Luigi was quite anxious now in the situation that he is in, in front of him was a pony colt with green hair, green mane, an apricot coloured body, and with emerald green eyes who was demanding answers from him on his and his polterpup's businesses here. They just arrived here, they didn't have any intentions on hurting anypony.

When Chase noticed that the creature wasn't obeying him by answering his questions. He decided to push it further.

"If you do not answer my inquiries, I will have the rights to toss you into a jail cell in my dad's sheriff station." Chase warned again which made Luigi swallow a lump again. "Now, I'll ask you politely again, who are you? What is your business here? And how did you find this place?" He asked as he slowly walked towards the two creatures with bravery.

Polterpup was going to bark angrily at Chase so that be could scare him off but, his owner Luigi held his right hand in front of him to stop him from doing so. After that, the plumber quickly chomped down on his muffin, swallowing it in the process. Then, he wiped his mouth with his sleeve and cleared his throat.

"Greetings, I'm a Luigi little pony." Luigi said in a polite tone as he waved his right hand.

Chase was caught off guard from the creature speaking Equestrian, all animals from Equestria could not speak in their language other than himself and his dad having the abilities to communicate with them while his mother Sunny and the other citizens could not. But, he remained on the primary topic in getting answers from this creature.

"Alright then mister Luigi, can you state what your business here is?" He asked.

As Chase began to get more closer and closer to the creature for interrogation, Luigi got anxious in thinking what he is going to do to him. He decided that it was time to leave.

"Oh uh... well you see... Uh..." Luigi stammered. Then, he looked down at Polterpup. "Run away!" He yelled as he turned around and made a dash for the exit.

When Chase noticed the creature trying to escape, his right hoof glowed brightly in a green colour and he stomped on the floor, causing the green stream of magic to flow towards it making Polterpup surprised.

Luigi wasn't able to reach the building where he and polterpup made a turn when something gripped onto his right foot.

"What the?" Luigi asked as he looked down to see three vines gripping onto his right foot. "What is this?" He asked again.

"It's simple creature, it's earth pony magic, discovered by us earth ponies after last year's Maretime Bay day festival when my mother, father and aunts including myself rescued everypony from the dangers of the broken magic that spread due to the controversies between earth ponies, pegasus, and unicorns against one another. Luckily, we all had enough courage and heroism to prevent that from occuring." Chase replied as he walked to the creature.

Luigi raised his head to see the young male pony in front of him shooting him a glare which made him swallow a lump.

"Woof! Woof!" Polterpup barked angrily as he ran next to Luigi and glared at Chase but, the earth pony colt was not intimidated.

"Better put a leash on that furious dog now."

"Polterpup, stop." Luigi told him and his dog obeyed and stopped.

"Good, now I'll ask you again creature. What is your business here?" Chase asked again.

Luigi sighed in defeat, there is no way for him to escape from this interrogation. If he attempts to burst his way out of the vines grips with the use of his vacuum, the colt could use his weird powers to trap him. So, he decides to comply.

"Alright I'll talk little one. My business means no harm here in this city of yours-"

"This is not my city, it belongs to the entire society creature." Chase corrected him. "I'm not a leader or anything you know L-Lily? Lilac? Leeky?" He said trying to remember his name.

"It's Luigi little one, my name is a Luigi." He corrected him. "Anyways, back with your question, as I said, my business means no harm in this city, i just discovered this city when my dog standing next to me here sniffed out the cities scent which lead him in guiding me all the way here from the entrance bridge over there." He told him.

Chase was quite sceptical of this reply, he knows that dog have better scent of smell compared to all ponies including him but, he still needed more specific answers than this.

"Okay, that is understandable Luigi sir but, I still need more specific rejoinders unlike that simple minded answer." He told him.

"Okay, I'll a be more specific, and you don't have to call me sir little colt, you can call me Luigi." He told him kindly.

"Good, now Luigi, what are your intentions on coming to our city?" He asked. "Were you attempting to commit vandalizm? Robbery? Extortion?" He assumed.

"Trust me young one I didn't have any intentions on doing any of these horrendous actions." Luigi told him in an assuring tone. "All I wanted to do was to seek help and ask the civilians on where I'm currently at." He added.

"Really?" Chase asked with a nonplussed expression. "You weren't going to menace anypony here in this city of ours?" He asked again.

"Yes, you have to believe me."

Chase was still very sceptical of Luigi's claims and replies. If he had no intentions on hurting anypony innocent in the city where he was born in then, why did he hear screaming from everypony while assisting them in opening their stands as well as picking and pushing their crates? Even so, his tone does sound very innocent, kind and true but, he couldn't just let him and his dog companion roam freely in this city. He has to get answers from him.

"Your tone and facial expressions both seem very innocent Luigi so, I believe everything that you said." Chase told him.

"Phew, thank you little-"

"But even so, I still have to bring you back to me, my dad, my mom and my aunts house for a further interrogation in my room." He told him. "My daddy and mommy are busy opening their stands and decorating their posters on the other side of this town, meaning that they're too preoccupied with knowing your presence here." He added.

When Luigi heard this, his eyes widened in shock, there is no way he could leave this place now. But still, he wouldn't mind asking this little pony colt his questions on this new land so, letting out a sigh, he accepted his request.

"You got it."

"Good." Chase said with a pleasant smile before releasing his magical grip on Luigi's right foot. "Now follow me, and do not do anything temerarious such as attempting to escape because if you do, I'll unleash magic that is far more powerful compared to my previous one." He warned which made Luigi swallow a lump.

"R-roger that."

After that, Chase began to guide Luigi and his polterpup dog to the Crystal brighthouse.
