While she seemed to handle the heat better than the average thestral, it was still in her nature to be out and about at night, and the pair of bats were already sweating again.
"I think we should grab a smoothie! I need a cold treat after that!" Neon chirped.
"Yeah if I don't get a real drink in me soon I think I might actually die." added Eerie. Of all three mares, she had easily expelled the most fluids that morning, and she could feel the dehydration getting to her.
"How about this?" Yoga suggested. "We stop and get refreshments on our way home, and then we freshen up ourselves? Neon, you're more than welcome to join us. I'd ~love~ to get to know you better and I'm sure Eerie here wouldn't mind, catching up."
Yoga's suggestion was tinged with sensual implication. Neon bounced in place with enthusiasm while Eerie shuffled her back legs, anticipating how much more interesting their day was going to get. The trio set off to the nearest smoothie shop to restore some much needed nutrients, leaving behind them an invisible, potent vapor trail of their bathroom tryst.
