On a grassy area located far from Maretime Bay, there was a transparent ghost seen hovering his way through the grass field area that he found himself in along with three blue Goob ghosts who are accompanying him. The ghost is known as Amadeus Wolfgeist, the musician ghost was dispatched under the orders of King Boo to search for any civilians in this strange land that they mysteriously found themselves in after the battle against his enemy Luigi. The ghost King also commanded him to capture at least one of the civilians so that he could interrogate him and trap him in a portrait afterwards.

"Goodness me, this land sure is filled with grass." Amadeus Wolfgeist commented.

"It feels like we have been here for an hour." One of the Goobs' said with an aggravated expression.

"We've only been hovering for twenty minutes." Another Goob ghost corrected.

"Gah, will you two knock it off?" Amadeus asked them with an irked expression. The two Goobs obeyed his command and kept their mouths shut. "I presume that we're just going to be encountering more and more grass with no stop at all." He said.

"Look at that, a forest."

When Amadeus heard this, he and his fellow Goob ghosts all looked in front of them to see that they're standing in front of a forest entrance with a big and beautifully decorated entrance that had party banners, ribbons, glitter and many more decorated on it.

"Huh, would you look at that, we've finally encountered something new in this mysterious land." Amadeus said with a nonplussed expression. The musician ghost then looked to his right to see a sign which read 'Welcome to Bridlewood!' "Bridlewood? That's what this place is called? Then that must mean that we've encountered a village!" He exclaimed with a smile.

"Finally!" One of the Goobs' said with his hands raised upwards.

"Now let's not waste any more time and enter this village." Amadeus ordered them. "We've got to fulfill our obligation that King Boo specifically ordered us to do so." He reminded them.

The three Goobs nodded in unison and entered the forest with Amadeus Wolfgeist in front of them all.

Maretime Bay

In the city of Maretime Bay, a group of mare and stallion earth ponies, pegasus and unicorns as well as Sunny, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, and Zipp were seen all gathered up at the stage area of the city that was set up for Maretime Bay day. The reason behind this is due to the colt Chase Trailblazer having to have requested them all to meet up by the stage area for a significant announcement and introductions to them which caught everyponies attentions with interests. So therefore, they all ceased on their current work and made their way to the stage.

"I wonder what Chasey brought us here for?" Sunny asked looking at her husband Hitch.

"I don't know, I hope that it will be good." Hitch told his wife Sunny as they nuzzled each other.

Behind the stage curtains, Chase was seen peeking out of the stage curtains looking at everypony as well as his parents and aunts before him with a smile due to this meaning that they've all read his requests on his newspapers that he has published from his computer and distributed them to everypony not long ago with the assistance of his computer and alicorn magic. Then, Chase looked back behind him to face both Luigi and Polterpup.

"Alright Luigi and polterpup, everypony has arrived to the stage, are you ready?" Chase asked him.

Luigi was anxious about this at first due to him not knowing how they would all react to him and polterpup but, this was the only solution if he wishes to glean all of their trusts.

"I'm ready Chase."

"Good."

Then, without wasting any more precious time, Chase walked past the curtains and to the front of the stage where a microphone is emplaced there.

"Ah! Chasey!" Sunny exclaimed in happiness in seeing her son.

"He's as handsome as always!" A pegasus filly squealed before collapsing to the floor, luckily, her other earth pony filly friend caught her.

Once Chase made it to the microphone, he leaned his face close to it and began to speak.

"Hello everypony, I'm glad to see that all of you have gathered here after seeing my newspaper that I've sent to you all." Chase told them with a smile.

"You're welcome you awesome colt!" A stallion in the crowd exclaimed.

"What's this announcement that you want to tell us Chase?" Zipp asked.

"Yeah, what what's so significant about it champ?" Hitch asked.

"Well you see you all, I've made two new friends today from another place." Chase told them.

"Ooooooooh! Two new friends?! What are their names?!" Izzy asked with exhilarated expression.

"Indeed aunt Izzy, and you'll all meet them right now. May I introduce to you all Luigi and his friend Polterpulp." Chase said.

Then on cue, Luigi walked past the curtains from behind the stage with an anxious expression before walking up to Chase, when he did, he stood next to him and stared at all the ponies.

Polterpup on the other hand, phased through the bottom of the stage and stood next to Luigi and began to stare at the ponies with an exhilarated expression of his own.

"H-hello everybody, I-I'm a Luigi." Luigi introduced himself.

The crowd of ponies including the mane five were all shocked and terrified by the sight of the weird bipedal creature as well as his weird transparent dog with no pupils that some other ponies encountered earlier in town. But, before the ponies could all panic, Chase calmed them all down.

"Do not be alarmed everypony! He and his companions all come in peace, they're not here to attack you all!" Chase told them all in an assuring tone, trying his best to calm their anxiety down.

"Baby! What is that thing?" Sunny asked with a concerned expression to her son Chase.

"Luigi here is a human being mother, and do not fret, he's not here to attack you all." Chase told her.

"Hello everybody, my name is a Luigi from the mushroom Kingdom, and this is my friend Polterpup, we all come in peace and are not looking for any confrontations." Luigi told them in an assuring tone.

The ponies including the mane five were not all persuaded by the creature Luigi's assuring and friendly tone, just where is this creature from? Who is it? What is that vacuum that he is wearing on his back? And what are it's intentions? Is he from another city that they're unaware of in this city of theirs?

The ponies were about to ask Chase a ton of inquiries about this strange creature but suddenly, Polterpup's eyes widened and he began to bark sternly towards something that he has sensed.

"What is it boy?" Luigi asked looking down at his friend.

Then, polterpup jumped off of the stage and began to phase through everypony with his ghost abilities. The exertion has provoked everypony to panic and scatter out of the way from the weird magical transparent dog.

"Whoa! Wait for me buddy!" Luigi said as he too jumped off of the stage and ran after his friend.

"Luigi! Wait up!" Chase exclaimed before jumping off the stage and ran after Luigi and his polterpup companion.

"Chasey baby! Wait!" Sunny said in a concerned tone as she, her husband Hitch and friends Izzy, Zipp and Pipp all began to run after Chase but, it was too late, he was already ahead of them all with the two creatures known as Luigi and polterpup.
