In an effort to protect her friends against a demon, Twilight Sparkle uses an extraordinary amount of magic. At the exact same time, in another universe, Kai Kitsune uses an extraordinary amount of AE to teleport a great distance. This ends with Kai being transported to Equestria, via a tear in space and time. Now, Kai must help the ponies defeat this demon, hopefully before his friends back home are overpowered by the enemy.
