Rainbow spoke up “Anyway. We’ve been talking and, you’ve been helping out a lot. Like, a lot- a lot.”

AJ nodded “And we’ve really gotten to know you from… then to now and… you’re a good woman. I’m really glad I agreed to trust you that day. You’ve kept your word about the kiddos too. People might have theories but you haven’t told anyone. I appreciate that.”

Rainbow piped up “So-” She was shut up but a look from AJ.

“Thank you sugarcube. I don’t mean to be rude. I just want to be the one to ask.” AJ said before looking back to Sunset. She took a breath and smiled “Now. While there ain’t no way to do this legally, I want to ask ya… do you wanna… join our relationship here? We’ve really been enjoying having ya and… I mean, I don’t think I’d mind hearing the kiddos say Momma Sunset instead of Auntie Sunset.

Sunset blinked. “I… uh… Uh… y-yeah. Yeah! Yeah, I’d totally be down with that! You’re my two favorite people and, I mean, the kids- well, I mean they’re the kids. Everyone loves them.” She said with a small blush of her own as the two women got up from their side of the table and stepped over to her.

AJ gently kissed her on the lips. “Welcome to the Apples then Sunset.”

Rainbow wasn’t as reserved and gave her a much deeper kiss “Welcome to my family too! Mom’ll lose it if she learns she has another daughter! Especially if she finds out you’re the one who gave her granddaughters.”

Sunset just laughed and grinned at this turn of events. This was insane. Actually insane. Her luck couldn’t be this good and- wait. If she was a part of AJ and Rainbow’s relationship now, then her fucking Rainbow wasn’t cheating. All’s well that ends well.
