Scootaloo has been the "foal" of Fluttershy for quite some time now, and for the most part she's been okay with what that entails since it gives her a chance to have a proper childhood. It helps that Rainbow Dash is in on it too as Fluttershy's special somepony.

However, one day Fluttershy's little brother Zephyr Breeze decides to stop by to see his adopted "baby" niece. And the visit just so happens to occur while Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are away, so they can't explain things.

Naturally, Zephyr takes the "baby" aspect to what he thinks is its logical conclusion. So it is that Scootaloo finds herself drawn into an attempted bonding session with her Uncle Zephyr, whether she likes it or not.
