"Good. Then my brother was there." Said a voice within the room.
"If I gather my army, we can easily ambushed them at the-" Samukai said before the voice interrupted him.
"No, let them think they're winning." The voice told Samukai, which confused him.
"Ah, I do not understand." Samukai said.
"Everything is going to plan." The voice told Samukai before it began to chuckle.
Chapter 4: King of Shadows
Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. Chapter 5: Tornado of Creation
Sensei Wu wakes up in a dark cave next to the rock he was on before he fell down the pit that was in the Wind Temple. He gets up and picked up both the Sword of Fire and the Bo of Wind before he ventured on deeper in the cave. He finds a path way and he knows where exactly he is. "The Underworld." He said to himself. There are larg parts of land floating in the air with skeletons everywhere. He hides behind a rock as some skeletons walked by before he puts both weapons down and wrap them in cloth.
Once the coast was clear, he venture on deeper into the Underworld till he came across a temple made of bones. He quickly ran inside said temple as he knew his brother is somewhere in it.
Meanwhile back in Equestria at the Wind Temple, the ninja returned to find the others with upset looks while they sit on the steps. "Why are you all sitting here?!" Gaia asked after she took off her mask.
"We couldn't get the door open. It's blocked by something inside." Rainbow Dash said as she flipped over some pebbles. Landrush ran to the door and beat on it.
"Flash! Trail! Sensei!" Landrush shouted, hoping to get a response as Frost took off his mask.
"Both the Sword of Fire and the Bo of Wind were here, as well our friends." Frost said as they others looked at him. "But I only sense loss, we are too late. The elemental weapons have left this realm and are now in the Underworld. The end is drawing near."
"Great, the one place no mortal can cross over." Landrush said as he and Thunder took off their masks.
"This an't right!" Applejack shouted as she kicked a wall. "We can't just give up and let them bad guys win!"
"What are we supposed to do?" Fluttershy asked as she brushed her main.
"If only we had those machines the skeletons use to go to the Underworld." Sandbar said.
"If only we knew how to build them." Rarity said before they all heard a familiar voice.
"We might not be able to cross over." Flash's voice told them before the temple itself split apart. The group stepped back as temple reveal Flash, Twilight, Trail, and Aqua on the back of the wind dragon. "But a dragon can." As the wind dragon roared, Gaia screamed as she quickly jumped behind Yona.
"Our grandfather used to tell us stories about the dragons. They are mystical creatures that belong to many worlds and buried between them." Aqua said as they get off the dragon.
"Are you insane?!" Gaia shouted from behind Yona.
"I was only doing my job and protecting the weapon. Now that I know they were trying to do the same, we have a common goal." The wind dragon said.
"But how come if dragons belong to many worlds, how come none in the Dragonlands know about it?" Spike asked the wind dragon.
"Because your generation has forgotten our ancestors history, but I haven't." The wind dragon answered before they heard Thunder trying to ask both Twilight and Aqua something, but he can't talk and coughed because of his rough throat.
"He can not talk, but he wants to know if one of you likes blue." Frost told Twilight and Aqua.
"It's my favorite color." Aqua told them.
"Yes." Thunder weakly said.
"Twily, are you okay?" Shining Armor asked as he and her friends came over to her.
"I'm fine, all thanks to Trail and Flash." Twilight said before looked at Flash with a gleam in her eyes.
"I think that whole princess falling in love with her hero thing is real." Silverstream whispered to her friends.
"Your highness, I asked if you can take my sister to Canterlot with you." Trail said.
"This is good bye, isn't it?" Aqua asked as Trail gave a small nod. "Come back to me in one piece, okay? I don't want to run the blacksmith store on my own."
"That goes for you too Flash." Twilight said to him. "I want to thank you all and give you a proper reward."
"We promise we won't be gone for long." Flash said as he and Trail got back on the dragon.
"I'll keep a candlelit outside a window until you return." Aqua said as Thunder, Frost, and Landrush got on the dragon.
"Uh, you guys go on ahead. I think I'll escort them back to Canterlot." Gaia said as she kept her distance from the dragon. "Besides, there's not enough room for us all on that thing."
The Wind Dragon turned to her at that comment, "Excuse me?!" She said insult as Gaia yelped. "Young mare, I am a 'her', not a 'thing'!"
"Oh, uh, Sorry Ma'am!" Gaia apologized. "But I really don't think you can carry all six of us to the Underworld."
"You're right Gaia. But I got a way to fix that." Flash said with a smirk before turning to Rarity. "Hey Rarity. You said you were making a line of clothing based on ninjas, right?" She gave a nod. "You have anything with dragons on them?"
"Easy, not so fast!" Gaia shouted as she rides on the back of the life dragon while she wears a new ninja outfit with a dragon breathing life on the front. Each of them were riding on the back of each guardian of the golden weapons while they had on dragon master gis.
"Relax, I'm not going to drop you!" The life dragon told Gaia.
"Hey, sorry again for the misunderstanding back in the Caves of Despair!" The earth dragon said to them.
"It's cool big guy!" Landrush told the dragon as they flew.
"This is awesome!" The lightning dragon shouted as Thunder rides him.
"Yes, this is quite fun!" Frost said while he rides the ice dragon.
"It has been a long time since I have flown!" The ice dragon said.
"You're telling me! Fresh air and beautiful sunlight!" The fire dragon shouted as Trail rides him.
"So how do you dragons cross over to the Underworld?!" Gaia shouted as she holds on to her seat.
"You're about to find out! Hold on tight!" The wind dragon shouted before each dragon did a nosedive. They were flying towards the ground at high speed before they begin to spine into a spirals. As they were getting close to the ground, a vortex open up and one by one they enter it.
"Is it over?" Gaia asked as she had her eyes closed.
"Hardly, I hope these dragons know what they're doing!" Trail said as the dragons flew within a vortex like tunnel. They soon split into groups of three as they went to different ways. Landrush, Gaia, and Frost took one way while Flash, Trail, and Thunder took another. They're dragons dodge stalagmites and stalactites as they continue to fly on before they regroup back in one path. Thunder's dragon was flying upside down just for fun.
"They're speeding up, hold on!" Flash told the others as everything went black for about a few seconds before they reached the end and each dragons had to pump the brakes. The ninjas however were thrown out of their seats when the dragons stopped before they crashed into ground.
"Solid ground, we made it!" Gaia said as they saw that they have arrived at the Underworld.
"We will wait for you here. Good luck." The wind dragon said to them. They took notice of the temple on one of the giant floating rocks around the place.
"Sensei's inside." Frost said as they got up and saw a bunch skeletons keeping guard. "They're expecting us." They noticed a skeleton pulling a cart full of things to the temple before Nuckal and Kruncha stood infront of it.
"Hold up!" Kruncha told the skeleton. "Nothing gets through without inspection."
"Ninja search!" Nuckal shouted before he jumped into the cart and threw out the items that are in it. "Okay, clear to pass." He said after he jumped out of the cart and is completely empty. The ninja were swinging by the stalactites as they made their way to the temple. When Trail jumped on another, a piece of it fell down and hit a skeleton on the skull before knocking it out. When Thunder jump on a very thin stalactite, he noticed it was moving before he looked up and saw it is a leg of a giant spider. He try to warn the others that are also on them, but because he lost his voice, they couldn't hear him.
"Can I'd be the first to say, it's been absolute pleasure since Thunder lost his voice?" Gaia asked before they noticed the stalactites are moving. When they look up, they saw they're holding to giant spider legs. They were disturbed and frightened that they let go fell in the middle of the skeletons.
"Uh if there are more than one ninja, is it ninjas or is it just ninja?" Nuckal asked Kruncha when he saw them.
"I think it's just ninja." Kruncha told Nuckal. "Why do you ask?"
"Oh no reason just, NINJA!!!!" Nuckal shouted as he pointed to the ninjas who were getting up and alerted the skeletons. Every skeleton surrounded and approached the ninjas as they took out their weapons while they stood back to back.
"I count ten boneheads to everyone of us." Landrush told the others. "I think I like these odds." He said before the giant spiders lowered themselves down to where they are.
"Uh-oh! Anypony got any bright ideas?!" Trail asked as the spiders came down.
Meanwhile in the temple, Wu made his way down the spiral staircase and into the throne room. He made his way to the center, unaware of the shadowy figure waiting for him. The stallion is wearing a helmet with a bone in it and while his whole body is pitch black, his rib cage was shown and his eyes are red. It is Lord Garmadon.
"Brother." Garmadon said and getting Wu's attention. Wu quickly took out both the Sword of Fire and the Bo of Wind when he saw his brother.
"Brother." Wu said as he is perpar to fight.
"Seize the sword and the bo!" Garmadon ordered the skeletons that jumped down from the ceiling and surrounded Wu.
"NINJA, GO!" Wu shouted as he did Spinjitzu and knocked down each skeleton around him. "You'll have to take them from me!" He told Garmadon before Samukai came out with the other four weapons.
"My pleasure." Samukai said as he is ready to fight Wu. Wu backup as Samukai approach him and a piece of the ledge fell into the lava below when he stepped on it. Samukai the jumped at Wu with five of the weapons, but Wu quickly jumped out of the way and was behind him. Wu kept on dodging each of Samukai's attacks. Wu then clashed weapons as they face each while Garmadon watched from his throne.
"Teach him a lesson." Garmadon ordered Samukai.
Meanwhile outside the temple, the skeletons and the spiders were closing in on the ninjas.
"Any ideas?! I'm still all ears!" Trail shouted before he swings his sword to keep a few skeletons back. Then Thunder came up with an idea and try to tell the others.
"Huh, you feel a weird sensation?" Landrush asked only for Thunder to shake his head no.
"You ate an odd crustacean?" Frost asked before Thunder try to tell them again.
"Your aunt's constipation?" Gaia guest.
"We can't understand you Thunder!" Flash told him.
"I got it, I got it! Two natives on vacation!" Trail shouted, making Thunder sigh.
"Tornado of CREATION!!!" Thunder found his voice and shouted, causing the others go oh.
"That makes more sense." Gaia said as Frost patted Thunder's back.
"But it could lead to disastrous consequences." Landrush reminded them.
"We're about to have a disasters consequence!" Flash told him as the skeletons and the spiders were getting closer.
"Let's do this! Earth!" Landrush called his element as he did Spinjitzu and making the skeletons backup a bit.
"Fire!" Trail called out his element as he did Spinjitzu.
"Wind!" Flash called as he joined Trail and Landrush.
"Ice!" Frost called as he did Spinjitzu.
"Life!" Gaia shouted as she did Spinjitzu.
"Lightning!" Thunder shouted as he did Spinjitzu. Their Spinjitzu soon combined and formed a giant golden tornado.
"NINJA GO!!!" All six shouted as they did the Tornado of Creation. The tornadoes gather both the skeletons, the giant spiders, and the vehicles before it torn apart the temple. When they stopped, they saw the tornado created a ferris wheel like bone cage that trapped the skeletons. Nuckal was eating cotton candy before Kruncha knocked it out of his hooves.
"Come on, there's no time to waste!" Flash told the others before they jumped down a hole that used to be a spiral staircase and to the throne room. There they found Wu with the sword and bo fighting Samukai with the other weapons. They both clashed weapons as they try to get one over the other. Wu swing the sword and Samukai nearly dodged the attack.
The others were about to go in and help Wu before both Flash and Trail stopped them. "No, this is sensei's fight." Trail told them as Wu shot a fireball at Samukai with the sword. Samukai dodged the fireball before he threw the shurikens at the Wu. Wu used to block the first shuriken before the second one knocked the sword into the ground and froze it.
With Wu's hoof frozen on the handle of the sword, Samukai swing the nunchucks around as he tried to get the sword free. Just as Samukai shot a lightning bolt at Wu, he got the sword free before it could hit him. Samukai then used the scythe and struck the ground that caused a tremor that cracked the ground. Samukai then used the sai and made vines grow to attack Wu.
Wu used the bo to use the wind to hover above the vines before cutting each of them with the sword. Wu dodge the shurikens being thrown at him before he was struck by lightning and both the Sword of Fire and Bo of Wind were thrown out of his hooves. As both weapons landed infront of Samukai, he went over to them as Wu was getting up. "Bring me the six weapons." Garmadon ordered Samukai. But Samukai looked at Garmadon for sec before he looked at the two weapons and picked them up.
"No, you will obey me now!" Samukai told Garmadon, only for him to chuckle in response. Samukai then took notice of the six weapons reacting as their power together was effecting his being.
"No one can handle all their power at once." Wu said.
"Selfish fool, did you think I wouldn't plan on your betrayal?" Garmadon asked.
"What's happening to me?!" Samukai asked as he couldn't let go of the weapons.
"You've fallen right into my master plan." Garmadon told Samukai. "Not even I can handle all of their power. But now that they have combined, it'll create a vortex through space and time, allowing me to finally escape this ghastly place!" Wu and the ninjas watched as Samukai floated and spun in the air by the weapons before his entire being vanished and the weapons fell to the ground. Garmadon quickly stood infront of a vortex that opened when the weapons fell.
"Misako would not want you to do this brother." Wu pleaded to Garmadon.
"Misako is no longer here!" Garmadon snapped at Wu with hurt and venom as the vortex grew brighter. "Good and evil, there has always been a balance. But where I go, the balance can be destroyed. Soon, I will be strong enough to possess the six weapons so I may recreate Equestria in my image!" He turned to go through the vortex before turned to look at Wu. "You...you were always his favorite." Was the last thing he said before he went through the vortex before it close. With him gone, Wu and the ninjas went to the center where the weapons are.
"He's gone, but he will return." Wu told the ninjas as they picked up the weapons.
"Then we'll be ready for him." Flash said as he holds the Bo of Wind, Trail has the Sword of Fire, Gaia gets the Sais of Life, Frost picks up the Shurikens of Ice, Thunder has the Nunchucks of Lightning, and Landrush now wields the Scythe of Quakes.
"And keep an eye out in case he has anymore of his evil plans." Landrush said.
"Then I have done my part." Wu told them. "The balance has been restored, for now."
Back in Canterlot, every creature were happy to have Princess Twilight back. But it has been days since Flash and the others went to go to the Underworld. She was worried that he wouldn't returned. She soon came to the room where Aqua is staying and sees the candlelight she has is still lit. "They're still gone?" Twilight asked Aqua.
"Yeah..." Aqua answered. "I'm just as worried as you are. I already lost my mom and dad, I don't want to lose my brother." Just as she looked out the window, the candle went out as the ninjas came in on their dragons. Both Twilight and Aqua saw them and quickly ran out to them. Her friends joined them before Twilight jumped on Flash when he got off his dragon and gave him a hug. Both her and Flash quickly pulled back and blushed as Trail and Aqua hug each other.
"Hey, my turn!" Thunder shouted as he ran over to get a hug from Aqua. As they hug and Gaia, Frost, and Landrush got off their dragons, every creature cheered for the ninjas.
"I'm so happy you're back." Aqua told them.
"For now, but it's not over." Flash said. "Lord Garmadon will return." Everyone stopped cheering after he said that.
"And we'll be ready for him." Gaia said as she and the others stepped up.
"Then as by the power vested in me as Princess of Equestria, I hereby dub the our protectors if ever any darkness threatens the light." Twilight declared. The ninjas smiled bright after she did before they stand in a circle and took out their new golden weapons. The moment they put them together in the center, a burst of power knocked them back a bit.
"Okay, we got to remember not to do that again." Trail said as they got up.
"Good idea." Landrush agreed.
"Yeah, we'll stick with high hooves instead." Thunder said.
"Agreed." Frost said.
"Here here." Gaia said before they all laugh.
"Was that a joke?" Frost asked before Pinkie Pie popped out of nowhere.
"You know what this calls for?!" Pinkie Pie shouted before she pulled out her party cannon and launched confetti everywhere. "Party!!" Everyone was having a great time as they have fun with the party. Landrush and Celestia were chowing down on some cake as Thunder and Aqua were drinking some punch. Everyone was enjoying some food that Frost had made it was great. Gaia was having playing some party games with the Young Six while Trail was charming up some mares. Twilight was talking to Wu about something while Flash went up to DJ-PON3 and whispered what music to play. She then took out a record before turning the volume up to eleven. Everyone turned their attention to the stage as a guitar started playing from the speakers as Flash took the microphone.
